As a vegetarian, unfortunately there won't be a second visit for me. The meat alternative tastes far too dry and tasteless. The tacos were not tasty. The mocktail was way too sweet, I had to dilute it with water. The chips and dips were delicious though.

I was there on Saturday with a friend. We didn't have a reservation and even though it was very full, we got a seat very quickly. Our waitress, Fufu, was great! Very attentive, quick and absolutely friendly! We quickly had our drinks and our food and it was delicious! So we will definitely come back! THANKS

Basically the food is okay. However, with my Mexican Fries, baking paper was crumpled into the already tiny bowl in order to use even fewer fries. Pretty cheeky for €6.50 per portion…. Let's be honest... the cost of goods sold for fries really isn't high. Pack the bowls full and everyone is happy 😉

We were there for happy hour and felt a bit fooled because 75% of the cocktails consisted of ice. But the cocktails themselves were quite tasty... The atmosphere outside looked a bit like kindergarten, not really comfortable. But service was super nice

We chose this restaurant based on reviews, but unfortunately our experience was terrible. Upon arrival, even though the place was half empty, they made us sit in an almost dark area. Noticing tables in better and brighter positions, we asked to change, but we were told clearly that, not having booked, we could only stay at the assigned table (and it is clear that those tables remained empty until the end of our lunch) . During the order, the waiter, although friendly and quick, advised us against taking the tacos. It was our mistake not to have left the restaurant immediately after this warning, because if one of the most famous dishes of Mexican cuisine is not recommended, you should worry. When the dishes arrived, we were extremely disappointed: we left almost half of what we had ordered because the food was really disappointing, if not downright disgusting (I'm sorry to say). A mixture of ingredients put together at random and cooked badly (perhaps the reason why they made us sit in the dark was so that we wouldn't see what we were eating). The only bright spot in our order were the cocktails. The bill was decidedly high compared to the quality of the food. We were so disgusted by the experience that we didn't even have the appetite for dinner that evening.

I was in a lot of bars, restaurants etc. in Cologne, but THAT was a disaster. Waiters lame and unfriendly. Very long waiting times for ordering (50 minutes!) and food. If my people hadn't talked to me, I would have left immediately! The wrong drinks were brought to us and returned to us 3 times and they tried to convince us that we ordered them and another employee was always sent ahead to do it. Never again. Until now, everyone has been advised against going there. The waiters should all be fired.

Very happy we stopped by. The food was really tasty, not saying authentic by any means but just what I was looking for, and the cocktails were fab. Had a good few classic margs and one to go as they were so good. They do happy hour during certain times and roll the dice to get your price at other times. The latter is limited to a certain selection but it’s very varied. Staff were super friendly. Wish I could go back soon but don’t live in Würzburg. Also dog friendly so big plus for us.

Food wasn't good, some of the guacamole was rancid and bad. The cheese in the quesadiaz didn't taste like anything. The crispy cauliflower is fried, mushy and soft BUT NOT CRISPY! Service: We were largely ignored and the waiter was noticeably in a bad mood. Ambiance: ok. No different from other enchilada. Plus point: summer menu. And waitress(on the first afternoon) Conclusion: I'll never come back.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with our last visit to your restaurant. We were delivered the wrong drink and then spoke to the supposed manager, who was wearing a pigtail, but he was uncooperative and answered very arrogantly. As if it wasn't enough, mice were running around in front of our table. We also mentioned this, but his answer that mice were normal in his shop and he was only responsible for rats is unacceptable and he proudly shows us this in an article in the Bild newspaper it is normal in Cologne. Such behavior towards guests is not only unprofessional, but also extremely rude. Additionally, the refusal to replace our drink was disappointing and in no way represents good customer service. We were present with ten people and left the store immediately due to these incidents. Given this experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant and will steer clear of it in the future.

I had dinner with a friend today, the food was okay... spicier than expected, even though I specifically pointed it out. My drink was initially wrong and my friend's cocktail only came after the food came. The gentleman who took our order didn't even ask how the food was and we had to wait a really long time to pay. The pretty waitress was very nice. I explained the situation to her again, but for such a nice place and facility you should accordingly also offer further good service!!

Enchilada tastes like nachos with cheese sauce and jalapeños from the cinema and is also extremely light. You pay just under €14 for this. The waitress ignores you when you enter the store, even though there are reserved signs everywhere. Furthermore, the waitress gave us the wrong drink (with alcohol) instead of the non-alcoholic one we ordered. When asked, it was changed without comment, without an apology or information that it was an alcoholic drink or asking whether there was pregnancy or other intolerances. Luckily, not much of the drink was consumed. Been there for the first and last time.

I'm sorry to have to leave a bad review, I usually let it pass but I think is better to let others know. They took VERY, very long to bring our Vorspeiese, then the food, and we have to be asking them ourselves all the time, even the place was almost empty that day. The ingredients coming with the fajitas were so little that they looked like side decoration. The Guacamole was literally one spoon in the jar. I thought is was a joke... The food had no salt, but in general the food was Ok. At the end they charged us more for some fries they never brought, because they forgot, so please check the bill before going. The place is nice, the staff is friendly, but I don't think the food/price is right considering what is provided, and some things feel more unorganised than before.

There are several vegetarian and vegan options, so there is something for everyone. If you wish, you can also cancel individual ingredients and everything was served as ordered! :)

Nice restaurant, right on Friesenplatz. Nice and friendly service. On a Saturday evening you have to be patient. The cocktails were great, but we had to wait over 80 minutes for our food. The fajita was delicious, but the burrito was unfortunately more of a matter of taste. The flank steak was carelessly prepared but tasted okay. Conclusion: Better just cocktails.

Organizationally a complete disaster: When we ordered the drinks we were told that we couldn't order the food until later (I have no idea why). The drinks didn't arrive at the same time, we had to ask for one several times. At some point we were also allowed to order our food. After almost an hour we were told that we would have to wait another 10-15 minutes for our food, it still didn't arrive at the announced time and we had to keep waiting. The food itself was poorly seasoned and the portions were very small (especially considering the prices). Conclusion: This is a classic tourist trap. Never again.

Top food, top drinks, top owners!!

We have been guests in this magical location a few times, particularly attentive service, fantastic drinks and the bar worker Amar in particular did a fabulous job. Of course the garlic bread tasted particularly good which took my taste buds to a higher level.

Unfortunately disappointing restaurant, the staff seemed haphazard and poorly organized. We waited forever until someone came to take the order. The same thing happened to us later when paying. The food was ok but not impressive. When we ordered, not everything was delivered the first time. Had to ask again where the “Mexican” ones were? Fries stay. What could be Mexican about these fries?! They were just normal fries... The toilets were in a terrible condition (no toilet paper) with lots of women in the men's toilet??! Unacceptable at the CSD too! Everything dirty.

What good things can I say about the store? We waited 10 minutes (at least) for anyone to register us. It took another 10 minutes until we got the “ok” that we could sit there. After 30 minutes our order was taken (6 people). After 40 minutes of taking our order, we politely asked where our order was, since guests who came after us had already received their food. Then the reaction was that the kitchen was understaffed and was just “shooting”. Well, after an impressive 60 minutes of waiting, the food arrived, conclusion? Not edible, but hunger drove it down... after we said that it wasn't really "tasty", the only answer we got was: "with so many guests, the quality could suffer". Ah yes, thanks for that :)

Food was not good- lacking flavours and seasoning. It would have been great if the restaurant had salt&pepper available on each table for customers to use. Drinks are overpriced as I have had better with cheaper prices at other places I have observed many others have also commented on the flavour of the food and hopefully the restaurant team can fix it. Mexican dishes are about big bold flavours and this didn’t hit the spot
