Pathetic service. First they made us wait like a fool at the counter to pay. It was raining outside and we were very clear we wanted to have it there. They finally gave us a to go literally sending us out. When I told the lady there that I wanted to have it there, guess what her response was- " oh i didn't know it", no sorry no offering a service, just looked away and started serving others. I am not coming back. I don't want to give it a race colour but I wonder if a german couple/ family would have been treated the same way?

I'm thrilled with SushiDeluxe! The food is incredibly delicious – freshly prepared, full of flavor, and presented with love. Even those who don't like sushi will find something to their liking here: they offer bowls, ramen, and summer rolls, among other dishes. I would especially like to highlight the attentive service – always friendly, attentive, and very customer-oriented. Special requests are also accommodated without any problems. Deliveries are reliable, punctual, and the food always arrives in perfect condition. Highly recommended for all sushi fans – I will definitely order again!

We've been ordering regularly for lunch for two years now. The service has always been good, and deliveries were on time compared to other services, and the drivers were friendly. However, over the past two months, we've seen a steady decline: the inside-out rolls are often poorly rolled, some rolls are missing ingredients, the summer rolls have become smaller and more often broken, and with salads, you either have a good day and the cup is full, or on bad days, it's only a quarter full. Unfortunately, after the recent price increase, the service is no longer suitable. Improve your skills, or you'll unfortunately stop ordering.

I'm really sorry to write this, but none of the four different things I ordered tasted good. Mackerel makis and spinach sushi was too salty. The stuffed eggs tasted soapy and the salmon-avocado-cucumber sushis were (apart from the fact that they were more rice than filling...) tasteless and therefore the best. That's a real shame because I love sushi and have never tasted it so badly. However, the website was well structured and the ordering process went smoothly and quickly.

Had sushi delivered. When nothing came after more than an hour, we called. The employee on the phone was very friendly and understanding, high praise. She assured us that the food should come soon. Half an hour later we called again. We were also treated kindly. Unfortunately the food came very late. The messenger apologized, it was busy. The food itself was satisfactory and the staff were all very friendly. Unfortunately, I have had the experience of late orders several times. Apart from that, good service :) It's better if you eat on site.

We received the food late; when we called, we were not treated nicely. The sushi itself contained a lot of rice, with little filling. Overall, not a good experience. The deliverer was nice though.

Ordered on site to take away. 15 min waiting time is displayed. Asked after 30 minutes. Oh yes, it's already finished, it was forgotten. Asked beforehand for plastic cutlery because of the hotel (spoon because of soup) - did you get wooden chopsticks? A vessel overflowing with ingredients and a vessel full to the brim with broth - how to bring them together without an additional vessel. As I said hotel. Bad frame broth EVER!!! Ready-made powder. Ingredients also finished goods. NOT recommended!!!

Unfortunately hidden and completely inconspicuous. But we were here at lunchtime today and speechless. For us it was by far the best sushi so far, although we thought we were already spoiled, but it could be even better here. Very nicely prepared, good service and fresh preparation. The taste was great, especially from the fried crispy rolls. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Chicken bowl is awesome👌is treated every week

Tried it for the first time today and was totally disappointed... we had to wait over an hour for our order and then it's not even deluxe sushi in terms of taste, just deluxe in price. We had ordered nigiri and the fish tasted slightly like plastic and the nigiri were more of a thin patchwork than nice pieces of fish. The maki were also thin and very narrow, but the fish-rice ratio was okay. Unfortunately I have to say that the rice wasn't really seasoned and tasted very bland... Conclusion: Not again, I can do this at home and much cheaper!

I had dinner there with my son yesterday, thank you, it was very tasty and freshly prepared. We'd love to come back.

We ordered sushi for our daughter's school start two years ago and eat here regularly. Very good sushi shop with nice employees and boss. Food is always top. We are happy to continue to be your guests.

We ate there and were more than thrilled. The food was consistently super fresh and the crispy rolls were really perfectly crispy. Price/performance is more than fair. The portions are very large. Service is chill and nice. We'll definitely be back!

Have ordered here many times. Sometimes everything is okay, sometimes the avocado is really brown. The last two times all the soy sauce was missing. It's a gamble. You often have to wait a long time on site before someone comes forward and notices you - even if the order is already there.

The food is delicious and the price/performance ratio is technically okay. What was a shame, however, was that you had to wait a long time before you were noticed and that one of the ladies who prepared the sushi licked the leftover food off her glove, that was definitely a no go.

Food very good, especially the bowl

I only know the restaurant from my granddaughter's orders. She just raved about the food. Today I had lunch there with my daughter. My conclusion: unique, both of them didn't promise me too much, service, food and price are simply top. I'll definitely come back. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes sushi, fish and poultry.

I eat chicken bowl and salmon maki here once a week, the combination is dangerous.

The sushi and summer rolls were great. The rolls were well filled and the ingredients were really fresh I didn't have to wait long for my order and the service was super nice too :) I'll definitely order sushi here again!

Small, fine and very inconspicuous shop. Ordering both on site and to go is very quick and easy thanks to the courteous service. There wasn't much going on, so the sushi came to the table very quickly. The positive surprise was the very large portions of sushi! Happy to keep it! Very juicy and really tasty too!

I don't expect original Japanese sushi and I've seen the bad habit of pouring some kind of white sauce over it elsewhere, but pickled tomatoes as a filling just don't work!

Have ordered today. It was quite tasty, maybe a bit too much rice. Unfortunately, the delivery time was a bit long, over 1 hour, but as I said, we really ordered a lot. The apple-filled gyoza with vanilla sauce were a poem, unfortunately there were only 2 in the bag instead of 4 :(

I ordered cucumber maki, 1 veggi and 1 ebi tempura sushi. The mini ebi tempura piece had disappeared into far too much rice, and even the curry mango sauce couldn't compensate for the dryness. The veggie rolls were filled with cucumber, leaf spinach and ebi tofu, they were DEEP DRY! I am very disappointed in the taste. Price performance is not right for me here :( For 18€ I want to be happy after the meal and not disappointed :'(

We were there spontaneously and ate there. The employee was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we waited a long time for the drinks and even longer for the food. In summary: the frames in "Tokyo Frame" were still stuck together, Dashi was only lukewarm. Maki vegetarian and with salmon was okay, nigiri with smoked salmon was very good because it was topped with a lot of salmon. The wasabi was very good, but you only get cheaper soy sauce. In the “restaurant” you sit comfortably and can endure it for a while.

Never again! After I ordered in person and wanted to pick it up at the agreed time, I was told there was no order under my name. So my journeys were twice in vain.

Worst sushi I've ever eaten! The fried rolls tasted like nothing but stale fat. The 2% chicken in it was neither tender nor flavorful. The salmon rolls tasted fishy and the rice was way too hard. But the worst thing about it was the sauce on it, which smelled like a cold bath and didn't taste any better. All in all, we couldn't finish the sushi and had to give almost everything back. The only positive thing was the service, which made an effort. Unfortunately, effort alone is not enough. Therefore 1 star and never again.. ☹️

Too much rice. You get full but lose out on enjoyment.

De Pokebol was een beetje sla met wat gepureerde zalm en heel veel rijst. Ik durf rustig te stellen de slechtste ooit gegeten. Van iemand die vaak pokebals eet.

Der Laden vor Ort ist sehr klein, spezialisiert hat man sich daher auf Abholungen und Lieferservice. Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und schnell. Das Essen ist gut und meiner meiner Meinung nach einer der besseren Sushis hier in Jena. Die Preise sind fair, Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und daher zu empfehlen. Besseres Sushi ist schwer zu finden.

Haben hier bestellt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir hatten (unter der Woche) bestellt und Sushi kam nach 40min. Geschmacklich war es Top und preislich auf ähnlichem Niveau wie der Wettbewerb. An der ein oder anderen Stelle sogar etwas günstiger. Größe der Sushi war übrigens voll in Ordnung … Ich würde mich weit aus dem Fenster lehnen und hier erneut bestellen. ;-)

Nachdem ich mehrmals gute Erfahrung gemacht habe, nun leider mehrmals auch schlechte. Die letzte Bestellung wurde komplett falsch zusammengestellt (nicht meinem bezahlten Preis gerechtfertigt- nur die billigsten Rollen). Zudem waren die Sushirollen nur mit Reis gefüllt. Eine kleine Gurke war enthalten. Leider auch keine Reaktion nach Beschwerde per Email. Schade… aber eine weitere Bestellung wird es nicht geben.

Es war lecker und schön. Nur etwas irritierend war, dass vorne Musik lief und in der Küche auch. Für uns aber kein Problem.

Ich habe schon öfter hier bestellt und war jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferzeit ist wie angegeben. Das Sushi ist frisch und die Auswahl ist toll. Gute Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten. Die Burritos sind mega!

Schmecken tut's ja. Ob's dort immer hygienisch zugeht? Hmmm hab da Zweifel. Beim Wechselgeld rausgeben noch die Handschuhe angehabt vom zubereiten. Very Strange!

Ein toller Laden. Hell, sauber und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Die Bestellung wird schnell bearbeitet und vor allem sind die Zutaten frisch und es schmeckt echt lecker.

Ich bestelle oft bei Sushi Deluxe und bin immer zufrieden. Heute hatte ich leider Grund zur Reklamation. Das Team hat meine Reklamation jedoch total freundlich angenommen und mir mein Sushi noch einmal geliefert! Vielen Dank dafür, ich habt wirklich leckeres Sushi und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter :-)

Was ist nur los bei euch? Wir haben schon oft bei Sushi Deluxe Jena bestellt und waren mit der Qualität des Essens steht’s zufrieden. Leider fehlten bei nahezu allen letzten Bestellungen Wasabi + Ingwer. Heute kam noch eine extrem lange Lieferzeit hinzu. Am Telefon musste ich 2x sagen, dass ich den Wasabi + Ingwer nachgeliefert bekommen möchte. Schade, sehr schade. Wenn das beim nächsten Mal wieder so passiert, bestellen wir nicht mehr bei euch.

Leider hat der Glasnudelsalat gefehlt. Das Sushi war sehr schlecht gerollt und geschmacklich fad. Zusätzlich habe ich auf etwas ungenießbares, bitteres gebissen. Eventuell Avocadoschale. Die Garnelen in Tempura waren einfach nur wabbelig. Alles in allem sehr lieblos und enttäuschend. Wir werden nicht noch einmal kommen.

Etwas länger gewartet aber es hat sich gelohnt 🤤. Frisch zubereitet mit Liebe und Sau lecker 👍👍👍

Wir haben hier 2h vorher bestellt und unser Essen kam nach mehreren nachfragen mit einer Stunde Verspätung. Und trotzdem war das warme kalt.

Niedlicher Laden. Leckeres Essen. Freundliche Bedienung. PS.: Habe zu spät ans Bild gedacht, daher ist der Teller schon "angegessen". Frisch angerichtet sah es sehr gut aus.

Essen wird alles frisch zubereitet und ist sau lecker. Immer wieder gerne.

Ich war eigentlich von Anfang an sehr begeistert und habe gerne bestellt. Die letzten 2 Bestellungen waren leider enttäuschend. Crispy Sushi war leider alles andere als crunchy. Die Panade war kaum vorhanden und sah noch sehr hell aus. Dementsprechend matschig war das ganze. Die Makis werden gefühlt immer kleiner und der Lachs immer weniger. Ingwer und Wasabi vergessen ect. Sushi Deluxe ist leider nicht mehr meine 1. Wahl.

Guter Service, lecker essen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
