Would like to rate the food, but we didn't get any because our order wasn't fulfilled after 2 hours of waiting (!!!) without any feedback that it would take longer. After asking when it would be delivered, we were told that the order hadn't even been processed and they couldn't say how long it would take (at 10 p.m.). I understand if a restaurant is overloaded, but then please do not take orders or inform customers early. This is not a service.

The best sushi in all of Frankfurt. We order here regularly and when it's sushi to take away, we never have the question of where is the best place to order. The staff is super friendly, the sushi tastes great and pickup/delivery is always quick and reliable. Is and remains the sushi restaurant we trust. :)

Today we had a special request to get something else of equal value instead of the Philly Rolls, and the team fulfilled our request brilliantly! The food was delivered quickly and fresh to our home and, as always, we were delighted. Every piece of sushi was a delight and we were really impressed with the selection. Three stars I'm torn about this sushi restaurant. The food was undoubtedly delicious and tasteful, but the service left a lot to be desired. When we went to sit down we were told they only do delivery or collection work - a little disappointing. When we asked for a menu we were asked to google it ourselves on the internet, which seemed anything but professional. Although the sushi was solid, I have eaten higher quality sushi. Overall okay, but with room for improvement.

It was ok on many occasions before (I would rate it as 3/5 till 4/5), but my experience today was pretty bad. The fish was not sufficiently fresh and I had to throw some sushi away (usually I never throw food away unless it's really bad and I feel uncomfortable eating it). Rice also felt like it stayed at least one night in the fridge. Basically the quality of rice and fish was below what you get in a sushi from a supermarket, which is unacceptable of course for a Sushi restaurant. So look, I do realize that this is mid range and not an upscale restaurant, but still for the given price I do believe there are better options in Frankfurt.

We ordered some sushi to take away and they were delicious

We ordered 15 different types of sushi for 20 guests - it was a feast! Excellent both visually and taste-wise. Food was super freshly prepared and ready to perfection. A guest with many years of sushi experience from traveling to Japan was able to confirm the quality. The higher price is based on quality, freshness, appearance and quantity, because you can clearly say that e.g. B. a spring roll or California roll and also the nigiris, makis, etc. can definitely be eaten in two bites and are not just ONE bite. The soy sauce is delicious and a house specialty! Dear Sushimama team, keep it up and we look forward to future meals from you. We wish you much success for your future and plans!

The best sushi ever. Hardly any other restaurant can compete with Sushi Mamma. Friendly staff, large selection and top quality. We've been eating/ordering there for years and that won't be changing any time soon.

I have already ordered from them twice and I have to say that I am really impressed with the service. Always enough soy sauce, wasabi and ginger, sushi itself tastes delicious too, the price is completely fair. I ordered a box of 40 for 43.90.

Good quality, also very visually appealing. The same applies to the delivery service, which is also fast and very friendly. Remarkable.

The staff is very unfriendly, I have always ordered from Sushimama at least once a week and every time I had to argue to get some extra mayo. When I asked whether you could book the “extra mayo” option at Lieferando for a fee, I was simply told “nobody wants extra mayo”. Good customer service looks different to me.

My absolute favorite Sushi place in the neighborhood! Not only are the prices very fair, but the sushi is always fresh and delicious! They really put a lot of effort into making good quality food here. The delivery is always really fast, even on busy weekends. The delivery guys and the personnel on the phone are always very polite and friendly! My personal favorites are the Philly Futo Rolls, Salmon California and Lachs Nigiri. I've had the Flambed Salmon Bowl once too and that's very good as well. Also (super important, as I have celiac!) many many truly gluten free options! That means they don't add anything weird to the rice, so it is really gluten free. Definitely recommended!!

The best sushi, great quality! I always come from Hanau just because of the sushi. I've eaten sushi all over the world and you get really good quality fish here! Addendum: I've been coming here at least twice a month for almost 4 years and have never been disappointed. Always friendly incredible quality of fish. The best salmon avocado salads in Hesse, very good sashimi and very good bowls!!! Keep it up!!!

You do not even get soj sauce to the sushi. Talked to the service staff & they said they’ll check & inform.Still waiting…

Freundlicher Empfang, große Auswahl an Speisen und alles in hervorragender Qualität. Haben auch schon in die Firma liefern lassen. Alles Prima! Kann man nur empfehlen!

Food was good, but a bit pricey. Would have been ok if the place was nice, but I was there twice and was told both time that they only do takeaways, can't eat in.

Essen schmeckt gut, war hier lange Zeit Stammkunde (mehrfach pro Woche bestellt). Der Service ist sehr ärgerlich, mit Sojasauce wird immer gegeiert, die angestellten unfreundlich. Heute wollte ich bestellen für 14,90, liefern wollten sie aber erst ab 15 Euro, daher habe ich noch eine kleine Sojasauce dazubestellt, für die ich dann noch 80 cent!! extra zahlen sollte. Es kam immer wieder zu ähnlichen Situationen, mit Stammkunden geht man anderes um... schade

Ich hole mir häufig Sushi von Sushimama. Das Essen war immer sehr lecker. Leider hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Die letzten Male hat es nicht mehr so geschmeckt wie früher. Sogar der Reis war geschmacklos. Das Sushi war sogar schlecht eingerollt. In der Preiskategorie geht das gar nicht. Ich hoffe, der Service bessert sich wieder! Unten kann man meine Rezension vor 11 Monaten lesen. ================================================= Sehr lecker! Sehr interessante und sehr gut aussehende Kreationen. Es ist zwar etwas teuer, aber auf jeden Fall jeden Cent wert.

One of my favorite sushi places. Though I only get deliveries home as the place is not very comfy. But the food is fantastic. They even call you if required to make sure that „extra wishes“ e.g. no diary were understood correctly. So there will be no bad surprises. Just great!

Premiumpreise, Qualität ist dafür maximal mittelmäßig. Es wurden Wasabi und eingelegter Ingwer in kleinen eingeschweißten Tütchen geliefert, an der Größe der Sushi/Roll-Stücke würde gespart, und ich hatte schon frischeren Fisch.

War zum ersten Mal da…kleiner Laden, aber sauber, freundliches Personal! Das Sushi an sich war frisch, für mich hier und da ein wenig zu viel Mayo (ist aber mein persönliches Empfinden). Das Auge war auch zufrieden, das Anrichten war den Bildern auf der Speisekarte sehr ähnlich! Gerne mal wieder

Qualitativ hochwertiges Sushi, sowohl vor Ort als auch bei Lieferung. Sind Stammkunden und bestellen 1-2 pro Monat. Wurden bei >20 Bestellungen noch nie enttäuscht. Danke und weiter so!

Top Top Top, wir haben die Luxury Box bestellt und die MAMA Box 5. Das Sushi war so lecker, das wir teils sprachlos gewesen sind. Die Bestellung war pünktlich fertig, genug Sojasoße, Ingwer und Wasabi waren auch dabei. Wir bestellen ab jetzt öfters, vielen Dank!

Wir hatten uns für die Arbeit etwas liefern lassen und es war pünktlich, frisch sowie sehr sehr lecker! Ich hab mir eine vegetarische Kombination zusammengebastelt und auf extra Wünsche wurde problemlos eingegangen :) Bestellsystem über die Website macht's angenehm unkompliziert - war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.

Das Sushi und auch die Bowls und Vorspeisen sind sehr sehr lecker. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist auch hervorragend. Habe bisher nur bestellt. Mit der Lieferung war ich immer zufrieden. Empfehlung!

The best sushi place in the Gallup area. It is not cheap, but quality is high as well as the selection of available dishes. It is not 100% japanische sushi, but who cares?? It is tasty. My personal best are PhillyLachsroll. It is cheap, but the combination of fresh salmon, Philadelphia cheese and sushi rice together with the soy sauce is a mind blowing taste! Boxes in which they pack the sushi are neat and clean. The only downside is the absence of homemade wasabi…

Einfach der beste Sushi Laden in FFM. Sehr lecker, sauber, schnell, gute Preise, und die Mitarbeiter sind alle richtig nett. Hab mindestens schon 20 Mal entweder selber abgeholt oder bestellt, und jedes mal war es tip top!

Sehr gutes und ausgefallenes Sushi zB mit Mozzarella und Rucula. Ich habe bisher nur Togo bestellt. Da ist der Service immer sehr gut und freundlich. Die Qualität ist 1a.

Super leckeres Sushi! Wir hatten sowohl eine Signature Roll als auch Maki und California Rolls. Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war hübsch angerichtet. Wasabi, Ingwer und Sojasauce waren ausreichend. Empfehlung!

We took of course the delibery option, it arrived relatively fast (for a saturday) and very nicely packed, taste is very good and fresh. I think i found my new best place :)

In dem kleinen Laden geht es hoch her aufgrund der tel. Vorbestellungen. Das Tempo des Service ist enorm. Die Qualität lässt leider noch zu wünschen übrig: Der Lachs war alles andere als zart, er hätte knorpelige Stellen. Dem Reis fehlte die säuerliche Essig-Note, er schmeckte fad. Miniportiönchen Ingwer, und zudem in Plastik verpackt, ist wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß. In jedem REWE liegt der Ingwer offen bei. Es wäre gut, wenn hier noch mal nachjustiert würde.
