Pizzeria Ristorante Calabria in Nördlingen

Es dauerte ewig, bis wir bedient wurden, und der gemischte Salat bestand fast nur aus Dressing und Salatblättern – die Pizza war aber gut und die Gartenanlage schön.

Selten so leckere Pizza gegessen. Wir sind auf Empfehlung des Hotels hier gelandet und müssen sagen, es hat alles gestimmt. Ambiente, die Bedienung und natürlich das Essen. Sollte es uns nochmal hierher verschlagen kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin

Die Pizzen waren in Ordnung, aber die Salate waren ihr Geld nicht wert. Eine ziemlich enttäuschende Salat-Erfahrung.

Wir kamen um 13:30 Uhr an, das Restaurant schließt aber schon um 14:00 Uhr. Wir bestellten zwei Gerichte, die leider sehr schlecht zubereitet waren; es wirkte, als sei alles in Eile gemacht worden – in der Carbonara war der Speck fast roh, und wir ließen fast alles auf dem Teller zurück. Der Preis war gut, aber die Qualität ließ zu wünschen übrig! Der Service war gleichgültig und die Atmosphäre kühl.

Die Pizza war sehr gut und die Preise angemessen. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Geschmacklich tolle Pizze und ein sehr freundlicher, ausgezeichneter Service. Für mich perfekt durch den optionalen Dinkelteig, da ich keinen Weizen mehr essen soll. Klare Empfehlung! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir waren aufm Christkindlmarkt und sind durch google suche zum Lokal gekommen. Super essen,mega lecker und frisch zubereitet, tolles Ambiente und super netter Service. Wir kommen wieder!

"etwas Besonderes" Ich habe schon viele Pizzen in meinem Leben gegessen und ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass es zu diesem Thema noch etwas Erwähnenswertes zu berichten geben könnte. Wer jedoch bei diesem beliebten Gericht gerne ein "Aha-Erlebnis" haben möchte, der besucht bitte das Calabria in Nördlingen und erlebt eine tolle Auswahl an (teils ungewöhnlichen) Zutaten und außergewöhnlichen Rezepten. Lasst mir aber bitte noch etwas übrig, denn ich möchte möglichst bald dort wieder essen und genießen.

Hier gibt es echt leckere Pizzen. Endlich mal wieder eine Pizzeria wo der Teig schmeckt und auch der Belag wirklich drauf war. Voll lecker. Mein Dad hatte die Tagiatelle mit Shrimps die auch voll lecker waren. Ging echt zügig und Preis Leistung passt auch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Abend. Der war Service wirklich freundlich. Obwohl viel los war blieben sie ruhig, was isch sehr schätze. Und nun zum aller Wichtigsten 😊... Ich dachte nicht, dass mich italienische Küche noch überraschen kann, aber sowohl die Lasagne als auch die Pizza aus der Tagesempfehlung waren sensationell! Essen, das einfach glücklich macht. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Pizzas, wir sind immer wieder gerne da!

We went to the pizzeria for dinner. Luckily, we had a reservation, otherwise it would have been difficult to get a seat. Or you could just arrive a little later. Around 8:30 p.m., the rush was over. The food was delicious. The large (40 cm) pizza was enough for two. Very friendly service and a very cozy place. We'll be back!

We had 13-inch pizzas they were perfectly topped and incredibly tasty. The side salad was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it. I'd be happy to go again.

I went to dinner here with my partner, encouraged by the reviews we'd read. We were looking for a place to eat a good plate of pasta (like good Italians), and we were truly amazed by the two dishes we had: a carbonara and a norma... Guys, what can I say, not even in Italy can you guarantee they'll be this good! Excellent, Alessandro (the super chef!), and a special thanks to Davide, who looked after us throughout the evening with such kindness and exquisite courtesy, making us feel at home. Really well done! Guys like you make us proud abroad! We'll definitely be back!

The best pizzas in the area – and we've been there several times! We always love coming back to Ristorante Calabria – the VIP pizzas are simply fantastic! Huge and delicious. If you leave hungry, it's your own fault. 🍕👌 The beer garden is great in the summer, especially for families – there's a playground right next door, so the little ones can let off steam while the grown-ups sit back and relax. The manager and the waitress are always super friendly and make you feel at home. You should definitely reserve a table here, especially on weekends when everyone has the same idea. One small downside: The tiramisu wasn't quite our cup of tea – but hey, taste is subjective, as we all know. Otherwise: top-notch!

The pizza was excellent. The service was friendly, but a bit fussy. Unfortunately, I couldn't sit outside because I didn't have a reservation. Instead, I was able to watch the excellent crew at the pizza oven. And it was worth seeing.

We went to Calabria for pizza for the first time with three people and were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen's performance. Our food absolutely deserved 5 stars in terms of preparation and taste. 5 stars for the service as well...fast...friendly...attentive but not intrusive.

A very nice little restaurant with great food and friendly service. We sat in the beer garden. The pizza is authentic Italian. The pasta dishes are prepared with love. Upon request, we were given spaghetti with seafood, which isn't currently on the menu. The dish was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Anyone visiting beautiful Nördlingen will definitely get their money's worth here!

Great location with fantastic pizza, delicious antipasti and original spaghetti carbonara. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but always busy. Even though the restaurant is full, you don't have to wait long for your food/drink. Portions are huge, the pizza is hard to eat, but the price is still very reasonable. Absolutely recommended...

Calabria best conveys the feeling of Italy/holiday to me. There are countless pizzerias here, but few where you can get such tasty, authentic dishes. When Calabria “wandered” to Nördlingen, I was very sad. Particularly good: the pasta dishes. Recommended without reservation.

Perfect Italian food and quite affordable

An absolute gem for lovers of southern Italian cuisine! And that in the middle of the Ries. We went to Calabria for the first time today and were thrilled. Pizza like something out of a Neapolitan picture book - not in a wood-fired oven but very close. Service on point, food at its best, ambience simple and cozy - almost like southern Italy. Thanks for that!

We had a Christmas party in the Pizzeria Restaurant Calabria. The service was super super quick and, above all, always attentive. Friendliness is very important there and we all thought it was great. And it didn't take long and the food was delivered straight away. The restaurant is of course a little hidden in the city center of Nördlingen. But according to the navigation system you can find it. I can only recommend this place, especially the pizzas are absolutely great👍

Was there for the first time yesterday with 3 friends. Nice little pizzeria a little hidden in the old town but an absolute insider tip. The service was very quick and extremely friendly. The selection of pizzas surprised me because I wasn't familiar with the compositions. Large portions were absolutely delicious and the pizza base was brilliant. Small drawback: there are no direct parking spaces but that is usually the case in Nördlingen. I can only recommend this pizzeria, although it would be advisable to call and reserve in advance. Always my pleasure.

Finally found the best pizza in Nördlingen! It's even available with spelled flour at no extra charge!!! The pasta dishes look great too! I will try it on my next visit! Spaghetti Carbonara was carried past me and looked MEGA. The prices are also absolutely okay. There is beer from Flötzinger Bräu Rosenheim and HB Munich. In the evening you should definitely make a reservation! There is a nice beer garden. Update on 9/12/24: There is a new menu with great new dishes. I tried the first of the new pizza creations today - really good! I have to go there many more times in the near future to eat my way through the culinary innovations. I took a photo of the pages with the dishes on the menu. Have fun pre-selecting!

We have been ordering from Deiningen for years, but since they have dropped dramatically not only in terms of price but above all in terms of quality, we looked for a new regular pizzeria. The staff is totally friendly, regardless of whether you are on site or calling. The pizzas are very well topped and are highly recommended despite the price increase 👍🏻 we will definitely order here more often.

I was there for lunch on Thursday August 29th. Unfortunately there was no pasta. The pizza (Caprese) was very tasty and also good for €12.

We had dinner in this pizzeria two evenings during our stay in Nordlingen and we had a great time, the pizzas were excellent and have nothing to envy of our local pizzas, in fact they are better than many pizzas found in Italy. A dough that is light to digest and excellent in taste. Congratulations to all the staff. I recommend it if after so much German food you want a pinch of Italy during your holiday.

Unfortunately we weren't impressed with the pizzas. We had a pizza bufala and capricciosa. In my opinion, the quality of the products could have been better, and the taste could also have been improved. The waitresses were both eating the whole time they were serving us and the tables were very dirty. Too bad

**Tasty food, but room for improvement in phone service** We have eaten at this Italian restaurant several times and are always impressed by the quality of the food. The dishes are fresh, authentic and very tasty. The pasta and pizzas in particular are a real treat! However, there is one point that bothers us a bit: When the restaurant is busy, it is often difficult to reach someone by phone. This can be frustrating when you want to make a reservation or ask a question. A suggestion for improvement would be to establish an additional service for telephone inquiries or perhaps expand the option for online reservations. That would make the contact much easier and bring the entire service to the same high level as the food. All in all, definitely a recommendation for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine!

We were there shortly after the opening and were unfortunately disappointed. Today we wanted to go back again to see if things had improved and that is definitely the case. Pizza was tasty and well topped. Pasta dish from the neighboring table also looked good, nice small and quiet beer garden and the service is definitely more busy than on the first visit. Would love to come back.

Very tasty pizzas and nice outdoor seating, right next to a newly designed children's playground. The service team was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our order. The only drawback and therefore only 4 out of 5 stars: There are a lot of cigarette butts on the ground outside, despite the ashtrays available. That's a real shame, especially because you can't take your eyes off small children for a second while they're playing here.
