EssPoint Pide & Grill in München

We went to Esspoint with our children and in-laws. Ordered pide with meat and cheese. There was hardly any meat to be seen (they saved on the ingredients) just cheese and dough! After we brought this to their attention we should get the order again, with more “content”. Lo and behold, this time we got pide with minced meat. After complaining again, they wanted to change it again, but when asked, the food would end up in the trash, and we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes because we were hungry. So we left it at that. HOWEVER, WE HAVE NO EXCUSE, NO COMPENSATION. GOT NOTHING. We had to clean the child seats on which the babies sat before use because they were full of leftover food and dried sauces. We also paid the FULL bill and had to leave the restaurant in a bad mood. THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME IN THIS RESTAURANT! NEVER AGAIN. Not much needs to be said about ESS POINT's answers to customers. Speechless. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We were here today and witnessed a loud argument. A customer complained massively that a lot of things were missing from his order. The employee then shouted and insulted the customer massively. He didn't let him say it or let him have a say. My friend was so scared. The discussion continued loudly and all customers felt it was very embarrassing and unprofessional. The customer left the restaurant totally angry. Unfortunately, we also received food separately. It's a shame... things should change otherwise the future looks bad... we definitely won't be coming back... thumbs down for everything! Recommend this restaurant - very good food and large portions! Especially after we were in Turkey, it feels good to visit a local restaurant like this. On weekends there is table service. There are good baklavas.

At the snack bar it would only cost €2.50 and not €3.90. 1 x Beyti Kebab 1 x Iskender 2 x iced tea 1 x tea = €46.10 Price performance is simply bottomless Short and sweet: Prices are like in the restaurant Quality worse than at the snack bar.

Very tasty food, I don't understand the bad reviews, it's a shame that satisfied customers don't write good reviews and only the few "bad" ones. Location is nice and there is parking. Service was nice and quick. Toilets very hygienic. There is even an entertainment room for children (probably open on weekends?) I found the food and restaurant a 10/10 and the portion size is good too 👍

I ate at this restaurant again today with my partner after we've been there several times before. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has increasingly deteriorated. The meat was undercooked and both the onions and lettuce seemed spoiled. When we brought this to the attention of the waitress, they acknowledged it, but without an apology or any form of response that would have made us feel like we were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't the first time that the quality has deteriorated, and so we will probably prefer other restaurants in the future.

We were a group of 10 and had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The orders didn't arrive at the same time while some of us had already finished eating, others hadn't even received their food yet. The service was extremely unfriendly and disinterested. The play area for children is unfortunately also very disappointing. The slide is in a dilapidated condition and the rest of the play equipment is also outdated. In addition, many of the devices can only be used with additional change, which is a bit inconvenient since most children of course don't have any change with them. Overall, the play area could urgently use modernization to be really child-friendly.

I am a big fan of southern and Turkish cuisine. I like to have breakfast or often have my evening meal in the beautiful Esspoint in Neuaubing. Unfortunately, for the first time I had to witness how a younger guest wanted to order food and the young waitress responded with "what do you want?" Personally, it didn't seem to me like they knew each other and talked like that

Original Turkish pide with various delicious classic variations. The kofta are also highly recommended. The latest highlight is kebab made from veal steak. By far the best kebab in Munich. Juicy delicious veal steak kebab. Luckily it is only lightly seasoned with pepper and salt. This way you can taste the good quality of the meat. My absolute recommendation for veal steak kebab in Munich.

I can't say anything about the food this evening, but the service was terrible, the food arrived very late, we asked for the bill, we waited 30 minutes, we asked for the second one, they said okay, we waited again. I come from the Ruhr area and have already tried a few kebabs. Unfortunately, this one is one of the worst kebabs I've eaten or tried here. Absolutely unfriendly staff. Wrong orders are attributed to the customer even though the waitress misunderstood it and there is no compromise. Even if they are regular customers. I have never experienced something like that! The toilets are dirtier than any train station toilet. That was definitely the last visit - there are no more recommendations!

Two weeks ago we had dinner at the branch on Bodenseestrasse in Munich. The staff is below average and unfriendly! I have great concerns about the cleanliness of the preparation of the dishes and will approach the Munich Health Department separately about this. Man is threatened after being critical in the store, I have never experienced anything like that in my life! I usually give reviews for good locations but I can't stop myself from giving this rating in view of this terribly bad restaurant. Sorry after all this disrespect, lack of insight...🤦🏽‍♂️

I ordered a kebab plate for around €13. Food was very dry and in terms of quantity, they saved too much. The only good thing was that you were allowed to refill your tea for free. Well made food, and a chill atmosphere. The prices are absolutely correct for the food they serve. Prices for the drinks are quite questionable. 0,5L drinks for 3.50€, is not what i was looking for. Seats were available pretty quickly, guests were lively but also respectfull towards other guests. We also got to order really quickly and the staff was surprisingly nice. Its nice being a construction worker down here in munich. Esspoint really is a place to enjoy your meal and the all in all atmosphere and your time.

What I would have liked would have been a little concession on the bill, four teas that would have cost the house practically nothing, to charge €10 is already borderline. We've eaten there several times in the past and left a lot of money behind. I really imagine that good customer treatment would be different!

Et dönerini beğendim. Daha önce de pidesinden denemiştim - o da lezzetliydi. Konum olarak iyi ve gördüğüm kadarıyla park sorunu olmayan bir mekan. Ufak tefek sorunlar olsa da servisi başarılı. Menü’ye göre tam bir Türk restoranı ama iç dizaynı bunu pek yansıtmıyor - bazılarının belki umrunda dahi olmayan bir detay ..

Weiß nicht wie oft wir da waren, aber egal. Das letzte mal war’s 6.Dezember, mit 8 Personen. Ich probierte hier mehrere Sorten an Gerichten, aber nicht alle, da jeder ja nicht alles mag. Die Gerichte die ich probierte, waren echt super. Mann sollte das Essen, was man mag. Denke, wenn man das bestellt was man nicht mag, kann Nachhinein jemanden dazu führen hier schlecht über das Essen und der Restaurant sich zu äußern, was nicht in Ordnung ist. Hab mir fasst alle Rezessionen gelesen. Da waren einige der untersten Schublade, das geht echt nicht. Da ich echt sehr oft dort war, hab nie schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Egal ob‘s essen war, Bedienung war oder Ambiente. Einst sollte hier erwähnt werden. Ihr solltet hier reservieren, wenn ihr an Hauptzeiten das Restaurant besucht. Natürlich gehört Kritik dazu, aber bitte mit anstand. Das einige sich hier beschweren , dass die Gerichte zu Wucher preisen angeboten werden, sollten bitte nicht zu Restaurant gehen um zu Essen. Daheim ist billiger. Nichts desto, wir gehen bestimmt wieder hin😁.

Mekan görünüm olarak güzel. Yemeklere gelince İlk açıldığı zaman pideleri lezzetliydi. Şimdi tam bir felaket lezzet hiç kalmamış pideler de kıymalar sayılabiliyor ve hepsi ortaya toplanmış şekilde homojen şekilde dağılmış degil. Kuşbaşı pidesi de tamamen lezzetini kaybetmiş durumda.. Umarım eski lezzetine geri döner

Der Kalbfleisch döner war sehr lecker, ich kann den Dönerteller ohne Reis empfehlen.
