Miso soup and crunchy rolls were not so delicious. I have ordered kitchen gyoza which didn’t taste like kitchen at all. It might be that tastes differ, but me, personally, would’t recomment this place for asiatische lovers. Though the service and music was good.

We had the pleasure of eating at Sushi für Hamburg Hohenfelde and overall it was a very positive experience. The quality of the food was excellent – ​​fresh sushi, superbly prepared and very tasteful. The selection is diverse and offers something for every taste. The service was also great: friendly, attentive and quick. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and invites you to linger. The only point of criticism is the price. The food was great, but about 10-15% overpriced compared to other sushi restaurants in Hamburg. Still, it's definitely worth a visit if you're willing to pay a little more for quality. All in all a very good experience, with only a small compromise in price.

I've been there several times and a man has always served us. One gentleman is really very respectful and courteous. Today we went to all you can eat again. This time a woman served us. Right from the start she seemed very uninterested. She then brought us our orders - since she was unfortunately uninterested and absent, she of course wrote down the order incorrectly and brought us the wrong rolls. We didn't want to make a big deal about it and didn't mention it. The sushi here is really more than satisfactory and we think the price is okay too. However, the waitress hardly cared about us, we always had to wait a long time until she noticed us and brought us new rolls. Even when we wanted to pay, her behavior was very disrespectful. I wanted to ask them to pack the few sushi as they have done this on all my visits so far. It would have been enough if she had denied it. But without looking at us or listening, she strictly and harshly said “no take anything, no food, done”. She then went to the checkout while the other guests looked at us in amazement. She then came back and tried to sort the situation out somehow. I explained to her that it's rude if the customer speaks and wants to ask something and then she just walks away. She then reached for our plates without us asking her to. Like we wanted to steal the sushi and she wanted to save the food from being packed up. The highlight was that she then told me: "I'm your mother's age, you have to be respectful." I'm incredibly upset about this treatment of customers, we felt very unwelcome.

We are happy to order here for pickup. Always freshly prepared, even with a pick-up discount. It is advisable to order in advance using your cell phone or PC so that there are no long waiting times when picking up. There is table service in the restaurant itself. It is friendly, modern and inviting here. We would advise against parking here, as it is chargeable on the main street or free every day after 8 p.m.

We were there on a Thursday at 8:15 p.m., almost all the tables were occupied, but apparently only one waitress was present, only the take-away customers were served, there were always some there. The guests at the neighboring table also said it was taking far too long. We looked at the menu intensively, but after the waitress didn't pay any attention to us, we left after half an hour. I understand if she is alone, but with some information it will take longer and telling the guests waiting at the counter that it will take a short time and going to the tables would be the least. Very disappointing, I was happy to try the restaurant.

I had a very unpleasant experience in the restaurant. Unfortunately I found an insect in my Rocket Roll (salad roll), it was just crawling out of the roll and onto the plate. I immediately turned to the waitress and showed her the little animal, but she assumed it wasn't that bad and that maybe it had just fallen onto the plate. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't handle the situation well at all and gave me... 10% or a new role offered. That doesn't work at all. Just out of goodwill, they could have shown me more understanding and perhaps adjusted the invoice accordingly.

This is really the best bowl I have eaten in Hamburg.

We must have made a mistake when ordering online for pickup, so at the end we read that we had it delivered. Despite calling the branch directly to correct the error and have us collect it, we were denied the 30% self-collection discount in an unfriendly manner. The 10% discount for online orders was also not a goodwill gesture. The sushi was ok. Only the tuna was a bit fibrous.

Nice shop, friendly service, great selection! Drinks tend to be higher priced. We bought the all-you-can-eat for €24.90. We each had 4 pieces of sushi left over and wanted to take them with us. This was denied because you are not allowed to take anything with you at the all-you-can-eat. My question as to whether it would be better to throw everything away was answered in the affirmative. Does it have to be that way? I understand that you can't order whole portions and pack them up, but taking some leftovers with you is fine. This urgently needs to be improved.

Sushi is great, unfortunately the service is not. We have often ordered or picked up sushi for Hamburg from various shops, but unfortunately there were problems with this one. We had ordered a meal to pick up and were even a little late due to traffic. When I went in and wanted to pick up my order, my order couldn't be found at first. After about 5 minutes I was told that they had sent my order out by mistake. It can happen, even if it's not entirely obvious, since we live completely at the other end of Hamburg and the receipt said "for pickup" in large red writing. I was then told they were calling the driver to come back. So I was allowed to wait another 10-15 minutes until the driver came back. Everything was fine up to this point, but when the food came back (some of it already cold), they didn't even apologize properly and I was then allowed to pay the full price. If they had at least offered a drink or something similar as an apology, everything would have been fine, but what? If you have no idea about service, then you shouldn't run a restaurant. When we finally got home with the food, it was already completely cold. It's a shame because the quality of the food is otherwise very good. We will avoid this sushi for Hamburg shop in the future.

The price-performance ratio is really good. As a pickup you even get a discount on top. What I didn't like was that the order wasn't ready on time and you had to wait unnecessarily on site.

At short notice we decided on Sushi ToGo today and put together a small selection. The order and the pick-up process worked without any problems and in connection with the 30% pick-up discount you can't say anything about the prices... After this first attempt at sushi for Hamburg, we will definitely not order here for the last time, because the quality is very good and the selection is absolutely sufficient..

There are many great and, above all, super tasty variations here, both to take away and to eat directly in the restaurant, that you rarely find anywhere else. After a short wait, you can take your favorites with you and enjoy them. Everything is very fresh and beautifully presented. Although the price is a little higher than the usual "sushi average", the price is definitely worth it. Next time in Hamburg we will visit this restaurant again and enjoy this delicious sushi again.

Food was great. Only the music mentioned in the other reviews makes a longer stay in the restaurant a test of nerves of the first degree. The fact that there are people who voluntarily listen to this style is one of the great mysteries of humanity. No, seriously, the perception of music is of course subjective and the playlist is a matter of taste. But a more balanced music selection wouldn't hurt.

Can happen… There was a terrible smell of acetone on site because there was a nail salon right next to it. OK with the 30% discount. Otherwise it wouldn't have been worth the price.

Das Essen soll in Ordnung oder auch in Teilen gut sein, aber der Service war bereits zu Beginn absolut unterirdisch. Es mangelt an Gastfreundlichkeit und Zuvorkommen. Der "Kellner" verschwand, ohne eine Bestellung aufzunehmen, für mehr als 7 Minuten in der Küche. Die Regeln für das "all you can eat"-Angebot erklärte er postpubertär desinteressiert und undeutlich. Um die Stimmung auf den Nullpunkt zu befördern, lief im Hintergrund in unpassender Lautstärke deutsche Rap/Pop-Musik. Als Lieferdienst soll das Restaurant einen guten Ruf haben. Vor Ort war es eine Katastrophe - schade.

Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und preislich kann man sich das nicht beschweren. Außerdem haben sie eine große Auswahl an vegetarischem sushi, was als schwangere natürlich traumhaft ist. Wir hatten wirklich einen schönen Abend da. Alles war frisch und schmeckte. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, nur es hat insgesamt ein bisschen länger gedauert. Ich würde mich auch noch über mehr Getränkeauswahl freuen. Aber sonst alles Top!

Wir haben hier bereits mehrfach Sushi To-Go bestellt und zuhause gegessen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr leckeres, frisches Sushi und die Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend. Die frittierten Speisen sind sehr reichhaltig, das sollte man wissen, aber auch sehr lecker. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Organisation vor Ort, dort ist es beim Abholen manchmal etwas chaotisch. Es ist mehrmals zu kleinen Fehlern mit den Bestellungen gekommen (fehlende Sauce, lange Wartezeit, etc). Was aber positiv zu erwähnen ist, ist der Kundenservice in einem solchen Fall. Auf meine E-Mail wurde sehr konstruktiv und freundlich reagiert.

Der Sushi ist lecker, aber die scheußliche Musik ist viel zu laut und das Personal könnte freundlicher sein.

Das Sushi wurde sehr schnell frisch zubereitet. Es gibt außerdem eine vielfältige Auswahl an Sushi (auch viele vegetarische und veganes Sushi). Der Service ist freundlich und das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Definitiv einen Besuch wert für Sushi-Liebhaber in Hamburg!

Coole Atmosphäre. Design spricht jede Altersgruppe an. Essen ist sehr sehr gute, und frisch. Der Service ist aufgeschlossen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Einfach super, netter Service, unsere Riesen Bestellung war pünktlich fertig, und es schmeckt sehr gut ! Gerne wieder !

Ich war zum ersten Mal in dem Sushi Restaurant. Es ist neu, hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Auf das Essen eine Lachsbowl musste ich nicht lange warten und auch den Mangolassi nicht. Mein Wunsch, den Rotkohl durch Kimchi und eingelegten Ingwer zu ersetzen, wurde problemlos erfüllt. Das Essen war frisch und lecker, bis auf den Kimchi, der schmeckte einbisschen alt leider. Und der Mangolassi mit Walnüssen war auch nicht ganz so meins, aber das ist ja dann Geschmackssache Die Bowlportion war sehr gross (reicht eigentlich für 2), und daher dann wahrscheinlich auch der Preis. Insgesamt 27€ inkl..Getränk. Ein sehr schöner Laden, in den ich auf jeden Fall nochmal gehen würde.

Beste personal und sehr freundlich beste Sushi

Bisher waren wir vom Sushi immer begeistert. Geschmacklich und auch von der Optik gab es nie was auszusetzen. Das einzige was ich bemängeln könnte, wäre die Miso Suppe. Geschmacklich war die Brühe Oky aber was halt sehr schade war, dass vielleicht 3 mini mini streifen Tofu drin waren und 2-3 Blättchen von den Algen. Für den Preis erwarte ich mehr Einlage in der Suppe. Auf dem Bild ist auch Naturtofu zu sehen- in der Suppe selber war es der frittierte Tofu. Würde ich anpassen!

Essen ist lecker. Jedoch lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Wir saßen 2 Stunden beim All you can eat (24,90€) und durften nur 2 mal was bestellen. Unsere Teller wurden nicht abgenommen und unfreundliche Kommentare wurden abgegeben als wir nach Schalen für die Sojasoße gefragt haben. Wir mussten selbst zur Kasse mit den Tellern gehen, um zu betonen, dass wir noch bestellen möchten, woraufhin wir nochmal warten mussten. Wozu all you can eat anbieten wenn ihr nicht mal Bestellungen aufnimmt. Es verschwendet nicht nur Geld sondern auch Zeit.

Dieses neue Restaurant bietet leckere Sushi Menüs mit ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Preise sind sehr angemessen und für die Kombination Preis und Qualität gebe ich fünf Sterne.

Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker, leider dauerte es etwas zu lange bis das Essen ankam ich weiß nicht woran das lag ob es an dem neuen Personal lag oder die Kommunikation schlecht war... doch trotzt dieser langen wartezeit zeigte der Service Kompetenz und war zuvorkommend.. im großen und ganzen sehr gut auch hübsch eingerichtetes Restaurant definitiv ein Besuch wert
