I was surprised that the Pad Thai was so lightly seasoned, but it was still incredibly delicious! The lady serving was also very nice and chatty—a truly enjoyable experience!

Suvarnabhumi – always a pleasure! If you're in the mood for real Thai soul food, you've come to the right place. Suvarnabhumi delivers every time – fresh, aromatic and cooked with love. Pad Krapao – my absolute favorite. Nice and spicy, lots of garlic, holy basil as it should be, and perfectly fried minced meat. The scent alone is addictive. Simply a dream with a fried egg! Duck with lychee curry – wow. The duck is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the curry is a real flavor explosion. Fruity, slightly sweet, creamy and at the same time that typical Thai spiciness. The combination with lychees sounds wild at first, but it fits perfectly. Pad Krapao again? – yes, it’s so cool that you could order it again straight away. A highlight every time.

An absolute insider tip for everyone who loves authentic Thai cuisine! The Thai chef always conjures up incredibly tasty and freshly prepared dishes that simply impress in terms of taste. The flavors are perfectly balanced and you almost feel like you are in Thailand. I always like to come back because the food is simply excellent every time. Highly recommended for all Thai cuisine lovers!

It's OK. The food was lukewarm. Cash only; no debit card payments accepted. We won't be going there again.

One star is too many these days. I used to eat there with the whole family even on holidays. The quality has gone downhill so much; the fried rice was dripping with grease and the duck was so malnourished that there was more wobbly breading than meat. You only get a spoon and fork; despite the meat, you don't get a knife. The crowning glory, the requested jasmine tea, is no longer served in a teapot, but in a tea glass with a Lord Nelson tea bag (a cheap tea brand from the discount store around the corner). €3.80 per glass, more than outrageous. We won't be eating there again! And we wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!

Most unfriendly service I have ever experienced.

We came across the shop spontaneously, went in and were immediately offered a place. The food came very quickly, since we were chatting (as you usually do when eating together etc.), we didn't start right away. The boss came to the table for the first time and interrupted the conversation. In a tone that wasn't exactly polite, we asked if anything was missing (because we didn't eat straight away). She repeated the whole thing, this time with the addition that we would have to sit at the counter if we weren't finished straight away. Supposedly the table is reserved for 7 p.m. (you could tell the guest when entering the house, but it's just an idea 😅). So we ate under time pressure and the boss felt like she was breathing down our necks. Here the term fast food takes on a new meaning. One of the meals wasn't what we ordered either. Here we pointed this out to the waiter, who also agreed with us. Of course he passed this on to the boss. And here the service gets even better. Usual expectation, an apology and whether something can be done...or something like that. But the reality is different here, the boss came to the table, didn't address it and said that's how it's done here and that's correct. This means, for example, if I order chicken but get tofu, that is correct in the store. If the boss says that, remember that and please don't act like that. 😂 That was a rough summary of what we experienced. I'm very service-oriented myself, a sociable and understanding person, mistakes happen, etc. I'm fine with that, but what doesn't work is this way. PS: the table was not reserved at 7 p.m.

NOT recommended!!! The shop was empty, we were the first guests and we were assigned a table. We ordered, the food came after a short time but then it started: the boss simply came to our table and interrupted us while we were talking, then said very rudely that we should either change tables or leave because the table was supposedly reserved. Sorry, but you say something like that to the guest before you sit them down at the table and all the tables were free! After we ate under time pressure and couldn't enjoy anything, I noticed that my food was served incorrectly. I ordered fried chicken but had boiled chicken. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he said that fried chicken was fried and I said: yes, exactly, but I hadn't. Then the boss came and said that by fried chicken she meant that it was fried together with the vegetables and that the food was so real! Anyone who wants to be treated rudely and taken for a fool can come eat here, everyone else PLEASE NOT! Oh yeah, and the food isn't all that tasty to be honest.

Ate here spontaneously for lunch and it tasted good. A note about the dishes will follow shortly, but first something else. The service was quick and was consistent with other "guests": a tourist couple (around 30 years old) really wanted to sit down at the table inside and really only wanted one (!) starter soup for both of them, no drinks or anything else don't order anything else. This was not tolerated and both were politely and firmly sent outside! Now about the food: - Tom Kha Gai Soup It was tasty and enough as a starter. BUT there was too much chicken in it for me and unfortunately only 2 pieces of 1/4 mushroom. -Pad Thai The taste was good and so was the overall quantity. BUT unfortunately there were almost less noodles than sprouts in the dish and that really doesn't fit. A lot of Asian restaurants have been “stretching” their food like this for some time now, strange and a shame!

Used to be delicious and fresh. Now you're asked to leave if you don't order another drink. Or you deliberately make the guests wait in front of the closed door in sub-zero temperatures, even though it should actually already be open. Intentionally, because you could definitely see that there were guests at the door. UNFORTUNATELY no longer recommended. Service is simply non-existent.

I recently had dinner there with a friend. We had reserved a table. After we had eaten and had a drink each, after about 45 minutes the boss told us very rudely that if we didn't want to drink another drink we had to leave the restaurant. The restaurant wasn't full, there were still tables available. It's really not possible, very very unfriendly service, unfortunately I can't recommend it. Never again!

The food is extremely delicious and cannot be stopped. Go eat every day, it's really spicy. You can make to order. Let me tell you, I love Suvarnabhumi Shop... very much.

Unfortunately we cannot rate the food. The service is a disaster. We were seated at a table in a very unfriendly manner. And then continued to be spoken to in a very unfriendly way. The highlight was when we wanted to order we were told starters can only be ordered with main courses. Then the waitress left our table. We didn't even have the opportunity to continue ordering. We then left the restaurant straight away.

This Thai restaurant impresses with excellent quality and authentic dishes that guarantee an unforgettable culinary experience. Would recommend.

Unfortunately I can't give a review of the food here. I was in Koblenz with my family for a city tour and we wanted to have a snack for lunch. My husband was there earlier and had mentioned that there were four of us and was seated accordingly. When I came with the two children, we were literally thrown out. The waitress said that you had to make a reservation in advance, even though all the seats were free. When we asked them about it, they said it wasn't suitable for children. Outrageous!

No vegan or vegetarian options (fish-/oystersauce), very unfriendly, just cash, no dogs allowed. Will never visit them again.

While the staff were not very good the meal made up for it The chicken Pad Thai was quite a large serve and very tasty the spring rolls hot and excellent also was the chicken Glass Noodle Salad just a bit hot with chilli for but that doesn't mean it was not good I found it to be reasonable priced and would go back can overlook the service

Super bad service. We were told dogs weren't allowed even though there were dogs in the restaurant (we have a small dog). Dishes are incorrectly labeled as vegetarian even though they contain fish and oyster sauce. Guests' requests to leave these out are not accepted but instead guests are harassed and told that this is "not food". Payment by card is also not possible. Tip: finally arrive in 2024 and learn “service”.

Staying in Koblenz for Christmas on boxing we found this Thai Restaurant open we had to get cash first as they didn't take cards The menu was quite large and priced well the only thing that was a bit disappointing was the service we did not find it very friendly The meals were quite a large size the chicken Pad Thai was large and delicious glass noodle salad also nice but a bit spicy for me and the spring rolls were also very good I would go back again and just over look the service

A week ago on Saturday we had a dinner date with four women. Reservation and everything went wonderfully. The food was very good, none of us had anything to complain about. At 8:30 p.m. the waiter asked us if we would like something to drink, it would be the last round. We were all a bit surprised that the kitchen was open until 10 p.m. A few minutes later he put the bill on the table and said, "I'll put it in front of you, I'll come and collect it later. The store was still full at the time. Ten to fifteen minutes later he came to collect it. I asked whether they close already, to which he answered yes, at 9:00 p.m., normally at 10:00 p.m. but there would be nothing left, no more reservations and the kitchen would have nothing left either. We just wanted to have a nice evening I've never experienced anything like that before. If it had been later, I would have understood it, but at 8:30 p.m. the place was completely empty within a quarter of an hour But I've never experienced anything like that at this time. It's a shame that was the last time we were there.

The unfriendly service I have ever experienced. I was there with my 18 month old daughter. There was no high chair. After I was first offered a table with a bench, I was soon transferred to a tiny table, even though the restaurant was half empty. I pointed out that my daughter couldn't sit on the small chair yet and asked for a chair from another table. This was refused in an extremely rude manner and I was basically thrown out. This has never happened to me before. Extremely unfriendly, grumpy service with no service orientation.

Lekker gegeten! Porties zijn ruim voldoende, zien er mooi opgemaakt en verzorgd uit. Zeker aan te bevelen. Wil je pittig eten geef dit vooral aan, want wat als " pittig" staat omschreven is vrij mild van smaak.

I had a quick bite to eat for lunch today and was very happy with the food. For lunch there is apparently a soup of the day with glass noodles, an aromatic broth with glass noodles. I ordered the duck with fried rice and was extremely happy with the dish. The drinks are a bit expensive in my opinion, but the food is really good. The service is also ok, restaurant and toilets are very clean.

This is a very good Thai restaurant with good prices and generous portions. One tip is if you like really spicy food do mention that since the food seems to be tailored to German people instead of people familiar with Thai spiciness

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The owner was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful, refusing to let us sit as soon as she saw I was with my kids. It was clear they do not welcome families or people with children. They even claimed the restaurant was full—an absurd excuse, given that the place was nearly empty. If I could give zero stars for this negative and discriminatory experience, I would.

Completely confusing calculation. Ordered a small beer and got the price for a large beer deducted and it was added to the bill even though it wasn't ordered

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und zu einem Tisch außen hin gebracht. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, aber für manche Speisen haben die Preise gefehlt. Wir haben uns ein paar Speisen bestellt und dazu einen thailändischen Eistee, den ich jeden nur empfehlen kann. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Suppe, die ich vom Haus, empfohlen bekommen habe ist so wie in Thailand. Ganz haben wir unser Essen auch nicht geschafft, aber das war kein Problem. Wir haben den Rest einpacken lassen und haben dann bezahlt.

It's amazing how children and strollers are treated these days. We (3 women & 3 babies in the car) wanted to have lunch there, the restaurant was empty, 1 table was occupied outside. After we were turned away for the indoor area because everything was supposed to be reserved soon, we wanted to go outside! Take a seat. The boss poked her head out of the door in a rude manner and forbade us to sit down with babies and strollers because there was no space. She sent us away in a totally unfriendly and condescending tone by pointing her finger at the exit and slammed the door in our faces!

Children/babies are not welcome here! Extremely unfriendly - absolutely no recommendation! We - 3 moms with a stroller each - wanted to have something to eat here on Friday lunchtime. We were turned away at the door and told that all the seats inside were reserved. When we asked, it was confirmed that there were no reservations outside. Since everything outside was free except for one table, we wanted to sit at the last table so as not to block the path with our strollers. There was enough space available for Ed, but the space was poor, so there was no demand for outside seating. On the way to the table we were rudely intercepted and asked to leave: “No babies, no strollers” - the patio door was pulled shut in our faces.

Nice restaurant with delicious food. The menu is original Thai, the prices are affordable. We'd love to come back.

I'll never set foot in there again. I have never experienced anything so ignorant and unfriendly. When I asked if my 5-year-old son could urgently use the toilet (for a fee, of course), we (me and my two children with strollers, 5 and 2 years old) were turned away at the door on the grounds that the restaurant was already full is. A look inside revealed that everything was empty. Only 4 people outside. In the end there were wet pants, a sad child who asked me why he wasn't allowed to go to the toilet and if I could I would love to give it minus stars.

Bring cash! No cards accepted (EC or credit). Very inconvenient. Shrimp dish #96 bland and not spicy although menu shows two peppers. Papaya salad superb! 3 stars for one mediocre dish and no card.

Tasty food but not very friendly service.

Very delicious food, good service, friendly service staff. We ordered beef stir-fried with basil. The meat is soft and the taste is real Thai food. Very recommended. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come again ☺️

Habitués des restaurants thaïlandais nous avons été vraiment déçus. Service: Jeune fille sympathique Pas étonnant que le restaurant soit vide.

A éviter... Wonton frits secs et vides. Ingrédients congelés, nourriture réchauffée sans saveur. Musique assommante qui se répète a l'infini.

The food was very tasty, but the reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of the service. They basically threw 2 ladies who were sitting at the table behind us out...they had finished, but would have gladly stayed for at least another drink, if not dessert and they were told that they could only have the table for 1 hour...they were NOT told this when they sat down. The ladies left at about 19:50. We left half an hour later and there was still no one at the table. There were also LOTS of empty tables. The least the restaurant could do was move them to another table, but they didn't, and lost their custom. This makes absolutely no sense for a business, let alone for customer service.

Were there for the first time and unfortunately I have to say that the owner is quite unsympathetic. I understand Thai and have often heard the bad tone in which she speaks to her employees. She wasn't particularly friendly towards us either. Otherwise the food was good.
