Habe hier schon öfter bestellt und es war immer wieder lecker vorallem das Crispy Fleisch aber auch andere Gerichte die ich gegessen hatte

★☆☆☆☆ Ich wollte nur ein Falafel-Sandwich zum Mitnehmen bestellen und habe freundlich gefragt, wie lange die Zubereitung ungefähr dauert. Daraufhin reagierte der Mitarbeiter bzw. Chef sehr unfreundlich und wurde sofort laut. Das war nur eine normale Frage und überhaupt nicht böse gemeint. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist für mich inakzeptabel. Ich komme nicht wieder.

Ich habe Essen bestellt, und die Lieferung hat ewig gedauert. Die Pommes zum knusprigen Hähnchen sahen aus, als wären sie schon zwei Tage alt, dann gekühlt und erst später serviert worden. Das Hähnchen selbst schmeckte auch nur mittelmäßig. Hätte ein anderes Restaurant geöffnet gehabt, hätte ich dort bestellt.

Eine der besten Falafelrollen, die ich bisher gegessen habe. Der Service war freundlich und die Zutaten frisch.

Wir haben fast 2 Stunden gewartet, nur damit der Fahrer die Unterkunft nicht findet und ich mein Essen selbst draußen abholen muss. Der Burger war eiskalt und das Besteck wurde komplett vergessen. Wie ich den bestellten Reis jetzt mit den Händen essen soll, ist mir ein Rätsel. Dass man dann noch um eine positive Bewertung gebeten wird, setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf. Für diesen Service gibt es eigentlich null Punkte.

Schrecklich, jedes Mal wenn ich etwas bestelle, kommt es falsch an. Die Wartezeit ist lang und die Pommes sind ungenießbar.

Die Bestellung dauert zwei stunden!!!!!!!!! Empfehle ich keine bei Orents Restaurant zu bestellen!!!!!!!

Leider nicht wie erwartet für ein Shawirma. Ich muss aber auch erwähnen dass wir 02:00 Uhr Nacht da waren.

Als ich zwischendurch im Restaurant nachfragte, hieß es nur, der Fahrer sei bereits unterwegs. Angekommen ist die Bestellung erst um 04:00 Uhr. Nach 90 Minuten Wartezeit war das Essen leider komplett kalt. Es ist unverschämt, Kunden am Telefon falsch zu informieren, während das Essen scheinbar ewig irgendwo herumsteht. Für den Preis und die Wartezeit absolut nicht akzeptabel!

Wenn es 0sterne geben würde ich hätte 0 gegeben/ essen dauert 2stunden bis es ankommt/ Mann versteht nix beim Anruf

Das Essen war salzig und die Mayonnaise war sauer und salzig und scharf und das Essen ist sehr hart das Fleisch war hart das Kartoffel war salzig und hart und das Essen kann man nicht essen

Wir haben Shawarma bestellt. Geschmacklich war es gut, allerdings war es nicht gut gefüllt. Normalerweise macht uns Shawarma richtig satt, hier sind wir leider überhaupt nicht satt geworden. Für 8 Euro hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Außerdem haben wir eine große Pommes bestellt, die jedoch ziemlich klein ausgefallen ist.

Haben kurz vor Schluss bestellt und wurden nicht enttäuscht.War ganz lecker.

Ich habe bei Orient Restaurant bestellt und bin extrem enttäuscht. Die Bestellung wurde nicht korrekt geliefert, es kamen teilweise falsche Produkte an – absolut inakzeptabel. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe: Das Shawarma-Fleisch bestand größtenteils aus Knorpel und Fett, alles war komplett fettdurchtränkt, sogar das Brot. Geschmacklich kaum genießbar. Das Crispy-Chicken-Sandwich hat stark nach altem Fett geschmeckt und war dazu noch extrem trocken. Die Pommes waren dunkelbraun, steinhart und überfrittiert – sie haben nur noch nach Fett geschmeckt, als wäre es mehrfach verwendet worden. Die „scharfe“ Sauce bestand gefühlt nur aus Tomaten- und Paprikamark mit etwas Schärfe, keinerlei Qualität. Auch Muhammara und Moutabal waren geschmacklich völlig daneben. Ohne den 7€ Rabatt hätte ich fast 44€ (43€) für dieses Essen bezahlt. Selbst mit Rabatt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eine absolute Frechheit. Fazit: Falsche Lieferung, schlechte Qualität, altes Fett und komplett überteuert. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Heute waren wir bei ihm zu Besuch. Das Essen war köstlich und der Besitzer sehr gastfreundlich. Er bot uns Tee, Eid-Kekse und Pralinen an. Wir waren von seiner Großzügigkeit und seiner freundlichen Art begeistert.

Habe hier dreimal bestellt aber das Essen beim letzten Mal war so widerlich ich habe es entsorgt weil ich keine Lebensmittelvergiftung wollte. Das Hähnchenfleisch war wahrscheinlich vom Vortag und wurde in Öl einmal aufgewärmt sonst kann ich mir das kaum angebratene, völlig mit Öl triefende Fleisch nicht erklären. Wenn das der Umgang mit Hähnchen ist würde ich hier allgemein nicht essen die Gesundheit ist schon wichtiger.

Der Geschmack geht nicht schlechter, ein Teil der Bestellung fehlt, Lieferung nach über 2 Stunden gekommen und Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich

Sehr leckere arabische Küche! Wir haben hier sowohl vor Ort gegessen als auch nach Hause liefern lassen. Es war immer unglaublich lecker! Das Fleisch ist gut gewürzt und authentisch gegrillt, die Pommes knusprig, der Reis sehr ansprechend angerichtet und die Saucen sind der Hammer! Im Restaurant war es sauber und ruhig 😌 Der Service war auch sehr gut und freundlich. Vielen Dank für das leckere Essen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Frau und ich waren nun zum zweiten Mal beim Orient Restaurant essen, bzw einmal haben wir bestellt und das zweite Mal waren wir vor Ort. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr sehr gut. Auch bei den kleinen Dingen, wie der Salat als Vorspeise, zeigt der Besitzer und Koch, dass er Essen extrem gut abschmecken kann. Das absolute Highlight sind aber die Fleischvarianten vom Grill. Die verschiedenen Spieße und Fleischstücke sind wirklich unglaublich gut - der Grill verleiht dem Essen eine ganz besondere, "smoke" Note. Dazu kommt, dass alles perfekt zubereitet und mariniert ist. Alles ist super zart und perfekt auf den Punkt, on top dann diese super tollen Röstaromen vom Grill. Wir essen die Orient/Grillplatten immer mit dem Reis dazu, welcher auch total lecker ist und super schön rot und orange strahlt. Auch hier wieder perfekt gewürzt. Der Besitzer selbst ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die verschiedenen Saucen/Dips (Hummus, Knoblauchsauce etc) sind auch sehr geschmacksintensiv und toll abgestimmt. Das einzige, was uns aufgefallen ist, ist, dass es im Restaurant selbst etwas kühl war im Gästebereich. Da könnte man es in den kalten Monaten etwas wärmer für die Gäste haben. Davon ab eine tolle Erfahrung und echt hervorragendes Essen. Man merkt, dass der Besitzer extrem viel Erfahrung mit seinem Essen hat. Dementsprechend bekommt man beim Orient Restaurant authentisches und mit Liebe zubereitetes Essen, das Lust auf mehr macht. Wir werden hier noch oft bestellen und danken dem Besitzer für seine Gastfreundschaft und das tolle Essen zum fairen Preis.

Absoluter Nogo laden! Fahrer streitet sich mit einem weil er 2 Minuten warten musste, dass ich 3 Etagen runter kommen musste, noch nie sowas erlebt. Spätabends an der Haustür Palaba zu machen, erste und letze Mal das ich dort bestellt habe. Falscher Ansatzpunkt, wenn man seine Bestellungen nicht gemanagt kriegt, das am Kunden raus zu lassen, vorallem hätte es genauso lange gedauert wenn er hoch gekommen wäre, ohne Sinn. By the way, essen kam auch später als angegeben (bin nicht kleinlich) würde auch niemals so eine Bewertung schreiben aber das war eine absolute Frechheit! Essen dementsprechend

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne vergeben. Sehr unhöfliches Personal und ich habe zwei Stunden auf ein einziges Schawarma gewartet. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Absolute Frechheit. Erstmal hat die Lieferung über anderthalb Stunden gedauert - als ich angerufen hab, um zu fragen, wie lange es noch dauert, wurde ich angeraunzt. Antwort: „Ich hab keine Ahnung“ und aufgelegt. Am schlimmsten war aber etwas anderes: Ich hatte eine Cola Zero bestellt, der Lieferant drückte mir an der Tür eine normale Cola in die Hand, ohne auch nur irgendwas dazu zu sagen. Als ich meinte, ich hätte Zero bestellt, hat er wie aus der Pistole geschossen gesagt, dass sie keine Zero mehr hätten. Ich habe dann immerhin mein Geld zurückbekommen. Aber: er wusste ganz genau, dass ich etwas anderes bestellt hatte - hat aber schön darauf gewartet, dass es mir auffällt. Hätte ich in der Sekunde nicht genau hingeguckt, hätte er mir ohne Worte die falsche Bestellung ausgehändigt. Das ist einfach richtig schwach. Bei jedem normalen Laden hätte man direkt gesagt: sorry, wir haben die Zero nicht - Sie können ihr Geld zurückbekommen oder die andere Cola nehmen. Aber darauf zu hoffen, dass es dem Kunden nicht auffällt, ist einfach nur asozial. Achso: geschmeckt hat das Essen auch nur so lala. Vieles hat schon verbrannt geschmeckt - Hummus war mit gefühlten 2 Litern Olivenöl bedeckt.

Noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Voll Katastrophe. Pommes schmecken alt und sind hart, als wären sie nochmal erwärmt worden. Humus hatte einen sauren Geschmack, wahrscheinlich schlecht. Alles hat nicht geschmeckt. Sehr enttäuschend! Ich habe sogar ein schlechtes Gefühl dass ich das gegessen habe und würde am liebsten alles wieder rausk....

Sehr Sehr unhöflich am Telefon und sehr schlechter Service nicht in die wohnung hoch gebraucht obwohl. Gehbehinderte in der wohnung sind. ! Vielleicht dort essen mag gut sein aber Service 0 bei lieferung

I ordered from a delivery service and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. When I called after 90 minutes to ask where my food was because the delivery time had already passed (45 minutes + 45 minutes for normal delivery), I was shouted at and yelled at on the phone. That's what happens when I order from a delivery service. This place hardly has any good customer service. The food was okay, but I have to say, I'm going to avoid this place!!!!! Writing to customers is the last thing I should do!!!!!

We've only ever ordered here, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. However, deliveries have always arrived on time. The meat is delicious, and the grilled vegetables are really good. What we really like most are the rice and hummus.

Called at 6:30 p.m. to order. Didn't get the food until 9pm. Called at 8 p.m. and was told that the tires were probably broken but they were now on their way. We ordered 4 shawarma and they didn't contain anything either, they were just super thin and a touch of nothing. In terms of taste, it just didn't taste like shawarma. After waiting for 2 hours, we were kindly given the sauce for which they had previously charged €2. Don't order here because it doesn't taste good and it just takes far too long.

The food is very good, frankly, and clean

If I could, I wouldn't give a single star! We ordered sharuma and everything arrived full of oil. The flatbread was even MOIST. The food tasted like falafel, which was nowhere near what we ordered. Our Schaurma didn't have Mal's garlic sauce even though that was our order. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The restaurant is more of a chip shop with a delivery service. Simply furnished with wooden tables and chairs. My girlfriend and I felt comfortable. The food and tea were delicious. Order and pay at the counter but food was brought to the table.

Very bad experience! I ordered my food at 7:00 p.m. and it was supposed to be delivered at 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until 9:30 p.m., an hour late. When the food finally arrived it was cold and absolutely inedible. The meat in the shawarma was blackened and the fries were so hard they felt like wood. I was expecting better quality and service but was very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this provider.

I ordered on my brother's recommendation. I was very skeptical at first - good oriental delivery food is hard to find. We chose the grill menu for 4 people. 9 skewers, rice, grilled tomatoes and pepperoni, mixed/small salad bowl, coleslaw and Arabic bread! 😍You could choose 4 sauces (selection: garlic, spicy and hummus). I have attached pictures of the food here. Grilled food takes time and so does delivery, so more than about 60 minutes was totally fine. In addition, it was a Sunday afternoon, which is very busy. The food was warm, very tasty and the delivery person was super friendly! ❤️ I would love to order from you more often in the future! 😊 Since it was a delivery, I couldn't judge the ambience.

I was very hungry on Saturday and decided to eat here and I can say that if you don't eat here it's your own fault. I have a large mixed grill plate with bread, Ordered various sauces and salad and of course hoped to be full. Juicy, delicious grilled meat, delicious chips and bread and all the sauces I wanted were included and the delicious meat from the charcoal was simply a mega highlight. The ambience is simply great, a beautifully maintained restaurant where you can eat outside when the weather is nice, which is what I did. Very friendly, personable staff and the food was simply fresh and delicious, I was really impressed, I have to say that if you don't eat here it's your own fault. The owner is extremely personable, sweet, friendly and funny. You feel at home here. Definitely one of the best restaurants in NRW and highly recommended.

I am very dissatisfied and angry. I ordered at 10:27 p.m. and now it's 12:24 a.m. - my order still hasn't arrived! Are you serious? Two hours for two sandwiches? I ordered because of the good rating on Lieferando and was extremely disappointed.. the chicken was no longer edible, it tasted like it was 3 days old.. (chicken in the shawarma) the crispy chicken was everything else but not crispy! I don't even need to start with the salad, it was probably a week old. I honestly don't know how you can go to sleep in peace when you sell something like that to your customers with a clear conscience! Apart from all that, we ordered at 7 p.m. and the food wasn't there until 9 p.m. When I called at 7:30 p.m. to ask, my food was already packed, so I left it packed for over an hour? I hope you just go broke and close this honestly can't be true may Allah punish you for that

We have ordered online several times and have always been satisfied. The hummus is super delicious and today we had a crispy plate with rice for the first time... that was the tastiest rice of our lives and I definitely need the recipe! 😅

I just ordered food and am disappointed. Chicken burnt and not seasoned. Fries are so hard that they are rock hard. And for that I waited 1:30 hours.

Soooo good food and really nice people. I only recently dined there for the first time; nowhere else in the area does the falafel taste so incredibly good.
