Ich liebe es wirklich total, hier zu essen. Die Kellner sind sehr herzlich. Ihre Udon-Nudeln schmecken mir unglaublich gut, unbedingt probieren! Ein Nachteil ist, dass das Lokal sehr klein ist. Außerdem ist es sonntags und montags geschlossen – manchmal habe ich Lust auf das Essen, kann aber nicht kommen. Ich hoffe, sie könnten einen weiteren Tag öffnen.

Ausgezeichnete und super frische Sushi, die wie die in Japan schmecken! Schnelle und sehr freundliche Bedienung. Ruhige und freundliche Atmosphäre. Alles perfekt!

Das Sushi ist total geil. Allerdings: wir machen stets 2go. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist echt wie im OP Saal.

War voll lecker and fresh . Das könnte ein kleines Juwel von einem Restaurant sein, und vielleicht hat es mir gerade deshalb so gut gefallen, weil ich in guter Gesellschaft war. Trotzdem kann ich es wärmstens empfehlen.Und eine Reservierung ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss, da das Lokal recht klein ist.

Sehr gute authentische Sushi wie sie sein sollten. Ohne unnötigen Schnick schnack wie alles in Mayonnaise übergoßen. Super Sushireis, perfekte Temperatur, gutes Verhältnis Reis/Fisch. Etwas Potential haben die Sashimi - meiner Meinung sehr dünn geschnitten. Die Auswahl ist in Ordnung. Preise sind sehr fair. Ich würde Sushi-Do eher als to go empfehlen oder wenn man kurz mal leckere Sushi essen möchte, ohne viel Zeit dort verbringen zu wollen. da z.B die Toiletten auf Anfrage im Keller sind. In Summe sehr gute und leckere Sushi zum sehr guten Preis (und ich bin Sushi Liebhaber seit 20 Jahren und sehr kritisch)

Ich war gestern das erste Mal mit meinen Kindern da. Wir waren schon öfters Sushi essen, aber gestern war eine neue Erfahrung für uns. Wir hatten noch nie so leckeres Sushi! Einfach nicht zu überbieten!

Das Mittagessen im Sushi Do war einfach fabelhaft! Vom Service bis zum Essen war alles super! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich habe schon mehrere andere Sushiläden in Hannover ausprobiert. Hier sind sie am frischesten und am leckersten. Kein fischiger Geruch, nicht zu locker und nicht zu fest gerollt, einfach gut, frisch und lecker, hier schmeckt man die frische Fischqualität! Als Tipp für Preisbewuste: "Sushi-Do Maki" -- gute Mittagsportion, diese ist zwar ohne Nigiri (Fisch liegt oben auf) aber dafür genug zum satt werden und dabei trotzdem lecker. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis bei der Qualität. Ich hätte immer gern mehr Sojasoße pro Portion und wenn man mehr haben möchte, muss man sie bezahlen, das ist schade. Zum Glück auch in der Woche wieder ab 12:30 Uhr geöffnet 🙏. Da ich in der Nähe arbeite ist es praktisch für die Mittagspause. Für mich das Beste Sushi der Stadt. Such perfekt zum liefern lassen, da Sushi eh kalt ist 😅.

Mein Mittagessen allein zu meinem Geburtstag war einfach herrlich! Meine Nigiri waren superfrisch und ich hätte am liebsten noch mehr probiert. Die Udon-Nudeln waren auch sehr sättigend. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein schönes Plätzchen für eine kurze Pause mitten in der Stadt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall mit der ganzen Familie wieder. Vielen Dank! ☺️

Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so ein authentisches und gutes Sushi in Deutschland gegessen. Der Reis ist einfach eine 10/10 – richtig japanisch, perfekt gewürzt und vor allem nicht süß, so wie es sein soll. Genau so schmeckt Sushi in Japan! Die Qualität des Fisches ist hervorragend, alles super frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Tradition und echtes Handwerk gelegt wird. Für mich definitiv eines der besten Sushi-Restaurants überhaupt. Ich komme garantiert wieder – absolute Empfehlung! 🙌✨

Schönes Sushi Restaurant. War sehr lecker und die Bedienung war super lieb. Ich würde euch empfehlen vorher zu reservieren. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es weil es leider keine Toilette gab und es drinnen alles sehr eng war. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, ich komme bestimmt mal wieder:)

Hab sehr gute Erinnerungen an das Essen gehabt, ist allerdings schon 2 Jahren her. Habe vor halben Stunde das Set Yama für 18,-€ zum mitnehmen gekauft und jetzt gegessen, es war leider leider nicht mehr wie früher! Der Reis war zu kalt und zu hart! Alles etwas lieblos und sorry aber es hat nicht frisch geschmeckt! Als ob es einfach jemand gemacht hat der zwei mal zugeschaut hat… Schade! Hatte mich sehr gefreut! Der Service war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit dass es schnell geht…Danke dafür! Ist aber leider in dem Fall nicht von Bedeutung wenn das Essen nicht schmeckt.

Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung! Tolles Sushi, ein überaus höflicher Umgang und tolles Personal. Der Gastraum ist eher klein, wir bekamen aber direkt einen Tisch. Uns wurde sogar etwas zum Probieren angeboten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!!!

My first time at Sushi Do, but definitely not my last. Delicious sushi, a great menu with plenty of variety. Friendly and attentive service. Thank you! The seating is a bit cramped, but you can still easily have a conversation with your fellow diners. I'd gladly come again, and the prices are absolutely fair and reasonable.

A very small café, friendly staff, and fast service, but I didn't like the rolls; they were dry. For dessert, I tried mochi, which was good.

I've been visiting the shop regularly for years. In my opinion, Sushi-do is the most authentic sushi restaurant in Hanover. The quality and freshness of the dishes are always top-notch! My recommendation is the Dragon Roll, my absolute favorite 🥰

Due to the limited number of seats, we recommend making a reservation in advance, otherwise it can get crowded. There are also a few outdoor seating options, so you can enjoy it in good weather. The ambiance is simple and unpretentious, not overly "chic" – which is precisely why you feel so at home here. The quality of the food is impressive across the board: fresh, authentic, and prepared with love. Definitely the top address in Hanover for lovers of sushi and Japanese cuisine.

Luckily we weren't in this restaurant on the first day of our trip to Hanover, otherwise we would probably have invested our entire vacation budget in sushi... I can only agree with the comments, the sushi is by far the best we have ever eaten. We plan to come back just for that!

For me it's the tastiest sushi I've ever eaten!!! Very nice and friendly service. The atmosphere is typically Japanese!. A must for anyone who loves sushi. It is typically Japanese prepared and not European-style (fried).

It's a small place, but it has amazing sushi. We tend to stumble into random Japanese Sushi places during our travels. The quality of the sushi was really good and the presentation was amazing. I have to say it was one of the best sushi places I have eaten in Europe. Please note this is not a gourment sushi or fusion sushi place.

A culinary highlight! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You only have to deduct a star for the ambience due to the size. If you don't mind that or take the food with you, you've found your perfect shop here! The food is excellently prepared and the freshness of the ingredients is evident in every bite. It was a big surprise for me that exceeded all my expectations. Compared to many sushi restaurants in southern Germany, this is definitely one of the best. I myself ordered a large mixed platter with different varieties – simply brilliant!

Some of the best sushi i have ever tried for a very good price. You could really taste the tuna not like in other sushi places. The wasabi is also amazing, it's real, not like that green playdough you get in some places.

We ate at Sushi-Do on Saturday April 13th, 2024. Price performance is just right. All dishes were very tasty, came quickly and the ingredients were very fresh. The only thing we didn't like at all was the location of Sushi-Do. Right on a busy street, in close proximity to the main station tracks and also a very loud (at the time) bar next door.

The sushi was okay, I found the bowls very reasonable for the price. Ambience was constantly disturbed by delivery service providers. There were always drivers standing in the small restaurant and it was extremely drafty because the door was often opened. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who likes quiet atmospheres.

Incredibly delicious! Even a la kart, the price was completely reasonable. A very tasty miso soup, incredibly fresh sushi 🍣, little rice and very tasty, ripe avocado and fish. In our opinion, the best sushi restaurant in Hanover if you want to eat classic sushi. Starting with the high quality of the basic products, as well as the fish/rice ratio and the price/performance ratio are absolutely consistent here! Our must haves here: small Philadelphia, spicy tuna, sashimi and to drink the Japanese soda, the name of which I can't remember at the moment.

Delicious sushi and chirashi at reasonable prices. The service is friendly. Only the cramped and not particularly comfortable atmosphere and the constant influx of people picking up food marred the overall experience a little. Overall, a very good address.

Be sure to pre-order if you want to pick something up. The restaurant has a few tables, maybe the atmosphere is traditional, but I prefer to eat at home. Definitely check it out, definitely again. We were there on Saturday evening, a reservation a few days in advance is necessary. The waitresses were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was very authentically decorated. The extremely delicious food arrived within a few minutes. Prices tend to be high, but commensurate with the quality. Only recommended. Edit January 2024: The sushi is still delicious and, in my opinion, traditionally Japanese. There are few dishes, but they are tasty. There is no fried sushi, but there are various Japanese drinks. The moji for dessert was equally good.

One of the best Sushi Places in Hanover. Been there today with a friend of mine and we had some Edamame, Nigiri, Maki and Green Tea from a Can. It was delicious and all around nice visit. Ich war heute mit einem Freund dort und wir haben Edamame, Nigiri, Maki in verschiedenen Sets gegessen und dazu grünen Tee aus der Dose probiert (lecker). Es war generell rundum lecker und ein gemütlicher Besuch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Sushi Restaurant! Das Sushi war super lecker und die Bedienung war super freundlich und auch extrem aufmerksam (mir ist ein Stäbchen runtergefallen - bevor ich mich überhaupt bemerkbar machen konnte um nach einem neuen Stäbchen zu fragen, stand sie mit neuen Stäbchen bereits neben mir). Mir gefällt auch, dass das Restaurant etwas kleiner ist, das macht es irgendwie gemütlicher. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit allem!

Die Tunfischnigiris waren Klasse...und das lag an der Qualität des Tunfischs! Alle Maiks, Nigiris und Saschimis waren frisch, aromatisch und einfach zum Reinbeißen!

Das japanischste Sushi Restaurant außerhalb Asiens, in dem ich je war! Qualität ist super. Ich empfehle besonders die Varianten, die man anderswo nicht bekommt, wie z.B. eingelegter Makrele (Saba).

Lebhaftes kleines Lokal mit sehr gutem Sushi.

Bestes Sushi und Hannover und Umgebung. Qualitätslevel ist nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Sushi lokalen. Der Service ist auch unglaublich freundlich und höflich. Vorsicht, im Gegensatz zu anderen Sushi Läden gibt es hier keine fancy 0815 baked rolls, die ohnehin nur in die Fritteuse geschmissen werden um vom überkochten Reis abzulenken. Hier bekommt man Klassisches Sushi mit perfekt aldente gekochtem Reis und dazu ein paar ausgefallene Sorten.

Ein kleines gemütliches Restaurant mit unglaublich köstlichen Sushi. Die Preise sind top und der Service überaus freundlich. Wir haben eine halbe Stunde vor unserem Aufenthalt telefonisch reserviert, das empfehle ich auch. Aus meiner Sicht bisher das beste und frischiste Sushi in Hannover. Wenn noch die Sushivariante mit Lachs, Avocado und Philadelphia auf die Karte kommt, wäre ich persönlich der glücklichste Mensch 😉

Hier gibt es einfach das beste Sushi aus Hannover! Seit Jahren komme ich immer wieder her und es schmeckt jedes Mal richtig gut. Der Laden ist schön klein und gemütlich und die Leute super nett. Ich bin einfach nur happy und zufrieden :)
