We already ordered a few weeks ago. The food came way too late and various things were missing. These were then delivered later. Today we thought we would give the company another chance. Again we waited for the food. After an hour we called and they said it was on the way. That was a blatant lie because we didn't get anything delivered at all. We have never experienced such impudence. This store is dead for us, we will never order anything there again. You should steer clear of this supplier who brazenly lies. There are better ones!

Great products and really tasty

Always either an hour early or over an hour late for delivery. Unfortunately, we never received the food anywhere near the order time.

Mega delicious food. Friendly staff and they fulfill many wishes. Whether sushi or wok dishes, everything is fresh and delicious.

Ordered for the first time. 2 hours of waiting time, that's just underground. The food is ok, but nothing more.

We had it delivered. The food was still hot. My crispy duck with fried noodles was really tasty (I add a little sauce to it at home), and my portion came out on two relatively large plates.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is only mediocre. The prices are then too high for that.

If we want to eat Asian food in the area, we resort to Sushi & Wok! I'm one of those who collects, as delivery to Schwarzenbek is unfortunately too expensive for me. (Minimum order value of €30 + approx. €3.50 delivery fees) So far our food has always been delicious and, above all, hot. Also on the transport route home. We ordered something for pickup on Monday. Unfortunately we weren't in time, so I called. Nothing was a problem, very understanding and friendly on the phone! We'll be happy to pick something up there in the future. 😊

We love picking up sushi locally. No matter whether we order it there directly or over the phone, it always works perfectly and is always very tasty. This is why we have recommended it many times. Unfortunately this time there are 2 minus points for the delivery. We ordered around 6:15 p.m. and expect it to take about 30-45 minutes. But when there was still nothing here after 90 minutes, we called them. The driver will only be back at the store from the pre-delivery in 13 minutes and will be forwarded to us immediately. We'll probably get something extra as compensation (I'm excited about that). So we're waiting for over 2 hours :-( now it's 8:10 p.m. and we're excited when the bell will ring. At least I hope it still looks and tastes as good as usual.

Delicious sushi and other delicacies. The staff is friendly, good service.

We ordered a few weeks ago and were disappointed. We wanted to give it another chance today because we always know it to be delicious, but today the disappointment was/is even greater! The fried chicken rolls are definitely not fresh but are extremely dry, the shrimp still have shell on them and there is an excessive amount of chili mayo on the sushi rolls, so that the sushi only tastes spicy! You ordered something worth €95 and got a small bowl of wasabi, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce? That was definitely the last time we ordered there today.

I ordered crispy duck with Thai curry sauce and a soup with shrimp. The delivery was quick and good, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the food. Everything was far too sweet and all spices were missing, even though I specifically asked for it to be spicy. In terms of taste, the food was a disappointment - I would have preferred to eat in the hospital, it would at least have been healthier.

Very tasty sushi and super cheap. The sushi is fresh, the selection is fantastic, the prices are really cheap and the taste of the sushi is sometimes really nice... varied, creative, something different, so in the boxes. I'm excited. The wasabi pulls your sinuses out through your nostrils, as it should, there was soy sauce and eel sauce with it. I would have liked more pickled ginger, which is perhaps the only minimal drawback. Chopsticks, soy sauce, eel sauce, wasabi, ginger were all included. The soups were boiling, meaning they still tasted okay the next day because the sushi was also very rich. The poke bowl was described as a real revelation, but I can't say anything about that personally. The delivery was a little later than stated, but my God, Geesthacht isn't exactly around the corner from me. That was all within reason. Here you can order and enjoy with a clear conscience. I'll be doing this more often now!

After almost 3 hours the sushi is here, hallelujah. After calling twice and putting it off, we were able to eat it. No chopsticks, no sauce for the sushi and the sushi was probably not prepared with love. That's a real shame and was the last time I ordered there.

Roast duck was very dry and looked unappetizing.

So unfortunately the food is tasteless. no salt. just tasteless noodles and rice.

Placed a large order for a celebration. Geesthacht is 50 minutes away from us and yet the food came on time. Our sushi was extremely beautifully prepared and everything was delicious. Always my pleasure.

As someone who picked things up myself (I usually have them delivered), I was able to take a look into the “kitchen”. Clean, tidy and fresh preparation. Personally, I wouldn't eat on site... the cooking process was just too loud for me. Prices shown did not match the amount I had to pay. I still haven't figured out an explanation yet, but whatever. As always, the food was simply super tasty and I remain loyal to Sushi & Wok... as an online orderer

If you are too busy and cannot meet demand promptly, then reject orders or inform customers!!! After an hour I asked and was told: it's a holiday, a lot to do, it's time to order in the next few minutes. I would understand that too. After more than 2 hours without delivery, I was called to say the avocado was sold out, what could they offer me instead. At that point I assumed my order had been lost despite asking and I had satisfied my hunger with my frozen food. I replied to the lady that I had eaten after more than 2 hours and the order was no longer valid.

NEVER has an order been so disappointing. My friend ordered our food through Lieferando at 5:40 p.m. After a whole 2 hours there was still nothing. I called the branch and was told a lie: food is almost here. Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that. At 8:40 p.m., a full 3 (!!!) hours after ordering, the cold, tough, inedible "food" arrived. We can't explain all the supposedly good reviews. I saw some more angry reviews from today on Lieferando - these have since gone. I have no idea who is playing games - I can at least provide proof of our order via Lieferando upon request. We will definitely never order here again! The branch was later no longer reachable by telephone. But you would probably have been lied to and brushed off again anyway.

Although the food is really great and I order there regularly, every time I wait 2 hours or more for delivery. That's why only 3 ⭐️

It’s a pity for the time and money wasted, we ordered a set for 50 €, and ended up eating rice with nori and cucumber. If you want to eat delicious food, I do not recommend visiting this establishment.

Food was also very tasty and okay. Delivery was quite quick. Regarding service, the driver was not given enough change. But otherwise satisfied

I love it everything is hand made and with quality

You order your food at a specified time and even 2 hours in advance and then you call them after the food doesn't appear at the specified time and then they say the driver is leaving now. Then you call again 40 minutes later and then they say the driver needs at least 20 minutes. In my opinion, that doesn't work at all. That you almost have to wait over 2 hours for your food!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was very tasty but wasn't exactly cheap either. Although we ate there, the prices posted there were not current and a small sign indicated that they wanted to take the prices from the internet. In my opinion, the prices could have been changed quickly, no, they should have.

I would love to know what it is!? Flak?! Membrane?! (100% it's not an egg! I saw it, I got it and I can tell the difference between an egg + it wasn't in the pasta, it was in the meat) The leftovers were supposed to go to the trash, but instead they ended up in food. You might puke!

The soups and the sushi chicken are very tasty

We ordered 4 dishes to take away. And we sat down for a few minutes until everything was ready... the shop makes a very clean impression, the furniture and benches also make a great impression, especially the embroidery on the benches with the color combination, it looks really great. The food itself was a large portion and neatly packaged. Nothing burned or anything... You could park your car in the backyard. Gladly again

Es wird Überfall ob lieferando, auf der eigenen Homepage oder oder oder eine Lieferzeit von 60 min angegeben, nach 2 Stunden ist immer noch nichts da auf Nachfrage wo denn das essen bleibt ja der Fahrer ist unterwegs Das ganze ist nicht das erste mal passiert Würde man dort nicht anrufen und nachfragen wo das essen bleibt, würde man bis an sein sehliches Ende wahrscheinlich warten

Ich liebe denn Laden einfach das beste Shusi ever, hier in Geesthacht ist es echt schwer ein Shusi Laden zu finden der Baked Shusi macht sprich nicht roh und mega lecker kann ich nur empfehlen.

Hatte am3.9 gegen 20:40 bestellt. Essen kam 3 std später!. Eine Frechheit!! Das man nicht erwarten kann das eine Bestellung von geestacht nach Mölln 1 std brauch ist klar, aber 3 std?! Bedeutet ja das man denn Fahrer erst nach knapp 2 std 20 nach unserer Bestellung losschickt, das muss nicht sein. Und das ist zum 3 mal der Fall!! Essen super, Service Katastrophe. Keine Empfehlung wenn ihr euer Essen paar Kilometer zu euch liefern lassen müsst

"WOK spezial, vegetarisch " für 11,30 €: ja, vegetarisch war es und es hat durchaus geschmeckt...Eine sehr große Portion Nudeln in brauner Soße, 4 Mini-Streifen frische Paprika, ein Esslöffel Frühlingszwiebeln und ein paar Tofustückchen. Für den Preis einfach eine Frechheit!

Essen wieder sehr lecker, schmackhaft und vor allem heiß. Personal (Lieferant) freundlich und Lieferung ging schnell. Gerne wieder

Muss ich nicht noch einmal haben. Zusammen fassend kann man sagen, dass das Essen lieblos und nicht umbedingt authentisch und nicht besonders schmeckt! ALSO LIEBER LASSEN

Wir haben das zweite mal dort essen bestellt und zweimal kam die Bestellung nicht korrekt bei uns an. Beim zweiten Mal wurde die richtige Bestellung erst 36 min später geliefert und das falsche Essen wurde zurück verlangt. Kulant wäre gewesen, wenn man wenigstens das höre behalten können. Essen gut, Service schlecht - bestellen nie wieder dort.

Sehr leckeres Sushi und Pokebowls. Wartezeit war okay, dafür war das warme Essen sehr heiß. Alles alles in Ordnung.

Ich weiß nicht wie das Essen schmeckt, aber in meinen Briefkasten, auf dem "Keine Werbung" steht, vier große Speisekarten zu schmeißen, ist bescheuert. Zeugt von einem Mitarbeiter, der seinen Job nicht ordentlich machen wollte und ist einfach nervig

Der beste Sushi Laden in der Umgebung. Super lecker, alles frisch zubereitet. Total nettes Personal, perfekter Laden, vielleicht ein bisschen zu günstig für die Qualität.... ;-) Danke!!! Das ist vor 2 Jahren gewesen :Leider stimmte die Angabe der Lieferzeit nicht annähernd. Essen dann kalt und auch noch das falsche.... Einen Stern für den außergewöhnlich freundlichen Fahrer

Das erste Mal bestellt. Zitronensuppe und Rindfleisch scharf. Ich fand es sehr gut. Große Portion und alles noch richtig heiß. Pünktlich auf die Minute zur gewünschten Zeit angekommen. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal 👍
