After 90 minutes there was still no food, I called several times and the driver came straight away and then I got rude on the phone. Definitely the last order from this store!

If I could I would give even more stars. I ordered via Uber eats and it arrived 20 minutes early, great! The food arrived very appropriate for breaking the fast (Iftar). I am very grateful! I hope you will be richly rewarded.

I waited 4 hours for my order from the restaurant no call no information no apology nothing then I called on the phone I was lied to they couldn't reach the driver for 4 hours he took the orders and went missing whoever believes the food I ordered never arrived I then ordered somewhere else every restaurant always has the same excuses how many times do you want to tell the same lies unbelievable how customers are viewed these days there was a time when the customer was king now it's the complete opposite unfortunately you have to give one star

I ordered here 2/3 weeks ago and was accidentally sent the wrong delivery. When I mentioned this, you immediately apologized and now even after these 2/3 weeks without any problems, you sent me this order free of charge. Great shop and great food. Everyone makes mistakes, but I thank you for your reliability.

Absolutely unbelievable. Order came way too late. Apparently they called several times because the ingredients weren't available... And in the end something else was simply delivered. It doesn't work at all! When I called back and asked what went wrong, I was just complained about on the phone. It was definitely our last order there.

Ordered there for the first time today. Delivery arrived much too late and unfortunately not all parts of the order were there. After calling again, the meals we had forgotten were sent to us. Unfortunately, the ingredients are not stated completely or are simply stated incorrectly. The comment during the phone call that a dish was not described as spicy fell on deaf ears because it could have been "obvious". At least we got a €5 voucher... The minimum order value is €10, which is why this is unfortunately no longer an option. And about the food: it was delicious. However, in our opinion it is not worth the high price. There are better shops around here. Unfortunately, I can't recommend anyone to order there. In the end maybe we were just unlucky but we won't find out anymore 😅

I have now ordered very often via Lieferando and each time the delivery time was over three hours... According to the app it should take between 30-45 minutes. I ordered at around 6:20pm and my food didn't come until 9pm! Before you order there, you definitely have to have eaten something, otherwise you'll starve from all the waiting. I will never order there again!

Review: The order was placed for 60 euros. The delivery was delayed by two hours. I called the restaurant, but I was treated unkindly there too. They ended up giving me the most tasteless sushi imaginable - it really wasn't something to look at. Also, there were cutlery and all the trimmings for just one person, which is just ridiculous. Never order from this restaurant, there are many alternatives that are much better.

Updated a few years later: unfortunately the place was downgraded. I can't order for delivery anymore because they raised their minimum order prices. Also many dishes are cold, like edamame or fried sushi rolls! How is a fried sushi roll cold?!!? If it's freshly made, it should not be cold. They also got charged the menu. I will order somewhere else now. WOW! I'm so excited! I've now ordered the "Wakanda Bowl" for the second time and feel the need to write a review because the food is just sooooo good! Fresh and super tasty. All the ingredients fit perfectly into this bowl. mmmmmmhhh! A bowl also really fills you up. The delivery also went smoothly! Unfortunately, the delivery person didn't have any change with him to change my note for a tip.

As always great. I've been ordering there for three years and have never been disappointed. Of course the delivery can take longer, but apart from 10-20 minutes I didn't have a bad experience 🙏🏻

Fresh, delicious and absolutely recommended! I recently ordered takeout from Sushi Palace and I really love it! The order included a bowl and various sushi, and I have to say, everything was perfect. The sushi was incredibly fresh, you could taste the quality of the ingredients straight away. The bowl was not only super tasty, but also filling, which pleasantly surprised me - bowls usually aren't enough for me, but this one did the trick! Overall, a very successful and delicious experience. I can recommend Sushi Palace to anyone who wants to enjoy fresh and tasty sushi!

I don't know why we always give the store another chance. Yes, the sushi tastes quite good (but you can get it elsewhere too), but you just have to wait an extremely long time for your food. Unfortunately, waiting 3 hours is standard. It's a shame, the shop has potential but definitely needs to work on this point. After calling 100 times, someone answered and brushed us off straight away and told us that the food was in front of the door and that they had left it there! We ordered via Lieferando, and after 40 minutes only part of our order arrived. We were told that the second part should arrive in 10 minutes. After several phone calls, we only received our complete order after hours. The boss wasn't particularly friendly on the phone. As expected, the food arrived cold. We will not be ordering here again in the future. That was all a no go.

Ordered food in the middle of the week 1:15 hours in advance of 6:30 p.m. because there were still follow-up appointments. The delivery date was confirmed with the order confirmation. Food arrived at 7:20pm - over 2 hours after the order was received, which caused scheduling difficulties. No availability by telephone between order and delivery. Asked the supplier to forward the callback request. This did not happen. Even 1 day later I couldn't be reached by phone. We would have canceled the order if the real delivery time had been communicated.

Ich habe früher immer gerne dort bestellt & hatte auch nie Probleme bei der Kommunikation, beim Geschmack oder bei der Lieferung. In letzter Zeit sind jedoch gehäuft Vorfälle, in denen sich die Bestellung EXTREM verzögert. Bei dem Versuch das Restaurant telefonisch zu erreichen, geht niemand dran. Aktuell ist die Lieferung schon 40 Minuten zu spät und die Anzeige steht auch bereits seits 50 Minuten auf “die Bestellung wird bald eintreffen”. Nennt den Kunden doch bitte einen realistischen Zeitrahmen und lasst sie nicht im Ungewissen.

Haben dort Essen vorbestellt. Der Lieferant kam 45 Minuten zu spät bei uns an. Zu dem Zeitpunkt hatten wir die Zahlung schon storniert und die Annahme verweigert. Telefonisch war für Rückfragen niemand erreichbar!!!

Online bestellt. Nie angekommen, telefonisch nie erreichbar. Mieser geht kaum!

Die Lieferung hat sich um mehr als 90 min verspätet, bei telefonischer Reklamation ist das Personal em Telefon frech und uneinsichtig, und dann ist das Sushi nicht mal lecker. Wir können nur abraten, selbst bei Rewe schmeckt es besser.

Ambiente kann mann nicht bewerten ist ein reiner liefer Dienst aber wer selsbtabholt kriegt 10 % Rabatt

Eine freundin und ich haben uns zusammen ein vegan sushi menü bestellt für 22€(+1€versand) Wir haben uns sehr gefreut dass es direkt ein zusammengestelltes veganes menü gab, denn meistens gibt es davon höchstens vegetarische. Das menü fanden wir gut, auch wenn wir es ein bisschen teuer fanden. Wir würden nocheinmal bestellen, wenn wir wieder in dieser area sind und sushi wollen. ( der lieferant war extrem nett und die lieferung kam auch 15min. früher als erwartet)

Noch nie in meinem leben so leckeres Sushi gegessen! Endlich Sushi mit Qualität und so viel Auswahl! Wow! 😍

Gerade bei lieferando für 25€ für meine freundin bestellt...Essen war top ich selber esse eigentlich kein sushi aber muss sagen es hat sogar echt gut geschmeckt :) Lieferant War auch sehr sympathisch!

Machen wir es kurz und schmerzlos. Unterstes Ende von Essbar... Geschmacklos , nicht mehr wirklich frisch, und dafür viel zu teuer. Geht zu Rewe , da ist das sushi besser.

Sushi kann nicht jeder, aber Sushi Palace kann dies definitiv. Absolute Empfehlung für leckeres Sushi in FFM. Ob für eine Person oder für 10 Personen, die Angebote sind für jeden Anlass perfekt.

Essen ist wirklich sehr gut, allerdings beim Lieferservice bisher immer gute 2 Stunden gewartet bis es ankam … hoffe dass sich das in Zukunft verbessert. Küche selbst ist wie gesagt top.

Das Essen rechtfertigt den Preis nicht. Der Reis war teilweise nicht durch, wie man auch auf dem Foto sieht, Reis ist weis innen. California war mit sesam anstatt kaviar. Bei der bestellung gabs ein fehler, es sollten 2 kleine hänchen spieße sein, statdessen hatten wir anderen sushi bekommen was wir nicht schlimm fanden. Wir hatten 31 euro bezahlt, selbst im suppermarkt bekommt man besseren sushi zum günstigeren preis und das mit Kaviar. Leider ziemlich entteuscht. Wäre dieses essen die hälfte kosten hätte es vielleicht den preis gerechtfertigt mit vielleicht 3 sternen..

I ordered from this place and it was okay. Not bad but not super good either, compared to other places I have been to/ordered from. Don‘t order Edamame, they‘re super boring - not even salty. The tempura rolls were good!

Diesmal habe wir auch eine Bowl bestellt , war auch sehr lecker und frisch. Die Auswahl entspricht meinem Geschmack. Schade, das man nicht Vorort speisen kann. Preis/Leistung sind in Ordnung.
