Friendly staff. The food is very tasty, but unfortunately very expensive. They could offer a small portion of yogurt sauce with the skewers instead of charging separately. It's already expensive enough as it is.

I'd like to share my personal experience at Esspoint and explain how I came to my rating. First of all: I had heard a lot of positive things about the veal steak they offer. So we decided to pay the restaurant a visit. We ordered the "Steak Veal Doner Plate." The meat was solid in flavor – but unfortunately quite fatty. This somewhat spoiled the experience, and we would have hoped for a bit more quality. It came with regular fries, some salad, and a roll that had been in the oven too long – much too crispy and partly crumbly. The menu actually advertises "homemade lavash," but unfortunately, we didn't get that, which was disappointing. The plate cost €15.90 – a bit overpriced in my opinion for what was ultimately served. Another point of criticism was the service: Our order was simply forgotten. The waitress had taken our order, but then walked past us several times without noticing – or caring – that we were still waiting for our food. What was particularly annoying was that it wasn't even that busy that evening, so it's hard to understand the lack of attention. When an attentive kitchen employee happened to see us and asked, it turned out that our order hadn't even been started. And then: Shortly before closing time, the waitress suddenly returned – this time very quickly to collect the cash. My conclusion: Esspoint probably offers solid kebab dishes; the veal was okay, but too fatty. Service and execution leave room for improvement. You should also stick to what's on the menu – especially when you're advertising "homemade lavash." This is the only way to create a complete overall experience.

This afternoon I ordered a 75 cm pide with kuşbaşı and ayran and paid a total of €20 (including tip). Unfortunately, the pide was very dry, almost without filling, and the dough was more reminiscent of tarte flambée than of real pide. Quality, taste and service were disappointing - plus I had to wait 20 minutes. Unfortunately not recommended for me.

The store is worth throwing away! It's ridiculous how rude people are and then blaspheme their language as soon as they don't like something. We ate there with the family and have only had stomach pain, vomiting and nausea for 3 days. Never again in my life there!!!!!!! Anyone who wants to puke can have a nice meal there. (And they don't even deserve 1 star)

Disappointing – definitely not a second time I was at the Ess Point in Neu-Aubing and unfortunately very disappointed with the overall package. The fries for €4.90 came in a mini bowl, barely bigger than my hand. The pide was there in less than two minutes - and still cold. They said it was cut - but it wasn't. The grill mix for €26 wasn't convincing either. There was no yoghurt and when we asked politely we were barely understood. The meat had a very unpleasant, almost burnt taste - a real shame considering the price. A small ketchup or mayo stick costs an extra 50 cents. For what you get, it's just not comprehensible. Finally, someone from the staff came to the table to ask for a rating quite directly - that didn't seem honest, but simply unpleasant. Overall, neither the quality nor the service is right here. Price-performance is absolutely disappointing. I definitely expected more and won't be coming back.

We were passing through from vacation (Italy-Cologne). We drove here specifically to taste the delicious food. I ate the kebab and it was really tasty and would be highly recommended with turkey We ordered another fries for 4.90 but that was very little, a total of maybe 20-25 fries plus ketchup majo for an extra €1 I tried the kebab plate with veal but the veal really wasn't tasty. I don't know if it was a bad day but it wasn't that tasty and Adana was also somehow very strange, a strange meat taste and it smelled like old oil or a dirty grill plate or something

I invited my family to break my fast today, and we chose Esspoint because we've had good meals there many times! Unfortunately, we discovered that nothing is the same anymore; from the food to the service, it was a huge disappointment. You could also see that other guests were a little annoyed, and that's very sad! That was our last evening because I don't need a free colon cleanse right after dinner. This review isn't meant to be demeaning or anything, nor do I want to cause any offense; I just honestly shared my experience. We have been visiting Esspoint for years. The food is super delicious. Since they started offering kofta, it's all the more reason to keep visiting the shop. There is also a large parking lot. The furnishings and ambience make you want to eat as soon as you walk in. Staff is friendly and accommodating. At weekend peak times you should be understanding if the order takes a little longer. It's not on the table any quicker anywhere else. CONCLUSION.... I can highly recommend a visit here to everyone. Also at events.
