We were only there before the football game. Certainly not a benchmark. But very friendly staff and it was nice to sit outside. Come again!

Very nice Tex-Mex cuisine. Nice atmosphere, both inside and on the large terrace. Prices are a little higher, but the quality of the food is completely appropriate. Service was very friendly and attentive, no long waiting times.

We ordered the Burrito Ditto and the Southwest Chicken Tacos with a side of fries. I didn't think the food was particularly good and I could have put something similar together quickly in the kitchen myself. This was definitely one of the worse Mexican places I've been to so far. The high point was that I got diarrhea from the store, even though I normally tolerate Mexican food well. I can't recommend this restaurant to anyone, even though the service was nice and the food came quickly. The 4.3 stars are definitely not justified!

Was there for Roland Kaiser's concert. The beer cost €4.50. When I asked the waiter why the beer suddenly cost €2 more, he said that they had a different menu at concerts with different prices. At the European Championships the beer would have cost €7.50. With that he admitted that this is being ripped off. And everything with plastic cups. Beer tasted terrible. After 10 years as a guest, this was the last time I was there. Rips off other people but not me.

Great restaurant, but not at stadium events! Generally a place with delicious food and cocktails. Unfortunately, if you go there before visiting the stadium, you will feel “ripped off”. Beer and wine only in plastic cups, okay, seems to be the rule. But for a 0.2 cup of Kölsch a price of €4.50!!! That goes overboard...

Even at a late hour (11 p.m.) super nice service and very good food. And no one here can complain about too little alcohol in the cocktails. Thank you for a nice evening.

Very good food at very fair prices. There were four of us in the restaurant and everyone was very impressed with the dishes. Our visit was before a concert in the Cologne stadium. The restaurant was filled to capacity. This made it very loud, but that was okay given the number of people and tables that were very close together Friendly and attentive service. The final espresso in the disposable cup was less nice and didn't really have the style you would expect in a restaurant.

The service wasn't quite as fast today; apparently the cash register crashed or you got a bottle of malt beer and had to request a glass for it. But otherwise very tasty food at reasonable prices. I'd love to come back. Very friendly service, sometimes the plates are too full. The location of the restaurant is not for everyone, as it is on the main road at a major intersection, with trams, buses, strolling motorbikes and also frequent Tatü-Tata. But it was quite pleasant.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly and served immediately. After asking about a small snack for two, the “HouseSampler” was recommended to us... a very good choice!! The waitress served us quickly and the food was really great! If you like Mexican specialties and are in the area, you should definitely stop by here! 🤤👍🏻

Tacos and bouritos are delicious there. The sauces like Salza Avocado 🥑 Fakamolee, Simiysuri etc. are supposedly freshly prepared, you have to believe it or not. Burgers are something no Mexican can do well. Strange dry combinations, like onions and tomatoes, you have to prove yourself. Don't cook it on the grill...where else is better.

We went to Taco Loco again today and were lucky enough to have fantastic food and our absolute favorite waitress on site. Angela is doing an amazing job, thank you for that! As always, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

A top restaurant with a lot of life! The dishes and cocktails are great and the price is completely reasonable. Unfortunately, the Gambas evening is not an option for a single person, as there is too much for one person. Unfortunately, the small "gambas bowl" only had shrimps instead of the large prawns, so a point was deducted. The bread that came with it was also really dry, so you can definitely do something about it. Still, we'd love to come back again and again.

Were in transit. Saw the place and tried it out. All I can say is price performance service everything is mega. Also very tasty. Other places could take a leaf out of their hat. Portions above average size. And prepared with love. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos in time... :-(.

If you're looking for very traditional Mexican food, you probably won't find it here. However, the food was perfectly fine and tasty, although with a clear American/European influence. The drinks menu in particular has little connection to Mexico; here you get what you get everywhere else in Germany.

The service is worth highlighting! We were served quickly, kindly, attentively but not intrusively and were given drinks over the course of the evening, even though the restaurant was full inside. The food was good, but not outstanding for my taste. I had a dish with chicken, unfortunately the meat was quite dry. The Mexican beans tasted great. I also highly recommend the homemade lemonade.

We spontaneously went to the restaurant on a Saturday evening without a reservation based on a recommendation. Nice attentive waitress, delicious food that was served quickly. Good not overpriced cocktails. Only the toilet could have been cleaner, there was no soap and it was very cold there.

Went to the Taco Loco Cologne-Müngersdorf on March 29th, 2024 without making a reservation in advance. Warm welcome and very friendly and competent service. Main courses (chilli con carne, chicken wrap, baked potato) were very good. ATTENTION: Large portion of chili con carne is REALLY big, no, huge... Great value for money. We recommend.

I had a burger. This one is very strangely put together. There is only cheese and meat on the bun. Everything else like onions, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers etc. are next to it and you have to fill it yourself, so to speak. Also, there is no sauce on the burger. That's why the burger is of course totally dry. If you don't want to eat it completely dry, you have to put the ketchup or mayonnaise on the burger yourself. I've never experienced that before and I didn't like it either. Overall, the burger wasn't particularly tasty either. The steak was good.

When we are in Cologne, we definitely visit Taco Loco because we feel like we are in great hands there.

The only thing that was annoying was that one table was next to the other, so you couldn't have a quiet conversation or you could directly overhear the neighbors' conversations. Next time we'll come during the week in the hope that the shop won't be overcrowded. As I said, still very tasty 👍

Es ist wie man sich einen Tex-mex Laden vorstellt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portionen waren groß.

Klare 5 Sterne! Das Essen war super lecker, die Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich, das Ambiente super schön und mexikanisch. Auch die Getränke sind super, es gibt eine große Auswahl, auch an Cocktails, inklusive alkoholfreier. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist gut, es gibt klassische mexikanische Gerichte, genauso wie Burger, Steak oder zb Salate. Wir selbst hatten keinen Nachtisch, aber was wir an den Nachbartischen gesehen haben, sah sehr gut aus! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Es gibt 3,4 kostenfreie Parkplätze neben dem Haus.

Hab dort vor ner Weile n Teller Nachos gegessen. Freundliche Bedienung, die auch Fragen zum Gericht beantwortet hat. Mit 2 oder mehr Leuten sollte man, denke ich, besser reservieren. Der Laden war gut besucht. Komme gerne wieder.

Bisschen laut wenn die Hütte voll ist, aber gesellig, essen sehr lecker und dafür das es sehr schnell geht mit dem Essen, schmeckt es sehr frisch zubereitet..

Wir sind seit Jahren Gast im Taco Loco, wie offensichtlich ein Großteil der Gäste, die hier familiär begrüßt werden vom überaus herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Service-Personal. Das Ambiente ist wie im Urlaub, fröhlich und laut. Speisen und Getränke sind durch die Bank frisch, lecker und liebevoll dekoriert, mexikanisch mit leicht exotischer Note. Am Schluss gibt es immer einen kleinen Gruß aufs Haus. Wir kommen immer wieder Sogar mit Jacke Bringen wenn man sie im Restaurant vergisst ihr seid Toll Ihr seid die Besten ich komme immer wieder so ein Tollen Service hab ich noch nie Gesehen😀😀,😗👍👍👍👌👌 es ist so toll das es euch gibt Und sogar mit Selbstgemachtem Geschenk. Das Taco Loco in Müngersdorf kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Das Essen ist super und die Servicekräfte sind unglaublich nett und auf Zack.

Das Essen war ganz gut, aber mehr der Standard. Hätte mir da weniger ein bisschen amerikanisch/mexikanisch Klischee Mix erwartet. Geschmacklich aber nichts auszusetzen. Der Service war total verpeilt. Sachen wurden falsch bestellt, kamen gar nicht oder doppelt. Ambiente ganz nett

Als wir ankamen gab es eine lange Schlange. Trotzdem mussten wir nicht lang warten und wurden dann von einem sehr freundlichem Kellner Plätzen zugewiesen. Die Bedienung war trotz vollem Haus sehr schnell und überaus freundlich. Das Essen und Preis- Leitung ist auch top gewesen. Würde ich sofort weiter empfehlen.

Super nette und aufmerksame Bedienung. Speisen und Getränke waren sehr lecker. Nach dem Genuss von zwei Gerichten liegt hier leider noch nicht so viel Erfahrung vor, dass man die Leistungen der Küche schon abschließend beurteilen kann. Wie beim Mexikaner nicht anders zu erwarten ist natürlich nahezu alles mit Knoblauch zubereitet. Für Gäste, die auf Knoblauch allergisch reagieren sinkt dann die Auswahl auf nahezu Null. Bleibt nur noch Steak und Salat, eventuell noch ein paar Nachos übrig. Bei der zunehmenden Zahl von Allergikern wäre es doch eine tolle Idee ein paar Gerichte ohne Knoblauch anzubieten. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die abendliche Stimmung auf der Terrasse war wunderschön.

Beste Mojitos dieser Welt ! Die Kellner sind alle super sympatisch und das Essen schmeckt uns immer. Blöd für uns ist es nur, wenn der FC zu Hause spielt, dann ist es komplett voll. Vergiss nicht den Kalelileli zu probieren!

Super Laden. Das Essen war sehr lecker und kam sehr schnell, die Bedienung war mega freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Selten so glücklich mit einem Laden gewesen.

Sehr empfehlenswert und super leckeres Essen! Hatten leckere Tacos, Steak und Tortillas. Ich habe selten so leckere (Chicken) Tacos gehabt. Bedienung war auch super freundlich und aufmerksam. Ambiente war toll, auch wenn wir draußen etwas einsamer saßen (war nicht sonderlich warm). Einzige Enttäuschung war, dass man nicht mit Kreditkarte zahlen kann – das ist wirklich kein gutes Zeichen im Jahr 2023 :-/

Also echt der Tolga ist ein super Mitarbeiter und ist sehr coolant und sympathisch ich kann ihn nur weiter empfehlen sympathischer Mitarbeiter denn ich je kennengelernt habe sehr Freundlich und hat immer gefragt ob man was braucht.🙏🙏👍🏽👍🏽
