Das ist eine Frechheit! Eine der schlimmsten Tankstellen, die ich je gesehen habe. Der Shop ist dreckig, die Regale sind meist halb leer. Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, soll man auch noch 1 € für die Toiletten in einem Container draußen bezahlen.

Es gibt nicht das, was angeboten wird. Keiner hat uns verstanden, beim Bezahlen muss man aufpassen, dass man nicht beschissen wird.

Sanierungsarbeiten sind wichtig und unvermeidbar - absolut verständlich. Für einen ContainerToilettenBesuch 1 Euro zu verlangen ist mutig - dafür aber keinen Bon auszugeben mit der Info "kaputt" geht gar nicht (wenn man €30 für Konsumationen ausgegeben hat) Dafür bekommt man ein Küchentuch in die Hand gedrückt, weil der Papierhandtuchspender leer ist. Gut, dann eben keinen Kaffee mehr gekauft, um den Bon einzulösen

Fahren Sie durch Tor 1, parken Sie sofort auf den markierten Plätzen und gehen Sie links zum Gebäude mit der Aufschrift „LKW Anmeldung“. Nehmen Sie den Hörer ab und rufen Sie die Nummer an, je nachdem, ob Sie be- oder entladen. Sie melden sich bei einem Unternehmen an und werden gebeten, zum LKW zu gehen und zu warten. Links vom Empfang befinden sich Toilette und Dusche. Beim Beladen erhalten Sie die Papiere vom Gabelstaplerfahrer. Beladen Sie von einer Seite.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und gutes Essen!

In die Jahre gekommener im Stil der 90 er Jahre eingerichtetes Restaurant an der Autobahn. Qualität und Sauberkeit gut, nettes Personal und Hausmannskost. Ich habe eine leckere Frikadelle mit Bratkartoffeln verzehrt. Einziges Manko die Elektroladesäulen und die Toiletten sind hinter dem Restaurant versteckt. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne- sonst 5.

Ein schönes, kleines Restaurant, sehr sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche Personal vertreten durch Herrn Arlen. Kinder sind willkommen.

Ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Ort, um eine Rast einzulegen.

Sie können eine Stunde warten, bis Sie duschen, das Wasser ist eiskalt und Sie bekommen trotzdem Ihr Geld zurück.

Hier kann man gut rasten. Tanken essen und trinken.

Ich bin verwundert über den Begriff sauber. Toilettenanlage spuckt keinen Beleg aus. Und ist eher dreckig. Ok, der Betreiber ist ein anderer. Im Lokal dümpeln die Speisen seit Stunden auf der Warmhalteplatte vor sich hin und sehen mittlerweile ekelig aus. Und der Wucher , die Gier schlägt hier voll durch. Bin hier rausgefahren wegen der Vignette Österreich. Beim nächsten mal weiß ich, die bekomme ich noch an der Grenze.

Für eine Rastanlage mit Sanifair nicht empfehlenswert - die Toiletten waren verschmutzt - da wurde mehrere Stunden mit Sicherheit nicht gereinigt und dann 1€ zahlen ?

Ich beginne mit dem positiven: das Personal in der Raststätte selbst war sehr bemüht und freundlich, aber jetzt kommts: ACHTUNG LEUTE: macht bitte einen großen Bogen um die Toilettenanlagen!!!! Hier steht man sprichwörtlich im Urin und im Kot anderer Menschen!! Ich habe schon viel erlebt, aber das war der absolute Höhepunkt!! Fotos von dieser Drecks-Anlage erspare ich euch lieber, ihr würdet glauben es ist ein Fake. Mein Tipp an den Betreiber der Toiletten: PFUI TEUFEL, schämt euch einfach!!!🤮🤮🤮

So etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Die Herrentoilette ist voller Fäkalien … ein einziger Drecksfleck. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert. Ich kann sie nicht empfehlen.

A good rest stop for a break. We always buy a vignette there.

The staff were super friendly! But the technical equipment deserves 10 negative stars – I had a tire pressure problem. The gauge showed everything except the correct pressure, no matter which tire I checked. In my opinion, this shouldn't be happening at a motorway service station.

The restaurant was okay, but the toilets were unusable, all clogged and flooded, and we still paid €1 for that 🫣😓

Unfortunately, the service was very poor.

The fries with BBQ pulled pork were very freshly prepared and delicious. The dining area was clean!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, but the fuel pricing, like everywhere else on the highways, is outrageous: €2.30 at the rest stop when the average price at other gas stations is €1.74. That's a 33 percent markup – blatant profiteering.

We stopped at the Essen rest area on Boxing Day during our charging break, and it was surprisingly good. We had the kids' lunch box and goulash soup, both of which were delicious. The staff were also very friendly.

Today around 4 pm we were there and asked for the key to the baby changing room. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff don't speak German very well, but we were told to pick up the key at the gas station. There, an employee demanded a deposit from us; otherwise, we wouldn't get the key. Absolutely outrageous and deeply rude. He has no right whatsoever to keep customers' ID cards, or any personal belongings for that matter. Then my husband asked if he could leave money as a deposit, and the worst part is that the employee said, "No, 5 euros isn't enough." It's a shame I was polite enough not to throw the key in his face. It couldn't be more disgusting. Luckily, a very kind woman (from the cleaning staff) simply opened the door for us. Our daughter is one year old and just needed a fresh diaper. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere else but at your place.

One star is that parking is everything. Parking is about a hundred cars, if you count in queues, etc. On Friday I got to the Christmas tree at 8:00 PM, and there were still 5 spaces available. For such a large parking lot, there is only one shower at the gas station. No words... Yes, there is a store 3 km away. Yes, there is still no place to get water...

It's incredible how the small team managed to build our entire bus quickly and easily. Huge respect to all the employees.

The Donautal West Tank & Rast rest area is a particularly well-maintained and inviting rest area located off the A3 Autobahn near Passau. It's an ideal place for a break – clean, quiet, and comfortable. The parking lot is spacious, well-lit, and ideal for both cars and trucks. On-site, there's an Esso gas station open 24/7, a restaurant serving hot meals, a shop with all the essentials, and modern Sanifair restrooms that are always kept clean. Charging stations are available for electric car drivers, and the green surroundings invite you to take a short break and recharge your batteries. As you can see from the pictures, this place has its own special charm – well-maintained, friendly, and pleasant. A stop is definitely worth it: a cup of coffee, something delicious to eat, and a more relaxed journey ahead.

I stopped here for a short break during my journey to Vienna. The tank station was clean, and we bought an Autobahn pass and some coffee. However, the prices for coffee and other items were extremely high. The toilets were clean but required a €1 fee to use. Overall, it was a nice place for a quick break.

The norm is that you can stand, if there isn't a pig standing nearby...

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all. For me, it was just a terrible chip shop. Those were the worst falafel I've ever eaten. Nothing special. I could have just gone to a gas station and gotten a sandwich. Some gas stations even have more and better selections. It's a real shame. If I were the owner, I'd come up with a better concept. I really hope they change the concept and offer better food. Just well-intentioned advice.

You'll find it next to a gas station. The staff is very nice, everything is clean. The prices are the usual, they prepare the food quickly, there's a big new Segafredo coffee machine that also accepts the Sanifar one-euro ticket. On the table you'll find a Google review sheet with a QR code.

Unfriendly, you get the feeling they are totally overwhelmed with an order of 2 coffees and 1 Leberkässemmel and it is ICE COLD totally uncomfortable to take a break

During the 1900 km journey, you have to stop at a lot of rest areas. It seems that they are constantly cleaning. Many, many different people use them. Toilet paper is usually not available, but the roll is also missing. So, if I can throw garbage all over the place and not flush the toilet after myself, I probably needed a roll of paper

Everything is good and as an ADAC member you get 10% off food and drinks, which is great.

Thanks to the Bavarian police, I was able to visit. But there was nothing serious about it. A quick check, I moved around a bit, and then drove on.

As a truck driver it's not ok! You even pay for bottled water!

If you haven't bought a vignette before your trip outside Germany, this is the place where you can buy one for Slovenia and Austria, both in electronic form and for tunnels, so you don't have to worry about anything on the glass. Before entering the shop, take a photo of your license plate so you can show the salesperson that you can enter the correct one into the system. The parking lot is large enough and has spaces for charging electric cars. There is also the option of getting something warm to eat and drink, as well as enough fuel.

The old lady was serving, and she wasn't nice! Instead of two monthly stickers, she gave me two weekly stickers, and she didn't like that.

I filled up there, and it was really busy. It's probably because it's close to the border; a lot of people buy their Austrian tax stickers there, and so on. I was still able to get a pump quickly, though; the sales area was busy. Mass processing wasn't particularly friendly, but not unfriendly either.

A very convenient gas station on the highway, easy to access and well-maintained. The pumps work perfectly, the staff is friendly, and the restrooms are clean, which is rare and appreciated on the road. A little extra: the shop offers snacks and coffee before getting back on the road. A pleasant and efficient break during a long journey.

The prices are too high, and the toilets are dirty. Not a pleasant experience.

Benzina, diesel ⛽️ much too expensive!

Unfortunately, 2 stars minus! One is because the dryer in the bathroom doesn't work, the other is because that's not what I asked for and it's so expensive! Anyway, the service at the gas station is perfect, bathroom 3€+1€ why do you get in! Relatively large truck parking lot, it fills up quickly after 5pm! Apart from those two bad things, I can only recommend it! Anyway, the prices are the usual German prices, the portions in the restaurant are not the usual! Only the chef understands English!

Quite a large parking lot in front of the Austrian border. Basically, everything has already been written, only a small correction, the channel, as one colleague called it, flowing nearby is the largest European river Danube) It's just that in this place it is not as huge as in the lower reaches)

I wanted a pretzel for €2.69. They tried to charge me €3.99. I pointed this out to the young lady. I was corrected, but I had the feeling it was done intentionally. The best part is, I was told to "get the pretzel yourself." Unfortunately, that's not possible because the pretzels are behind the cash register...

On my way back from vacation, I stopped at the gas station and got a coffee, parked, and enjoyed it. The rest stop was very clean at the time; I highly recommend a quick stop here.

Really hot toilet first shit a load

The blonde waitress with black glasses at the cash register was very nice and friendly. Good service, thank you. I got along well and was very satisfied! Delicious crispy fries box with chicken.

Completely overwhelmed during the holiday season. It was crowded and hot, and everyone was pretty distracted. Unfortunately, there's no covered parking.
