Since Waxer took over, everything has improved; the bread is now freshly baked on-site, the doner kebab is excellent, everything has simply improved. 10/10

I wouldn't order from there again because the gyros was reheated (tough, bland, greasy, and coarsely chopped). The vegetables in my wrap were also very coarsely chopped. The best parts of my meal were the bread and the coleslaw. Not recommended!

Addendum: Unfortunately, the quality of the last few orders has been very mixed, so I have to adjust my review. It's still okay, but the wait time for delivery was also sometimes very long, which wasn't communicated. Since we usually only order when we're already a little hungry, we're not ordering from there anymore. We live nearby and have ordered from there several times. The food is always delicious, the people are super friendly, and the wait time is perfectly acceptable, even when it's busy. Delivery is always fast, too.

Best kebab for miles around! I can't understand the bad reviews here at all. The family who works there was always really friendly! By the way, they also have them on Lieferando, for those who say they misunderstand the street on the phone. Then there can be no more misunderstandings like that. Just a tip and a big compliment to the shop ❤️

Everything here was terrible. I don't recommend a visit at all! It's a complete waste of money. Any cheap kebab shop would be much better than this one. The owners are so rude!!!

I've been shopping at TAVIN for years and have seen several owners. Every time, there's some kind of problem: When I order, they don't understand the street name, and I have to repeat it a thousand times. In the end, the food doesn't arrive, or it's cold. Or something is missing! Today, however, they went overboard: I'd already placed the order for pickup!! Nothing (!!) was ready at the agreed time!! Okay—it happens. I waited, paid, and drove home. Result: Soagetti Bolognese pizza? No Bolognese sauce! Doner kebab: lukewarm, and pizza roll with tuna and onions: completely raw inside!!! The dough was raw! And not just a little, but completely raw! You'd think there was cheese in it too... I tried to bake the roll, but it didn't work because the dough was thick on one side and so thin on the other that the tuna oozed out. I called and complained, and they even wanted to redo everything, but no kidding: That was the last straw: I won't support incompetence again! Not again! I will definitely not order from TAVIN again!

I ordered: 1 hamburger 1 salad with dressing 1 currywurst 1 fries Negatives: The meat in the hamburger was very dry and burnt. The salad lacked dressing and looked and tasted very stale. The fries were a mushy mess. Positive: The currywurst was edible. I'm used to something else and have ordered there 10 times, but this time it was a real disappointment.

Given that owner, I wouldn't be surprised if the store goes bankrupt. You receive a lackluster order, then you call and complain that an order wasn't right, only to receive another wrong order. The employee was too incompetent to find the correct address. First and last time ordering from there.

We have always enjoyed ordering from Tarvin. But today was a complete disaster. Delivery an hour late and the food arrived cold!! In between, I called the store to ask where the order was. The first time I called I was hung up on. The second call was answered in a very annoyed tone: "It's on the way!" We're looking for a new pizzeria in the future.

The order was placed via a well-known app and my wife. Basically, a decadently downward grade was always evident in terms of taste, the warm food, and friendliness. I'm diabetic and, at the stated delivery time, had calculated how many insulin units I needed and injected them. The delivery time passed, and we called to inquire about the food. A hypoglycemia caused by the injected insulin couldn't be prevented. Only after we inquired about the status of our order did the app's status jump to "in progress" within a second. Twenty minutes later, we received a completely cold meal, "something" you only notice when eating it. A phone call later, they uncomprehendingly and arrogantly explained to us that the "complete" meal would be picked up and we would get our money back. I've often expressed negative opinions about Tavin to my wife; today I didn't even have to say anything, because today the employees "kicked themselves off the menu!"

We traveled all the way from Bavaria and were thrilled by the lovely atmosphere and the freshly prepared, delicious food. The friendly and prompt service made the visit perfect – we'd love to come back!

I highly recommend this snack bar! The selection of delicious dishes is simply fantastic. I'm particularly impressed by the pizza, kebab, and schnitzel – each dish is a treat in its own right! The quality of the food is outstanding, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. Another plus point is the value for money, which is really reasonable. You get a lot for your money here! If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy delicious food in a pleasant atmosphere, then definitely stop by. You won't be disappointed!

We were there with a large group, which was unusual for the Tavin team. Nevertheless, they mastered everything quickly and in a well-timed manner. As always, the food was tasty, fresh and came in good portion sizes.

Ordering via Lieferando, after it was already shown that the order was on the way, the restaurant called me 45 minutes after the order that they no longer had the things I wanted in stock (it was 2 schnitzels) When I asked to refund the money I had transferred online, I received an unfriendly response saying that it was my job to take care of it and contact Lieferando. Absolute impudence!

The kebab here is really good and tasty and the bread has always been nice and crispy, which is often not the case elsewhere. Delivery sometimes takes a little longer on weekends, but the kebab was still fresh. There could be a bit more meat, but the overall taste is good.

I used to go there very often. Unfortunately, over time it became a bit of a gamble as to how much content you got, even if the taste was never really bad. So I haven't been there for a while. The staff seems to have been replaced for some time now and I like going there again because both the portion size and the taste are more consistent. Addendum: okay, I have to take it back, the portion sizes have decreased drastically again. I ordered a kebab and received a salad pocket with a bit of meat. And that has happened more often now, so the store is done for me for now.

We ordered 2 pizzas but the wrong ones were delivered. The worst taste I've ever eaten in Dortmund. Service staff unfriendly. Once and never again.

This 2mm thick and 2.6cm thick shard of plastic was in the pizza rolls I ordered yesterday! Regardless, each pizza roll was a different size, which didn't seem very appetizing. Some of the ham was badly burned. Basically the taste was okay. There seems to have been a change in ownership, at least it's no longer the same employees. Previously it was great in terms of taste and appearance. Very friendly staff today, but unfortunately the rest is not right.

Seit Karo Tavin übernommen hat, hat sich viel zum Besseren verändert und haben eine große Auswahl an Gerichten, ein sehr gutes Restaurant, das ich nur empfehlen kann!

Im großen und ganzen alles top Nudeln waren super

Ich stand 11 Minuten vor dem Tresen bis ich überhaupt begrüßt wurde oder gefragt wurde was ich gerne zu Essen möchte. Ich habe absolut Verständis, wenn es voll ist, aber ein "Ich bin sofort für Sie da" sollte selbstverständlich sein. Freundlichkeit ist hier leider nicht viel zu sehen. Gäste die nach mir kamen wurden vor mir nach der Bestellung gefragt. Ich habe nur dort Essen bestellt, weil ich so Hunger hatte und keine Zeit hatte noch woanders hinzugehen. Als ich dann gefragt wurde war die Annahme sehr nett und zuvorkommend - dies erfolgte durch den Pizzabäcker. Er selbst war sehr nett, freundlich und generell der Ablauf mit ihm sehr löblich. Aber alles andere war katastrophal. Die Pizza an dich bekommt 2/5 Sternen. Das Hähnchendönerfleisch war sehr fertig, die Tomatensoße hatte einen merkwürdigen Geschmack. Hier gab es wohl einen Besitzwechsel: das merkt man. Es hat alles sehr nachgelassen. Leider war dies jetzt dreimal in Folge der Fall, so dass ich hier nicht mehr Essen werde. Einmal kann ja tatsächlich passieren durch viel Stress und neue Umstände, aber dreimal in Folge ist schon extrem auffällig.

Letztens das erste mal dort pizzaschnecken geholt, für 7€ gefühlt 70% Teig, 20% Käse und 10% Zutat für die man bezahlt. Noch nie so sparsame gegessen.

Lieferung erfolgte pünktlich und war freundlich. Aber das darf man nicht essen nennen. 20 Euro für die Mülltonne. Das kann noch nichtmal der Hund essen.

Vor paar Monaten schon mal wegen Pizzaschnecken Durchfall gehabt. Gestern noch einmal eine Chance gegeben, heute wieder das selbe. Plus wir haben 2 Stunden auf die Lieferung gewartet

Großen Döner Teller bestellt was kam war ein Häufchen Fleisch , luftig gelegte Pommes und ein bisschen Salat. Dafür 10.50 Euro ??? Nie wieder. War bisher immer zufrieden aber das war echt ne Frechheit !

Habe zum Abholen bestellt. Ich war pünktlich da, aber die Sachen waren alle schon kalt. Zuhause angekommen haben die Pommes nicht mehr geschmeckt und alles war durchgeweicht (10min Autofahrt) Und der Biergarten sieht aus wie Dresden '45

Gerade das schlechteste Essen bekommen , was wir jemals bestellt haben . Der Besitzer hat wohl gewechselt . Pommes matschig , Currywurst alt und trocken . Nie wieder ! Schnitzel Hollandaise , wo war die Soße ? Ganz schlecht . Schade um 25 Euro . Fotos sind vorhanden . Nach Anruf und Beschwerde keine Reaktion ! Nie wieder und nicht empfehlenswert !

Sehr häufig dauert seit dem neun Inhaber ist es nochmal besser geworden zum empfehlen .

Also meine ehrliche Meinung super Bedienung super nette Leute das Essen sehr gut nach dem Umbau noch besser als der Vorbesitzer da ich schon über 50 Jahre in benninghofen wohne von meiner Seite 5 Sterne würde jeden empfehlen einfach mal vorbeizuschauen und sich selber einen Eindruck darüber zu machen danke

Nach einer halben Stunde im Laden warten kahm noch immer kein Gericht zum Mitnehmen es kamen in der Zeit in der ich wartete andere welche schneller bedient wurden das kann ja eigentlich nicht sein nicht zu empfehlen

Man muss sehr sehr viel Zeit mitbringen wir warten hier alle aufs Essen also zwei Stunden Lieferzeit muss man mit einplanen

2,5 Std gewartet für einen lauwarmen lahmacun obwohl ich einen dürüm gestellt habe…

Wir bestellen dort gerne mal. Lieferservice klappt super und die Fahrer sind nett. Auch die Besitzer und Angestellten vor Ort sind immer sehr nett. Das Essen ist lecker und die Portionen sind gross. Bei Lieferung auch noch heiß. Vor Ort Essen würde ich jetzt nicht, wäre aber auch ok. Es gibt Plätze draußen, aber direkt an der Straße.

Zum wiederholten Male wird jede Menge mehr Geld bei der Lieferung verlangt, im Internet stehen günstigere Preise und die Chefin sagt nur das die Preise dort nicht mehr stimmen. Ja aber bei einer Lieferung 15 Euro mehr verlangen ist eine Unverschämtheit. Und es kam am Telefon nur eine freche Chefin und meinte es sei nicht ihr Problem, ja neins erst recht nicht. Nie wieder Ravin.

Nette Leute und die Pizza schmeckt mir auch gut.

Essen dauert ewig haben vorbestellt und standen danach bestimmt noch 30 Minuten vor der Tür und haben gewartet. Döner ok Baguette ok Laden ist mit blinkendem Led ausgestattet!

Ich glaube der inhaber hat gewechselt. Leider merkt man es am Essen. Das Personal war super freundlich aber ich hatte noch nie so viele Knorpel im Döner. Auch war der Döner viel zu trocken. Im Salat hat vieles gefehlt. Sehr schade, denn wir waren gerne bei Tavin.

Nicht nur kostet eine Pizza so viel wie ein Gericht beim Griechen nebenan, die Frau hat sich mit mir um den Preis gestritten und mir 2,5€ zu wenig Wechselgeld rausgegeben. Damit hab ich 10€ für eine Pizza bezahlt.

Super lecker und für eine kleine Pizza dennoch relativ groß. Für 5,50€ ist es ein leckeres Schnäppchen gewesen.

Die Pommes und die Pizza waren Lecker. Das schnitzel hatte viel zu wenig soße und war daher sehr trocken. Salat wurde mit Joghurt dressing bestellt. Welcher Dressing nun darauf war, kann ich nicht sagen. Es war jedenfalls irgendwas anderes. Für den Preis recht enttäuschend.

Sehr leckere Pizza und Döner, stets schnell und freundlich zubereitet. Das "Ambiente" vor Ort ist ganz nett mit mehren Tischen drinnen und draußen, ist aber halt immer noch ein Imbiss an der Straße. Tipp: vor Ort sind die Preise niedriger als bei Lieferando.

Restaurant stinkt, in diesem Restaurant ist sogar der Salat ekelhaft. Döner für 9€ und schmeckt noch nicht mal. Wasser für 4€ und er sagt es ist billig. Schlechtester Dönerteller den ich jemals gegessen habe, musste meinen Magen auspumpen lassen.

Habe Essen liefern lassen. Telefonisch bestellt. Einzig es kam in der Zeit. Geschmacklich nicht akzeptabel. Statt Spaghetti gab es Makkaroni. Dönerfleisch mit Tomatensosse war zur Hälfte mit Brötchen getränkt. Brot in dem Gericht war nicht ausgewiesen. Cocktailsosse in der türkischen Pizza war sehr viel und sehr künstlich.

Mehrmals Essen bestellt und vor Ort gegessen! Kenne aktuell kein Besseres Fleisch im essen! Echt empfehlenswert! :)
