I went there 3 times and it always fulfilled my expectations. The personnel is nice and attentive, the menu is gigantic and, so far, all the dishes i've tried have been fantastic. I would 100% recommend this place.

Update 08.2024. It hasn't become more expensive, it's just that the plates and portions are smaller. If there is a lunch menu, I expect cheaper prices and no smaller positions! You can clearly see the difference in the photos (12.90/18.90). It doesn't work that way... 02.2024 - Nicely decorated, nice service, tasted good, but for 17.90 euros the portion with a dollop of tzatziki was too small or too expensive for me. No bread on the table. Unfortunately, drink prices are borderline.

In this kitchen there is magic, positive magic. Atmosphere okay, a bit too much decoration, top service. One star deducted because the portions are quite reasonable for the prices.

Great food with vegetables and tasty rice in addition to meat. Plus they are super friendly and have lots of neighborhood history on the walls.

We had lunch 3 times today, gyro plate and pork skewer. The meat was very tasty, but the fries were too hard. We were a bit shocked when we saw the portions, it wasn't even children's plate level. We are also aware that the lunch menu is generally a little smaller, which is okay. But the plates were really cheeky and, in my opinion, a rip-off. Even my son had to laugh at his schnitzel and he is 4. But the service was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately we won't be eating there anymore because you just leave the restaurant hungry for the money you pay there. Unfortunately we had to go out to eat again afterwards.

We were welcomed very friendly. The service was good, the food was delicious and everything was very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is very kitschy for my taste, but that can also have its charm. If you are in Wedding, you are welcome to eat there.

The prices are now a disgrace. For small dishes 14-17 euros - that's out of proportion. This is the new approach of restaurateurs: reducing portions and making prices more expensive. If you can't get your head full. Because of alleged crises etc.

Very nice attentive staff. Salad is sour. Grill plate is manageable, but tastes good. I was able to change the side dish to garlic potatoes, which definitely deserve this title. Chicken with Metaxa sauce very thin and too expensive for the price. There was an ouzo on the house when paying at the end. Seating in the outside lighting is very tight.

I visited Taverna Hellas today and am completely satisfied. The service is very friendly, the food tastes very good and the price-performance ratio is completely right for Berlin. Hellas also offers very good-tasting baked potatoes with its dishes. Something different like fries. I would eat there again at any time. We recommend.

Very tasty food. We had three starters (garlic bread special, fried zucchini, taramas) and four main courses (chicken skewers including a side salad, calamari including a side salad, small gyros, children's schnitzel). There was nothing to criticize about any of the dishes, it was simply delicious. The service was very courteous and friendly. Due to Mother's Day there was a long-style red rose for every woman 🤩. That was just beautiful.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at Taverna Hellas. Delicious and good food and very warm and friendly service. We look forward to the next visit. 😁

Super delicious food in a very authentic restaurant. The gyro in metaxa sauce was a 10/10! There is Greek Mythos beer on tap, which we really liked. The service was super nice and everything was served quickly. We'd love to come back.

Tasty as usual, but quite expensive.

We stopped by here for lunch because we heard it was very good. We received a very friendly welcome and were shown to the table. We chose something from the lunch menu: 2x gyros for 12.50 and 2x mixed plates for 13.90. It was really small portions for the price! A person has become full but only because they don't eat much anyway! The three of us would have liked to eat something more. Well, that's probably the case at lunch 🤷‍♀️ The food tasted good and you could eat it. You can park anywhere on the street for a fee if you can get a space.

I'm sorry, I ordered a dish for €16. OK, not the biggest plate to expect, but I've never gone home hungry after visiting a restaurant. No bread, no salad. Whether VAT and more cost, Everything was different. Then I cook myself and don't go out to eat in such a location anymore. But the staff was friendly.

Ok eten. Niet heel bijzonder. Veel vlees voornamelijk. De bediening deed wel een beetje lastig over betalen met een buitenlandse pinkaart.

The place is rather a deli shop than a restaurant. They have already prepared stuff which you choose and they warm up and serve to you. The owners are Greek and very nice. It’s a cozy place if you want some calm and traditional Greek food.

Went there for the first time today. Not really a fan of Greek restaurants as there is usually more quantity than quality. Service perfect. Super accommodating, unobtrusive and super friendly. Both grill plates really good. Meat great. Side dishes great. Portion size finally reasonable. With most Greeks you are overwhelmed by the crowd. After we came across this Greek restaurant by chance, we were immediately excited and in love with Taverna Hellas Wedding! I have never had such good quality before!! Here you can tell that the food is made with love and service to the guest. You are greeted very friendly and you practically feel like you are at your mother's house. So far we have had absolutely nothing to complain about. The portions are decent, the price/performance is completely fair and the service/conditions are top. Absolutely recommended!!!☀️☀️☀️

We don’t know exactly who worked on the interior of this restaurant, but we think at a minimum – the ancient Greek goddess Hestia. The attention to detail is simply amazing, especially considering that from the street this place does not seem particularly remarkable. Unlike many Greek restaurants, here you can get the luxurious Mousaka (€18.90), which, judging by its size, can feed half the restaurant. Wir sind sehr gerne hier. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Und das essen ist immer sehr lecker und ausreichend.

Ein griechisches Restaurant, dass sich bemüht, jedes Klischee Griechenlands zu erfüllen. Statuen, Akropolis, Gemälde, alles wundervoll nachgebaut, es ist drollig und man kann sich amüsieren. Das Essen ist wirklich gelungen und reichhaltig, es dürfte mehr gewürzt sein. Der Service ist perfekt! Ich vermisste das typische Abschlussgetränk aufs Haus, das ich bei jedem Griechen bisher bekam.

Essen war ok. Leider sehr kleine Portion, wenig Gyros und ein Spieß vom wenigen Zaziki abgesehen. Laden wirkt sehr veraltet.

Wir waren spontan in der (zurecht) gut besuchten Taverne essen. Extrem leckeres, authentisches griechisches Essen bei dem keine Wünsche offen blieben. Super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Wir hatten verschiedene Mezze und Grillspezialiten, alles war frisch zubereitet und hausgemacht. Ich wäre hier Stammgast, wenn ich in Berlin wohnen würde!

Prima era meglio. Ora le porzioni sono ridotte ed i prezzi sono aumentati di parecchio. Se prima in 4 spendevamo circa 60€, ora ne servono 80€. Peccato.
