Tank & Rast Raststätte Vellern in Beckum

15:57uhr ist die Raststätte schon geschlossen. Nur der Zugang zu den Toiletten ist noch offen. Wollte eigentlich was essen weil andere Rezensionen es hier hochgelobt haben aber es folgt die bittere Enttäuschung. Nicht zu empfehlen wenn es darum geht nach 16:00uhr noch was zu essen. Sehr schade.

Hier halte ich immer mit meinen Patienten an, denn die Toilettenanlagen sind die saubersten an der A2 zwischen Ruhrgebiet uns Ostwestfalen. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich. Der Eingang ist ebenerdig und daher gut für Menschen mit Rollator oder Rollstuhl zu benutzen.

Alles ist super, es hat uns gefallen, meine Nichte sagt: „Ich wünschte, ich könnte dort bleiben und wohnen.“

Ich habe die angenehme Ruhe genossen, der Betreiber hätte gerne mehr Gäste. Sehr sauber, kein Gestank bei den Toiletten.

Hallo, wenn ihr etwas warmes zu essen wollt erst ab 13 Uhr totaler Schwachsinn was machen die Lkw Fahrer die ihre Pause um 12 machen müssen nochmal hier Pause machen tuen wir nicht da fahren wir lieber zum Rastplatz Gütersloh aber wofür die zwei Sterne bekommen haben sind die Toiletten die waren wenigstens schön sauber kleiner Tipp am rande überall anders kriegt man schon warmes Essen um 11 Uhr

Klein, aber fein! Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal im Verkaufsbereich. Preise ganz ok, für eine Autobahnraststätte. Habe aber auch schon lange nicht mehr so saubere Sanitäranlagen an Raststätten aufgefunden! Allein das verdient 5 Sterne!

Was nützt mir stylisch und modern, wenn es nicht sauber und gepflegt ist. Alles ist hier in die Jahre gekommen, aber blitzsauber und wohlriechend. Da legt man mit Freude ein paar Euro Münzen auf den Teller vor den Toiletten, für den sehr freundlichen älteren Herrn!

Cooler Platz an der Autobahn, aber nur 3 Sterne!

Okay, wir fahren zu dem Stand, wo der Mann ist, und tragen den Kühlwagen hin, dann fährt der Parkplatzmann dorthin und bestellt Sperrholz.

Wir kamen an einem Samstag Nachmittag und es wurde uns gesagt, wie machen jetzt zu. Generell hat mich da auch nichts angesprochen, alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Hatte augenscheinlich geschlossen, könnte mich aber auch irren und es ist immer so duster!

Ich weiß nichts über das Restaurant, aber es gab eine gebührenpflichtige Toilette (1 €) und eine Dusche (3 €). Der Parkplatz war sauber und nachts beleuchtet.

Beste Rührei ever.Dazu lecker Kakao und Kaffee. Nette Bedienung,so kann der Tag starten

Denkmalgeschützte Raststätte mit viel Charme und sehr freundlichen Wirt.

Wollte mir vor Abfahrt um 21:40 Uhr noch nen Kaffee holen, vergebens, alles dunkel!

Sehr schöne kleine Raststätte mit sehr freundlichem Service Personal sowohl bei den Toiletten als auch im Restaurant. Preise moderat, wir hatten die Currywurst mit Pommes, lecker. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Pause bei Ihnen vor allem weil sich Ihre Raststätte vom Einheitsbrei der sonstigen Ketten wohltuend unterscheidet. Toll ❤️👍

Freundliches Personal, das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, das Essen ist köstlich, die Preise sind angemessen, die Dusche kostet 3 €, Duschen und Toiletten sind sehr sauber, ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Als ich hier war war es sehr sauber. Toiletten sind 24h offen. Essen kann man von 8-16uhr bekommen. Der Herr war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker und das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist absolut top. Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen. Es wird alles frisch zubereitet. Es sind vernünftige Portion zu einem guten Preis.

Mache dort immer gerne Pause. Sauber ist es dort immer.

Leckeres Essen, frisch hergestellt. Der Mitarbeiter war super nett.

Kurzer Stopp auf der Durchreise. Besonders der ältere Mitarbeiter im Service war richtig freundlich und aufmerksam, das hat man heute nicht mehr überall. Hat unseren Halt hier auf jeden Fall angenehmer gemacht. Danke dafür!“

Wunderbar ruhiger Parkplatz. Es gibt eine Toilette (1 Euro) und eine Dusche (3 Euro). Wasser ist erhältlich. Dusche und Toilette sind sauber, das Wasser ist heiß und unbegrenzt verfügbar. Der Parkplatz ist sauber und hell.

Der Parkplatz ist groß, aber bis zur Toilette oder zum Wasser muss man fast einen Kilometer zurücklegen.

Ich bin 4,5 km gelaufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Dusche nicht funktioniert.

Die Toilette ist gesperrt, es gibt nirgends Wasser, der Typ vom Klo hat die Ränder verstopft...

Everything is clean, the woman working there is Russian-speaking and friendly. Shower is 3€. Toilet is 1€.

A truly great rest stop! I've rarely seen such a clean place, equipped with trash cans. I was impressed by the charm of the rest stop, both inside and out. The restrooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. Modern furnishings, which also surprised me. The food was freshly prepared and something different than regular MC food. The electric charging stations also worked perfectly. I'm traveling with my mother and will always stop at this rest stop on the way to see family.

Small motel, the public restrooms, like those at many other rest stops, aren't exactly clean. Some stall doors don't lock. I had to check all the doors until I found one that worked. It's just about enough for a quickie.

The restaurant was okay, the restrooms were clean. The service when buying drinks was friendly. Prices were market standard.

We always make our pee break here heading north, always clean toilets.

Please note: the restroom was closed at 5:30 PM on a Thursday! The restroom, located in the same old, typical restroom building, was open. The stars are for the clean, well-maintained restroom (for men and women). The gentleman who looks after it is obviously trying to make the best of the situation. Yes, my review is completely the opposite of a review from two months ago. Perhaps they changed staff and cleaned/repaired it in the meantime?

I think it's a real shame that it's already closed at 7 p.m. As a truck driver, I rely on these larches for a fresh meal.

An absolute disaster. It smelled inside like it looked outside: like week-old French fry grease. The snack selection was minimal, and I couldn't pay with a card. So I backed out without any food, and it took me a while to get the smell out of my mind. I only stop here now when I want to charge my car.

Renovation, Dixieland instead of toilet

Not a Sanifair, but a cleaning man. They charge a €1 cleaning fee. You don't get a voucher for the restaurant! They don't offer the ADAC discount (10%) either. So the latte macchiato really costs €4.99! Unfortunately, the waitress thought my reusable cup was too high. It wouldn't fit under the coffee machine because the spray arm was still lowering. So I had to use a disposable cup. Only to find out that my reusable cup would have easily fit under it after the arm had lowered. What a shame, I had to create completely pointless waste. The rest area doesn't have enough parking spaces for trucks. The driveway is full of parked trucks, which is very dangerous.

The parking lot itself is just like a parking lot. But an extremely inadequate woman works in a store-restaurant. I have never encountered such an attitude towards a client.

I was just here because I just needed to go to the toilet “quickly” – a big mistake. The women's room was closed, so EVERYONE had to go to the men's room - without notice, without apology. The employee in charge, a grim-looking guy with tattooed hands, was anything but friendly. Instead of helping, he snapped at me in a rude tone: “Everyone has to go to the men’s room!” What awaited me there was truly DISGUSTING! The toilet was apparently “cleaned” – everything was sprayed wet with a water hose, no matter where. Result: splattered walls, soaked floors, smudges everywhere and old stickers and writing that no one has removed in ages. Why isn't this cleaned properly? This could be done quickly with a simple cleaner - but apparently hygiene is of secondary importance here. It stinks, it sticks, it drips. You feel like you're in a run-down train station toilet - but are you supposed to pay for that?! The icing on the cake: When I briefly looked into a technical room on the way out, the employee snapped at me: “Why are you looking so stupid?” Are you crazy? Friendliness = none! Conclusion: Unfriendly staff, catastrophic cleanliness, no respect for the guests. I have rarely felt so uncomfortable at a rest stop. Never again! A place to run away from! Rating: 0 out of 5 stars! This rest stop is a real indictment. Pooh! – A shame for Autobahn GmbH! – Not a place for families! – No place for people with dignity! – Not a place you want to visit a second time! Pure toilet hell! 🚫🚽🤢👎

Only cash euros are needed for the shower and toilet.

Things change in 30 years 🤷‍♂️ It was very good back then, today it's a classic "tank & rest" facility. Unfortunately, the crispy schnitzel with fries is apparently equally bad everywhere. At least where I have had it on my plate so far at T&R systems. Laced with sinew, the fries were obviously sizzled in old fat. The staff on site is very nice and it was clean, otherwise it would only have been given one star.

A parking lot not much different from an ordinary savage. The night passed peacefully.

The parking lot is quite ok, but in general it smacks of dirt, as in Germany. There is nothing like Polish stations and parking lots.
