A really good Turkish breakfast. Everything was fresh, plentiful, and incredibly delicious. The breakfast was superbly prepared and of high quality – everything was just right. The staff there were really friendly and attentive. You immediately feel at home. The atmosphere was also great – relaxed and beautifully decorated.

Everything was perfect we ordered lamb shank and lamb liver portion size was quite good as well as presentation staff was super cordial and welcoming ❤️

I visited a Turkish restaurant and have never eaten anything more delicious in Munich. The dishes were simply outstanding – 11/10! Highly recommended. A special thank you also to the bartender; he makes such delicious cocktails that you'll want to lick your fingers afterward.

We came because of the many positive Google reviews – in retrospect, it's hard to understand why. The prices are extremely high, more on par with an upscale restaurant. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the overall experience lived up to this standard. The only positive aspect was the waiter: friendly, polite, and welcoming. However, that was the only positive. The food was a huge disappointment – ​​bland, uninspired, and absolutely unacceptable for this price range. Most of the food was left unfinished. At €5–12 per dish, one might be able to overlook it, but not at these prices. For three people, we paid €155 (we gave €160) – this is completely disproportionate to the service. It was particularly unpleasant that the restroom was located right next to our table on the same floor. Food and toilet practically side-by-side – it's simply disgusting. Odors have no place in a dining area; that should go without saying. The restroom itself was also worn and neglected. As we left, we were offered Turkish tea, which we declined – to be honest, we were just glad to be leaving the restaurant. Overall, it seems that the many positive reviews don't reflect reality. Conclusion: massively overpriced, disappointing food, unpleasant atmosphere. Definitely never again for us.

We ate at the restaurant today and tried Edrine Ciger, Adana Kebab, Diyar Kebab, Kavurma, and Burgep. Everything was very juicy, fresh, and tasted fantastic. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing them. We were completely satisfied and will definitely come back.

We arrived in Diyar after a long journey from Berlin. And we're so glad we did. What did we eat and drink? Hot soup, delicious lamb tandoori, and finally, a well-brewed glass of tea, where hospitality reached its peak. The children ate grilled meatballs, and not a single one was left on their plates. Serkan Bey has been in Germany for 25 years, the last two of which he's been in Diyar. If I lived here, I would definitely come back to chat with him often. I thank him for his hospitality.

Anchovies are great, Arnaut ciyerç is very nice, I recommend it to everyone, and the kunepe is very nice.

If you want to feel at home in Munich, Europe's coldest city at the foot of the Alps, I highly recommend meeting the owner, Ersan, the chef, and the head waiter, Sertan.

The restaurant has a rather upscale style, with a cozy, if somewhat dated, ambiance. The food was good and a bit unusual – not your typical home cooking, but rather modern Turkish cuisine. The flavors were solid, but not outstanding. However, it was quite expensive: there were four of us, and we paid almost €100, even though two of us only ordered burgers. To be honest, we expected a bit more for that price. In conclusion: A nice, cozy restaurant with good, but not exceptional, food – more suited to a special occasion than everyday dining.

We made a reservation for dinner and went. The lentil soup was the best I've had in Munich. The lamb shish kebab wasn't dry, it was perfectly cooked, and it was perfect. The Adana was also truly wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, and the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The rice that accompanied it was delicious! The chicken was also a real treat! The cold meze appetizer platter is also worth mentioning! Fantastic, also vegetarian upon request; the best part was, despite the meat dishes, we didn't feel full! It was absolutely digestible! My compliments to the owner, Ersan! He also cooks himself! From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, everything was not only attractively and lovingly presented, but also perfectly matched in flavor and simply delicious. I was looking for a shady spot on a terrace this summer and found it here! :-) The food – a large mixed salad with falafel – was very good and generous! Wonderfully prepared with care, including fresh pomegranate seeds. The falafel were pleasantly spicy and crispy. When I asked for an extra spicy sauce, I also received a fresh, spicy relish. Very delicious. I'd be happy to come back. Even as a vegetarian, you can always get something delicious here, and the mixed appetizer platter – cold or hot – is always great.
