Das Dönerfleisch schmeckt nicht nach Dönerfleisch, der Service ist mittelmässig, und der Laden machte mir einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck, wie auch die Toilette. Die Preise ist auch eher an die Schweiz angelehnt die Qualität dafür nicht.

Meine Frau, unser Baby und ich besuchten dieses Restaurant in der Erwartung eines normalen Restaurantbesuchs, doch was wir erlebten, war völlig inakzeptabel. Nachdem wir Platz genommen hatten, warteten wir fast 30 Minuten, ohne dass jemand unsere Bestellung aufnahm oder uns auch nur eine Speisekarte anbot. Ich musste selbst nach einer Speisekarte fragen, und selbst danach warteten wir weitere 15 Minuten, ohne dass sich ein Mitarbeiter um uns kümmerte. Schließlich beschlossen wir zu gehen. So lange ignoriert zu werden, insbesondere mit einem Baby, ist äußerst enttäuschend und ehrlich gesagt respektlos. Ich hoffe inständig, dass dies nicht mit unserer Herkunft zusammenhing. Jeder Gast kommt, um eine Mahlzeit zu genießen und zahlt den gleichen Preis, daher verdient jeder Gast den gleichen Service, die gleiche Aufmerksamkeit und den gleichen Respekt. Solche Erfahrungen sind einfach nicht hinnehmbar.

Ich hatte den Grillteller und der war richtig lecker 😋 Das Fleisch war super saftig und perfekt gewürzt, genau so wie man sich das wünscht. Besonders in Kombination mit dem frischen Brot und den Soßen hat einfach alles mega gut zusammengepasst 🙏 Man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wird und die Portion war auch mehr als ausreichend. Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Das war mit das beste türkische Essen, das wir je gegessen haben! Bravo!!!

Hackfleischspies war wiederlich da waren Knorpel und Knochen drin. Pommes waren vom gestern glaube ich. Lang Rede kurze Sinn. Es war erste und letzte Mal wo wir dort essen waren.

Das Gesamterlebnis war enttäuschend. Der Service war mangelhaft und unfreundlich. Sowohl die Bestellung als auch die Bedienung ließen lange auf sich warten. Zudem war das Restaurant übermäßig laut, was eine unangenehme Atmosphäre schuf und das Esserlebnis insgesamt beeinträchtigte.

Wir waren von allem begeistert, vom Essen bis hin zum sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal.Ich hoffe, bald zurückzukehren.

Der Unterschied zwischen einem normalen Kebab und den Kebabs hier ist wie Tag und Nacht. Sie verwenden unverarbeitetes Fleisch, selbstgebackenes Brot, frisches Gemüse und hausgemachte Soßen. Das ist in Kebab-Restaurants eher selten und hebt sie von der Konkurrenz ab. Aber wie schmeckt es? Die Antwort ist einfach: Gute Zutaten ergeben ein großartiges Essen, und diese Kebabs bestätigen das. Sie sind saftig und voller Geschmack. Das Restaurant ist außerdem sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und kompetent. Allerdings gibt es einen kleinen Haken: Wenn man drinnen sitzt, läuft ziemlich laute Musik. Ansonsten sehe ich keine Nachteile an diesem Restaurant. Weiter so mit der Qualität! Und macht weiterhin diesen Kebab, der für meine Freunde und mich einer der besten der Region ist.

A really delicious kebab shop that I highly recommend! The yufka, döner, and lahmacun all taste great, and everything is freshly prepared. It's especially nice that the meat skewers are visibly fresh and displayed in the window. The shop itself is very clean and tidy. And the staff is really friendly.

After a bike tour, we made the detour from Basel to treat ourselves to a delicious dinner. It was absolutely the right decision. The lahmacun and the Adana dürüm were perfect. Everything was completely fresh, wonderfully seasoned, and tasted absolutely fantastic. When we saw the menu outside, the staff immediately noticed us and invited us to take a seat if we wanted to eat in. The menu was handed to us right away at our table. The service was excellent, the staff very friendly, and the food outstanding. After the meal, we were immediately asked if everything was alright. It was another great experience, and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

We thought 4.7/5 was a fair rating... 100% bought. The waiter was a young man who came across as quite arrogant and nervous. He didn't even know the word "cheese" 😅. Perhaps he should at least learn the restaurant vocabulary before working in Germany. The plates and portions were shockingly small, and the quality was just okay. Never again.

We received a very friendly welcome and only had to wait a short while before the truly friendly waiter prepared a table for us. Excellent kebabs and grilled dishes. Everything freshly prepared and yet served quickly. They quickly found us a table even though it was already full. Friendly and efficient service. The atmosphere is typical and pleasant. A bit noisy, but lively, and you can still easily have a conversation!

I ate there for the first time on February 6th, 2026, with two colleagues. We were standing in front of the restaurant, which was quite crowded, when a waiter politely asked if we were eating there. He then showed us to a table. The atmosphere was very cozy, and the restaurant was full, which is a good sign. He brought us the menu, and after two minutes, I called him over and asked what the best dish was that he could recommend. He was really cool and recommended the lamb stir-fry with bulgur. Then he offered to put together a special for us, which would cover pretty much everything we needed. In short, the food arrived quickly, the service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it! The price-performance ratio was also very good! We each had a small salad, the three of us shared the lamb stir-fry, and the special, and each had an ayran. Tea and baklava were also complimentary. We ordered döner kebab. We were told it was a mix of beef and turkey, but you couldn't tell there was any beef in it. Unfortunately, the taste was very bad; we couldn't eat it. The quality of the meat and minced meat was poor, but the waiters were good and attentive.

The grilled chicken was very juicy and tender. The service was friendly and attentive. You just have to understand the staff's approach, otherwise their behavior can be misinterpreted. It's a somewhat smaller restaurant and more focused on takeout than its competitors in the area. But it's fine for a group of four. A small tip: the menu on the website urgently needs updating.

Ordered 5 doner pizzas by phone, and they assured me on the phone, "Yes, we'll do it." In reality, it wasn't done properly. The staff was extremely arrogant, answering questions aggressively instead of politely. Customer service was nonexistent. The pizza was okay at best, the dough was rock hard. Ordered cocktail sauce for all the pizzas → 2 sauces for 5 pizzas, absolutely ridiculous. I also requested extra hot sauce. Checked outside: nothing on them. Back inside, the response: "Yes, it's on them" – even though there was clearly nothing on them. Of course, no attempt at compensation, no apology. If you don't care about customers, you shouldn't take orders. Never again.

We were there on Tuesday afternoons and usually have only had positive experiences, but unfortunately, that day was different. They seemed distracted and never really understood what we wanted. They briefly forgot the appetizer, then the cutlery. We asked twice for some bread, and each time they said it would come right away, but it never did. The chicken skewer, however, wasn't cooked properly this time. It's a real shame, as we've always been pleasantly surprised before. Unfortunately, it wasn't just us; the table next to us had the same experience. As I said, it's a real shame.

We went to Tandir Grill Kebab on a Saturday evening as a group of three. The atmosphere was very unpleasant and chaotic, and the tables were dirty. After our order was taken by the unfriendly staff, our food was served a few minutes later. We quickly noticed that one of our orders was wrong and pointed this out to the staff. But instead of showing understanding, the staff simply told us to eat the meal, which I find completely unacceptable! What if one of us had an intolerance to that particular dish? The various sauces were also served in the same container and were immediately mixed together, which again raises the question of what would happen if someone had an intolerance to that specific sauce. Overall, the food was edible, but nothing to write home about. Furthermore, as mentioned at the beginning, the staff was very unfriendly, which is why I wouldn't recommend this place!

The grilled platter for two people was fantastic – including two small salads and two meze plates. The meat was very tender and perfectly cooked. The cacik took a bit of getting used to, as it was made with "Köy" yogurt and had a very intense flavor – not quite our cup of tea. But overall, highly recommended!

The meat was excellent, but since it was cooked on a gas grill, it lacked the charcoal flavor. When we inquired, we learned the business hadn't obtained a permit. The sides were plentiful, and the hot, fresh pita bread was especially delicious. The ayran (a type of ayran) and fresh tea were also quite good. Ömer Bey even made us happy with the kili dessert we offered, even though we didn't ask for it; it was delicious. Accepting credit cards is a plus. The döner kebab was also very good. The prices were reasonable, not excessive. Overall, we were pleased, and it's a place we'd definitely return to.

I had a doner kebab and a Coke. I paid €10, and I thought it was a good price. To start with, there was sauce with the doner kebab, way too much sauce, and then no sauce at all. I found the bread very soft, and the sauce wasn't tasty either. Some of the meat wasn't even cooked properly. The music was extremely loud!

The food was an absolute disaster. It felt like I was eating bread and meat in a mixture of water and oil. Everything was completely soggy, wet, and just plain disgusting. Especially for the price, I would have expected something much better. I couldn't enjoy it and ate almost nothing. It was a huge disappointment for me.

We ordered döner based on the pictures on the menu. However, they brought us a döner labeled "beef and turkey mix," but it didn't contain any beef. Since we'd been traveling around Europe for 12 days and the price was even 1.2 euros more than elsewhere, we figured it must be beef, but they didn't warn us about it. We had to force ourselves to eat some of it. It's a matter of preference, of course, but it felt strange to see a picture of a beef döner on the menu without any information, to set the price accordingly, and then to see turkey instead.

Yesterday we went to Tandir Grill for the very first time – on my friend's recommendation – and I have to honestly say: We were not disappointed! Even though we arrived around 9:45 p.m. and the kitchen closes at 10:00 p.m., they grilled a special meal for us, even though everything had already been cleaned. The service? Simply top-notch! Super friendly, attentive, and warm – we immediately felt welcome. About the food: No words! At first, I thought my friend was exaggerating with his praise, but the quality of the meat was simply top-notch – perfectly grilled, juicy, and flavorful. The bread: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside – just as it should be. The appetizers totally surprised me – I usually hate beets, but the beetroot tzatziki was simply a dream! As were the carrot tzatziki and the one with fresh herbs – real explosions of flavor. To finish, the baklava: Not too sweet, perfectly balanced – it didn't have that typical "over-sweetened" feeling. It really hit the spot. The ambiance is also super pleasant – cozy, modern, yet still authentic. 📌 Conclusion: An absolute must! I can recommend Tandir Grill at any time – whether for a spontaneous evening or a special occasion. We'll definitely be back!
