Very good restaurant! The salad and doner kebab were fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared, as was the homemade ayran. The meze were varied, aromatic, and lovingly prepared. The service was fast and extremely friendly, and the beautiful terrace is a great place to linger. Highly recommended!

The food was really good it was warm but something was in the shop

We ordered a döner based on the pictures on the menu. However, they brought us a döner labeled "beef and turkey mix" but actually didn't contain any beef. Since we'd been in Europe for 12 days, and the price was even 1.2 euros more than elsewhere, we figured it must be beef, but they didn't warn us about it. We forced ourselves to eat some of it. It's a matter of preference, of course, but it felt strange when they didn't inform us, put a picture of a döner with beef on the menu, set the price accordingly, and then served us turkey.

My son and I were here today and had Iskender. It was delicious, but one of them was served cold. It was sorted out. Unfortunately, the price of €15 per portion is a bit excessive. We certainly won't be eating here again. It's a shame.

The service is fast and friendly, and you immediately feel welcome. The prices are on the slightly higher side, which is absolutely reasonable considering the quality. A special highlight: freshly prepared ayran – not from a package, but truly homemade. A great addition to the spicy dishes. Very good restaurant! The homemade lentil soup was delicately seasoned, and the crispy spinach pide was delicious. Ayran and tea rounded off the meal perfectly. Fast, friendly service and a lovely terrace. Highly recommended!

Yesterday we went to Tandir Grill for the very first time – on my friend's recommendation – and I have to honestly say: We were not disappointed! Even though we arrived around 9:45 p.m. and the kitchen closes at 10:00 p.m., they grilled a special meal for us, even though everything had already been cleaned. The service? Simply top-notch! Super friendly, attentive, and warm – we immediately felt welcome. About the food: No words! At first, I thought my friend was exaggerating with his praise, but the quality of the meat was simply top-notch – perfectly grilled, juicy, and flavorful. The bread: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside – just as it should be. The appetizers totally surprised me – I usually hate beets, but the beetroot tzatziki was simply a dream! As were the carrot tzatziki and the one with fresh herbs – real explosions of flavor. To finish, the baklava: Not too sweet, perfectly balanced – it didn't have that typical "over-sweetened" feeling. It really hit the spot. The ambiance is also super pleasant – cozy, modern, yet still authentic. 📌 Conclusion: An absolute must! I can recommend Tandir Grill at any time – whether for a spontaneous evening or a special occasion. We'll definitely be back!

Overall the food was delicious. We ordered the grill plate for three people. The meat was enough and well seasoned. But there were few fries and rice so there could have been more. Maybe I'm wrong, but I remember that it was more at Sofra in Weil am Rhein. The portion was bigger there and we barely finished it. Still, the food at Tandir was good, and you can't complain. The atmosphere outside while eating was also pleasant.

1. The prices are exorbitant in view of the dishes offered. In addition, it is misleading because the prices displayed correspond only to the meat. If you want a side dish (fries, bulgur, salad, etc.) you must add at least €5. 2. The waiter is not at all friendly.. he ignores us, takes away the menu cards while we are reading, brings us half of the order and the cutlery.. 3. The quality of the products, especially Adama meat, is really questionable. With each bite I had pieces of cartilage, inedible bits.. In short, it’s shameful, disappointing, and not qualitative.

Undigested evening!! The kebab is a mixture of garbage and carcasses with a sour aftertaste that made us feel uncomfortable, the staff is rude and on top of that mocks the customers by making faces. I went to dinner with friends, the food was bad, we found pieces of bone with the kebab meat, everything was already cold. We weren't given any cutlery or a menu. They were unfriendly and laughed at us. We all felt bad afterwards. I would never recommend it!

Terrible place, unspeakable and rude staff. POOR FOOD and cold. Poor quality service, they didn't even bring cutlery for the plate and, understanding that we were foreigners, they tried to make fun of us with rude noises. Actually it's ok when it comes to food and atmosphere, but I suspect that the billing is being calculated incorrectly. Things that you didn't order were added all at once. If I go again and it was accidental, I will correct my rating above, otherwise I will deduct another star. Be correct and customers will come back, otherwise it will look bad in the long term.

I had a grilled meat platter (Adana). 1. It was disgusting, full of waste (ribbons and bones), which had nothing to do with meat. 2. The staff is disrespectful and rude. They make fun of people and think they're stupid and don't understand!!!

I ordered a Dürüm and didn't like it.

The food was good, unfortunately the service spoiled everything, so we left upset. Very impersonal, nobody looks at you. The table is roughly wiped down with gray rags, although it is likely to be even dirtier afterwards. The door is left permanently open in winter, so half of the tables are either cold or have to eat in jackets. Upon request, the door was closed for 20 seconds - until the next customer came. Then the door was open again because it doesn't close automatically. And then the service itself - we ordered and I got my food quickly. My partner's food was left at the table next to it, even though the gentlemen ordered about 10 minutes after us. That means - I had long since finished my meal when the waiter noticed that he didn't have anything under his control. When what was actually ordered from the table next to us was ready, he actually tried to leave the cold food with us. We were already angry and sent it back. This was “warmed up” in the oven for about 1 minute and then came back soggy and lukewarm. Great. No one could say sorry.

Spent weekend in Switzerland dropping obscene amounts on food. Visited Basel and the Vitra Design Museum and on the way out got the best deal on food in like 48 hours. Go here.

I tried the kebab there for the first time. I was surprised by the crispy bread, freshly prepared salad, and juicy meat. From now on, this is my new place for kebabs.

I only give this restaurant 4 stars because of how beautifully it is decorated and how special and modern and graceful the salad was not special maybe too sour the sauce was ok the fries were good the rice was also good the meat unfortunately not as well cooked as I eat it but tasty, the most important thing is the portion, a little more fries and rice would also be ok. The bread is too thick, it needs to be smoother. See ya next time.

Wir essen hier immer wieder als Familie wenn wir keine Lust zum Kochen haben. Das Essen ist immer gut und der Service sehr nett. Einmal habe ich über Mittag das Essen für den Abend mitgenommen. Das war auch sehr gut. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt für uns. Kein Edel Restaurant, einfach und nett eingerichtet, sauber und freundlich.

Restaurant is cozy. Some of the staff are friendly. But unfortunately the Adana Kebab was below average. This kebab, which is usually the most beautiful kebab, has become a tasteless kebab. Please change your chef or butcher...

The most expensive and at the same time tasteless baklava so far. Four small pieces for €7 and pistachios can only be found in the menu.

The restaurant is well located, with a beautiful, pleasant terrace to enjoy the setting. The staff is friendly and professional in the dining room, which is a good point. However, the food is another story... We waited 40 minutes to receive our order. Unfortunately some of the plates were broken and cold which made the food cold. What particularly bothered me was the hygiene in the kitchen: I saw the people preparing the dishes using their hands without gloves to put the fries and salad on the plates. Worse still, after shaking hands with customers, they continued to prepare food without washing their hands. Hygiene and speed of service really need to be reviewed.

Their soup doesn't look like soup at all, anyone who eats it will be disgusted and expensive.

I've had soup in many places, I don't remember such a terrible soup until today. It's like they mixed different soups together and served them as kelle trotter or tripe, they added the spices, they added the garlic themselves, they took the customer's right to decide, I'm suffering from stomach pain right now.

Tables dirty, not cleaned. We wanted black tea, the waiter said it wasn't available. In general all the waiters were very disinterested and unfriendly. We then ordered water, only the glass bottle came. When I asked for glasses, he disinterestedly asked how many he needed to bring. Am Freitag abend bin ich gezielt in dieses Restaurant gegangen , da ich mal wieder richtig gut türkisch essen wollte. Man sitzt sehr schön vor dem Restaurant auf der Terasse, direkt an der Strasse. Ich habe einen Adana Teller bestellt. Es kam zuerst ein Gruss aus der Küche und ein Salatteller, dann das Hauptgericht. Das Essen war sehr gut. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen. Gerne komme ich wieder.

I ordered an Adana plate. First there was a greeting from the kitchen and a salad plate, then the main course. The food was very good. I liked it very much. I would be happy to come back.

Was just there with my family (take away). Without exaggerating… it was terrible. Very little meat was put into the dürüm, when we asked for a little more they asked for an extra charge of €3. Food almost fell apart. Dürüm, kebab box and kebab really didn't taste good. And the kebab was very dry. Worst Dürüm I've eaten. And sauces are generally not tasty either. The difference between a normal kebab and the ones here are like night and day. They use non-processed meat, homemade bread, fresh vegetables and homemade sauces. This is usually rare for kebab restaurants and sets it apart from the other competitors. But how does it taste? The answer is simple, good ingredients tend to make for great meals, and these kebabs follow that trend. They're juicy and loaded with flavour. The restaurant is also clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. However, there is a catch. If you're sitting indoors, there is music that is played very loudly. Otherwise, I see no downsides to this restaurant. Keep up the quality! And keep making the kebab which me and my friends deem as being one of the best of the region.

Very good grill/doner kebab house. Good service and cozy atmosphere. I think it's delicious that the flatbread is toasted in the contact grill. The portions are comparatively not very large but you get good quality.

Hatte einen Hackspiessteller, welche noch ganz ok war. Finde das Gemüse stand zu lange irgendwo hin. Schmeckte sehr wässerig leider. Daher kann Tandir Grill Kebab nicht weiter empfehlen. Werde es aber sicher nochmals testen und meine Bewertungen gegenfalls anpassen. There was still a pretty good plate of chopped skewers. I think the vegetables were left in one place for too long. Unfortunately it tasted very watery. For this reason, Tandoori Grill Kebab cannot be recommended. But I will definitely test again and adjust my ratings if necessary.
