Nice atmosphere with great highlights (Aperol tree), but the menu is only available online and in the wrong format. The waitresses are polite but disinterested, take offense when criticized, have little insight and are not familiar with the menu. After asking if there was bread with aioli, this was answered in the negative, but we were not offered an alternative. Ultimately we decided on bread with oil as a starter, which was only delivered with the main course. The cutlery was served in baskets, which doesn't do justice to the price of the food. The food tastes great, but it doesn't compensate for what's around it. I should add that I worked in the catering industry for a long time and I can judge very well how one should behave and how not. After the public hype surrounding the restaurant, I am more than disappointed!

The food was good, but the portions were small. My friend wasn't full, despite the starter. The Aperol Spritz was well mixed, but had too many ice cubes and was relatively expensive. You get a shot on the house if you give a 5-star Google review.

Cool idea with the Aperol tree (we saw it on Instagram) but unfortunately the atmosphere was very cool and sober. Unfortunately, our food (pasta) was only lukewarm when it was served to us.

Nice smaller restaurant with good authentic Italian food! 10/10 recommended

I wasn't impressed with the restaurant. My pasta with pistachio pesto was overall too greasy and weighed heavily on my stomach the whole evening. The service consists mainly of students who have little idea what they are selling. That's my personal impression. I can't recommend the restaurant and would rather go somewhere else!!!

We made reservations for six people, but one person became ill on the day of our visit. That's why we wrote an email in the morning and informed the restaurant. So there were five of us and not six. In the end we were charged 20 euros more because we didn't communicate the change in the number of people at least 24 hours in advance. We would have had to sit at a table of six anyway, but we still ordered this Aperol tree with six drinks (and many more) and ordered several starters to go with our main courses. So now it's not like the restaurant made any loss. With a bill of several hundred euros, 20 euros doesn't make the cabbage fat, but somehow that's not particularly customer-oriented, but rather a bit cheeky. Because we actually ordered for six and wouldn't have needed a smaller table if we had told us in advance. The food is OK, the drinks were good. The fact that you can print photos on the espresso martinis is also cool. The service was also nice, the shop is pretty bare and not particularly comfortable. For a restaurant to be so petty and unaccommodating is just a bit bitter.

We discovered the restaurant through a promising Instagram reel. All in all it was okay, the food and drinks were very tasty 🍝🍷 However, I didn't find the atmosphere at all like what I was used to on the Instagram page. Lovely and if you looked closer, a little bit dingy. The service was also quite satisfactory.

When Instagram and reality match! Saw the ad on Instagram for a long time and then took the risk and made the journey from Bielefeld to Hamburg to try the best pasta. Absolute recommendation. Both the pasta and the cocktails. A small note: be sure to make a reservation because the restaurant is in high demand.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food or ambience. My friend wanted to reserve a table for 5 people for breakfast. By phone there was always only the band with a reference to online reservations, no reservations for 5 people were possible there in the morning. So we reserved 2 + 3 and wrote an email. To date there has been no response to this email and the reservations were canceled by the restaurant without comment. Nobody can be reached by email, phone or Instagram or there was no response. It's a shame, we would have liked to try it...

Not worth the hype! We reserved a table because of all the social media posts and were looking forward to a cozy evening with Italian flair that invites you to linger! The trouble started when the three of us were squeezed into the smallest corner of the bar and then had to wait 20 minutes to even be spoken to. We were then happily and silently asked for drinks and food. The waitress left the table and most of her service work for the evening was completed. While we waited for our order, we made our first judgment about the location; dirty, loveless and thrown together. In addition, completely inappropriate and barely audible music was playing. Contrary to expectations, our drinks did not reach us before the meal, but at the same time as the main courses, which were not complete (did we have wrong expectations?). However, the waitress left the missing part of our order uncommented and silently left the table again. When we asked, we were told that the bread was still in the oven. The bread came to the table after the rest had already been eaten. All in all, our expectations were unfortunately disappointed and we cannot recommend a visit.

Food was delicious and very generous portions. Very nice atmosphere. Price performance is very fair. There were two of us, we had Bolognese, truffle pasta, wine spritzer, Aperol and dessert and paid €70 with a tip (excluding €66). After the evening I drove home with a smile. I can highly recommend it

We stopped by spontaneously without a reservation. We came to an empty restaurant and were sent away by the rude staff on the grounds that everything was reserved and we weren't allowed to sit outside because the waitress thought it was too cold. An hour later we saw people eating outside. If the waitress doesn't want her job, she should look for another one.

Very tasty truffle pasta that does not require any additional truffle flavor. The portions don't seem overly large, but they pack a punch. Overall it was very “powerful”; but that's not a bad thing. Service was average, not overly attentive/friendly, but OK. The restaurant can probably be afforded due to the high demand since people come primarily for the food. What I didn't like was the ambience. There would be much more potential here. Instead of subtle Italian music, your ears have to make do with the noise of (fans) coming from the kitchen. Could be changed. The chairs weren't particularly comfortable either. Presumably a "simple" Italian style is intended. Still a nice address, as the food is able to compensate for the above-mentioned criticisms. Be sure to reserve in advance.

The food is really delicious, you can't complain about it. However, we weren't particularly impressed with the interior design and the ambience inside. Also, in a restaurant that claims to be extremely authentically Italian (on the menu there is an additional charge of one euro if you mispronounce bruschetta) I would expect a traditional tiramisu and not a Nutella tiramisu. Still a nice evening and we'll definitely be back :)

This was the second time we've been here and for the second time I can only say the food is incredibly good. We tried different dishes and each one tasted very good. The Aperol tower with the schnapps was a dream. The staff is open and friendly, and we also received our food and drinks quickly. What we particularly liked was that our dog was very well received. A bowl of water was brought straight away. The next time we are in Hamburg we will come back and I will recommend everyone to stop by here.

Hab das Restaurant über TikTok entdeckt, hab leider anhand der Videos echt mehr erwartet. Meiner Meinung nach auch überteuert. Das Essen war zwar nicht schlecht, aber gemütlich ist was anderes. Kleiner klappriger Tisch & Stuhl direkt ins Eck geschoben (also kaum Platz).

Went there for the first time today. Both the lasagne and the bolo tasted absolutely unspectacular and actually only tasted like tomatoes. Very disappointing given that both dishes were advertised there to the maximum. - Unfortunately the price/performance ratio wasn't right here at all.

A small Italian restaurant in Hamburg city centre with outdoor seating, nice neutral decor and bright seating spaces. The Carbonara I tried tasted good, with good portion sizes and a wide variety of drinks available.

I gave the restaurant a chance several times and was unfortunately disappointed each time. The food itself is okay, but the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right and this time we were even disappointed with the drinks. We had ordered the aperitif tree and instead of the normal Aperol glasses, like everyone around us, we were given small wine glasses with Aperol... you should be able to guarantee that all guests receive the same service! We won't all go there anymore.

Definitely recommended! The meatballs were cold, but the food was still very tasty. There you can end the evening well with a wine or spend a nice evening with friends with cocktails.

Unfortunately I cannot confirm the top reviews. I had a carbonara - mushy, salty, peppery, plus a small portion. Individual drink prices are high - the specials are ok. Service - designed for digital only. The highlight was the request to leave because time was up. Although we only work after reservations, the store wasn't full, so we could have been relocated if necessary. But above all, how this was communicated was not right. Everything is very systhemgastro-like. The dining room was cozy and brightly lit - definitely easy to take photos as all the guests were fiddling with their cell phones. Toilet was not in good condition. Trash can was overflowing and faucet was loose and dripping. The only thing that ripped it out was the “beverage tree” - great innovation, even if the individual drinks didn’t blow me away.

Yesterday I went to the restaurant for the first time with my sister. Even though we arrived 15 minutes late, the staff was so friendly and gave us a table. We apologize again for the delay. A nice little restaurant. The staff is very, very friendly and caters to every request. I think the restaurant only accepts card payments. The food was very tasty and the portions are sufficient. I can recommend the truffle pasta, simply delicious. We'll be back and thank you for the lovely stay and the delicious food. Keep it up 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Unfortunately I can't rate the food here but the hospitality, the service and the location. I made a reservation online and received an email confirming that we were on a waiting list. Arrived on site with 4 people, all tables inside were free and 2 tables outside, otherwise the rest were occupied. When we asked, a really rude and annoyed lady came to the entrance saying that she had run out of roach and we had to wait, but unfortunately she couldn't guarantee it and couldn't promise us either. We asked when the reservations were from her and she said in 1 hour. Well, we had requested for now and keeping several tables free for an hour is incredible. It felt more like a control in a club with a bouncer who selects people than a restaurant. Personally, I and the 3 other friends of mine will never visit this location again! It's a shame that a restaurant allows itself to do something like this in times like these, when it's so difficult for restaurateurs. As far as I know, it was simply the case that 80% were women there and 4 men in the restaurant seemed to be too many. We just wanted to eat and go without blocking a table for 3 hours and only ordering a cocktail like most people there. Location: About 6 tables outside without heaters (winter time) and about 9 tables inside with an occupancy of 2-4 people per table and everything very close together. The ambience is more rustic, old-fashioned made of wood. Service: absolutely 0 if I were the manager I would have fired the blonde lady at the entrance. If she ends up being the CEO herself, I just wish her the best of luck in the endeavor with that kind of attitude!

The portions are generous and really delicious. The Aperol is also large and well made. However, the ambience and service leave a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, for the very high price, little things like spicy oil, free parmesan, homemade pasta or free bread are missing on the table. You always have to pay extra for extras... It's worth a visit, but we wouldn't come back again.

We ordered the truffle pasta and were very satisfied. The pasta tastes pleasantly of truffles, but also leaves room for the other spices. We are full and happy! The service is attentive and friendly. As soon as we made eye contact, we were served. Only the outdoor area could be a little more comfortable. A small light or heat lamp would be perfect. However, there are blankets for everyone so you can sit outside even in colder temperatures :) We'll definitely be back!

Went here for the third time from Hanover. If you're in Hamburg for concerts or something similar, a visit is a must! Such delicious and high quality food. You definitely have to make a reservation if you want to come in the afternoon/evening to be on the safe side. The Nutella Tiramisu is to die for!

I received a visit from friends for my birthday, and the anticipation was high. Unfortunately, the experience that followed was more of a flop than a great one. The food was surprisingly good but the service was just subpar. We were given a very stern warning after 20 minutes because we hadn't managed to look at the map yet. The tables are only reserved for 2 hours and the tone in service is correspondingly harsh. Mega uncharming and we really didn't feel comfortable/welcome. When we dared to finish our drinks 9 minutes after our 2-hour slot, we were warned again and pointed out that the next guests were already waiting (there were tables available both in the shop and outside)…

For an Aperol in Hamburg with the in-laws, it couldn't be better ;)

I visited the above restaurant with my girlfriend because I had a good impression from the pictures. Unfortunately, my high expectations of the restaurant were not met. I ordered the pasta antipasti with burrata for a total price of €20.80. The pasta was edible, but certainly didn't justify the rather high price. The noodles were too soft and the dish lacked a certain seasoning and I had the impression that the pasta was not homemade, although I could be mistaken here. The sauce was lukewarm. The service was generally friendly, responding to my criticism by giving me chili seasoning to add a little more spice to the dish. Nevertheless, I would have liked a little more motivation in the service area. I also find it annoying that there is no longer a printed card and you have to rely on a smartphone, and I also don't approve of not accepting cash. Conclusion: a restaurant that you can visit with a clear conscience, but overall it is overpriced and embodies more appearance than reality.

You feel like you're in a small restaurant in Italy. The food is super delicious and made with a lot of love. We had five different dishes and they were all great.
