Essen war gut. Service nett aber vergessen einen schnell… trotz falscher Lieferung, konnten wir zwei mal Sushi essen

Mein Sohn war gestern bei der All you can drink Party, 20 EUR Eintritt., Tickets hatten er und seine Feunde online gekauft. Vor Ort dann keine Getränke inklusive. Weil sie sich beschwert haben, haben Sie dann einen 5 Euro Gutschein bekommen. , also 15 EUR Eintritt. Ich glaube das nennt man Betr... Klar lässt sich mit 20 EUR Eintritt und Getränke Flat kein Geld verdienen. Aber warum man so vorgeht ist mir ein Rätsel.

Leider war meine erste Bestellung zur Lieferung von Face Sushi eine große Enttäuschung. Ich war bereits mehrmals in Ihrem Restaurant und war immer sehr zufrieden – sowohl mit der Qualität als auch mit der schönen Präsentation der Speisen. Deshalb habe ich mich ohne Bedenken für eine Lieferung nach Hause entschieden. Leider entsprach das Ergebnis überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Eine Bestellung im Wert von etwa 55 € sah leider sehr lieblos aus. Die Sushi-Rollen waren ungleichmäßig geschnitten, der Reis fiel teilweise auseinander und der Lachs war verrutscht und unsauber aufgelegt. Besonders enttäuschend war die Präsentation der warmen Rollen: Die Soßen waren sehr unordentlich verteilt, wodurch das Ganze wenig appetitlich wirkte. Ich kann nicht beurteilen, ob dies bei der Zubereitung oder während des Transports passiert ist – als Kunde bewerte ich jedoch das, was letztendlich bei mir angekommen ist. Auch geschmacklich konnte mich die Bestellung leider nicht überzeugen. Die Sojasoße war für meinen Geschmack viel zu salzig, und insgesamt entsprach die Qualität nicht der, die ich von Ihrem Restaurant kenne. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass die Lieferung pünktlich angekommen ist. Allerdings enthielt die Bestellung für drei Personen zwar drei Portionen Sojasoße und drei Paar Stäbchen, jedoch nur Ingwer und Wasabi für zwei Personen. Besonders schade ist, dass diese Bestellung Teil eines schönen Abends mit meinem Mann sein sollte. Leider wurde unsere Vorfreude dadurch deutlich getrübt. Ich hoffe sehr, dass Sie der Qualität und Präsentation Ihrer Lieferbestellungen künftig mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken. Der erste Eindruck spielt gerade bei einer Lieferung eine große Rolle.

Hallo, ich bin kein Fake-Account. Restaurant war i.O., man kann hier Essen, muss man aber nicht. Das Sushi ist durchschnittlich, keine Geschmacksexplosion. Bedienung ist durchschnittlich, es vergisst Teile des Essens. Rhabarberschorle hatte keinen Sprudel, die Cola war gut (könnte Pepsi oder Coca Cola sein). Scharfe Soße auf dem Sushi schmeckt nicht so gut. Die Lampe auf den Tisch, war leer, deshalb Abzug beim Ambiente.

Mit Abstand das beste und leckerste Sushi, das ich bisher gegessen habe! 🌞🍣 Ich komme immer wieder mal hierher, wenn ich in der Stadt bin. Man muss zwar manchmal etwas länger warten, aber das lohnt sich absolut. Der Service ist super freundlich und aufmerksam. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ich hatte verschiedene Sushi Varianten; die Auswahlmöglichkeit war groß. Das Essen war lecker, wenn auch nicht herausragend. Der Service war nett und schnell, das Ambiente sehr angenehm. Wird jetzt nicht mein Lieblingsrestaurant, kann man aber gut hingehen, wenn man in ruhigem Ambiente Sushi essen möchte. Es gibt aber auch ein paar andere Gerichte.

Mein Freund und ich waren an einem Montag Abend hier essen, für unser 1 Jahr anniversary und ich bin sehr sprachlos. Wir kamen rein und konnten kaum aussprechen das wir eine Reservierung hatten. Das Restaurant war sehr Lehr, vllt 8 gäste insgesamt. Aber dennoch haben wir auf unsere Cocktails mehr als 10 Minuten gewartet. Das Essen kam auch Recht spät und es würde bei der Bestellung sogar was vergessen raus zu bringen, wo rauf wir dann nochmal 15 Minuten gewartet haben. Im Anschluss hatten wir auch nochmal eine Flasche Wasser bestellt die dann auf dem Dressen stand für 5 Minuten bevor es dann zum Tisch kam, wohl angemerkt dass der Dressen auch in der Zeit leer stand. Die Frauen Toiletten war etwas dreckig, alles leicht kaputt und siffig, da macht das bissel Deko auch nicht viel. Wir hatten am Abend insgesamt zwei Kellnerinnen, die erste hatte uns auch in den Empfang genommen hatte und uns nicht hat aussprechen lassen. Die zweite die dann auch zuständig für uns war, war etwas verpeilt aber freundlich. Die Lautsprecher sind auch etwas laut gewesen, so mindestens der über den Tisch sodass man sich schlecht unterhalten konnte. Die Stühle sind auch alle leicht bis sehr schmutzig. Wir haben auch mehr als 20minuten auf die Rechnung gewartet. Im großen und ganzen stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht und ist einfach nur teuer. Wir werden aber nicht wieder kommen. So viel steht fest.

Zum Jahrestag dort gewesen, Service hat die Reservierung nicht gelesen, sehr lange auf essen gewartet und der Cocktail (pinã colada) war auch nicht so der Hammer und kam ohne Eis. Bis auf die Optik ist das Essen auch sonst nichts außer teuer in meinen Augen. Auch auf ein Glas Wasser durften wir 10 Minuten bei leerem Haus warten

Das Ambiente ist eigentlich schön, wenn die Tische und Karten nicht so schmutzig wären. Das Sushi hat gut geschmeckt. Der Service war insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider mussten wir an einem Sonntag, obwohl nur wenige Tische besetzt waren, fast eine Stunde auf unsere drei Sushi-Rollen warten. Eine der Rollen wurde zunächst vergessen, was aber nachgeholt wurde. Insgesamt war die Wartezeit für die kleine Bestellung jedoch deutlich zu lang. Schade, denn geschmacklich hat das Sushi überzeugt – mit einer besseren Organisation wäre der Besuch deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Wir bestellten fünf Sushi-Rollen und waren sehr enttäuscht. Uns wurde zwar gesagt, dass das Sushi hier nicht das beste sei, aber wir hatten nicht erwartet, dass es so schlecht sein würde. Die Rollen waren praktisch geschmacklos. Der Reis in der Box war zu Brei geworden – alles sah unordentlich aus, und die Rollen waren sehr achtlos gestapelt, als wären sie einfach in die Box geworfen worden. Die Sojasauce war viel zu salzig und hat den Geschmack nur ruiniert. Für zwei Personen war viel zu wenig Wasabi und Ingwer dabei. Der Wasabi selbst war völlig geschmacklos – er schmeckte wie normales Pulver ohne die nötige Schärfe. Ich bereue es sehr, Geld und Erwartungen verschwendet zu haben. Wir werden hier definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht! Wir haben die hohen Bewertung gesehen und uns deswegen für dieses Restaurant entschieden, leider können wir die hohen Empfehlung nicht nachvollziehen. 1. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis die Kellnerin unsere Bestellung aufnahm, das Besteck brachte und das Essen servierte, obwohl das Restaurant nur zu 10 % besetzt war. 2. Der Lachs in allen Sushi-Stücken war nicht frisch, sehr weich und feucht, er fiel sofort auseinander, sobald man ihn mit den Essstäbchen anfasste. Auch der Thunfisch war nicht mehr frisch, das Fischfleisch hatte eine seltsame dunkelbraune Farbe. 3. Bei der Abrechnung erhielten wir keine detaillierte Aufstellung unserer Bestellung, sondern nur den Gesamtbetrag – fast 100 Euro. Das war eine teure Lektion. Wir kommen nie wieder hierher!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, leider war der Service enttäuschend. Wir mussten sehr lange auf unsere Getränke und das Essen warten, außerdem wurde unsere Bestellung nicht vollständig serviert. Beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde uns nicht erklärt, wie die Bestellung funktioniert, und wir fühlten uns eher ignoriert. Als ich die Reste zum Mitnehmen einpacken lassen wollte und nach etwas Sojasoße fragte, wurde mir gesagt, dass diese nur bei Online-Bestellungen erhältlich sei. Dabei hätte ich sogar gerne extra dafür bezahlt. Das gute Essen konnte den schlechten Service leider nicht ausgleichen.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant aufgrund von Bewertungen besucht. Wir waren am Wochenende da, es waren Plätze frei und unsere Bestellung wurde blitzschnell aufgenommen. Wir warteten etwa 25 Minuten. Wir bestellten Sushi-Rollen mit Tom-Yan-Suppe. Alles war köstlich, alle waren begeistert. Alles war frisch, wunderschön angerichtet und vor allem lecker. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr leckeres Sushi und schön angerichtete Speisen. Der Laden ist modern, stilvoll und hat eine wirklich angenehme Atmosphäre. Perfekt, wenn man etwas Besonderes essen gehen möchte. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für den Service. Das Personal wirkte teilweise etwas unfreundlich bzw. wenig herzlich, wodurch man sich nicht ganz so willkommen gefühlt hat. Insgesamt aber definitiv einen Besuch wert , vor allem wegen des guten Essens und des schicken Ambientes.

Ich versteh den Hype nicht um den Laden. Der Service war nicht besonders freundlich, man hat sich nicht eingeladen gefühlt, hier sollte nachgebessert werden, 2 Sterne. Das Sushi war OK, mehr aber auch nicht. Ja, es war schick angerichtet aber geschmacklich hat es nicht wirklich überzeugt, ich würde schon fast sagen kurz vor langweilig, 3 Sterne passt ganz gut. Ambiente ist sehr schick, volle Punktzahl.

Meiner Meinung nach waren die Wartezeiten für die gebotene Qualität viel zu lang. Wir warteten einmal 40 Minuten auf eine zusätzliche Portion Sushi, und das Essen wurde vom Service völlig vergessen. Ich fand das Essen ziemlich unauthentisch; insbesondere die Ramen entsprachen nicht meinen Erwartungen an ein traditionelles Gericht. Das Sushi schmeckte mir nicht frisch, und mir persönlich war nach dem Essen nicht gut. Insgesamt war es eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, die ich nicht empfehlen kann. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass viele andere kritische Bewertungen von dieser Seite verschwunden sind. Diese Bewertung ist durch Artikel 5 des Grundgesetzes geschützt.

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und einem top Service.

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Freitagabend hier essen. Das Restaurant war nicht sehr voll, daher war die Lautstärke angenehm gemäßigt. Wir wurden aufmerksam bedient und bekamen sehr schnell Getränke und Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Das Sushi war besonders schön angerichtet und außergewöhnlich lecker. Das Ambiente ist sehr stylisch durchdacht und gemütlich und wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Service war eine 1 von 5, unsere Bestellung wurde nicht richtig aufgenommen und haben dann insgesamt 30 Minuten auf unser ganzes Essen warten müssen und auch nachfragen ob das Hauptgericht noch kommt dazu war die Dame Mega unfreundlich und unmotiviert Das Essen selbst war sehr gut und sehr lecker Das Ambiente in den Restaurant ist etwas zwischen runtergekommen und edel die Toilette benötigt unbedingt eine Renovierung

Meine Familie und ich waren heute Sushi essen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen – das Sushi war frisch und lecker, der Kellner sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, und das Ambiente war wunderschön. 🤔🤔🤔 Ich habe Suppe bestellt, aber geliefert wurde nur die Flüssigkeit und ein paar Pilze. Wo sind die Garnelen? Die Suppe kostet fast 10 Euro!! 😞

An verschiedenen Tagen habe ich mehrmals versucht, Sushi zu bestellen. Fast immer haben sie mich sofort zurückgerufen und gesagt, dass sie die Bestellung nicht liefern können. Diesmal habe ich um 13:00 Uhr Sushi für 17:45–18:00 Uhr bestellt. Ich habe vorher extra angerufen und gefragt, ob die Lieferung möglich ist – man sagte ja. Am Ende bekomme ich aber genau um 18:00 Uhr einen Anruf, dass die Lieferung nicht möglich ist.

Das Essen war etwas zu salzig und nicht sonderlich kreativ. Das Ambiente war bei dem uns zugewiesenen Platz nicht schön. Der Tisch hat gewackelt und das Personal war unerfahren.

Es war nicht schlecht, die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. KOMMT NICHT HUNGRIG – die Wartezeit beträgt mindestens 40 Minuten. Es gab keine kleinen Schälchen für die Sojasoße. Der Geschmack ist gut. Minuspunkt: Es gibt keine Sets für mehrere Personen. Auf dem Tisch lag viel Kerzenwachs.

Das Essen war ganz lecker. Der Service hingegen katastrophal! Der Aufenthalt dort war nicht zufriedenstellend! Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend da. Die meisten Tische waren leer, auch als wir gegangen sind. Wir baten, dass man uns umsetzt weil es zu kalt war neben der Tür zu sitzen und ich komplett gefroren habe. Daraufhin meinte der Kellner nur er könnte nichts machen. Komisch, dass da aber so viele freie Tische waren. Abgesehen davon, dass ich den ganzen Abend dort gefroren habe, konnten die Kellner nicht mal vernünftig deutsch und die Verständigung war auch nicht normal möglich. Er hat uns falsche Getränke gebracht, hat nicht verstanden was wir von ihm wollten und hat sich unsere Bestellung abfotografiert von unserem Handy, weil er wie gesagt kein Deutsch richtig konnte. Von so einem Restaurant hätte ich auf jeden Fall mehr erwartet.

Essen an sich war ganz in Ordnung, preislich etwas hoch aber dafür frisch. Service war leider weniger gut, auf Fragen reagierte man irgendwie genervt. Wir hatten leider ein Platz direkt an der Tür was ziemlich unangenehm war wegen dem Durchzug. Bei dieser Preiskategorie kann man gern etwas mehr erwarten, insbesondere was Service betrifft.

Der Laden ist Recht groß und dadurch im Winter sicherlich nur mit großem finanziellen Aufwand zu beheizen. Das merkte man, zum Glück trägt man bei der derzeitigen Witterung Pullover. Das Essen war gut, es gibt sicherlich besseres Sushi, aber alles in allem seine 4/5 Sterne wert.

Ich liebe Face und bin immer gerne hier gewesen…. aber heute ZUM GEBURTSTAG MEINES SOHNES haben wir es eigentlich bereut - Lounge bestellt aber im Saal gelandet und es war unglaublich kalt sodass wir uns unsere Jacken anziehen mussten Das Essen hat dadurch nicht mehr nach dem bombastischen FACE Essen geschmeckt. Viel zu schade

Ich habe Tom Yam bestellt, aber die Suppe war extrem sauer – ich konnte nicht einmal ein paar Löffel essen. Außerdem waren keine Pilze enthalten, obwohl sie in der Speisekarte angegeben waren. Die Sushi waren ganz in Ordnung. Leider war die Wartezeit sowohl auf das Essen als auch auf die Rechnung sehr lang, und der Service war insgesamt nicht besonders aufmerksam.

UNRELIABLE, POORLY ORGANIZED, NO SERVICE AT ALL, NOT RECOMMENDED. Ordered, waited over an hour. Then a call: delivery not possible after all. Shortly after, new information: not for another 3 hours. I'd give it zero stars if I could! The ENTIRE STORE RUNS DOWN BECAUSE OF THE STAFF'S SERVICE.

Unfortunately, the service this time was completely unacceptable. I placed a normal order and only received a call afterward. After more than an hour of waiting, I inquired about my delivery and was told that they supposedly couldn't deliver to my area. Then they even said the food wouldn't arrive for another three hours – even though I had already waited an hour. That's simply unacceptable. The customer service on the phone was also a disaster, with absolutely no willingness to help. And the food itself isn't what it used to be. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, I can't agree with all the positive reviews. The food is okay, but nothing special. The interior is nice, but that ends with the restrooms. It's all style and no substance. Our first sushi platter arrived after 30 minutes, without cutlery or even any idea who had ordered what. Each dish arrived individually, and it took over an hour before the last person got anything to eat. There was no service staff. No one made any effort or asked if we wanted drinks. You're supposed to order from the staff, but you can scan the menu via QR code, not order through the app. In short: More style than substance, the worst service I've ever experienced, and average food.

Ein großartiges Erlebnis im Face Sushi Restaurant & Bar in Hannover. Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch, geschmacklich hervorragend und schön angerichtet. Der Service war ausgezeichnet – besonders ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, der uns mit großer Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit bedient hat. Leider erinnere ich mich nicht mehr an seinen Namen, aber er war palästinensisch-syrisch und hat einen bleibend positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Angenehme Atmosphäre und ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

I used to go there regularly, but for the past few weeks I've noticed the service has become very poor. We sat there for about 15 minutes and no waitress came to us. Some of the staff just sit on their phones 📲 and don't seem to care about their jobs. It's a shame…

The location is amazing, especially in the evenings. I waited a long time even though it was practically empty, but they gave us a free roll of sushi as compensation. It tastes delicious and looks great.

It's a really lovely restaurant with a great selection. Despite our mistake with the order, the restaurant didn't disappoint because we waited a little longer for the second order. (It was maybe only 5 minutes, but it felt like it.) I felt a bit awkward about it, but the service was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if we're ever in Hanover again, I'll definitely go back. I've never experienced such a great service from ordering to paying. If I could give it six stars, I would. If you're visiting Hanover and looking for a place to eat, I highly recommend this restaurant for a lovely evening.

WOW! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SUSHI EXPERIENCE! I tried such incredibly delicious sushi for the first time in Hanover – at the FACE restaurant! I had heard a lot about this place from my friends, but this sushi truly exceeded all my expectations! I ordered takeout and only had to wait about 20 minutes. The order was prepared super quickly, even though there weren't many customers in the restaurant. Perhaps you have to wait a little longer on weekends, but that would be perfectly understandable – good quality sometimes takes a few extra minutes. The sushi was fresh, perfectly rolled, and the taste was simply sensational – you can taste the quality of the ingredients! I was particularly impressed by the salmon, which simply melted in my mouth. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. ⭐ If you're in Hanover and want to try real, high-quality sushi – FACE is definitely the place to go! I'll definitely be back! 🍣👏

Today we ordered sushi for delivery. We used to always pick it up ourselves, and everything was excellent. The delivery arrived on time, but unfortunately, that's where the positive impressions end. The maki were completely disintegrated, and instead of eel, there were just chunks of fat. The salmon in the Philadelphia roll was rubbery—you could barely chew it. The eel in the Philadelphia unagi was full of bones and practically all fat, as if they had just thrown in leftovers. The evening was completely ruined.

The truly delicious food unfortunately can't compensate for the poor service. Unmotivated staff who seem more interested in finger-twirling their trays than attending to guests. It's a shame, but it's clear they don't care about customer satisfaction.

The sushi was very tasty, but some of the avocado in the rolls was quite dark, which is a bit disappointing considering the price. The ordering process for dine-in is rather inconvenient. Orders are placed using a QR code, which offers a 5% discount on orders over €60. However, when paying later, it's stated that this discount only applies to pick-up orders. So, you either have to announce your pick-up order in advance or simply forgo it altogether. The service staff was also completely inattentive, and we had to chase after every little thing that should be standard practice. Unfortunately, I wouldn't consider returning.

Based on the good reviews, I ate dinner here. Positive: The food was good. Negative: The smell in the restaurant was unpleasant, and the gum-chewing service was practically nonexistent.

Everything was a 7/10, except the Pornstar Martini wasn't good.

Very tasty sushi, some of the best in recent years. It's a shame you can't order platters; you can only order all the different sushi pieces individually. But it was truly exceptionally delicious.

If you want to eat something other than sushi/fish, everything still tastes like fish. The prices are pretty high, though. The restrooms were dirty. Those of us who had sushi were satisfied, though.

I spontaneously stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. From the outside, it looked closed, with no advertising, no menu, and dark windows. The inside was very cozy and nicely decorated. The food came very quickly (but I was the only customer) and tasted great. Prices are reasonable. Cash payment wasn't possible due to a lack of change, and unfortunately, card payments are only possible with an EC card. I'd be happy to return.

The owner tried to delete this review, but, as you can see, it was unsuccessful. It's clear that the owner is incapable of accepting criticism, which is a shame. Currently, I'm 3-0 down on the attempt to delete my review. First, the positive: The food was delicious and beautifully presented. That's about it. We had a reservation for four people, and since the restaurant was relatively empty, we were allowed to choose our seats. The table hadn't been cleared yet, which isn't a problem in itself. But instead of the lady clearing the dishes right away, we sat there for what felt like an eternity until they were finally cleared. The table wasn't really wiped, so I did it with the napkin that wasn't cleared at the table. Then we were given plates, but no cutlery. Two of the four plates were damaged, and the chipped spots were nasty. We then ordered drinks. A person at our table immediately ordered a bottle of water, and when we asked if it was for everyone, we were told no. Nevertheless, we were given four glasses, which we didn't want because space at the table was already very limited. The glasses weren't even removed from the table until the large sushi platters arrived, and surprise, there was barely any room to put them down. We wrote down our own orders. We personally didn't like the fact that we didn't receive proper menus, but only a QR code that we could use to display the menu on our phones. When the waiter finally came to take our order, it was another disaster. We had to constantly correct him because he kept writing down the wrong thing. When the food arrived, we had to point out that we still didn't have any cutlery. There were three waiters at our table, and no one noticed. We also had to listen to the constant arguments with the people who wanted to pick up their food. So, nothing was really going well in the restaurant that day. When we wanted to order more drinks, we had to go and find the waiter ourselves. We decided we wouldn't return to this restaurant. With such high prices, I expect waiters to perform at this level, which wasn't the case here.

The food is delicious, no question! But waiting two hours is really tough! I'd rather order and pick it up. That way, you'll get your food much faster.

A restaurant with a great interior ambiance. The beer garden is a bit small but fine. However, the service in the beer garden was a bit reserved on a Friday when it wasn't that busy. The website's food presentation gives a fantastic impression of the sushi. In reality, however, it's nothing special. Everything tastes very similar. Sometimes it's a bit bland. We ordered a few dishes with raw tuna. This was replaced with salmon without comment. Overall, it's okay if you don't set your expectations too high based on the online presentation.

One of the worst sushis I’ve ever eaten. Ordered 2 rolls and 1 nigiri. One roll and nigiri came totally different from what I had ordered (nigiri with avocado instead of omelette, roll with omelette and shrimp tempura instead of avocado, surimi and raw salmon). Coke zero had no gas at all and plenty of ice. For 40 EUR I’d expect much more. Don’t go there!

I ate there again after two years. It was delicious back then. This time it was a complete disappointment. I got some of the wrong sushi, and the quality is very poor. A shame. I wouldn't go back, and I personally wouldn't recommend it either.

Today we picked up our order and were very disappointed. The sushi fell apart, there was almost no fish. We ordered on the website, there's a picture, but in reality it's completely different, and this isn't the first time we've been disappointed with this sushi. It's a shame that you pay money and they cut corners on you and don't use the product.

I've been a regular at this sushi restaurant for years and have recommended it to countless friends. Unfortunately, my last visit with my boyfriend was a complete disappointment, and we won't be returning. The place was at most half full, but the service was chaotic. We ordered our appetizers along with our drinks. The drinks arrived quickly, but the food took a long time to arrive. Although we reordered our main courses about ten minutes later, only one main course for one person arrived. The appetizers didn't arrive for another fifteen minutes. When the gyoza finally arrived, they were still slightly frozen inside and definitely not fresh or homemade. The edamame were full of water and seemed carelessly prepared. The salmon noodles tasted okay; the salmon and vegetables were good, but the noodles themselves were completely unseasoned. The sushi was overall okay, except for the R9 Thai roll, which unfortunately had very bad mango flavor. Even though it was my favorite sushi roll. Additionally, our Coke was forgotten. After waiting for twenty minutes, we finally went to the neighboring store to get one ourselves. For eighty euros, I expect quality and service, neither of which was present that evening. After years of loyalty, I regret to say I can no longer recommend this store. It's a shame.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The taste was quite good, but the vegetable gyoza was a bit bland, and the inside-out rolls had a bit too much sauce. The cucumber lemonade, on the other hand, was really delicious. The ambiance is very nice, and it wasn't too crowded.

On Wednesday, July 28, my boyfriend and I went to the restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Unfortunately, our request not to over-drink the sushi with sauce was ignored. Furthermore, our order was brought incorrectly. When I pointed this out to the employee, he spoke to me very disrespectfully. It honestly hurt me to the point of tears. Unfortunately, neither the sushi nor the salad tasted good. Furthermore, when we made our table reservation, we weren't informed in advance that not all cards were accepted as payment methods.

The sushi there was quite tasty. I ordered hot chicken rolls, but they weren't that warm when they arrived at my table. Otherwise, there were no problems. The cocktails there are definitely amazing! They taste really good. Overall, a good sushi place in Hanover!

My wife and I dined at the restaurant on the evening of July 24th and ordered sushi. The service was excellent – the evening team worked very professionally and with passion. The staff was attentive, polite, and friendly – you could feel their genuine concern for the guests. The sushi was incredibly delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. There was a slight delay in ordering, but the team immediately apologized and responded very sensitively. This further underscored the high standard of service. A big thank you to the chef and the entire team for the warm welcome and the wonderful dinner. We will definitely be back!
