...rest stop, like all the others...nothing special

Hi all. On the night of October 29-30, Ref. The core of the lock was broken. Fortunately, I wasn’t carrying anything valuable. There is no lighting at all. Germany, where are you going?

Potato wedges were soft and ketchup was 50 cents for a small bag. There are better rest stops

A large rest stop where, as always, you can buy overpriced products and you can use the toilet for one euro. Parts of the facility are closed and look very old.

In any case, toilets were clean and are disinfected after each individual.

Average gas stations, average unfriendly, average cleanliness!

Well, we pay for the toilets in Germany... Apart from that, shop, catering, everything you need...

An average rest stop that is relatively clean. It's a shame that the North Sea doesn't offer any warm dishes here, only fish sandwiches. Serways only has these stupid boxing dishes. But luckily there is currywurst with rolls with Zeller.

Clean rest stop and the food was also edible, but quite expensive like rest stops.

It is a nice, clean and comfortable facility, there is weekend parking and shower and toilet facilities. You can stay safe on number 7.

I forgot to pay, a phone call cleared everything up. Thanks again!

Filled up and bought something, unfortunately everything was more expensive

Not the newest rest stop, but a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch or in between with reasonable prices. Toilet facilities clean and well maintained. Good options for sitting and for a little bike ride. Very popular with truck drivers, as the parking spaces were more than full.

From the outside it didn't look inviting. But everything inside is great. Clean toilets.

The situation at the Sanifair toilet facility is an outrage. The Sanifair system is all well and good, but a cleaned toilet can be standard.

Had a fuel stop here, everything was ok here. Who price a bit overpriced! The staff was very friendly, we spoke briefly together over a hot coffee. We thought it was ok here and still had a nice view.

What struck me positively was the water dispenser for dogs...clean and well maintained during my visit

Big rest stop. Clean and cozy atmosphere. The staff could be friendlier. Toilets also clean.

Clean but like all rest areas expensive. But a short stop is ok.

It was advertised large in the entrance, but it is not suitable for vegetarians! We ordered a veggie burger and a normal burger with fries. There was also a sign saying that certain equipment, such as the deep fryer, was reserved for veggie products. Our trust was that it would be prepared separately. What did the cook do, put both burger paddies in the same deep fryer. So meat and veggies in one. When I pointed out that the veggie and meat paddy were in the same deep fryer, the lady put the meat paddy in the deep fryer in which the fries had been prepared...so the entire dish was no longer suitable for me because there was meat everywhere. The lady didn't understand me when I pointed it out again and acted as if I was exaggerating. So we both had to pay for guarantors and fries and there was nothing warm for me to eat. Never again!

They offered an option for families with small children. If you order a main course, there is a free children's menu. The sign hung in the toilets. However, when I went to pay, the staff chatted among themselves, took down the sign and said that it was a mistake and the offer had already expired. An amazing deception.

Bitte nicht stören! Die Toiletten bis auf zwei Stück waren verschlossen, Seifenspender leer. Wollte zwei Kaffee bestellen. Ich wurde sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass dafür die Automaten daständen. Blickkontakt war unerwünscht ein freundliches Gesicht definitiv zu viel verlangt. Ein automatisches „Auf Wiedersehen“ möglichst schnell, damit die private Unterhaltung mit der Kollegin nicht zu lange unterbrochen wird. Nichts wie weg, war mein Wunsch. War ein Fehler. Im Auto habe ich bemerkt, dass ich auch noch zu viel bezahlt habe. Wenn es mir nicht zu blöd gewesen wäre, hätte ich nochmals umgedreht. Aber DAS war es mir nicht wert. Definitiv werde ich diese Raststätte nicht mehr aufsuchen.

2 petrol pumps blocked, can happen, but unfortunately poorly signposted... Every time there was a small DIN A4 note to read directly at the petrol pump Long waiting time at the checkout and Aral 50 CT. More expensive than outside the highway

We were only there to take a break. Great view into the distance. The rest area could be a little cleaner. It's a shame that many truck drivers simply throw the garbage into the parking spaces (observed it myself).

Clean, good rest just too crowded

Staff very friendly, unfortunately sometimes completely overwhelmed with a few food orders. 5 people with fries. Everyone's order is processed first and they wait until they are ready instead of immediately asking everyone who wants fries. Then we wouldn't have had to wait half an hour.

The toilets could have been cleaner. Otherwise quite okay

Unkempt. Everything is kind of dingy and worn out. For example, a playground without shade. The metal slide was heated up by the sun and almost unusable. Little seating outside to take a break. Toilets smelled a bit, weren't dirty, but somehow poorly maintained. Restaurants were not inviting. Seating areas were cordoned off by chairs. Definitely not recommended for families with children. It won't bother the rest. Just go to the toilet and move on.

Very nice and large rest area! We particularly liked the relaxation area with the play area for children in the middle! There is also a small playground outside with a few pieces of equipment, but it is not yet interesting for smaller children. In addition, the toilets are very spacious (there are often quite narrow toilet rooms) and the free changing room offers everything you need. In addition, the selection here with the canteen and the shop offers everything you need. Even some toys and a rubber ducky display from Lilalu. 🦆 My opinion: highly recommended, even for longer stays!

Toilet stinks, not clean. But expensive. It's better to go behind the building to the right or left. Or go through the children's entrance, the toilet isn't worth the money.

Danger: North Sea closed from 6:00 p.m.! I was there on Friday at 6:25 p.m.! What is going on in this country! Everything goes to waste! Service is becoming increasingly smaller! At least the grass was 50cm high, if everything else falls short! One star is already one too many! I drove on without any sales for this rest stop! Opening the North Sea until 10 p.m. would be fair for a motorway service station! We're not in the city center here!

We were greeted and served in a very friendly manner early in the morning. Breakfast and coffee were great!!!

Top rest stop! Toilets were clean. One point is deducted because the toilets only had scalding hot water and my son burned his hands. I don't have a problem if something doesn't work. A warning that the water is extremely hot would have been the least. The food at Nordsee was good as usual and the lady at the checkout deserved special praise. Really very friendly despite lots of customers. For dogs there is a bowl of water at the entrance and a small forest for walking.

I wanted to treat myself to some matjes to take away from “Nordsee”. I took one bite outside without looking and almost vomited. Apparently the roll had been on display for a long time. Which, unfortunately, I hadn't seen before. Only after a discussion with two women who worked there was the roll taken back. I'm always used to good quality from Nordsee.

Ein echt abgerockter Rastplatz, eine super Kulisse für einen Zombie-Film. Dazu : Schmutzig, wässriger Kaffee, lauwarme Pommes.

The signs say there is a gas station for cars – there is nothing there. The signs pointing to the gas station for the trucks are correct though. Very confusing.

Finally a rest stop that still has something to eat after 6 p.m. The toilets were clean and the employees were very nice. Food was good. Everything is great for a rest stop. Our Sanifair vouchers were empty. We still got the discount at the checkout and they were filled up straight away after we said so.

Friendly staff, also a pleasant atmosphere, but the prices, like everywhere else at motorway service stations, are completely overpriced. Therefore only three stars.

Rest area....very large but clear. A plus is the toilet facilities, separate toilet that are really clean..

The slowest and the worst service imaginable. Terrible!

Vegetarian dishes and meat are thrown into the deep fryer together even though the deep fryer is marked “For vegetarian dishes only”. Sour cream dip for my dish had expired and upon request I only received more expired dips! The saleswoman didn't want to throw away all of the expired dips but instead handed them out to other guests while laughing happily. Disgusting load! Better drive 30km further!

22.03.2024.....Be careful, 23.00😤🤬 a car like a BMW is driving with Bulgarian license plates, they wanted to drain the diesel fuel, got scared, ran away.....

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Restaurant, aber sauber, ob Sanifair(auch wenn es 1€ kostet), freundliches Personal,Nordsee…

Both the women's and men's toilets were not clean, the fries were lukewarm, the salad on the fish sandwich tasted like it was days old. The lady at the checkout was so unfriendly that you wonder if she missed her job in service. Better head for the next rest stop...

On the way to Sylt, quality North Sea top, Segafredo great espresso! Gladly again! The toilets were clean and freshly cleaned. The staff was also friendly even when there was a lot of business.

Overloaded with trucks at night. We could barely get our car back onto the highway.
