Beautiful ambiance, super friendly and attentive service, and delicious dishes! I highly recommend the spaghetti with arugula pesto! :) The food was served very quickly, and the service was generally excellent! We felt very comfortable here and would happily return anytime! :)

My stays at this HIG hotel were a few years ago but... food was good, hotel service, cleanliness was good, staff were helpful and kind, I enjoyed my stays here, I hope you do as well. Prost.

Great Food - open Lobby and Bar Concept. Tasty drinks and comfort food in a relaxed setting.

We had roast beef with onions and spaetzle. The service and ambiance were fine. The meat was also good, but unfortunately the spaetzle were too soft and watery. I would have been very upset if we had paid the full price, which is quite high these days. The Schlemmerblock offer made it cheaper. Hopefully, we'll have better luck next time.

Rarely have we had such bad food and service. Service is unfriendly and not suitable for restaurants. Food was cold, drinks were very stretched, the service always had to be called several times and in the end he didn't have any change, so you also get a tip. At no time did you feel welcome and unfortunately the ambience doesn't allow for this either, as there doesn't seem to be any emphasis on tables and chairs being in the right place and being clean. The restaurant consists of two parts, we couldn't get into the other part and were turned away on the grounds that we hadn't made a reservation even though our daughters were already sitting there. Recommendation: 0%

Ein Kassierer er musste 3 Tische abkassieren biss er dann bei uns war, waren schon 15 Minuten vergangen. Dann war auch keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Essen ist top. Tolles Ambiente. Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich..gerne wieder.

Essen war gut, kam relativ zügig und die Bedienung war auf Zack. Gern wieder.

Das Essen im Restaurant ist in der Tat top ich habe 2 mal dort gegessen und war auch in der Bar. Die Fleisch Qualität und die Zubereitung aus der Küche ist sein Preis wert. Der Service ist so lala zuviele Azubis für mein Geschmack.. Beim Fleisch wird nicht gefragt wie die Garstuffe sein soll, laufen teilweise hilflos rum, wirst zum Teil ignoriert wenn Hochbetrieb ist weil überfordert... Hat mir nicht gefallen. Mein Cocktail war leider auch eher unterdurchschnittlich. Im Hotel ist die kleine Sauna positiv hervorzuheben wenn dann die Erlebnisdusche nach Renovierung wieder in Betrieb ist. Die Zimmer sind zwar alt von der Baustruktur aber ordentlich renoviert. Das WLAN hat sehr guten Durchsatz aber es leidet unter Unterbrechungen und ist für Telco oder Webex etwas anfällig. Wichtig Meetings würde ich nicht über das WLAN machen wollen. Auch wenn das Hotel direkt zur S-Bahn hin liegt ist es ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich auch nicht vom Hocker gerissen die Backwaren sind nicht frisch, die Säfte ausschließlich convenience, keinen frischen Spiegeleier, 0-8-15 Wurst... Nichts was bleibenden Eindruck schaffen würde. Ist aber kein Grund nicht zurück zu kommen, insgesamt stimmt das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Essen sehr gut. Sehr nettes Personal. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
