A family business, authentic Italians. The two chefs know their stuff, and the owner and his daughter help with drinks and service. We had delicious pizza (salmon and spinach) and penne arrabiata. There's about 20 seats outside (in the pedestrian zone) and about 20 inside. The open kitchen ensures transparency. Clean restrooms are in the basement. Highly recommended!

The food wasn't amazing, but it was okay. However, the chef's arrogance and unfriendliness were abysmal.

The food was delicious. We ordered pizza and spinach and gorgonzola ravioli. The atmosphere was pleasant, too. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

While the food was mediocre, the waiter seemed very annoyed by our presance, he wasn’t very nice and acted like waiting on us was below him. After we didn’t leave him tip he started to clean up after us, even though we haven’t finished our drinks.

Friendly Italian restaurant in a pedestrian zone with a lovely outdoor area. The ravioli was a good 4*, but a bit too salty for a 5*. First, they served first-class bread with olive oil. Tiramisu for dessert.

Four of us stopped in here spontaneously after visiting an exhibition. The food was delicious. I had ravioli with lobster sauce and scampi, which was perfectly adequate for me. The portion might have been too small for a man. My companions had tuna salad, spaghetti, and a salami pizza. Everyone was satisfied. I was particularly impressed by the waitress's immediate response to our orders and her memorization of them instead of writing them down. I experience that less and less these days, so it was a pleasant surprise. A lovely little Italian restaurant to stop by, with delicious food.

If you r near the city hall and hungry for Italian food, its a must! Italian atmosphere, music and chefs. I chose fresh ravioli with sage! Poem! If u like tiramisu, its light and delicious.

It wasn't tasty, completely tasteless. The carbonara was the worst I've ever eaten. No taste, not even of salt or pepper. Original carbonara has nothing to do with it.

After booking the restaurant and a long wait in front of the restaurant despite reservation, me and my companion were asked for an ID which we showed. Otherwise it was actually a nice place but today it was a disaster.

A plate of pasta and a piece of fraud – served al dente We came for pasta. We got theatre. It started innocently enough: a table by the window, a friendly greeting, and a menu. A menu full of delicious dishes at reasonable prices. We hadn’t even browsed for half a minute when whoosh – the waitress shot to our table like a souped-up Vespa, hastily pulled the menu away and whispered nervously: “Oh no, you weren’t supposed to see that.” Enter: menu number two. Same dishes. New prices. Higher. Much higher. As if truffles had suddenly been grated over everything. No explanation. No apologies. Just the implicit message: “Welcome, you’re not local, so you now pay tourist tax with oregano.” When we asked what was going on, the eyes got bigger, the smiles tighter and the answers vaguer. Something about “internal error” and “price updates.” Sure. As if the pen with price ink had only missed our menu. We ended up not ordering anything. Not because we’re stingy — but because we’re tired of being treated like walking credit cards. If this is Italian hospitality, then spaghetti is apparently not the only thing being stretched here. Conclusion: Same pasta. Same wine. Different price, depending on how closely you pay attention. A restaurant where menus whisper and service sounds suspiciously like a poorly written mafia series. For those who like mystery, theater, and light candlelight scams — buon appetito. For the rest: move on. Italy deserves better. So does Hamburg.

You inquire about a reservation and are told that everything is fully booked, but that you can still come by and that the waiting time would be around 15 minutes. Once you get there you ask politely for a table - but all you get is an extremely unfriendly “No” as an answer

A small Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere! Plus an excellent team, absolutely attentive and friendly plus good prices for very high quality food. Not a huge but a well-coordinated map that speaks for quality. When we are in Hamburg, we will definitely come back.

A very good Italian restaurant with great service. I was in the mood for pasta but also fish and I searched for a long time on Google to find something that would correspond to that and came across this restaurant. I ordered porcini mushroom ravioli and half a mixed starter platter here and both were absolutely delicious. It was exactly what I was hoping for, I can only recommend this restaurant. I also really liked the atmosphere - very cozy but still modern. I ordered a rosé, which was also delicious. Definitely recommended!

I can definitely recommend it to everyone!!! A super nice, small, traditional Italian. We were warmly welcomed and given a table straight away. The staff was very nice, the food came quickly and was incredibly tasty. For me personally the best pasta I have ever eaten. If I could, I would give the restaurant a lot more stars. If we come back to Hamburg we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Great little Italian. The pizza was very tasty and nice and thin and baked directly without any form, that's how it has to be. The tiramisu afterwards was also very good. The service was very friendly, attentive and tried hard and the atmosphere was cozy, also thanks to the open kitchen. The space is very small and every corner is used. But despite having various bags and a dog, we had a nice place. The only drawback are the knives, which are a bit difficult to use when making pizza. We'll be back!

The food is very good and the waiting time was very short.

We were greeted warmly and given a table even without a reservation. The food came very quickly after ordering, but in my case it was not convincing: the carbonara recommended by the service had a good consistency, but the taste was noticeably different in contrast. It had very little taste of its own and was clearly under-seasoned, which the mild ham couldn't compensate for. The waiter asked for my “honest feedback”, whereupon the warm atmosphere unfortunately cooled down considerably and we were subsequently served in very monosyllables. At least we were given parmesan for seasoning, although in hindsight I probably would have been better off returning the portion. My companion's sage ravioli were delicious, but the portion size was only enough for a starter. We also ordered a Pizza Funghi, which could be described as average without any judgment.

Solid to bland Italian food with capricious service. We were first served friendly and quickly with carbonara and sage ravioli. We were expressly asked for honest feedback. The ravioli were aromatic, with a creamy butter sauce, but unfortunately I didn't get full because of the portion size. We then ordered a Pizza Funghi, which impressed with its crispy dough. However, the carbonara tasted bland and disappointed my companion. When we commented on this, the waiter became very tight-lipped and curt. In contrast to the other guests, there was no longer a digestive at the end. Here you can feel that criticism is taken to heart.

The restaurant was full when we walked in but they were able to seat us in the wine bar next door which was very pleasant. The food was great with some interesting specials and I could eat their bruschetta all day long. A good choice for a pleasant meal.

Estábamos buscando un italiano auténtico y agradable, y estábamos luchando para encontrar uno que no tenía un precio enorme. Nos topamos con este al pasar, y el ambiente acogedor y la cocina abierta nos atrajo. Estábamos lejos de decepcionarnos. Estábamos con 8 y al no tener reserva temíamos tener que esperar mucho. Al final solo esperamos unos 10 minutos, hasta que se nos ofreció una mesa previamente reservada. Abrimos con bruschetta (increíble, sin duda recomiendo esto) y un poco de vino tinto. Cada uno tenía una pasta, y todas las porciones eran grandes y ricas en sabor. El dueño del restaurante vino y conversó con nosotros un rato, y la camarera y los cocineros eran muy muy dulce. Lo único que me gustaría señalar es que no se nos notó tan a menudo porque estábamos en una especie de rincón separado de los otros comensales. Tuvimos que esforzarnos mucho en pedir extras, como bebidas y postres. Pero cuando sabe tan bien, no fue un problema.

A great little Italian restaurant. We discovered it by chance and spontaneously got a seat. The menu is manageable (not overloaded), and there is also a daily or weekly menu. The dishes are freshly prepared. The service is nice Due to the small size of the restaurant, it is a bit lively, but that is also what gives the place its special flair.

Literally the worst pasta I’ve had in Hamburg

Very good service and tasty dishes. The caprese salad was first class - the mozzarella was exceptionally good. All of the pizzas are also recommended, the Lugana is particularly delicious. We can recommend it without reservation.

Super friendly and fast service. Very attentive. Lunch is cheap, no zero-event dishes, good quality and - even with the Insalate - enough to fill you up. Not really quiet at lunchtime, more of an authentic Italian noise level. 😉 We would love to come back.

Sehnsucht nach Italien? Hier wird man fündig, denn es passt wirklich alles: freundliche Bedienung, Essen, wie es sein soll, tolle Weine, moderate Preise und zentrale Lage. Ravioli Scampi, Spaghetti Bolognese, frischer Insalata Mista, herrliche Pizza, ebenso der Lugana (0,2 8.- Euro) und der Espresso. Lediglich mit der Tiramisu wäre keine Verführung geglückt… Non fa niente! Alla prossima e complimenti.

Despite the restaurant being open, it was 4 p.m. and there were guests sitting at the tables outside, four of us were turned away. Reason: It's break time and the team has to eat. Of course, employees have to take a break and eat, no question about it. But why isn't the restaurant closed and why are guests sitting there when everyone is taking a break at the same time and no new guests are allowed in? I have never experienced something like that.

I had the dinner Cheese Pasta Yesterday 27/07/2024. Tonight I was having severe stomach pain and diarrhea. Then today it's bloody diarrhea stool with stomach pain. But the Service was very good. The food which my husband ate was good.

A small classic Italian restaurant with various pasta and pizza dishes. Also a changing weekly menu. Solid price-performance ratio. Drinks on offer sufficient and manageable. Salads large and tasty, almost sufficient as a main course. Hardly any reservations possible, lots of walk-in customers with a short waiting time. A very courteous owner who makes almost everything possible to make the guests feel comfortable. We will be back.

Italian restaurant situated in a less crowded area, few minutes walk from the townhall. The carbonara and ravioli tasted well and the portions are enough for one person. Staff were friendly and food waiting was reasonable.

Al dente was taken literally here. My pasta with salsiccia wasn't quite cooked through, which was a shame. The sauce had a delicious taste, but unfortunately the cook didn't care too much because he didn't even have to toss the pasta in the tomato sauce for a minute. The pasta only tasted like the cooking water, which was also a shame. Tagliatelle with scallops, chanterelles and cherry tomatoes were also bland, no salt, no taste in the noodles, scallops tough, the cherry tomatoes were completely missing. Add more salt, pepper, olive oil and parmesan cheese to save it, even though none of it belongs in a seafood dish. But if it was still tasty here, here in the south of Italy, you should have closed long ago. That was nothing people...

Wir waren zum Abendessen dort, haben uns wohlgefühlt, Wein und Pasta genossen. Der Besuch hat sich sehr gelohnt; ein in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswerter authentischer Italiener.

We often go out to eat with our child, but we have never received such attention as in this restaurant. His food was brought first and we were then able to enjoy our meal in peace. The salad with sheep's cheese was delicious and we also really enjoyed the spaghetti Bolognese and penne carbonara. The restaurant is small but nice, the service is friendly and attentive and the price/performance ratio is good.

Very friendly and personable service. Specially open on Sunday for the European Championship final. The host is more than attentive and takes excellent care of the customers. Hot kitchen was closed, a delicious and fresh anti-pasti selection was offered. Very highly recommended!

The quality of the food could be better, and the interesting thing is, the other tables received olive oil and bread (Italian tradition), but i didn’t!
