We bought two lahmacun to take away which were delicious. The employee was nice, warmed up the lahmacun for us and sprinkled it with lemon. The employees also wear gloves. The price is €3.95 per lahmacun (without salad) if you take it to go, otherwise the piece costs €4.50. The selection is large and there are plenty of seats. The location is also good, close to the main train station and above a Rewe. Negatively, but the restaurant can't do anything about it, are some guests who behave loudly and rudely.

There are a lot of interesting desert options but the place is strewn with garbage, and the tables are not cleaned.

I don't know where to start... According to the plan, breakfast/brunch would be possible, but this was refused as soon as we sat down, without explanation. When we sat down, all the tables were dirty and the table was only wiped when we were served. Cutlery, napkins and glasses were dirty and some of the forks had leftovers. Staff only changed cutlery after being asked/requested. With an invoice of €38, €42 was simply billed… Food was okay.

Don't come, it's a waste of your money, the hygiene is zero, the plates smell, the toilets are not worth writing about anyway, the employees are very reluctant, they brought you 1 cup of tea in 20 minutes. DON'T COME!!!

Doner and Dürüm were not good. Meat, vegetables and sauce are completely tasteless. The meat consists mainly of fat and is not grilled well. The kebabs were prepared listlessly. In addition, questionable hygiene standards: washing your hands for 2 seconds and if something falls down, not throwing it away but putting it aside on the shelf (perhaps for later guests?) is not possible. The only bright spot: the employee put his cigarette aside before serving and tried to be friendly.

If you look as a bakery they have very tasty things but if you are looking for Turkish breakfast i can say here is not the best option. Egg with sucuk was good but don’t try to menemen. Tea is okay and simit is perfect. It’s a self service restaurant and it shouldn’t be.

If there was a zero, I would give it a zero. It is a business that does not live up to its name. It is a business that has become Arabicized under the name of zero quality, zero service, zero Turkish business.

Frequently visit for lunch- yummy döner and baklava varieties. Very tech savy with their menu and payment options (fully contact less) The remodeled restaurant is really nice. All of their shawarma dishes are very tasty and the portion is sufficient. They also have really good baklava and other sweets. Breakfast & snack items are also quite tasty. They have very friendly staff (those at the döner counter also speak a bit of English) Aside of this I really like their Vorspeisen menu where you can choose from a good selection of salads, bulgur, etc.and pair it with freshly baked bread.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the restaurant's quiet location created a relaxed atmosphere. Went in in the evening and got 3 baklava with pistachio and a Kadayif walnut piece. A baklava with high-quality pistachios cost 1.75 euros whereas the walnut piece cost 4 euros. The prices were only visible in kilos. (In my opinion) The employees argued in front of us and generally the quality was good but not outstanding, which did not justify the price of almost 10 euros. We wouldn't come again

The price was high for the buffet they were offering, few options were available. We asked if they had vegetarian options and they said yes, but afterwards we discovered there were 2/3 options (really basic food). The salads and entries were not included, you needed to pay extra for it. Really disappointed with the whole experience, only soup as an entry and no desserts at all, not even a piece of baklava.

The service was really bad I asked from the beginning if they have vegetarian options for the Iftar they said they have but when I went to ask for food there was nothing just some grilled vegetables and rice and I pay 27.90€. This was the most expensive plate of rice and vegetables. There were some salads that I wanted to go for but they said they are extra and that I need to pay for it 😡

Very, very disappointing: All of Sultan's sweets were far below the expected standard for the price (I paid 30 euros) - the green baklava was even inedible and had a sour taste. This experience not only spoiled my appetite but also raised serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards at the restaurant. The restaurant desperately needs to improve its standards. Future customers shouldn't have to go through the same experience...

Today I bought sweets from the counter (Tulumba) for visitors (Ramazan-Iftar). I deliberately asked at the checkout whether they were fresh, and the cashier responded with a laugh, “Of course.” I tried Tulumba that evening while breaking my fast and lo and behold, the worst confectionery ever. Rock hard, where you can assume that they are not fresh. Truly unbelievable. People please don't buy anything other than bread there, neither in Neuperlach nor at the other branches, I had the same experience with all of them.

Very slow service. We waited 50 minutes until it was wrong, with fries instead of rice. 20 minutes after ordering, a service worker came to us and said there were no more fries. Another 10 minutes later, another colleague came and said to us. They make fries, but the fryer was just cleaned. It will take about 10 minutes. The kebab was cold. The rice on the kebab plate didn't correspond to the Turkish way. Definitely not recommended restaurant.

We spontaneously went for breakfast and it was by far the worst breakfast. 3 people for 84€ and no choice. Instead of the freshly squeezed orange juice provided, cheap orange juice came from the supermarket. Types of jam were specified, only strawberry jam came, as well as types of antipasti where only hummus came from the package. Absolutely not recommended.

I got a kebab in the evening. Unfortunately it wasn't very good. The salad was partly soggy and pieces of fries got into the kebab. Apparently there are only chickens, although I wouldn't have a problem with that. Plus it wasn't particularly big for €7. Update: The owner has now tried to have this review deleted, so further reviews should be treated with caution! Apparently they have no business dealings with "Leon". Well, this won't happen again anyway

We wanted to go for breakfast and were greeted with dirty tables. When we nicely pointed this out to the employee, he immediately insulted us and said that he was alone and couldn't clean 5 dirty tables and that we should clean the table ourselves. Incredible!! We were welcomed very friendly for breakfast. We decided on the Andalu breakfast. It was great, something for everyone. Lots of cheese, hummus, jam, honey, fresh flatbread... Because we were a larger group, we made a reservation. You can also order via app during rush hour. Note: the large sliding door is currently broken, entrance via the kebab shop.

Wir haben ca. 45 min. auf unser Frühstück gewartet. Und mein Tee konnte ich nicht mal nachfüllen lassen, weil nie jemand an unser Tisch gekommen ist. Über den QR Code einen Mitarbeiter rufen hat nicht ganz funktioniert. Service leider gar nicht gut. Das Essen war sonst in Ordnung.

Nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit, wurde es serviert und angeblich für 3 Personen, niemals aber niemals die 83,95€ wert. Bedienung bzw. Kellner helfen kaum beim Bestellung. Die Menge reicht kaum für 2 Personen, noch dazu billig Produkte wie Oliven und Käse paar Gurken, Tomaten und Paprika. Tee kam ganz zum Beschluss als wir gehen wollten( Tee Beutel ) nicht das übliche Gay was man so kennt. Fazit: zu teuer, sehr wenig , Service zu schlecht. Wir empfehlen es nicht Besuchszeit: 01.01.2024 13:00 bis 15:15 ( 1,5 Std.) warte Zeit

Türk yemeklerini ve döner vs yemek istiyorsanız güzel bir mekan. Tavuk döner denedik memnun kaldık. Normal veya XL porsiyon alabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca burada çeşitli yemekler, baklava vs gibi tatlılar, kurupasta, yaşpasta gibi tatlı çeşitleri de bulabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca mekanın alt katında da büyük bir market bulunuyor.

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Desserts sind köstlich. Auch das Bestellsystem hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Hab mir heute auf Zufall hier eine Döner Box "to stay" geholt.... Kommt in einer Schüssel mit Besteck.... Hat mich sofort beeindruckt. Vom Geschmack 1A,die Größe der Portion ist definitiv ausreichend. Hab mir sogar noch einen Rest einpacken lassen. Hab da auch sofort einen behälter bekommen.... Superfreundlich, und alles frisch selbst aufgeschnitten. Sehr sauber. Was ich persönlich sehr wichtig finde : Da wird das Fleisch noch mit dem Messer vom Spieß geschnitten..... Der Preis ist für diese Qualität angemessen. Einer der wenigen Dönerläden den ich wirklich empfehle......!

Jeden Tag gibt es hier frische Gerichte, besonders das Vorspeisen-Buffet und die selbstgemachten Falafel sind zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich.

Hab mir das definitiv anders vorgestellt. Döner war nach 4 Minuten heimweg komplett kalt. Altes Fleisch bekommen sowie durchgesifftes Gemüse aus der Fritöse. Dönerbrot war gummiartig, schmierig & hatte eine sehr komische Form. Hätte mein Geld woanders investieren sollen... Würden die Probleme angegangen werden, wäre jedoch viel Luft nach oben. Vielleicht war es auch ein ungünstiger Zeitpunkt. Habe mich auf einen leckeren, frischen & warmen Döner gefreut, aber da musste ich leider leer ausgehen. Bin sehr enttäuscht worden. Vielleicht erwarte ich auch zu viel, da man in München nicht auf Stammkunden setzen braucht, um genügend Umsatz zu generieren, aber meines Empfindens nach war das vielleicht eine 3,5/10 und sicherlich nicht das, was einen schmackhaften Döner ausmacht oder der allgemeinen Bewertung gerecht wird.

As I was waiting for my connecting train I was hungry. But due to the construction works at Munich Central and the crowds I didn’t want to eat there, but found this turkish restaurant on maps. I ordered a veggie doner and the taste was really good I especially liked the fried or even grilled veggies like mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini. The price of 6,50€ was reasonable for the large portion I got. They also offer more food options with seating accommodations just a few steps inside next to their take away on the street.

Wir waren auf Dienstreise und sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker !! Darüber hinaus sehr schönes Ambiente und tolles Personal! Sollte ich mal wieder in München unterwegs sein komme ich gerne wieder !
