The store is worth throwing away! It's ridiculous how rude people are and then blaspheme their language as soon as they don't like something. We ate there with the family and have only had stomach pain, vomiting and nausea for 3 days. Never again in my life there!!!!!!! Anyone who wants to puke can have a nice meal there. (And they don't even deserve 1 star)

This afternoon I ordered a 75 cm pide with kuşbaşı and ayran and paid a total of €20 (including tip). Unfortunately, the pide was very dry, almost without filling, and the dough was more reminiscent of tarte flambée than of real pide. Quality, taste and service were disappointing - plus I had to wait 20 minutes. Unfortunately not recommended for me.

Ordered Tavuk with noodle and salad. Meat was warm and good Noodles lukewarm rather cold Salad cold, as if left from yesterday Sorry, but there's a better way!

We were passing through from vacation (Italy-Cologne). We drove here specifically to taste the delicious food. I ate the kebab and it was really tasty and would be highly recommended with turkey We ordered another fries for 4.90 but that was very little, a total of maybe 20-25 fries plus ketchup majo for an extra €1 I tried the kebab plate with veal but the veal really wasn't tasty. I don't know if it was a bad day but it wasn't that tasty and Adana was also somehow very strange, a strange meat taste and it smelled like old oil or a dirty grill plate or something

Disappointing – definitely not a second time I was at the Ess Point in Neu-Aubing and unfortunately very disappointed with the overall package. The fries for €4.90 came in a mini bowl, barely bigger than my hand. The pide was there in less than two minutes - and still cold. They said it was cut - but it wasn't. The grill mix for €26 wasn't convincing either. There was no yoghurt and when we asked politely we were barely understood. The meat had a very unpleasant, almost burnt taste - a real shame considering the price. A small ketchup or mayo stick costs an extra 50 cents. For what you get, it's just not comprehensible. Finally, someone from the staff came to the table to ask for a rating quite directly - that didn't seem honest, but simply unpleasant. Overall, neither the quality nor the service is right here. Price-performance is absolutely disappointing. I definitely expected more and won't be coming back.

One of the dishes we ordered was forgotten, we had to remind the staff repeatedly about it. They offered us complimentary tea while we wait for the forgotten dish. otherwise the food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. For Turkish food, I can't recommend this place enough

I invited my family to break my fast today, and we chose Esspoint because we've had good meals there many times! Unfortunately, we discovered that nothing is the same anymore; from the food to the service, it was a huge disappointment. You could also see that other guests were a little annoyed, and that's very sad! That was our last evening because I don't need a free colon cleanse right after dinner. This review isn't meant to be demeaning or anything, nor do I want to cause any offense; I just honestly shared my experience. We have been visiting Esspoint for years. The food is super delicious. Since they started offering kofta, it's all the more reason to keep visiting the shop. There is also a large parking lot. The furnishings and ambience make you want to eat as soon as you walk in. Staff is friendly and accommodating. At weekend peak times you should be understanding if the order takes a little longer. It's not on the table any quicker anywhere else. CONCLUSION.... I can highly recommend a visit here to everyone. Also at events.

Food is great But why? fewer employees

After the second incident I now have to give the rating.. We were there to break the fast, food arrived 10 minutes after the break of the fast, which in itself is not the end of the world, but punctuality would be desirable, as we told the waiter 40 minutes in advance that we were there to break the fast. The biggest problem is that we all have a family history of stomach pain and vomiting. Ordered different food on both visits.

The children's playground is dirty and the food is no longer as tasty or expensive as it used to be.

You have to wait 1 hour without any explanation as to why it is so long. No interest, the food comes in sharing. Too bad...

We got Pide to take away here. The cashier wasn't friendly and just took our order. After we waited 10-15 minutes, the pizza boxes were put in front of us without comment. It was only when we got home that we noticed how carelessly everything was packed. The salad wasn't wrapped separately and the whole thing looked very unprofessional. In addition, at a hefty price of €57 for 3 pides, you really expect more.
