The pesto pasta was delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy. I recommend making a reservation to guarantee a table.

Aperol for breakfast = perfect start to the day. There is also a really delicious Italian platter with cheese, sausage and everything your heart desires! And if you want, you can treat yourself to a Spritz Tree. Perfect combination of delicious food, good drinks and a super relaxed vibe. Absolute recommendation!

Great aperitif tower with delicious delicacies. And the scent of truffles in the air is a promise that the great pasta dishes will last!!

Good service and nice staff. My tomato sauce was a bit sour and the drinks take a long time. Otherwise, you will be taken in quickly if you make a reservation.

I became aware of the restaurant through Tik Tok and thought I had to try it. So today I was there with my girlfriend and we both ordered the truffle pasta. Until then everything was fine. Then the pasta came and it was pretty cold from the start, which was strange since it was just brought to us. But since I don't like complaining about little things because it's often a shame to eat, we both ate half of it anyway and then asked the waitress to pack the rest for us. Of course we also gave feedback that the food was cold, but unfortunately we didn't get more than an “oh sorry”. As if that wasn't enough, I arrived home later and had to deal with extreme nausea, just like my girlfriend. We will therefore avoid a second visit…

This was our second time here and we felt very comfortable both times. We liked the pasta very much, the drinks tower with selectable drinks is an eye-catcher and the team is super friendly and accommodating. All in all, a successful afternoon.

More appearance than reality. The food was ok. The service was friendly. However, the entire atmosphere is very depressed and not really Italian, The high prices are not justified The men's toilets are a disaster the wine is so-so. Unfortunately, this is not a restaurant that justifies its prices through performance and ambience, but unfortunately only through its location. With a little commitment there is much more possible here!!!!

We visited the restaurant because of the 'good' reviews. Unfortunately, our anticipation didn't last long. We reserved a table online for 6:00 p.m. The restaurant was clearly full at that time. We arrived at 6pm and waited for the reserved table. We were told to wait outside the door until we could get the table. It was very cold at this point in December. We received information that we still have to wait about 15 minutes. Another group of people (2 people) came and were immediately given a table at 6:00 p.m. - the reservation of the two started from 6:15 p.m. At 6:15 p.m. we were told that there was no table available and that we would have to wait another 15 minutes. We waited, after 15 minutes I asked if anything was available - then we were finally allowed to enter the restaurant and were greeted rudely by the two ladies in service! After this setback, we were looking forward to the meal. We ordered drinks and then food. The appetizer came to the table before the drinks. 10 minutes later we received the drinks. After a short time we also received our main course, which unfortunately did not remind me of good Italian cuisine, but rather of Maggi ready-made products. The lasagne was tasteless - reminded me of the Maggi lasagne ready-made bag. The food my companion served was OK but not Italian craftsmanship. The service staff weren't attentive and didn't ask for more drinks. No excuse for the circumstances. At the end we didn't even say 'bye' after no tip was given. Maybe the colleagues should be trained again. If you're looking for a good Italian restaurant in Hamburg, you should look elsewhere. Overall just very disappointing!

Nice, relatively small restaurant with attentive staff. Overall, the waitresses didn't really seem authentically motivated. Unfortunately, the truffle pasta didn't taste as expected, and overall the dishes were very expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. Overall, with very high expectations, we expected more in advance.

Hard chairs, the waiter leaves the glasses empty for a good half an hour and then you order Bolognese, which consists mainly of tomato paste (the consistency cannot be compared to any sauce in the world) and is simply seasoned inedibly. Apart from the pasta, which absolutely wasn't cooked long enough... I took the rest with me for my husband. He was just as unenthusiastic about the food. I would have liked to order bruschetta, but being threatened with an extra euro as a penalty for the incorrect pronunciation on the menu didn't really convince me.

The truffle pasta tasted just like cleaning detergent, and the pistachio pasta tasted like Dubai chocolate. It wasn't like pasta at all, but like a cake - a sweet cake!! how couldn't eat anything! That's why they didn't give us any money.

The service was very friendly and attentive. The truffle pasta itself was also very tasty, but we both had stomach aches from eating it afterwards. The furnishings are rather simple and rustic. The chairs a little uncomfortable. I have to say, though, I'm really shocked by the owner's responses to some of the reviews. That seems very unprofessional to me.

Tagliere e Vino is centrally located next to Hamburg City Hall and offers a great selection of delicious pasta dishes. We received a warm welcome and were able to get a table without a reservation, although this would be recommended given the popularity of the restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy and has an authentic Italian flair. The menu is clear and focuses on quality rather than quantity. The portions are perfect and the dishes are very attractively prepared. If you want to feel like you're in Italy for a moment, this is the right place for you. We'll definitely be back!

Truffle pasta was great, the Bolognese was mediocre. If you sit next to the door it is very cold.

I ended up here by chance. The best part was the pasta, which tasted really fresh and crunchy. The Suave and everything around it was too intense for me. It's also a shame that the hot pasta is served in cold copper bowls and therefore cools down quickly. What I was clearly missing was Italian hospitality and atmosphere. The store is completely digitalized and networked. Menu is available as a QR code. The employees seem like German students with a German aura. You have to vacate the table promptly after two hours, but you are not informed of this until ten minutes beforehand. That would be unimaginable at my favorite Italian restaurants. You get a free liqueur in return for a Google review! Reviews should be classified here accordingly. Conclusion: Good food, but the place lacks soul. Seems like a start-up concept and one wonders when franchising will begin.

Unfortunately that was nothing. I expected a lot and was bitterly disappointed. The bruschetta beforehand was good. Unfortunately the carbonara wasn't to our taste - too much bacon which unfortunately covered everything. Unfortunately the truffle pasta was a disaster. I actually really like truffles. Unfortunately, the dish that was brought was not tasty and was inedible for me. When the waitress asked if it was tasty, we had to say no. There was no real apology. There was also no attempt to provide us with compensation. After all, the truffle pasta cost €20.

Very nice restaurant with delicious food! I tried the Tagliere Misto and the Pasta Cacio e Pepe, both of which tasted really good. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were convincing. Overall, I was very satisfied, but I was missing that final authentic Italian touch that would have made the experience perfect. Still a clear recommendation!

Food was delicious. The service okay. Unfortunately the atmosphere is not nice. It was very cold and drafty. The furnishings also seem cold and not comfortable. Somehow loveless. Sausages hang out in the middle of the path. The music was a bit too loud for my taste. When billing we were charged for more drinks than we had. After the correction, we didn't have to pay them. I fluctuate between 2 and 3 stars. But since the food was good, it's three stars. However, if you want to eat comfortably, you should look for another restaurant.

A good selection of drinks, especially the Messina beer from Sicily. Food is very tasty and the portions are big enough, price/performance is right. Service was friendly and the restaurant was cozy.

I went to Tagliere e Vino for the first time today for lunch and just wanted to give my opinion. The staff was very friendly, perhaps a bit shy and reserved - but probably just "Hanseatic cool". I imagine a different gastronomic welcome. The ladies did their job well, but there wasn't that little extra. The food was good, but not better than anywhere else. I can't say much about the ambience, except that it was "functional". A few salamis and Italian sausages hang from the ceiling, but otherwise the restaurant is very much geared towards "to go". The points that irritated me the most were: 1. I asked about the soup of the day, to which I was replied that there is none. I hadn't understood the joke in the menu that "Soup of the day" meant the espresso martini - unfortunately the waitress didn't explain this insult to me; I actually only realized it when I saw the chalk board by the window as I was leaving had seen. 2. I was irritated that an Italian restaurant didn't serve cappuccino. Here we only serve espresso and espresso martini (the soup of the day) 3. The tiramisu sounded very tempting for dessert, but that wasn't available either. In response to my comment about what wasn't available here, it was noted that the tiramisu wasn't ready yet. That's okay too... ... but overall there were too many components for me to rate my visit with only 3 stars. I didn't walk out of here completely happy. Maybe I expected too much, that may be the case. However, I don't rule out coming here again the next time I'm in Hamburg.

Everything is fantastic. Five stars with a small suggestion for improvement. Our food came five minutes after we ordered - I would have liked a little more time. I would normally give deductions. But: the Bolognese was like in Italy and very few restaurants in Germany can do that. The taste of the meat reminded me of Tuscany. Definitely we will come back. The price-performance ratio is great.

Hot spot for tourists - Hamburgers beware. This has nothing to do with authentic Italian. More social media hype than Italian food love. Pasta came quickly and was delicious. The portion size is really good and the price is super fair! However, if you want to have a nice Italian meal without mass processing, tourists and untrained waiters, this is the wrong place for you. I've never had wine poured so badly before. More appearance than reality.

We went for the Aperol breakfast and it was extremely tasty! There was a large selection of food on the mixed plate and an Aperol & Frangelico. Absolutely recommended!

Nice atmosphere. The truffle pasta was very tasty and creamy. The dish could have used more salt/spices. However, the prawns were terrific. The red wine tasted very good. All in all it was a successful evening.

A great place to visit no matter if you’re a local resident or tourist! But, I strongly recommend booking a table in advance, because I was there with my friends on Monday evening and the place was absolutely backed, nobody could have gotten a table without reservation after 17:00. Very pleasant ambience, food was amazing, even though we couldn’t get Lasagna and Carbonara because of issues with logistics, we were offered several alternatives and were happy about it. It was very busy and at first it was quite clear that there is not enough staff, but then we noticed another staff member joined, so I applaud such a quick ability to adapt to sudden change in the business of the restaurant. All in all, a great place to visit and I am glad I saw a recommendation on instagram to visit this place! I am definitely going back. Edit: I also had a lunch there, and though it was absolutely delicious (meatball pasta with amazing ricotta)I definitely recommend to order to-go in advance, as the place is still as packed and for an hour lunch-break you will be stuffing the pasta in your mouth without having the possibility to enjoy it. Which makes sense, but sense was not with me on that day- and you can avoid it :)

We recently went to Tagliere e Vino and had a really lovely evening! We tried the spaghetti bolognese, the antipasti spaghetti and the truffle pasta - everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. We were particularly impressed by the truffle pasta, the taste was intense and refined. The waitresses were very nice and attentive, which further underlined the relaxed atmosphere. We felt completely at home and can only recommend the restaurant if you're in the mood for authentic Italian food!

Excellent food and very attentive service! We booked in advance since the place is quite small. We started with a cold cuts starter, the burrata and the mortadella of 10! We ordered truffle and pistachio pasta, very good although there is a lot of it. It would have been better to share a plate. Price-quality can be improved!

Super delicious Pasta Cacio e Pepe. However, the space at the door was suboptimal as people came in every few minutes to ask for a table. It was correspondingly cold. So 1. You should make a reservation there 🤭 and 2. Maybe don't take the seat directly at the door 🙃 otherwise nice staff and good food ♥️

We had something to eat there with two people last night on a Wednesday. The waitress didn't have my reservation on the agenda at first. The guest room is quite colorful, but still seems somehow barren. Map via QR code on mobile phone. Call me old, but I like having a physical card when I'm on my phone all day. The Italico-Spritz as an aperitif that I had chosen and was advertised as a recommendation on the menu was not available. Water was ordered twice WITH sparkling water and then came without it. The wine was clearly after the main course and was far too warm. As a starter we ordered a mixed tagliere and it was really good! As a main course we had the truffle pasta twice and it only arrived lukewarm because the copper plates were obviously not preheated and cooled down even more as we waited for the wine. The last round was taken at 9:25 p.m. when we hadn't finished the main course and there was no mention of dessert. Lots of younger people around us; Maybe because the store is currently experiencing a hype? Don't want to say the bad hipster word, but it seemed a bit like that. It was OK, but nothing more. Neither of us would come back.

First time in Hamburg and wanted to try truffle pasta so booked in advanced this place , since it’s November and it was rain outside and it turned out we were in this area we tried a chance and came 20 min earlier then our reservation. We kindly asked if we can sit 20 min earlier ( since it was really cold outside and restaurant was more than half empty ) on what we received an answer from hostess girl - “ no, we don’t have a sit “ And made us wait outside in a cold ( not even offering to sit for 10 min at the bar ) with 0 smile, 0 emotions and completely unprofessional and absolutely zero customer focus. Felt deeply disappointed and obviously went to the other restaurant for food . If it was no other place nearby our evening would be ruined. Don’t know name of the girl ( she was on reservation blond with long hair )
