Very good food and you feel welcome. The prices are still okay. Gladly again. Addendum. The food and menu has gone down a lot recently. I have no idea what's going on, but we don't like it anymore. It's actually a shame because we were happy to have a good Greek restaurant nearby. 😢

Finally it worked. I'm so excited about everything. Food was great cinema! A real feast for the palate!!!!!! The service is outstanding. The friendliness is sensational. I've never tasted such good Perfect Lamb. A recommendation for people who appreciate good food. A reservation is necessary, which isn't a bad thing. It's really worth it......... Best Greek I've ever been to. We will be back.

The Greek restaurant in Mainz Kastell offers a wonderful atmosphere in its outdoor area. The service is very friendly and accommodating. However, you should reserve a table in advance, especially on a nice day, as the restaurant is quite good. The food is excellent, especially the meat is of good quality, which is unfortunately missing in many Greek restaurants. You can find that here. We would be happy to come back and look forward to it.

Nice, neat and always a nice evening with good food

We can highly recommend this Greek restaurant. It was our first time here and the restaurant was very busy. We received a very friendly welcome, got a table for two and the service was very good. There is a very good selection of Greek specialties, there is something for everyone and it tastes very tasty (the meat is very juicy, very very tasty gyros and the portions are large). If we were to stay in Mainz again, we would dine in this restaurant at any time. The service is very good, fast and very friendly at all times.

Food was average to good for Greek food in Germany. The service was extremely slow with our entrees coming out close to 2 hours after ordering (on a relatively slow Thursday evening) which is slow by even European standards for dinner.

The ambience is great. The wine is known to be good. However, far overpriced in the restaurant!! The concept of eating in the restaurant also needs to be reviewed. Simple meals cannot be ordered. To do this, module orders must be decided and carried out in a concept. This automatically upgrades a small hunger to the menu. This is also reflected in the increased price. This quickly costs the little hanger between 100 and 150 euros... I don't find this economic move consumer-friendly. This means I can still give it a good 2 stars.

The food was very tasty! Just the half teaspoon of tzatziki they put on our main courses. That was a disgrace. You are forced to order an additional portion, even though it actually comes with the grill plate and calamari!…. That's why I wouldn't go there again!

Our group (8 people) went for dinner in the evening and we all loved it. I was very happy with the seasoning on my Athens plate, unlike some other places it wasn't over seasoned. Calf liver is also recommended. The service is courteous and personally appealing. We'd love to come back.

I wonder what I paid around €83 for. Mistakes in the kitchen, food was so-so, which was also complained about to the waitress. Answer: excuses from the waitress and still complete bill, that speaks of arrogance according to the motto: Eat up, you idiot, pay up and keep your mouth shut.

The food and service are top. However, it is very loud here. Because it tastes so good it is always full. Conversations at the table are tiring because you constantly hear the other guests who are in a good mood.

Update 26.12.2023: Ich hab es nochmal probiert und bin leider leider total enttäuscht. 5 Scheiben Aubergine 5 Scheiben Zucchini ein Ministück von einem Käse der kein Schafskäse war plus 1 Teelöffel Zaziki und ein Teelöffel Tarama und noch zwei andere Cremes und das alles für 16 Euro. Also, nein, sorry da stimmt nichts mehr. Update 01.07.2023: Die Portionen sind viel kleiner geworden und damit stimmt das Preis Leistung Verhältnis nicht mehr. Dass an Kartoffeln und schweinespieß kein Salz war, kann ja mal passieren aber bei den mini Portionen werden wir nicht so bald wieder hingehen. Auf meine Frage ob ich Schafskäse doppelt haben kann, wurde gesagt das sei leider nicht möglich. 🤔 Bestes Essen und super nette Bedienung, toller Biergarten, einfach ein Ort zum Wohl fühlen. Wir sind mittlerweile Stammgäste 👌👍

Essen prima und das ist die Hauptsache. Was uns jedoch alle genervt hat war das Rumzicken bei der Kartenzahlung. Erst hieß es, nur wenn der gesamte Tisch gemeinsam bezahlt, wäre Kartenzahlung möglich also nicht jeder einzeln. Und dann "nur EC Karte" (die es seit 10 Jahren nicht mehr gibt). Hier sollte man dringend im Jahr 2023 ankommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Umfeld. Das Essen war sehr lecker, allerdings waren die Portionen doch etwas klein. Diese Meinung hatten wir alle vier. Dafür gibt es den Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten alles super.

Ein griechisches Restaurant was den Namen wirklich verdient hat. Man merkt beim Essen das das Personal in der Küche sein Handwerk versteht und mit Liebe alles zubereitet. Egal ob Vorspeise oder Hauptgericht alles super Lecker. Bei der Bedienung gibt es ebenfalls nichts zu kritisieren. Der Kinderfreundliche Service ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich. Die Portionen sind groß aber nicht überladen und wenn man mit Vorspeise was bestellt kaum zu schaffen. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeiten sich den Rest einpacken zulassen. Da das Restaurant so gut und scheinbar bekannt ist sollte man unbedingt einen Tisch rechtzeitig reservieren. 5 Sterne sind verdient und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Um zu beginnen, möchte ich sagen, dass der Service herausragend ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen wurde äußerst zügig serviert, was zweifellos Lob verdient. In Bezug auf das Essen selbst kann ich sagen, dass es frisch und sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Allerdings empfinde ich, dass die Portionen hier für den Preis etwas größer ausfallen können. großzügigere Portion. Wir hatten bei einen Gericht statt Bratkartoffeln Pommes bestellt, hier hätte ich hausgemachte Pommes statt der tiefgekühlten Variante bevorzugt. Ansonsten Abgesehen davon hat das Ambiente einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Man sitzt sehr schön draußen, der Service war freundlich und schnell. Das Essen war gut, leider sehr eingedeutscht. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert.

Wir waren vor Jahren öfter in dem Restaurant als es noch deutsche Küche hatte. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen. Wir wollten was trinken & evtl. Was essen. Wir wurden erstmal von der Kellnerin nicht besonders freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir in einem Restaurant sind und man „in einem Restaurant auch isst.“ - sehr unverschämt. Die Getränke kamen, inkl. Lippenstift der vornutzerin am glas. (Kann mal passieren) Die Reaktion bei der Reklamation war auch nicht besonders gut. Essen war gut! Während dem Essen wurden wir 4 mal gefragt, ob alles okay sei. Teller wurden abgeräumt obwohl einer von uns noch am Essen war. Hatten eigentlich die komplette Zeit das Gefühl, dass man ins so schnell wie möglich los werden wollte. Somit waren wir auch nicht mal eine Stunde da. Als ich nach der Rechnung bei Keller 1 fragte, antwortete Nummer 2 und Nummer 3 fragte wie wir zahlen wollen. Alles in allem: essen war gut, wir haben uns aber nicht wohl gefühlt. Schade.
