Delicious food, super good service, drinks were also good and the prices are okay

Really good Mexican food. Freshly prepared and delicious cocktails. The selection is large. The service is good; when it's busy, it can take a little longer, but generally everyone is very attentive.

We participated in the bar hopping event, where you receive a welcome drink at each of ten selected bars within four hours. However, at this bar, we had to wait over 50 minutes for our drinks. They were finally served only after asking three times. Unfortunately, this long wait took away from our already limited time for the event. It was noticeable that other guests without a bar hopping ticket were served much faster – they received their drinks promptly. Only we and other participants in the event had to wait longer than average. Four other groups from the event were sitting outside with us, and they also waited a very long time for their drinks. Some guests eventually went inside to pick up their drinks directly at the bar. Those who stayed outside had to wait even longer as a result. We find it disappointing that we are treated so badly despite having paid for an official event. At other bars, we received our drinks within five to fifteen minutes – a 50-minute wait is simply unreasonable. Especially with an event of this nature, you have to expect a large number of guests and be prepared accordingly. Unfortunately, the poor organization severely tarnished our overall impression.

Great food and great staff. Despite having a reservation and having free seats, we were seated in the far corner. Only after asking did we get a better table, and then Lynn went above and beyond for us, providing us with prompt, very friendly, and excellent service throughout our entire stay! We went to Enchilada with eight people as part of the bar-hopping event – ​​unfortunately, it was by far the worst stop of the evening. Although it was quite crowded inside, there was really not much going on outside, so we waited almost an hour for our eight cocktails. We asked twice, but each time we were just told: "Coming in a minute," "Five more minutes" – in the end, it took about 50 minutes. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed; many were just standing behind the bar with no apparent purpose. When the drinks finally arrived, they tasted absolutely nothing special. If you're going to take part in an event like this, you should be able to handle a crowd – nothing here seemed well thought out or prepared. Overall, a very disappointing experience. - Not recommended!!!

Not recommended. We waited over 50 minutes for our drinks, while all the guests were served directly at the bar. We had to remind them three times for our drinks, and there was no compensation. It's a shame!

Hey team, We were bar hopping at your place and, to be honest, we were pretty disappointed: Waiting over 30 minutes for a few drinks is a real mood killer. Especially with a concept like this, the service should be top-notch – no one stays long if they have to wait forever for their drink. We were really looking forward to a good evening, but this kind of thing completely kills the mood. Maybe you should think about how to speed things up – after all, other bars manage it too.

Not recommended!!! We ordered online. The burger we ordered cost €15.50, was dry, had barely any toppings, and was tiny. Absolutely outrageous for such a high price. Their goal is probably to maximize profits, which means we won't order from there again. Unfortunately, they have to give it one star.

I had a great evening at Enchilada in Cologne! The atmosphere is very cozy and modern, perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. The menu offers a wide variety of Mexican dishes, from tacos to enchiladas, all prepared very freshly and deliciously. The service was friendly and attentive. The cocktails were especially excellent! A little tip: reserve in advance as it is often busy. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants Mexican food in Cologne! We love it!!!

Was here with my family on Saturday, the food and service was great

If I could I would give zero stars. We had reserved and had to wait briefly at the door. Suddenly a waiter comes out from inside with a pigeon in his hand!!!! Actually we should have turned around there. After a short time we were taken to the square. The table is stuck and there are long pieces of food left on the table. We waited 15 minutes but no one came to take the order. Instead, we were rudely asked by another waiter to take the table that had been reserved for us. But we weren't put there at the beginning. We waited another 10 minutes at the new table. The table stuck even more and was wiped with a dirty rag when asked. When we finally placed our order, I looked around. I saw a MUAS running across the restaurant. We left and complained on the way out and were met with total incomprehension and disinterest.

Once a year at FIBO I go to Enchilada with a colleague. Large and above all good selection of food/drinks. All the waiters were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was nice. The only point of criticism is the toilet - something needs to be done here... Greetings from Austria - see you again in 2026

The drinks are very tasty, but the service is terrible. Orders are taken and even though less than half of all tables are occupied and there are just under 10 people in the service and counter staff, you wait 45 minutes for your order. The staff is chilling with several people on their cell phones and laughing to themselves and in the end they don't even know what order was taken. When we ordered the bill, we were made to wait another 30 minutes, despite repeated reminders. Absolutely crazy!!!

I've been here several times because it's a really nice restaurant and cocktail bar, but on almost every visit the service isn't up to par. I can't say anything against the food and cocktails, they are very tasty! During a 2-hour visit, you were asked for an order once after a long wait. To pay you had to speak to the waiter at the bar twice and you were still kept waiting - then the waitress came and was very annoyed and unfriendly. It wasn't crowded that evening and unfortunately I've had this experience more often now. Unfortunately it's no fun - you don't even get an apology, just annoyed looks.

Unfortunately I had the worst burger I've ever eaten and it was cold too. When requested, it was probably put in the microwave and brought back to the table. Chili cheese fries were ok. The one point is only because of the Kölsch!

Fantastic restaurant, great staff, the person who is welcoming the guests is just an amazing person. He gives you a great welcoming attitude by the door. I have tried different types of food there, which was just great. The drinks are very delicious. I highly recommend them as I would always gladly go there and get me a nice meal and drink.

When we arrived for dinner, the waiter told us a table would be available inside in 10 minutes, and proposed that we sit outside and order drinks while we wait, which we did. Fast forward 50 (yes, fifty) minutes later : still no table available. As it turns out, instead of seating us inside when the table became available, the waiters left us sitting in the cold and gave the table to another group. When asked, the waiter said he "did not forget about us" and that "a table would be available in 5 minutes". Obviously we did not believe him this time, and we had to leave anyway because the wait was so long we were going to be late for our next stop. In conclusion, the customer service was a joke. Profit comes first I guess.

You receive a hospitable welcome. The waiters unfortunately don't accommodate requests; for example, if you want something prepared without sauce because you don't like it, they react indignantly. I ordered the classic burger without onions and without sauce. My burger came without lettuce, and the cheese on top, which I ordered separately, is so old that it's so hard that I can't even eat it. The ambiance is nice, but the smell is a bit strong for my pregnant wife; it's not a good restaurant. It's definitely not worth the price/performance ratio!

1 star only because the sauce on the chili cheese fries was really tasty. In addition to the chili cheese fries, we also had a burrito and caipirinhas. The fries were cold, the burrito was lukewarm. There was so much ice in the caipirinha that I had to fish out the ice cubes so that I could even taste the drink. We won't be ordering from there anymore.

The restaurant is one that we can certainly recommend, but one cannot speak of it as a new culinary discovery. However, classic, solid Mexican food and nice service are definitely worth it. However, the prices sometimes leave a lot to be desired.

We ate today with a voucher book. The restaurant was a bitter disappointment. I've never had such bad Mexican food. The portion was too small, the description on the menu had nothing to do with reality, almost none of it ended up on the plate. Grilled vegetables, beans, cheese and avocado were not included in the burrito carne. It was also lukewarm and very dry. What saved the evening were the cocktails, which weren't great either, but since you decide the price of the cocktail with a dice on Thursdays, they were very cheap. The ambience is really nice and it could be a great restaurant if there was a chef you could call a chef. Staff was nice, not perfect but friendly. I won't go here again to eat. Very unfortunate. Dear team, step on the gas and do better in the future.

So the location, atmosphere, the nice seating under large umbrellas outside, the friendly service - everything was great. BUT: the food. Horrible! We were there late on Sunday afternoon. I ordered a burger and “Mexican Fries”. Between two old, rubbery, yellow roll pieces ("corn bun") there is a fried to death, tough, dry minced meat structure with almost burnt edges. in between a slice of watery tomato, salsa and some onion. Complete. Extremely manageable. And that for around €12. I also ordered fries - they came in a basket with three spoonfuls of sauce on top - probably guacamole, sour cream and something else. The fries were very thin and cold. plus without salt. for just over €6! I tried the burger once, as well as the fries. I couldn't continue eating either. But the service was really great! The food was taken away without discussion and I wasn't charged anything. This is really great! I don't know whether you just had a bad day and there was no chef on site - which I assume was the case due to the quality of the craftsmanship - or whether it is always served in this form. What a shame actually! Please work on it!

I went there with my girlfriend, we are both students and on a budget. Before we ordered, we specifically asked whether we could really redeem the coupon and received a clear answer of 'yes'. So we enjoyed our meal in peace. However, when paying, the waiter who brought the bill claimed not to have seen the coupon, even though I had scanned it right in front of him. In the bookings section, the only invoice issued was ours, and the only coupon used was proven to belong to this restaurant. Nevertheless, the waiter refused to acknowledge this and charged us double the price. In addition, the food was cold, and the waiter's unfriendly behavior made the experience even worse.
