We were here as tourists because a local recommended the restaurant to us. In short, the food was just perfect. The portions are a decent size and I say that as someone who eats a lot. The prices are also extremely good, especially for the drinks. The waiters/staff are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed, although we were there during the week.

Located in the central part of Nördllingen, Taj Mahal provides good and tasty food. The staff here are super friendly. You also have a common free park Platz near by. Strongly recommend to try varieties of breads (roti & naan) they have.

In Germany, almost all restaurants were closed on Monday. We chose this place and we're glad we did. It was very successful, there was a lot of variety. The service was also very fast.

I don't know why I don't give it 5★, but I-what tells me 5 would be too much. It's probably because I've been to India several times and I miss the intensity of the taste. I still find this Indian restaurant very good and recommended. Tip for those who are not familiar with Indian cuisine, just order Tali - there are various dishes there.

I have enjoyed eating there for many years. Every time you arrive you are greeted in an extremely friendly manner and it feels very familiar. The selection is incredibly large and the vegan palate can also be satisfied, a dream! I was 100 percent satisfied with every visit. Highly Recommended!!

Wir haben in einem Kurzurlaub in Nördlingen spontan dieses schön eingerichtete indische Restaurant besucht. Von der Begrüßung über Präsentation der Gerichte bis hin zu Aufmerksamkeit während wir gespeist haben hat uns alles hier positiv überzeugt. Das geschmacklich hervorragenes Essen war schnell und heiß serviert. Die 5 Sterne sind hier wohlverdient, klare Empfehlung!

Ich war gestern geschäftlich beim Essen in diesem Restaurant. Wie bei Indern üblich, richten diese ihre Restaurants mit ihrem speziellen Flair ein. Deko, die typische Musik (irgendwie schaffe ich es immer am Lautsprecher zu sitzen 😂) Ich persönlich brauche es nicht - aber es ist halt Geschmackssache. Die Speisekarte ist schön übersichtlich. Die Klassiker sind darin natürlich auch zu finden. Viele Currygerichte - auch reichlich Auswahl für Vegetarier. Ich mag generell diese Art Küche. Es wird auch klar darauf hingewiesen ob etwas scharf bzw nicht scharf ist . 🌶️ Chillis geben den Schärfegrad an. Ich habe mir die Okraschoten mit kräftiger Currysauce bestellt. Dazu Reis als Beilage und ein Nanbrot Curry war lecker - in meinen Augen etwas mau - hätte mir mehr Würze gewünscht. Aber okay, trotzdem gut Brot sehr lecker Reis (gut - aber fehlt auch etwas Geschmack/Gewürz) Saftschorle war lecker (Maracuja) Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Summa summarum: Solider guter Inder Für 5 Sterne reicht es nicht ganz - 4,5* Gerne wieder

Wij hebben hier heerlijk Indiaas gegeten. We hadden de chana masala (kikkererwtencurry) en palak paneer (spinaziecurry met paneer), die waren allebei erg goed. Ook de pappadum en naan waren erg lekker. De bediening is vriendelijk en erg attent, de inrichting binnen is gezellig en er is een leuk terras. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding voor het middagmenu is erg goed. Je krijgt bij het hoofdgerecht zelfs een soep en een dessert.

Chicken Masala war sehr lecker.

Wir waren hier an einem Samstag Abend zu Zweit essen, haben problemlos reserviert gehabt. Das Restaurant ist mitten in Nördlingen, wir haben sehr unkompliziert einen Parkplatz nicht weit vom Restaurant, direkt neben dem Daniel bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, aber gleichzeitig auch nicht zu aufdringlich, das fanden wir Beide sehr angenehm. Unser Essen kam in angemessener Zeit, war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Wir wurden gefragt, ob wir nochmal Reis mögen, das bekamen wir auch problemlos. Das fand ich sehr nett. Insgesamt kann man hier sehr schön Essen gehen und der Gaumen wird verwöhnt. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Ich war hier zum Ersten Mal, komme aber gerne wieder her. Danke

C'était excellent. Du Lassi (boisson Indienne) avec du poulet au curry. Le pain est très bon aussi (nous avons pris un panier avec toutes sorte de pains) Une entrée et un dessert étaient compris avec le plat de la carte du midi. Vraiment, je recommande, on mange bien ici !

We went to this place as we craved for some good indian food in our road trip. The staff were amazing as our 9 month old was very cranky that day because of the heat. They tried their best to make her comfortable. The food was also very good. But honestly we did not get to enjoy it as we were constantly busy with our 9 month old. I would love to visit this place again.
