Sushi Mana Reinickendorf in Berlin

I've already ordered a lot of things from Sushimana, but yesterday I got the impression that the chicken had already been fried twice, so it was reheated. Sushi fell apart in the chopsticks. The good thing came at night, poisoning to the point of dehydration. I can't even get up today because it's really acute and painful.

The food tasted very bad and we didn't get much for the money (40€). The food was very dry. I definitely can't recommend it

Its always fresh and I was very understanding that they are busy. They try their best to deliver as quick as possible, and their food is really worth it!

I have ordered there often and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately not anymore, the food has gone down a lot (it just doesn't taste like anything without spices, etc.). Delivery people are incredibly unfriendly and in a bad mood (every time), and they never have change. I'm always happy to give a tip, but not €10. The service is no longer a service! I don't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered there yesterday because it also had good reviews. The food arrived after about 25 minutes, I ordered sushi, wantan, soup and fried shrimp twice. The only thing that tasted good was the fried shrimp. And what I found worst was that neither soy sauce nor wasabi was delivered. I had to eat dry sushi. And I also have a stomach ache today... I will never order here again.

Sushi Mana has become my favorite restaurant because the food, both sushi and rice or noodles with chicken, tastes very, very tasty. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and can only be recommended.

I just ordered and 20 minutes later the food arrived. It was really tasty, especially fresh. I order from Sushi Mana at least once or twice a week. However, the same delivery person has come three or four times so far. He's really unpleasant and looks like he's about to hit me. It really scares you...next time the door won't be opened!! The other suppliers were really nice.!!

Wrong food delivered, everything was there

Very bad sushi! I will never order it again. The avocado was too hard and they are clearly saving on the salmon to improve their profit margin.

So the sushi tastes very good, but unfortunately the people who deliver the food are super unfriendly. Sometimes they don't even say hello without just giving you the bag. Maybe it's because sometimes I didn't leave a tip, which I would have loved to do, but strangely you can't do that via the Wolt app and I just almost never have cash. I still don't think it's okay to be treated so unkindly.

The food tastes very good, I can only recommend it and for today's prices it's very cheap, but you still get great quality from an absolute favorite shop

So far I've only tried sushi and it's really delicious. I just didn't think the employee with the headscarf was very friendly, she should be more friendly. After all, you don't come begging. You buy with your own money but you still get stupid service. Otherwise everything was very tasty👍🏻👍🏻

Food was delivered relatively quickly. Ate sushi with tuna last night and had stomach cramps all day today. I suspect there is a connection and would not order there again as a precaution..

In the office we ordered here regularly (at least once a week), most recently on April 11, 2024, 3x menus (chicken bowl) for lunch, ordered via the company website. That same evening a colleague and I got diarrhea... it lasted for 3 days! I described the incident to SUSHIMANA by email and received no response or feedback. Lately there has been more and more rice in the bowl instead of vegetables, the taste of the bowl was good, hence the star but not writing an answer, unfortunately it's not possible, especially with an incident like this. That's why I won't be ordering here anymore.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Are these the best bowls I've ever tried? Probably, not. But they are always fresh, taste good and the service is great. Ordered many times, not a single thing to complain about. They even fixed the wrong delivery instructions (my mistake) a couple of times. The price to quality ratio and the level of service just makes it our default option for ordering food delivery.

Ordered pasta with shrimp. Arrived almost cold, and no taste, hardly any vegetables, shrimp hard and not edible (for the trash can). Not recommended. Are only on the toilet with above. And that was the last meal of the day at around 7pm.

This is my third time ordering, which means it tastes good. It's phenomenal how fresh these products are. My favorite is the Mana Bowl. Everything in it and super aromatic. Thank you so much for the delicious fresh food.

The worst thing I've ever eaten. Wrong sauces and the taste of the sushi is sooo disgusting. I've never eaten anything so bad. The worst thing is that there was a hair in there. I would never buy food there again.

I ordered from Lieferando for the first time and unfortunately I have to say my food tastes like an ashtray. Rice with crispy duck, the duck tastes great but unfortunately the rice doesn't taste at all But still a plus point for the fast delivery

The fried rice with tofu and the springrolls are incredible.

Ordered for delivery and was pleasantly surprised. The food was still nice and hot and tasted very good. I can highly recommend the peanut sauce with the fried rice.

When I eat sushi, my sushi comes from Sushi Mana. Food tastes always fresh. We order always a menu and some Mana Rolls for my vegetarian partner, it’s difficult to order sushi for a vegetarian since most places just pack everything together, that doesn’t happen when we order from here. Today there was a little problem with my order, I called and the issue was addressed immediately, the missing item came very fast. Thank you for the great costumer service. Will continue ordering with you.

Super fast delivery, top food, top prices...Sour hot soup has vegetables in it and you can tell that it's fresh. The wontons are extremely well filled and not over-baked, so you don't have the feeling that you're just crumbs of dough in your mouth Sushi is clearly excellent. I don't know where the "bad" reviews come from, but I haven't been disappointed in the last few times and can only recommend Sushi Mana.

Sehr leckeres und auf jedenfall frisches Sushi. Die Poke Bowl sind eine andere Liga, einfach nur mega lecker. Lieferung geht auch immer sehr schnell und die Lieferanten sind auch recht freundlich. Bin Stammkundin und bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Leckere Sushi, sehr schnelle und freundliche Lieferung. Schön so einen Sushi Laden um die Ecke zu haben. Ist weiterzuempfehlen.

I had sashimi sake. It comes with 12 salmon pieces and rice. Apparently it comes with some veggies as well, but there were non of this mentioned in the description. The rice was nice, the fish was good. Definitely nice way to have a very filling lunch/dinner. Also came with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger.

Früher war ich Stammkunde und mit dem Essen zufrieden, das ist aber der einzige Grund, warum ich 2 anstatt 1 Stern gebe. Die Lust auf das Essen ist mir nachhaltig vergangen, nachdem ich das eine Mal ein (Bart?)haar im Essen hatte und bei der letzten Bestellung mehrere Stücken Eierschale + Außenhaut einer Zwiebel im Bratreis hatte. Die offensichtlich fehlende Gründlichkeit bzw die Lieblosigkeit der Zubereitung gibt einem zu Denken, ob die Küchenhygiene und Sauberkeit des Kochs ebenso wenig beachtet wird. Die letzte Ente kross hatte Ähnlichkeit mit Beef Jerky oder Dörrfleisch, da man sie anscheinend viel zu spät aus der Friteuse geholt hat.

Habe ueber Uber-Eats bestellt. Es wurde Thunfisch statt Lachs in meine Sushirollen getan. Ich hasse Thunfisch und konnte leider nichts davon essen. Konnte auch leider nicht anrufen, weil sie dann geschlossen hatten.

Poke Bowl mit Chicken ist nicht von dieser Welt. Schmeckt einfach megalecker. Sehr gerne wieder.

Es war sehr lecker! Lieferung in 56 Minuten- es war für mich völlig in Ordnung. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

Bestellt über Uber Eats. Leider etwas wenig Sashimi in der Sashimi Bowl, dafür durchaus leckeres Sushi und schnelle Lieferung.

Lieferung war nach ca 30 min hier. Alles gut und appetitlich verpackt. Geschmacklich hervorragend! Nette Lieferung, bin begeistert!

Definitely better quality than the one in Moabit. The poke bowls don't compare in terms of ingredients amount. I'll keep ordering from here.
