Sushi Cube in Berlin

Good and cheap! Have been regular guests for years. The rice is sometimes overcooked and it's certainly not as good as far more expensive sushi in the area. Price-performance is great here, even if it has become considerably more expensive due to inflation. Usually one of the last shops here to close. Great for a late night snack. The fried ones are an insider tip!

Incredibly good sushi! Especially the nigiri! It's a small restaurant but the quality of the sushi and the craftsmanship behind it are phenomenal!

I found my bowl to be very good value for money! We waited a while to place the order. When the waitress finally came, we were asked to move. (There were only a few tables occupied outside and we made room for a family who arrived later.) I had to actively ask to be able to place the order. I ordered tuna and salmon was served. I'm sure if I hadn't said anything, they would have charged me for tuna (more expensive).

So the food is made at a very high level, it looks really, really good and also very tasty, the service was at a high level. We ordered a tuna ceviche and it was amazing and we ordered a couple combination which was a dream. Prices are a bit high as in Israel

This place used to be good, now it's bad quality sushi, which I guess makes sense given there doesn't seem to be a single Japanese person working there? The rolls were falling apart even before I touched them, it all looks messy, no attention to detail, the rice not sticky enough, and some of the fish have skin on them which I've never seen. Unsustainable packaging too...

I went to this restaurant three times last week. The service depends entirely on the respective staff. Some days totally good, other days unfortunately a bit listless and unfriendly. However, the food is really very good for the price!!

The food was so well the first time I was there it tasted almost as good as Mido's but the second time it wasn't the same The lady behind the counter filled boxes without gloves and opened the plastic bags with her mouth or her teeth.. I ordered mineral water twice and got 2 glass bottles for €6 each and then told the lady that I would only like one glass bottle because it was very expensive and it was also very small. The lady just looked at me in horror and took my glass and touched it everywhere and checked to see if I hadn't already poured something from the glass bottle into the glass. I personally found the way she did it rude, especially because she then gave me a look that I will never forget. Prices themselves are very good

I can't say much about the interior ambience. I sat outside and ordered the sushi menu “10” and I have to say, it really tasted very good. The soup that came with it was also very tasty. Add a nice Tiger Beer and the menu was well rounded. The service was great and very friendly and the prices are really okay for this “trendy area”. Nowadays, people in their own city of Berlin are happy when they can order from a store without having to speak English fluently. For this reason and the reasons already mentioned, I would definitely come back.

Price performance top. Open late. Miso algae fresh. Bowl could have been more expensive and more fish-heavy. But the majority probably prefer to eat it with sauce and vegetables. Total 1-.

A small but idyllic restaurant with really lovely staff. I've been there many times and never had to make a reservation in advance, there was always space and you were served immediately. You usually only have to wait 5-10 minutes for your food, which is also very positive. Plus, everything always tastes good, the prices are great and I can only recommend it to everyone

This used to be one of my favorite sushi’s in town with excellent food and the best prices. Today it was mid but at least it’s still not expensive. And what is this thing with not cutting off the ends of the roll.

I thought the sushi was just average; The rice tasted unseasoned, the seaweed was of poor quality and the selection, especially when it came to vegetarian options, was rather small. I wouldn't come here again and I think there are far better sushi restaurants in Berlin.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I picked up food, but I didn't really think the sushi was that great. I had sushi with tuna and I left it behind. The tuna was discolored and had a strong odor.

Unfortunately, I had to wait longer in the restaurant because many bags of wanted items seemed to have priority

So delicious. Each had a menu with miso soup and extras + wine and beer. What we had was extremely tasty (teriyaki skewers were bomb). Also very relaxed atmosphere (sat inside, wasn't busy). The menu is cheaper until 6 p.m., we were lucky to get there before 6 p.m.

Byliśmy tam w czasie parady równości. 🏳️‍🌈Kelner na początku wydawał się być niepewny, czy zaraz nie uciekniemy bez płacenia. Ale chyba miał sporo stresu z ludźmi, którzy wchodzili tylko po to, żeby skorzystać z WC… Ostatecznie zjedliśmy ze smakiem bardzo dobre sushi. Miejsce warte polecania.

Das Essen war sehr gut und kam schnell an. Dazu sind die Preise sehr fair.

Das Sushi ist frisch und schmeckt sehr gut. Eigentlich war es immer einer meiner Stammlokale in der Gegend. Nur der Service war schon besser. Zum bestellen bekommt man Stift und Zettel um seine Bestellung selbst aufzuschreiben. Die Kellnerin ist ziemlich aufdringlich und besteht bei der Bezahlung auf Trinkgeld. Schade eigentlich, denn alles andere stimmt.

Also der Laden war mal besser. Seit wann geht man in nem Restaurant und muss die eigene Bestellung aufschreiben? Kellnerin extrem aufdringlich und lässt kaum Zeit zum nachdenken. Meine Freunde meiden schon längst den laden aber ab jetzt gehts für mich auch nicht mehr hin.

Ich gehe alle 2 Wochen in diesem Restaurant essen und will jedes Mal teller ablecken. Ich bin vegan und find dort zahlreich Sachen. Es geht immer relativ schnell, der Service ist nett und ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit den Preisen. Wirklich wirklich bombeeeeeee ich küss euch

Ein kleinerer Sushi Laden in der Nähe des Bergmannkiezes. Leckeres und günstiges Sushi. Kann die Ebi-Tempura I.O. und die Fried Chicken empfehlen :). Selbstgemachte Limonade schmeckt köstlich. Laden ist bisschen klein, aber Bedienung war freundlich und schnell.

Just great sushi. My favorite was definitely the hot spicy tuna IO roll. For some reason they wouldn't accept our cards or the cards weren't working (unclear as we couldn't really communicate), but we ended up paying by cash, so not an issue. Again, sushi was really good.

Schwieriger Laden. Wir bekommen Cola light, obwohl normale Coke bestellt worden ist und ich Süßstoff überhaupt nicht vertrage. Der Sushi Reis ist schön warm unterm Nigiri und in den Maki. Dadurch schmeckt der Fisch leider nicht roh und frisch, so wie er schmecken sollte. Bei der Bestellung bitten wir darum, den Platz wechseln zu dürfen, weil wir mit unserem Gepäck sehr beengt sitzen und gerade neben uns ein Pärchen das Restaurant verlassen hat. Aber wir dürfen nicht, der Platz sei reserviert, die nächsten Gäste kämen gleich. Allen neu eintreffenden Gästen wird überraschenderweise gesagt, im Restaurant sei jeder freie Platz verfügbar, auch auf den Tisch neben uns wird gedeutet. Ungleichbehandlung passiert auch in Kreuzberg.

Nicht die beste Sushi.....die Platte ist nicht kalt gestellt....Sushi sind frisch aber nicht kalt gestellt. Geschmack ist nicht schlecht aber auch nicht besonders...... Die Nachspeise ist sehr lecker 😋 Die Bedienung ist frostig und nicht sehr freundlich......schlechte Tag gehabt? Nächstes Mal woanders.....

Top sushi zu einem guten Preis!

Virkelig god sushi til prisen , ungerne var glade og vi ligeså. Godt menukort. Betjeningen er meget japansk , høflig , korrekt , opmærksom , meget lyttende og utrolig fokuseret på om vi var tilfredse. Vi brugte 45 min med U-Bahn for at kommer derhen og det gør vi gerne igen.

Food is great and fairly cheap however, there were dead flies in the soy sauce and when we ask the waiter about it, they said that this is normal and we shouldn’t worry about it :/

Leider nimmt die Qualität zunehmend ab und ein Kellner ist sehr unfreundlich, bringt falsche Bestellungen und sorgt dafür, dass wenn man ihn sieht, lieber woanders hin geht. Schade

Been going to Cube for 15+ years but after last night, forget it - rude and arrogant attitude of their server, when being told they'd supplied an alcoholic beer despite a non-alcoholic beer being ordered.... Forget it. There are too many other good places to eat in Berlin, why bother eating in a place that doesn't care about the customer's happiness? Avoid, and go round the corner to Bergmannstr for sushi at Kamiko or 7 Sisters.

Fand den Laden vor 10-12 Jahren wirklich super. Freundlich, adäquate Preise. Mittlerweile oft kein Grüßen, Tische unsauber, und sashimi Portionen mittlerweile super teuer und winzig..

Die Sushi waren frisch zubereitet und alles war ok. Es gab nichts zu meckern ausser die Sitzmöbel am Fenster waren uns zu unbequem. Diese habe bestimmt schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Aber alles in allem gute 4 Sterne.

Sushi ist sehr gut, Preise relativ günstig, nur etwas eng der Laden.

Die junge Dame mit der Cappi war wirklich sehr freundlich, geduldig und authentisch! Selbst dann, als des öfteren unsere Karte zum bezahlen nicht funktionierte blieb sie ruhig und nett!:) Haben noch nie so günstige, aber dennoch so leckere Sushi gegessen wie dort! Wer sich also in Berlin aufhält und Sushi mag, sollte das Sushi Cube aufjedenfall auf die "TO DO- Liste" schreiben!

If you are vegetarian, you will love this place! Tones of very tasty options & fair prices. The inside out with sweet potato tempura are great and the crispy rolls are also delicious. The place is rather small, but cozy and the service is nice.

Musste letztens eine halbe Stunde warten, als ich kam musste ich nochmal 30 min warten draussen warten und ich hab nicht mal ein Tee ausgegeben bekommen, draussen war es echt kalt , ich kam regelmäßig und einbischen kann man auf Stammkunden achten. Woanders werde ich besser behandelt...

Super lecker, große Auswahl und dafür echt günstig. Der Laden ist sehr klein aber dafür sehr gemütlich. Service ist schnell und hilft bei jeglichen Fragen.

In den letzten Jahren hat dieses Lokal stark nachgelassen: Die Bedienung ist zwar immer freundlich, jedoch gibt es regelmäßig Unstimmigkeiten. Wir haben jetzt mehrmals nicht das bekommen, was wir bestellt haben. Entweder wird es einfach übersehen oder wir finden etwas anderes in der Bestellung. Ein freundliches und klärendes Gespräch ist nicht möglich, da abgeblockt wird mit diversen Ausflüchten. Ferner hängt die Qualität des Essens vom Koch ab. Insgeheim hat sie jedoch abgenommen. Teilweise hatten wir auch schon etliche Sushis, die auseinander gefallen sind, weil sie nicht richtig geklebt wurden. Die Garstufen der Tempurasorten variieren auch. Nach acht Jahren Treue werden wir uns jetzt anderweitig umschauen. Schade.

Ich habe heute Sushi zum abholen bestellt und gesagt, dass ich nur mit Avocado haben möchte. Mir wurde am Telefon versichert, dass es so sein wird. Als ich ankam waren Gurken mit drin. Ich habe dann ganz freundlich gesagt, dass ich nur mit Avocado haben möchte und es extra am Telefon so mehrmals wiederholt habe. Daraufhin sagte die Kellnerin, dass sie so eine Art Sushi nicht hätten und sie an der Rezeptur nichts ändern würden. Ich habe dann gesagt, dass ich neue haben möchte, ohne Gurke und nur mit Avocado, wie ich am Telefon extra bestellt hatte. Daraufhin die Kellnerin, nein, sowas machen wir nicht, ich kann die Gurke jetzt nur rausnehmen. Ich habe extra gesagt, dass ich dafür extra zahle, damit es nur mit Avocado ist und die Kellnerin wieder, nein, dass machen wir nicht und dass können wir nicht machen. Ich bin da jede Woche essen gegangen, aber nach so einer respektlosen Art der Kellnerin, werde ich nie wieder hin gehen und werde es nie wieder jemanden empfehlen. Unfassbar! Ich bin schockiert über diesen Service, sorry keinen Service. Nie wieder werde ich einen Fuß in diesen Laden setzen. Also wenn jemand etwas aus der Speisekarte bestellt und etwas ändern will, darf er nichts sagen, weil Sie an der Rezeptur nichts ändern, es ist für den Koch zu kompliziert. Lächerlich!

Sehr frisch, wird nach Deiner Bestellung erst zubereitet. Sushi top Qualität, Lokation lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein, etwas unbequem zum Sitzen, sehr laut. Trotzdem immer wieder gerne. Auch empfehlenswert zum take away.....

Super leckere Sushis gibt es hier zu essen. 2011 und 2012, als ich noch in Berlin wohnte, war ich fast jeden Sonntag hier essen. Heute nach vielen Jahren wieder hier im Cube gewesen und der Sushi ist unverändert lecker😋😋😋😋😋
