Coffee in a metal container is a taboo for me. Not tasty, not good. And the patty in my cheeseburger was super fried. Unfortunately.

I had a very lovely burger with fries and raspberry soda here. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Didn't take a picture though because I was too hungry

Three of us came by to test the restaurant. The selection is sufficient and the burgers were very tasty. The fries were also very good, I would have liked a slightly larger portion of the fries. The drinks for free refills were also good and significantly better than you would expect from the Golden Seagull or the Burger King. The staff at the checkout were very friendly and prepared the food with care. We were visiting here on October 10th and an employee had a visitor or knew one of the guests, who she then dealt with was in a bad mood and was annoyed by everyone and finally threw a food tray into the discard pile in annoyance. I think such staff have no place in a restaurant that is supposed to be cozy. Anyone can have a bad day, so you should probably just go home

Addendum: Unfortunately, after doing my own research, I discovered that it contained allergens (according to the homepage + Lieferando) that I react to. The employees previously denied these ingredients. Absolute NO-GO On a positive note, however, the branch manager reacted very professionally and friendly when I raised the problem. I was also refunded money —— Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but satisfactory. The burger I was served was cold, which significantly diminished the enjoyment of the meal. Unfortunately, the fries were also cold and felt like they had been prepared long before they were served. Unsatisfactory for the prices. The staff also seemed quite clumsy and not particularly well organized, which made the entire atmosphere uninviting. The interior was successful. The only concrete information was the tip function. An overview of the allergens was not available. Just an overview of gluten/soy. To make matters worse, the drinks were almost undrinkable, which added to the impression of an overall disappointing experience. I had hoped for much more and unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant based on my experience.

We were spoilt for choice here! There's a good range of delicious burgers available. We had the Bavarian and Vienna burgers, and they were superb - packed full of flavour! The fries were great too! The combo deal is a nice touch and makes the meal very reasonably priced, particularly as you get unlimited refills of cold drinks (of which there are plenty!). The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of seating when we arrived at lunchtime. Highly recommended to vegans and non-vegans alike!

Pretty little place in the middle of Leipzig center with a very nice style. It should be emphasized that you can refill your drinks at any time for free, which has proven to be very practical. Would come back any time!

The Vish & Chips were excellent and the fish was indistinguishable from non-vegan fish. I can also recommend the Pink Burger and Mandel Nougat Traum. A great place to eat even if you're not vegan.

Ambiance is of course a hit. Everything is vegan and the staff is very friendly. The food tastes good and it's also great that you can refill as many drinks as you want. I think it depends on the price.

Very nice atmosphere with lots of cute plants. The food is completely vegan and incredibly delicious. The Vienna Burger is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is also more than appropriate for the quality of the products. A small highlight are the cups for the drinks, which can be refilled at no extra charge.

Unfortunately, the burger was only slightly better than the brand with the M. Free ice cream was promised as an enticement, but was not given out. Ambiance is nice and modern.

Very nice shop, but just average food. Standard frozen fries, the burgers (especially the patties) taste okay but are way too dry.

I have visited this place a few times now, and I was always very satisfied with the food and service. There's a good variety of burgers and fries where everyone should be able to find something. The prices are fair, and you can expect to pay roughly 16 euros per person, which is a fair deal considering you'll get a big portion of fries with a lot of extras and infinite for your drink. I'm a big fan of everything being vegetarian, since the burgers taste unique and everyone is able to enjoy them. The times I've been here, there weren't many people and the place doesn't seem very busy in general. The staff is friendly but does seem a little stressed sometimes, but that can be expected.

I was looking for something vegan and came across the shop. The pink burger was really great, great tasteful combination and the Greek fries were also excellent. We recommend!

Great concept, as stepping in this place jumps you back to the '30s. Everything is plastic free, and the wide offer of fully vegan burgers and drinks is amazing for all tastes. Vegan sweets round up the offer, making this place a must stop for everyone in search for a sustainable meal in the heart of Leipzig. 5 stars!!

Well, nice idea, beautifully implemented too Nice selection of food friendly staff. Unfortunately, the execution of the food is not good at all: cold patty, Bread also felt a bit older, Fries cold and dry, Salad was an imposition (grated with a loveless dressing), It's no use if the food is ready faster than the payment process. Fries take a maximum of 4 minutes, I would have liked to wait for them too. We should be out of the age where just being vegan is enough. I also think it's bad if you write sustainable things on it and then serve it in disposable dishes in the house. Oh, and please also include a soy-free patty, not everyone tolerates soy well. Super delicious food in a nice atmosphere

Overpriced and really not good in taste. The fries taste really cheap and greasy. Burger dry and not enough sauce. I'll stick with the other vegan chain.

Very nice restaurant with a great selection of vegan burgers! The highlight for me personally was the “Pink Burger” and the Greek Fries. A very good offer, especially in combination with the refillable drinks, and a great price. I would recommend it again and again.

Nice atmosphere, good advice and short waiting times. The golden nuggets are great, perfect consistency and crispy. The pattie on the bacon burger is too dry, it could be made better with sauce or a fat substitute like avocado. The bacon substitute is quite good, but somehow has a dominant taste that reminds me of garlic. The chilli cheese bites also convinced us, as did the dessert in the form of almond nougat dream and cheesecake, although the price of the dessert should be thought about again. P.S. Water the herbs on the tables every now and then ;-)

The whole walkway is full of tables. As a customer you have the feeling that you are disturbing passers-by and they are looking at your plate because they have to squeeze past the table. As a passer-by, I think to myself, there is no public order office for such sprawling shops. Food is okay for a purely vegan restaurant, but not better than others. Then let the pedestrian breathe on your plate, no thanks.

The idea of ​​the menu consisting of burgers, fries and a drink that you can refill yourself is really cool. The drinks are all pretty sweet. Unfortunately the burgers were very dry but still ok. The fries don't do justice to the price either in terms of portion size or taste. It is incomprehensible that you have to pay so much extra for even simple sauces like ketchup or mayo even though the fries themselves cost so much. The store itself is visually quite cool, but unfortunately a bit cramped - especially the area between the cash register and the drinks counter.

I ordered from Lieferando, the food was super tasty, we are extremely satisfied, but no sauce was delivered with the fries that I ordered. I was really looking forward to the sauce!

Totally overpriced. Ordered fries with ketchup and mayonnaise, a whopping €5.40 for a cold and very small fries! I immediately asked “how can it be that these are already ready” because this mini portion was served to me within 30 seconds. Luckily my partner had the guts to object and I got my money back. So no people, small fries max 3€. That was really exaggerated. I don't even want to know what the burger looks like for €9.

Vegan, delicious, free toilet If you're fed up with Mecces, KfC, Subway and Co and want high-quality fast food, then this is the location to go to. Modest selection but everything is totally tasty. Unfortunately, the fries quickly become hard and there isn't enough ketchup and mayo on them for my taste. I have to admit that I would also like the sauces on the side. The toilet is clean and very fancy. Really very original with automatic sliding door. With my sister, a citizen and classic fries plus a refill drink were more than enough. Was super tasty. And the best part is the refill station! The toilet was definitely used ;) The staff is nice, friendly and young. The store definitely has potential.

The test food completely convinced us. No complicated combination offers, just delicious burgers and great fries! It was nice that we already had our drinking cup while we waited. Crispy patty, delicious sauce, solid burger and tasted absolutely no different to non-vegan sauces. The shop is small and nice, but not hectic and it doesn't smell like a chip shop - we both found it highly recommended.

Swing Kitchen finally in Leipzig! After having had the pleasure in Vienna and Innsbruck, I can now also feast on the menu in my hometown. I tried both the burgers with schnitzel and the one with soy patty, both delicious. My favorite, the Winter Wonder Burger, is, as the name suggests, unfortunately only available seasonally. The prices are still okay considering the portions. You shouldn't go here with false expectations of the food or ambience, it's just a fast food joint with swing music on top. Finally, two points of criticism: 1. Drinks: You pay once and can then refill. I think that's kind of nonsense, I'd rather have it a little cheaper if I actually just want one drink. But that's a matter of taste. 2. Sustainability is heavily promoted here, unfortunately all cutlery and crockery (except the cups and trays) are disposable. Even if it makes economic sense, I think it's an ecological catastrophe and shouldn't be a habit in Germany (see USA). Whether the fork is made of wood or plastic makes no difference to me.

Unfortunately the burger wasn't convincing. It was very dry. A little more sauce would have been good. The fries were okay. I personally don't need the flat rate for drinks, but it's okay. I tried a soda, but it was incredibly sweet and I had to water it down. The food was ready within what felt like a minute.

It was our first time there and we were very happy with the food. As a vegan, a dream come true. It was delicious and went very quickly. I also found it a bit strange to be asked for a tip even though we hadn't eaten yet. But no more wild. We'll definitely come back when we're back in Leipzig.

Chic restaurant, modern atmosphere. Automatic door lets in too much cold air. Therefore not pleasant to sit there. Constantly noticed by people passing by. Unfortunately the food isn't really good. Greek style fries didn't taste good at all and weren't fresh. Burgers OK. But all in all, for €15, it's just far too little performance.

I had the Winter special and my friend had the Vienna burger and literally we absolutely hated the buns on both the burgers and the Vienna patty was flavourless. And we had the combo meal with Garlic and Chilli fries and both fries were a total let down as they were extra oily and somehow soggy. Did not enjoy this place at all and they also make you pay before you eat ... And the staff already will ask you for a tip before you eat .. I mean ..the heck .. like I have not even had a bite yet ... No body served me anything or spoke politely .. just felt weird to be honest The unlimited drinks are absolutely average and ... Literally.. don't be bothered about the unlimited feature .. you will not drink that much .. the are not that tasty .. The overall feeling was not good at all Quite a let down

I was at the restaurant at lunchtime and we had a burger and the garlic fries. The staff was very nice and tried hard, but we were very disappointed with the food. The fries were cold and almost too hard to eat. Unfortunately, they tasted as if they had been sitting in the store for a few hours and the sauce had just been added again. The buns on the burgers were also very dry and the whole burger was generally very cold. We were very disappointed with the quality and probably won't come back.

Nice decor and nice staff (even if the tipping function is a bit strange). The taste is okay, not the best burger in the world, but what strikes me as a bit negative is that the burgers are fried and not grilled. In terms of taste, they are crispy, but the “grilled taste” is missing. Especially when paired with fries, everything tastes like relatively fried uniformity.

The two of us were there spontaneously on Saturday evening. It was already quite full and the seats were close together, but we still found a place on stools by the window. In general I like the layout inside, but it's all very tight. The high level of noise was also noticeable - swing music was playing and there were a lot of people in a small space... But it was fine for a quick dinner. I think the selection of dishes is ok. There was a seasonal burger and then a few classics, side dishes and drinks to fill yourself. A menu with burger, fries and drink(s) cost around €15-16. I found the price to be reasonable for the amount of food. I personally found it annoying that the staff gave advice about the offer in a rather lackluster manner and then pointed out the possibility of tipping in a very dedicated way. I think it's good that you can see how far your order is via a small monitor above the checkout... unfortunately the staff didn't really take care of this and the pick-up numbers were then called to the store quite quietly instead of using this display system maintain. I didn't fully understand that, but it could also be that others don't pay attention to this monitor. Considering the store was so full, we waited relatively short (about 5-10 minutes) for our food. That was ok. Visually the food looked ok, the size of the burger was great. The fries looked ok, but mayo and ketchup were simply added thinly on top and I had exactly 1 layer of fries with sauce, the rest I had to eat dry. Personally, the rib fries were just too dry for me and seemed like a standard industrial product with spices. Maybe something can be optimized there. Unfortunately, the burgers weren't a taste explosion either... it all seemed pretty simple, was tasteless and, in my opinion, just ok in the end. The selection of drinks was great, although many were very sweet, but there was also water to mix with. Unfortunately, I have eaten better vegan burgers in Leipzig. It's an okay store, you can do it - but there are also much better stores for the price.

We will be back! The team is super friendly, the food comes quickly and tastes great. It's also nice to be able to refill your drink at any time. I had the Winter Wonder Burger and the Garlic Fries. Top!

I just love Swing Kitchen, great concept, amazingly quick and incredibly tasty!

The food was super delicious (everything was vegan) and we were particularly impressed with the vegan tiramisu - we haven't found anything like it anywhere else. The service at the checkout was very friendly and, upon request, we were able to easily make changes to the food. My personal highlight: you can refill your drinks as often as you want! Overall, highly recommended!

Nugget salad was quite disappointing, nuggets cold and hard, salad consisted of pre-cut packaged leaves and the balsamic dressing was very standard like you would find at other fast food chains. Fries were okay, but they didn't blow you away either. The tiramisu tasted very bland and at €5.40 it was definitely not worth the price. Unfortunately it didn't convince me :(

We were at Swing Kitchen Leipzig this evening (Wednesday) around 7 p.m. It was very crowded, but the two of us still managed to get a seat. However, the places are relatively close to each other. Ordering went quickly and smoothly. Now about the food: we were both happy with the food - we particularly enjoyed the burgers - but we still see room for improvement in the area of ​​fries. A different type of fries would be an option if you want them to be ready-made fries. Even more sauce wouldn't be bad. The "feta" wasn't quite to our taste. That characteristic salty note was missing. A positive thing to note is the free refill of the soft drinks. We both especially liked the lemonade. What actually bothered us was the automatic sliding door. This opened very often, even though people outside were just walking by. This meant it was always fresh every now and then. One star is deducted from the service because the tray trolley was full the whole time during our visit. The guests have already left their tablets on the table next to them. In relation to this, I wonder whether the bowls for the fries could also be offered in reusable dishes to avoid waste. This is already done with the enamel cup. The toilet was clean and wheelchair accessible.

Burger was okay, even if the soy patty wasn't convincing compared to other available alternatives. It's crispy - but has almost no flavor. The fries were very tasty, the drinks and the ambience were okay. What is absolutely not clear and leads to my 2-star rating: When paying, the friendly staff informs you about the possibility of tipping with a sentence that is probably dictated by company policy. Meaning: “That’s €29, if you press down here you can change the amount and give a tip, alternatively you can forego it using the green button.” It says a lot about a company when it puts both customers and employees in this uncomfortable situation. In what universe is it appropriate to tip in a self-service restaurant, so much so that you even let the employees ask for it? I pressed the green button and decided not to come back for the time being.

More of a slightly better bun than a burger. Definitely overpriced for that. The patty is more of a crispy vegetable patty than a vegan burger patty like you know from good vegan burgers. I couldn't taste the cheese on my cheeseburger. For 5 euros it would have been okay, but for the price you are rather disappointed. Especially if you know good vegan burgers. No recommendation, don’t believe the hype.

The burger and chili cheese nuggets were super good, but unfortunately the tiramisu has nothing to do with a tiramisu for me and I was very disappointed. Unfortunately a star deduction for that.

Food: nothing special. Store looks like any yuppie store. Disposable tableware in 2024 is an absolute nightmare.

The garlic mayo was delicious! I can also get the nuggets at discount stores. I'm very disappointed with the tiramisu because it uses rusks, it's totally soggy and the typical tiramisu taste is missing. Free Refill is great, but so is just water with syrup. Price-performance doesn't fit here. In addition, the seating options are not particularly comfortable and are cramped. What is absolutely not possible is disposable tableware!

Insgesamt war das Essen sehr lecker! Ich hatte den Bacon-Burger mit Greek Fries. Die Preise sind schon ordentlich, aber halt Innenstadtlage. Haben für ein Menü knapp 17 € bezahlt. Dafür kann man sich die Getränke immer wieder selbst auffüllen. Die Pommes waren gut, aber leider nichts besonderes. Hier hätte ich mir eine andere Pommessorte gewünscht (waren die klassischen Welllenschnitt-Pommes). Der Burger war hingegen echt super! Da werde ich mich noch weiter durchprobieren. Schade finde ich, dass derzeit nur Sojamilch für den Kaffee angeboten wird. Als Allergikern kommt für mich daher kein Heißgetränk in Frage. Vielleicht lässt sich ja da noch was machen :)

Nichts Besonderes. Dafür das hier so ein riesiger Hype im Vorraus war und sich so lange Zeit für die Eröffnung gelassen wurde ist das eigentlich eine Nullnummer. Burger sind geschmacklich naja eher nicht empfehlenswert und insgesamt nur standard. Dazu waren die beiden Patties echt sehr drüber, heißt trocken und vergleichbar mit Briketts. Sowas dürfte in einer guten Gastronomie so nicht über den Tresen gehen. Dazu sind das mal wieder recht einfallslose Burgervarianten, gibt es so überall und das leider auch besser. Also soll nicht heißen, dass es absolut was ausgefallenes und fancy sein muss, aber etwas abheben von der Konkurrenz wäre ja nicht verkehrt. Die Garlic Fries sind ein Witz. Wenn schon so standard Industriepommes genutzt werden, dann sollte wenigstens versucht werden das Beste herauszuholen. Aber Garlic Fries mit ein wenig Knoblauchmayo on top sind noch lange keine Garlic Fries. Auch der Coleslaw ist ein Witz. Wenn ich Coleslaw bestelle dann will ich Coleslaw und keinen Salat mit einem Klecks Coleslaw als Topping. Sorry, aber das geht halt überhaupt nicht. Tiramisu war in Ordnung, aber generell sind über 5€ für diese Qualität an Süßspeisen naja schon mehr als obere Grenze. Ich frage mich gerade wie ihr es mit sowas geschafft habt ein Filialsystem aufzubauen. Wobei mir natürlich klar ist, dass sich unter dem vegan Label alles gut und einfach verkaufen lässt. Euer Glück ;)

Sah von außen sehr cool aus, Ambiente gerade mit der Musik etc. auch nett zum Essen und gerade die Refillstation lädt zum probieren ein. Service war okay und das Essen war schnell abholbereit. Muss anderen aber zustimmen, bei unserem Besuch waren die Pommes eine absolute Enttäuschung, schlechter und labbriger als TK-Pommes zuhause gemacht und auch die Soßen generell sehr flüssig. Bürger durchaus lecker aber auch weniger Finesse und für den Preis sehr klein. Veganer Käse darauf war gut. Negativ ist uns jedoch aufgefallen wie viel Müll selbst beim dort essen entsteht, unnötig und schade das es da keine anderen Optionen gibt. Alles in allem nichts wo ich nochmal hingehen würde, schade.

Swing Kitchen bietet Burger & Salate im amerikanischen Diner-Stil an, die Burger- und Fries-Kombinationen haben uns sehr angesprochen. Kostenloser Refill bei den Getränken ebenfalls ein tolles Konzept. Es gibt auch einige vegane Desserts. Die Preise sind mehr als fair, absolute Empfehlung!

Ausreichende Auswahl an veganen Burgern und Pommes etc. Zzgl. drei Nachspeisen...Tiramisu, Cheesecake und noch was...sowie Kaffee , im Menus gibt's soviel zu trinken wie man will....immer wieder, wenns Burger sein sollen....

Was für ein toller Veganer Burger-Laden 😍 Wer es scharf mag, dem kann ich den Chili Burger empfehlen (hab ihn mit extra Käse bestellt 🤤)

Wir waren heute zu Fünft in der Mittagspause da und keiner war wirklich begeistert. Auswahl klein, Burger wenig schmackhaft, Pommes waren wie aus einer Großpackung und haben alt geschmeckt. Einen kleinen gemischten Salat mit 4 Nuggets und wenig Dressing/Soße für knapp 10 Euro zu verkaufen, finde ich regelrecht frech. Gut war die Getränkestation mit großer Auswahl (und gratis Refill) und die kurze Wartezeit. Ambiente sehr kühl und Sitzgelegenheiten unbequem. Personal war ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Was uns zusätzlich wirklich sehr gestört hat: Es wird mit Nachhaltigkeit geworben und ein Bildschirm zeigt an, wie viel Wasser gespart wurde, wie viele Tiere gerettet wurden etc, aber dann gibt es bis auf die Getränkebecher und Tabletts (die aussehen wie kleine Backbleche) nur Einwegbesteck & -geschirr, selbst für die Gäste, die vor Ort essen. Egal wie nachhaltig diese sein sollen, das ist einfach nur schlimm. Wir haben es probiert und bei diesem einen Mal wird es leider auch bleiben. Der gratis Schokoriegel hat es dann auch nicht rausgerissen.

Essen war super, für Fast Food definitiv überdurchschnittlich gut, kommt aber nicht ganz an "richtige" Bürgerrestaurants ran. Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle sehr freundlich. Komme definitiv wieder. GaLiGrü, Dennis

Es freut mich, dass ich meine Lieblingsburger aus Wien nun auch in Leipzig genießen kann. 🥰 Das Veganuary Speical ist einfach der Hammer.

Ich freue mich sehr über die Neueröffnung - Das vorweg! Positiv: - schneller Service - nicht zu voll - preislich top (Combo aus Burger, Pommes o. Salat und Getränk [gratis Refills] für 14,70€) - die zur Auswahl stehenden Burger und knusprigen Pommes geschmacklich sehr gut - gratis Refills in einer Swing kitchen Tasse - Mitarbeitende setzten Wünsche (andere Soße, Pommes ohne Salz o.ä. gewissenhaft um - als Veganer ist man gut aufgehoben, weil keine veganen Zutaten mit tierischen vertauscht werden könnten Ausbaufähig: - im Mittelgang sitzt man etwas in der Zugluft nicht sehr komfortabel durch die Holzbänke - wenig Burger Auswahl - hier ist es schade, dass nicht auch Patties bestehend aus Falafel, Quinoa, Linsen, Erbsen o.ä. angeboten werden sondern wirklich nur klassischer Fleischersatz was ja auch nicht jeder Veganer will oder mag - Warum werden Ketchup und Majo direkt auf die Pommes gegeben? Für mich wäre es besser wenn ich es extra bekäme und selbst über die Menge entscheide, da es mir sonst zu matschig ist/wird - Unmengen an Müll! Auch wenn der recycled sein mag...eine Holzgabel für die Pommes, Servietten, Pappschalen für die Pommes, Papier für den Burger - das ähnelt den Fast Food Ketten dann doch zu stark und selbst die bieten vermehrt Mehrweggeschirr an. Alles in allem eine 8 von 10 =) Ein kleiner trauriger Nachtrag: Zusammen mit Freunden dort gewesen und uns über den beigelegten Schokoriegel gefreut. Nur eine Freundin ist leider leer ausgegangen. Zu meinem Erstaunen sah ich bei nachfolgenden Gästen wieder Riegel auf dem Tablett liegen.

Burger waren okay, etwas zu salzig für unseren Geachmack. Zubereitung schneller als McDonalds:P Tolles Konzept. Kann man bei Gelegenheit ruhig Mal ausprobieren.

Swing Kitchen ist für mich nicht neu, ich war schon mehrmals in Berlin dort. Aber endlich gibt es Swing Kitche auch in Leipzig! Die Burger waren wie immer sehr lecker, ebenso die Greek Style Pommes & das Tiramisu ist eine Wucht. Es gibt noch viel auf der Speisenkarte auszuprobieren! 🤤 👍🏻 #Veganuary

Wir waren am Eröffnungstag dort. Die Kette wirbt mit Special angeboten die dann aber nicht in der Filiale vorrätig ist. Auch finde es schade das alle Burger auf Soja Basis sind. Die vegane Küche bietet so viel mehr aber das ist doch sehr einfallslos. Die Atmosphäre im Laden ist eher ungemütlich und laut. Dann geb ich lieber 5€ mehr aus und sitze gemütlich 🫣
