Terrible! If you're looking for a place where the staff is rude, disrespectful, and uneducated... this is the place... And the quality of the ice cream isn't that great, a creamy ice cream with little flavor!

As always, it was delicious. We had various pasta dishes, which are definitely recommended. We received prompt and friendly service. Despite our large stroller, every effort was made to accommodate us as a group. Thank you very much for that. For larger groups, please call ahead or make a reservation.

Delicious Italian cuisine. The pizza and pasta dishes are exactly as you'd expect – freshly prepared, with high-quality ingredients and authentic flavors. The portions are also generous and filling. The ambiance is pleasant and complements the culinary experience well. Only the drinks could be a bit more original to complete the overall experience. We'll be back ;)

I eat here regularly. The menu is well-structured, and you can always quickly find something you fancy. The dishes are inventive and delicious. The service is charming, even witty, and above all, fast. I'm always surprised by how many servers take care of you. A family of restaurateurs with decades of experience! What can I say? I think it's great!!!! I'm done!

As a teenager with my parents, and now as a father with my own children, I love coming here. They serve Italian dishes from the menu, ice cream to go, or you can enjoy it there with a cappuccino.

I came here thinking I should eat ice cream without thinking much about it, and it made me feel good to start my trip..! A very historic place that boasts a 50-year tradition and has been passed down for 3 generations with handmade ice cream...!! The staff were very kind and very proud, which was really cool, and I was able to cool off from the heat in a good mood! It's right at the entrance of the city, and it's reasonably priced, has a lot of quantity, and has many kinds, so anyone of any age or gender can enjoy ice cream comfortably and satisfactorily ㅎㅎ They also provide meals, so I'll try a meal next time :) I recommend it!!

I went there with a friend and we ordered ice cream, and I got everything except ice cream. First, the staff wasn't that friendly, and second, and what I think is even more important, is what I got on the table. The fruit wasn't fresh, which we can already see in the photos, and it wasn't washed, which unfortunately you can't see in the photos. The waffle wasn't fresh either, which I noticed right away when I tried it. I complained, and the manager came with the bill on the table, and I only paid for my friend's ice cream (which was kind of okay, not perfect, but "okay"). I tried to explain everything to her, but she just interrupted me with the sentence, "It's fine." She didn't apologize either and just said, "It's all fresh," and was completely rude to me, turned around, and walked into the restaurant with the ice cream. Simply total insolence, and I don't recommend this restaurant under any circumstances. I'll never come back here.

We went there for dinner tonight, and it was absolutely delicious. My pizza mare was super delicious! My husband had pasta, which was also absolutely amazing. For dessert, we had a delicious ice cream sundae with lots of fresh fruit. Everything was great 👍🏼

While walking around Nördlingen, we came across the pizzeria and were very satisfied with the price-performance ratio.

Nobody there is friendly. Unfortunately, the food isn't good. Then today we were overcharged by €10.

What can I say? The food is amazing! Especially the pasta. I honestly can't think of any Italian restaurant where the pasta tastes better. The service is friendly and fun... I always feel comfortable. And the pistachio ice cream is my favorite.

Went out to eat again today! Delicious as always!

We went to the café today to enjoy a leisurely ice cream. Two of us had already finished when an employee started throwing out trash – right through a door next to our table. The trash bag was simply thrown out and dripped – the liquid (presumably from leftover food) landed on one of our faces and into his half-finished ice cream cone. The staff didn't respond on their own – only when we left the café and confronted them about it did they offer a half-hearted apology. In our opinion, this was completely unhygienic, unprofessional, and simply disgusting. This is no way to treat guests – we definitely won't be coming back.

The food tasted okay, but it wasn't exactly a culinary highlight. However, it should be mentioned that some of the ice cream was served in soup bowls, and old sauce was visibly stuck to the edge of the bowl or hadn't been wiped off properly. The atmosphere was still bearable; it was quiet and easy to hold a conversation, but when it came to service, things completely changed. Shortly before the last person could finish their ice cream cone, an employee came to the table with a bulging, dripping garbage bag and unceremoniously threw it over us into an alley, dripping onto someone's face and into their ice cream cone. The staff didn't react, and when we confronted them, we received only a half-hearted apology. This is beneath contempt; this is no way to treat guests.

I went to Nördlingen, the final destination of my solo trip in Europe 🇩🇪 I wanted to eat Italian food at the end, and since it was Sunday not many restaurants were open, but I went to this restaurant that was open! It was very busy around 19:30! The food was very delicious and there was a good amount 🍝 For dessert, I was interested in something that looked like spaghetti pasta, but I ordered Mickey Mouse ice cream! It looked cute and was very delicious 😋 The staff were very polite and it was comfortable even for one person! Everyone in Japan, please come here ✨✨

We visited the Railway Museum and had dinner there. The food was delicious: great lasagna, great spaghetti carbonara, great pizza, and the ice cream sundaes were large and with homemade whipped cream. They were very, very tasty, and there was a huge selection. The latte and cappuccino were also delicious. The price/performance ratio is excellent. We'd love to come back. If you couldn't give any stars at all, that would unfortunately be the case! The service was absolutely rude, you couldn't choose ice cream scoops because there was too much going on? No matter what little wish you had, nothing wanted to be implemented and you were still extremely stressed. Well then have fun in a big city. You learn what “a lot” means! 😉 The ice cream already had freezer crystals in it, so it was anything but fresh... When this ice cream parlor was actually in the hands of the first family, it was a great passion that you could feel, but unfortunately it has now been run down. What a shame! Hopefully this will be reflected upon and action taken immediately.

Well, if you come from Italy, Germany is a service desert. I was disappointed. The food, the hunger has seen about it. You don't become a repeat offender so quickly. The kitchen closes at 9 p.m. What does an espresso order have to do with the kitchen being closed? Or you weren't offered anything else to drink at 9:20 p.m. Opening time ends at 10 p.m. Why would you explain to a guest how stressful the day was? My God, if I'm a host, I have to take advantage of the summer business and get through it. Overplayed laughter doesn't help, let alone making differences between guests. This Mimi is unbearable. Convert that into positive energy. If you are overworked, change your concept. "Find something fun to do, then you'll never have to work again." I know what I'm talking about. First comes the patient or guest, then comes me. There are times with more work, but I don't take it out on people who bring me money.,,

A nice ice cream cafe and pizzeria

If we want to enjoy an ice cream sundae, we always drive from Donauwörth to Nördlingen in Firenze because they have the tastiest and most loving ice cream creations there - none of our ice cream parlors here can keep up! Pizza and pasta are also a real treat! At Firenze everything is right and tastes good!

We have been to Firenze for dinner several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the food is incredibly good. The kitchen usually closes around 9 p.m. We let them know shortly before 9 p.m. that we would like to eat something more, but that we would need a little more time before we got there. The kitchen waited so long that we still got delicious warm food at 9:30 p.m. Fantastic! It's always very clean, but it's also quite squat inside, which makes the atmosphere very homely. No matter whether pizzas or pasta, everything tastes very good there. Finally we had "Tortellini in Bianco" (tortellini baked in a ham and cream sauce with cheese) and those were the best tortellini we have ever eaten.

The food was ok, not seasoned enough and the pizza base tasted like baked pizza. When we wanted to take the rest of the pasta with us, we should have paid another €2.5 for the aluminum bowl. Unfortunately we didn't see this and the food is now thrown away.

The seafood pasta was especially delicious. The Italian sparkling water was delicious and the glass and bottle were cute, so I persuaded the staff to give it to me. It's a very friendly and nice store.

The best gelateria and ristorante in Noerdlingen since 1959. Simply beautiful and the owners have their hearts in the right place. Simply enjoy.

Lovely spot!!!!! We came with a big group and had ordered before arriving. The food was ready very quick upon arrival. Delicious food. Everyone in our 20 group was really happy with their meal. Decent size portions too which was great Great vibes and staff were lovely. Felt like I was back in Florence! One day i’d love to sit outside on the street and order the delicious ice creams wow they look fantastic.

I hate disco music while eating 🙈 I can't relax there. The pasta sauce and the pizza were very tasty, crispy base, nothing to complain about. The food also came very quickly.

I've actually been here several times and everything was always okay, but now the food is just average and the service is catastrophic; You are forgotten and there is an eternity between drinks and ordering food The tip of the iceberg, however, is that €1.20 is now being charged for packaging leftover food This can still be understood for pasta packaging; But I paid €1.20 for a 25 cm long piece of aluminum foil; This cannot be justified even with increased purchase prices and is an absolute disgrace Of course I was also allowed to pack it myself… Never again!!!

The ice cream sundae was almost just cream. There was almost no taste of the ice cream. Also much more expensive than all other ice cream parlors in Nördlingen. The coffee had the same lousy quality. Absolutely not recommended.

Bisher war ich eigentlich immer zufrieden. Hatte diese Woche jedoch Papardelle mit Zander. Ich liebe Fisch, dennoch nicht seine Haut. Diese Entscheidung sollte dem Gast obliegen, ob er diese verzehren möchte, oder eben nicht. Bei einem Filetstück das im ganzen serviert wird, ist dies ja akzeptabel, da ich die Haut beiseite legen kann. Bei einem Pasta Gericht sollte die Haut im Voraus entfernt werden, da sie sich im ganzen Gericht verteilt hat. Nicht jeder mag die Haut eines Fisches genießen. Außerdem muss ich jetzt mal los werden, dass der Salat jedesmal sehr sehr Essig lastig ist.

Espresso ist lecker. Vanilleeis war viel zu süß und hat viel zu wenig nach Vanille geschmeckt.
