The food was very good and fresh. Mr. Ahmet Ali was very polite and attentive.

We waited 20 minutes for a tea, with eight guests already having their fill. We didn't get the order we placed at the terminal. Once, never again.

The staff almost beat us, and hygiene is absolutely nonexistent there. The food on the tables was only cleared away after an hour. Don't go there under any circumstances—pure disappointment and a complete waste of time.

I had their smash burgers. It was very good.

Small picnic table outside that you could sit on. Chicken durum was good but the sauce was not evenly distributed. Was crunchy and flavorful though. They say they take Amex but they actually don’t.

We were there for breakfast, and unfortunately, it was anything but perfect. The staff seemed unattentive, so the side dishes didn't arrive until very late – by the time we were practically hungry. For what they offer, the price-performance ratio is, in my opinion, significantly too high. The music was so loud that a relaxing breakfast was out of the question – more of a club atmosphere than a peaceful morning. It's a shame, I really had hoped for more. For me personally, it was a unique experience – definitely not a repeat.

We visited this restaurant as a family (with three children) and were especially impressed by the Smash Burger – truly delicious! The ingredients were fresh, the staff extremely friendly – ​​what more could you want? The large selection of Turkish specialties is also particularly impressive. The only small drawback: parking is quite limited. It's best to arrive by public transport.

Had the shawarma with fries and flat bread. Liked the fresh additions like tomatoes and the squeeze of lemon at the end. Was delicious. Sat inside and was seduced by the chocolate bakhlava tres leches thing they had going on. Was also delicious.

They advertise that they have kebab on offer. I come here on purpose from another part of town, I want kebab. They tell me not to have it, that kebab can only be eaten in restaurants.

We came here based on the reviews. Everything was, in a word, BAD!!!! The Turkish soup arrived cold and stale, and the menemen was just a boiled egg with a tomato in it. The fried egg wasn't fried, but deep-fried! A real waste of money!

No greeting/ no hygiene/ all the tables had not been cleared by the previous guests. Tables and the floor were full of crumbs and smeared everywhere (jam-chocolate). We wanted to cancel our reservation - absolutely unfriendly staff said they could not open the cash register because the manager wasn't there - it was just an online cancellation that we had previously wanted to cancel without any claim after we saw the condition. Despite this, we had to have breakfast - absolute disgrace as it wasn't worth the €36 we paid. Eggs undercooked/ small tea and only one per person/orange juice from a bottle/ sausage felt like it was from the day before and no choice. €36 of money wasted. We were absolutely unsatisfied.

It was the worst, most stale baklava we've ever eaten. The baklava sold under the guise of "The Freshest Has Just Arrived" was bone-dry. It's truly a shame for the money we paid. 45-50 Euros per kilo is not a small sum, it's hard work to earn that kind of money, and buying baklava from here feels like throwing it away. We've bought a cake before, and the cream was stale. Sultan Patisserie is finished for us now. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a waste of your money.

I asked 3 times if they were fresh and they replied, "Of course sir." Unfortunately, even my little children could not eat them. I paid 15 € for 2 baklavas and 1 kadayıf. The baklavas were very hard and the oil in the kadayıf was very bad.

A very bad experience with this restaurant. Breakfast is supposed to be available from 8 a.m. on Sundays – we were there at 9 a.m. and still had to wait for bread. This isn't the first time this has happened to us. The service was also unfriendly.

I can say that I had the worst breakfast of my life. If I wasn't hungry, I would have thrown them all on the floor. It can't be 12€ for a sausage and eggs. Also, it says "mit Beilage" and it comes with two slices of cucumber and tomato. It's so funny. I've never seen such a Beilage in my life. I also wish it was cooked well, one side was black from being over-fried. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast is average, service is poor, I don't think there is a need to come again.

I've never visited such a bad kebab shop and never experienced such poor service. They are extremely slow and completely unprofessional. I ordered a baklava, only to find out at the end that they were out of it. There was no apology, and no refund. A disgrace!

The cake looked truly beautiful. It actually tasted delicious, but the proportions weren't right: about 70% was buttercream (white/pink), and only about 30% was cake or batter. The large amount of cream made the cake very sweet and rich overall—so much so that the cream was barely edible in the end. So we ate just the batter. Less cream and a bit more cake would have made the whole thing much more balanced and delicious.

Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. We wanted breakfast on a Sunday. The group was so amateurish and irritable; no one should have to experience that. A larger group that arrived shortly after us was greeted very rudely, presumably because they were completely overwhelmed. Even though they wanted breakfast, they were only offered tea and baklava, which they were then supposed to share among themselves. After the soup we wanted wasn't available either, it was time for us to say goodbye.

It's always good here for lunch because you get really good food. Fresh dishes and a wide selection of Turkish specialties. Today, my meal (Lachmacun, Börek) was unfortunately delayed due to the large number of guests, or they forgot something. It can happen... But as soon as I noticed, the employee apologized very politely and even brought me a drink as an apology. I thought that was very thoughtful. I also got a small, very tasty salad and my meal. Great as always! That's customer service and courtesy! Many other places could learn a thing or two from this, especially during lunchtime! Thank you very much, I'll definitely be back!

Since they deleted my previous 3 star review, now I have to give a 1 star review. This way you can understand why their scores are so high. The four types of baklava we bought were stale and only one was fresh. I gave it three stars because the fresh one tasted good, but unfortunately they didn't like the comments.

We're not from Munich and were there very early, so we thought we'd have some breakfast. Searched in Google and came across this restaurant first. When we arrived we saw they didn't open until 7am, so we waited in the car for half an hour. At 7:10 a.m. we entered the store and a lady said in a very rude manner that they wouldn't be opening for another hour, then just turned around and left. Sorry, but then they should change the times on the internet and at the door!

I bought half a kilo of Tulumba before the holidays, on Thursday April 17th. However, when I tried them at home, they were dry and tasteless. It felt like they had already been stored for two weeks. We have been here three times now, the first time 3 years ago. Everything was great there! Now on the third visit I was quite disappointed. Unfortunately it wasn't clean, some of it was pretty dirty on the floor and on the tables. It was Sunday morning around 8:30 a.m. and there were no guests; other families arrived after us. I also don't understand why there is sugar in paper cups on the tables when a breakfast menu for one person now costs almost 18 euros?! Something doesn't add up. I remember three years ago we paid 10 euros. But at almost 18 euros, I expect a little more or at least an orange juice included. So we ordered Menemen XXL, which arrived in a normal-sized pan. The two of us ate and we were full. We wanted to order a cheese platter, but unfortunately it wasn't available. Finally, also at Menemen: 15 euros for an egg dish? Sucuk isn't even there. I have no idea who can/wants/wants to “afford” or “enjoy” all of this - I’ll be honest! While I was eating I was thinking about how many eggs I could have bought from the farm for 15 euros. Staff is nice, I can't say anything about that. Food was delicious too! Unfortunately, in our opinion, the price-performance ratio doesn't match at all. Cleanliness can also be worked on.

I went a couple of weeks ago and I was very disappointed. Although the portions were big, the food was cold (warmed afterwards in the microwave), and they said the menu was for 9€ but I paid 13€. They didn't say actually why. So cold food, more expensive as promised, service solala... I would go to other and much better Turkish restaurants. I can't recommend it.

While the open menu had an attractive presentation, the value for money was disappointing. The selection of dishes was limited, and the quality of the food didn't meet expectations for the price. Many of the dishes offered seemed rather mediocre and unconvincing. In summary, based on this experience, I cannot recommend the open menu. It would be desirable to see more emphasis placed on the quality and variety of the dishes in the future to justify the price.

I've been a customer of yours for years. Today I wanted to buy two fresh pide, and the employee tried to serve me without gloves. When I pointed this out, he said, "I don't have any gloves," to which I insisted he get some. He rolled his eyes, of course, and continued serving me rudely. That was my last visit. The shop definitely needs to work on its hygiene! What a shame...

Nice Turkish restaurant. We were there for breakfast, and the breakfast had some good things on offer. We ordered a couple of dishes. The menemen was good but the eggs were cooked too much so it was not runny. Nevertheless, everything was still good. But we felt like the portions were too small for the price. One waiter was there and he is busy with someone else.

I went there on a recommendation to break my fast. I was totally surprised when I got there. A selection and variety of dishes, whether warm or cold, await you. There you can choose from two different soups and a variety of main courses...unfortunately there was no dessert included in the price. Unlike the other restaurants, when the buffet is open, you can't serve yourself but tell the staff over the counter what you would like to have (seems to be a strategy). The hefty price for the open buffet of €29.90 is too high compared to the other locations without dessert. The price of €24.90 would be appropriate and sufficient as there is no dessert. One of the worst “restaurants” I’ve been to. Staff just stares at customers instead of asking if everything is okay. You have to go to the cash register to order the food instead of the waiter coming to the table. The menu was only available upon request. You constantly have to go to the checkout if you want something. The sauces are like porridge and there was only chicken and no veal. One of the worst most unpleasant ambiences I've seen.

The food tastes very good. Only when we went in we were stared at very strangely by the ladies and the young gentleman at the checkout. We felt very uncomfortable. The staff should be trained how to welcome customers and also how to be friendly. Unfortunately I wouldn't go here again, you don't feel comfortable.

The scariest place I've ever been to in my life. If I called the waiters rude people, it would be an insult to rude people. A breakfast not even close to the photos. I reserved a table and drove from Stuttgart. The service is non-existent and completely overwhelmed even though the store was only half full. The ambience invites you to make yourself comfortable, but unfortunately that doesn't happen because (in my case) you sit at the table with 6 people for half an hour, the waitress calls and nobody takes care of you. We left without ordering and had breakfast somewhere else.

We have come from Spain and tried this kebap. It was delicious, and we decided to try other kebaps but this one is very very good. Super recommended. And apparently it seems to be successful since every time we have gone the roll is always almost finished. Very very top. I wish there was one of these in Madrid. And the boy who served us was very attentive and fast.
