A week ago on Saturday we had a dinner date with four women. Reservation and everything went wonderfully. The food was very good, none of us had anything to complain about. At 8:30 p.m. the waiter asked us if we would like something to drink, it would be the last round. We were all a bit surprised that the kitchen was open until 10 p.m. A few minutes later he put the bill on the table and said, "I'll put it in front of you, I'll come and collect it later. The store was still full at the time. Ten to fifteen minutes later he came to collect it. I asked whether they close already, to which he answered yes, at 9:00 p.m., normally at 10:00 p.m. but there would be nothing left, no more reservations and the kitchen would have nothing left either. We just wanted to have a nice evening I've never experienced anything like that before. If it had been later, I would have understood it, but at 8:30 p.m. the place was completely empty within a quarter of an hour But I've never experienced anything like that at this time. It's a shame that was the last time we were there.

The unfriendly service I have ever experienced. I was there with my 18 month old daughter. There was no high chair. After I was first offered a table with a bench, I was soon transferred to a tiny table, even though the restaurant was half empty. I pointed out that my daughter couldn't sit on the small chair yet and asked for a chair from another table. This was refused in an extremely rude manner and I was basically thrown out. This has never happened to me before. Extremely unfriendly, grumpy service with no service orientation.

FOOD WAS OK, it was just wrong and not what I ordered. And you have to work on friendliness.

The tom yam is not edible due to the amount of pepper and there is no coconut milk. We waited 40 minutes. Cola and mineral water were brought already poured into a glass. Opinion is personal

Lekker gegeten! Porties zijn ruim voldoende, zien er mooi opgemaakt en verzorgd uit. Zeker aan te bevelen. Wil je pittig eten geef dit vooral aan, want wat als " pittig" staat omschreven is vrij mild van smaak.

I had a quick bite to eat for lunch today and was very happy with the food. For lunch there is apparently a soup of the day with glass noodles, an aromatic broth with glass noodles. I ordered the duck with fried rice and was extremely happy with the dish. The drinks are a bit expensive in my opinion, but the food is really good. The service is also ok, restaurant and toilets are very clean.

This is a very good Thai restaurant with good prices and generous portions. One tip is if you like really spicy food do mention that since the food seems to be tailored to German people instead of people familiar with Thai spiciness

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The owner was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful, refusing to let us sit as soon as she saw I was with my kids. It was clear they do not welcome families or people with children. They even claimed the restaurant was full—an absurd excuse, given that the place was nearly empty. If I could give zero stars for this negative and discriminatory experience, I would.

Completely confusing calculation. Ordered a small beer and got the price for a large beer deducted and it was added to the bill even though it wasn't ordered

We arrived at 7:45 on a Sunday evening and we got told the kitchen was closed. Google says it s open until 22:00 at least update the Google opening time.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und zu einem Tisch außen hin gebracht. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, aber für manche Speisen haben die Preise gefehlt. Wir haben uns ein paar Speisen bestellt und dazu einen thailändischen Eistee, den ich jeden nur empfehlen kann. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Suppe, die ich vom Haus, empfohlen bekommen habe ist so wie in Thailand. Ganz haben wir unser Essen auch nicht geschafft, aber das war kein Problem. Wir haben den Rest einpacken lassen und haben dann bezahlt.

It's amazing how children and strollers are treated these days. We (3 women & 3 babies in the car) wanted to have lunch there, the restaurant was empty, 1 table was occupied outside. After we were turned away for the indoor area because everything was supposed to be reserved soon, we wanted to go outside! Take a seat. The boss poked her head out of the door in a rude manner and forbade us to sit down with babies and strollers because there was no space. She sent us away in a totally unfriendly and condescending tone by pointing her finger at the exit and slammed the door in our faces!

Children/babies are not welcome here! Extremely unfriendly - absolutely no recommendation! We - 3 moms with a stroller each - wanted to have something to eat here on Friday lunchtime. We were turned away at the door and told that all the seats inside were reserved. When we asked, it was confirmed that there were no reservations outside. Since everything outside was free except for one table, we wanted to sit at the last table so as not to block the path with our strollers. There was enough space available for Ed, but the space was poor, so there was no demand for outside seating. On the way to the table we were rudely intercepted and asked to leave: “No babies, no strollers” - the patio door was pulled shut in our faces.

Nice restaurant with delicious food. The menu is original Thai, the prices are affordable. We'd love to come back.

I'll never set foot in there again. I have never experienced anything so ignorant and unfriendly. When I asked if my 5-year-old son could urgently use the toilet (for a fee, of course), we (me and my two children with strollers, 5 and 2 years old) were turned away at the door on the grounds that the restaurant was already full is. A look inside revealed that everything was empty. Only 4 people outside. In the end there were wet pants, a sad child who asked me why he wasn't allowed to go to the toilet and if I could I would love to give it minus stars.

The food wasn't special. The advantage is that you can get something to eat quickly. But I was there yesterday and ordered two dishes (Mhor Pad Khee Mao and Pad Sie Ew) with Thai iced tea. The billing (without receipt) was 8 euros more expensive than the menu. I only noticed that when I got home. I didn't expect something like this to happen in a good Thai restaurant.

Bring cash! No cards accepted (EC or credit). Very inconvenient. Shrimp dish #96 bland and not spicy although menu shows two peppers. Papaya salad superb! 3 stars for one mediocre dish and no card.

In the past, your food was served on a warming plate on which the plates were preheated before the food was served. Unfortunately this time it was different: Cold plates and the food just on the table, it was served lukewarm and tasted very bland. There were also no warm drinks, neither tea nor coffee. Therefore 2 points deducted. There are better alternatives, it's a shame.

Very delicious food, good service, friendly service staff. We ordered beef stir-fried with basil. The meat is soft and the taste is real Thai food. Very recommended. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come again ☺️

A éviter... Wonton frits secs et vides. Ingrédients congelés, nourriture réchauffée sans saveur. Musique assommante qui se répète a l'infini.

Ambiance: une musique de trente secondes qui tourne en boucle en continu. Il faut avoir les nerfs solides. Plats: plats réchauffés/congelés et loin des saveurs thaïlandaises. Habitués des restaurants thaïlandais nous avons été vraiment déçus. Service: Jeune fille sympathique Pas étonnant que le restaurant soit vide.

The food was very tasty, but the reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of the service. They basically threw 2 ladies who were sitting at the table behind us out...they had finished, but would have gladly stayed for at least another drink, if not dessert and they were told that they could only have the table for 1 hour...they were NOT told this when they sat down. The ladies left at about 19:50. We left half an hour later and there was still no one at the table. There were also LOTS of empty tables. The least the restaurant could do was move them to another table, but they didn't, and lost their custom. This makes absolutely no sense for a business, let alone for customer service.

Were there for the first time and unfortunately I have to say that the owner is quite unsympathetic. I understand Thai and have often heard the bad tone in which she speaks to her employees. She wasn't particularly friendly towards us either. Otherwise the food was good.

We indulged in Pla rad prig, Tom yum Gai, and Muh phad grapau, and they were absolutely delicious! The service was also exceptional—beyond our expectations! Highly recommend giving it a go.

Gutes Essen, sehr schlechter Service!

Waren zum Mittagessen mit vier Leuten da. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schnelle Bedienung und mussten nicht lange aufs essen warten. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Sehr große Portionen und sehr Lecker. Immer wieder gerne!

Wir wollten zu einem anderen Thai gehen, den kannten wir und der war immer sehr gut! 150 Meter entfernt, aber der war leider zu weil das Haus umgebaut wird. Ob er nochmals wiederkommt weiß ich leider nicht! Also gingen wir hierhin. Es war um die Mittagszeit und das Lokal war gähnend leer! OK, kurz überlegt, aber der Hunger sagte…bleibt hier! Meine Frau hatte etwas mit Hühnchen und das war leider nicht durch! Also zurück! Beim zweiten Versuch war es trocken! Ich hatte was mit Ente, war auch zu trocken! Der Jasmintee kam als Beuteltee in der Tasse! Der Wirt telefonierte im Lokal und klärte seinen Onlinevertrag ab! Man konnte gut zuhören und alles verstehen! Sehr höflich und aufmerksam war keiner, obwohl wir bis zum Schluss die einzigen Gäste waren! Und nur Bares ist dort möglich! In der heutigen Zeit sollte zumindest EC möglich sein! Das BEFRIEDIGEND ist sehr großzügig von uns……eher SCHLECHT würde passen! Fazit….einmal und nie wieder!!!

Wir hatten dieses Restaurant eine ganze Weile lang gemieden, weil es eine unschöne Diskussion beim Bezahlen gab. Die Begleichung der Rechnung mit Kredit- oder EC-Karte wurde strikt abgelehnt, wobei die Wirtin nicht mit Taktgefühl glänzte. Nun kehrten wir erneut dort ein und bestellten ein paar Vorspeisen. Die Garnelensuppe war sehr schmackhaft. Die Hühnerfleischspiesse hingegen sahen nicht sehr appetitlich aus. Frisch zubereitet erschienen die nicht. Wenig dachte man sich dabei, Frühlingsrollen und frittierte Garnelen mit der doppelten Portion süßsaure Sauce zu versehen. Denn einzeln bestellt hätte man je ein Schälchen Sauce bekommen. Eingedenk der Empfänglichkeit für Reklamationen verzichteten wir auf eine Nachbesserung. Man lese die zahlreichen negativen Bewertungen. Es gibt besser geführte Thai-Restaurants in Koblenz.

Durchgehend geöffnet, schneller und netter Service. Essen ist authentisch, Ich komme gerne hierher.

Wir waren hier spontan zum Abendessen gekommen. Auch ohne Reservierung haben wir noch freundlicherweise einen Tisch bekommen. Freundlicher Service und das Essen war auch lecker. Nur leider war es nicht ganz so heiß wie man es gewohnt war. Ansonsten alles ok und Preis Leistung stimmt auch!

From the minute we walked in the door the customer service was superb! From increasing our table from six to eight people to all of the recommendations for extraordinary menu options in English. The owner was very patient and attentive and the food was delicious. We all were thoroughly impressed with the quantity and price value. Highly recommend this beautiful option in beautiful Kloblenz.

Sehr leckeres Essen und eine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen und auch veganen Gerichten. Die Speisekarte hat eine eigene Vegetarische Rubrik, man bekommt aber JEDES GERICHT AUF DER KARTE auch als vegetarische Variante mit Tofu. Wir hatten ein Thai Curry und ein Bami, beides veggie und beides super lecker! Davor die vegetarischen Frühlingsrollen. Die Portionen waren reichhaltig, die Preise absolut fair. Dazu die nette und schnelle Bedienung und ein gemütlicher Platz auf der Terrasse. Für uns ein rundum guter Abend.

Preis Leistung sehr gut. Das Essen ich lecker und die Mengen echt groß. Wir mussten etwas länger auf das Essen warten haben aber dafür spontan um sonst Getränke bekommen.

Hervorragendes Essen. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Dazu gab es noch Chang und Singah Bier. Der Kellner war sehr nett und sehr sehr aufmerksam. Es wäre schön wenn es noch ein paar mehr vegetarische Spezialitäten geben würde. Nicht falsch verstehen, es gibt vegetarische/vegane Gerichte, nur es könnte noch ein bisschen mehr Auswahl geben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Diners beware. They tried to rip us off over 25 euro when it came to payment time. Was only when questioned that they agreed to return money to us. Service was ordinary and food average at best but a very bad taste left after such an awful experience. Diners BEWARE.

Der Service war miserabel? Das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht kooperativ. Obwohl wir vorbestellt hatten, mussten wir eine halbe Stunde warten, bis wir eine Getränkebestellung aufgeben durften. Dann warteten wir wieder eine halbe Stunde, bis wir die Getränke bekamen. Wir hatten vier Kinder dabei, die immer unruhiger wurden. Der Wunsch, einen leeren Teller zu bekommen, wurde ruppig abgelehnt. Auch auf unser Insistieren hin wurde uns kein Teller gegeben. So wurde ich als Gast noch nie behandelt. Wenn wir nichts zehn Personen gewesen wären, hätten wir das Lokal postwendend verlassen, Ich kann nur jedem abraten, sich diesen Service anzutun.

Food was ok, but quite expensive. Service friendly but also not very clear. Payment only possible with cash (no info on the door or before orders). Place is quite old, table cloth never changed since the opening, I think…

Das Essen ist super lecker und der Service ist schnell und sehr freundlich. Hatte das Ped Phad Grapau was als sehr scharf (2 Chilis) angegeben war, würde allerdings sagen, das es eher eine halbe Chili war.... Beim nächsten Mal bestelle ich also gern schärfer :)

Szczerze nie smakowało nam, mieliśmy 3 różne dnia dla trzech osób do tego napoje i jedne sajgonki zapłaciliśmy 63 euro . Jedyne co było smaczne to sajgonki i mój kurczak który był panierowany. Makaron był przypalony mało warzyw i gorzki. Na plus miły Pan z obsługi. Pat thai malo przypominal to danie zamiast limonki cytryna. Długi czas oczekiwania na danie 40 minut

Noch nie hatte ich einen so unhöflichen Service erlebt. Wir fragten den Kellner höflich, ob wir unsere Reste einpacken könnten. Er sagte ja und brachte den Teller in die Küche. Eine Minute später brachte die Chefin aggressiv unseren Teller zurück, sagte, dass sie keine Verpackung hätten, und ging. Wir sprachen sie daraufhin an und fragten immer noch freundlich, ob sie eine kleine Plastiktüte für uns hätten, aber sie ignorierten uns völlig. Da blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als sie wegen ihres schlechten Benehmens zur Rede zu stellen. Das Essen war nicht einmal gut, und wir haben nur eine unglückliche Erfahrung gemacht.

Nach dem Essen bate ich darum, die Reste einzupacken. Zuerst teilte mich der Mitarbeiter mit, dass er gerne das machte. Danach kam die Chefin. Sie hat meinen Teller zurückgebracht UND stellte ihn auf den Tisch LAUT, sagte: wir haben keine Container mehr!! Ich finde es prinzipiell nicht gut finde, Essen wegzuwerfen und fragte, ob ich Plastiktüte fürs Essen bekommen darf. DIE CHEFIN hat mich wieder ignoriert und verweigert. Ich war sehr sehr enttäuscht und möchte 100% NIE WIEDER zum „Suvarnabhumi - Thai Spezialitäten Koblenz” gehen! Mega unhöflich und nicht zu empfehlen!!!!
