Dudu31 in Berlin

We went there spontaneously for lunch during the week. The store was mega full. We got a seat in the beautiful outdoor area. It was pleasantly quiet there and we had a seat in the green. The service was friendly. The selection at lunchtime was sufficient. The portion size was a bit small for me, more for a small hunger. And yet there were several courses. The food tasted very good. And the store is definitely recommended. You should make a reservation for lunch

By far the best sushi in Berlin! We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The absolute highlight is the papaya salad and the Green Scott Roll. The service is also super good. It is advisable to reserve a table. Unfortunately, non-alcoholic drinks are too expensive.

I was recently at Dudu 31 and have to say that I was completely impressed! As soon as I entered the restaurant I was warmly welcomed. The atmosphere is very pleasant and modern, but still cozy. You immediately feel comfortable. The sushi is simply outstanding! The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, which you could taste in every bite. I particularly liked the varied rolls and the creative combination of ingredients. There are both classic and innovative versions - there is something for every taste. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. Our wishes were fulfilled immediately and the staff took the time to advise us on our selection. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and in good proportion.

Service was very friendly. However, I don't think it's okay that half of my meal consisted of tofu, even though the menu doesn't even mention tofu. Instead, broccoli etc. is advertised: I only had 2 pieces (!) of broccoli in my meal. And I don't like tofu. Had I known, I definitely would have pointed out that I didn't want tofu. Wines taste good too. However, at €14 for 0.2 of an average Pinot Gris, the prices are far too high! And where we were sitting it smelled like a toilet. And last but not least: Despite the lavish prices, there wasn't even a schnapps on the house. Our conclusion: Thank you, but never again.

Very ordinary food—I’ve had much better in Berlin! The shared appetizer (papaya salad) arrived without plates, and the pho bo was incredibly bland. The only saving grace was the salmon, which was decent, but at €26, it felt overpriced. Overall, a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. But the presentation of the food was very nice.

The Dudu 31 is simply great! TOP service, TOP ambience and the best sushi in all of Berlin! We finally had dinner here again today and what can I say - we couldn't have chosen a better location! We had a great evening, had a great time chatting with our friends, the food was excellent in terms of taste and quality and the service was simply first class! Many thanks also to the great Hailey, who met our every need and was incredibly kind and accommodating! ☺️ If you're looking for good sushi in Berlin, you shouldn't make any compromises and go straight to Dudu 31 - you won't be disappointed here! We will be back and can unconditionally recommend this great restaurant! Thank you for the wonderful time here and see you soon!

The food was so good and the service was great. The restaurant was nice and had a great atmosphere. We came for dinner and ordered sushi. We liked it so much that we came back for dinner the next day and shared the Hokkaido curry and ox noodles.

The food, especially the sushi, was top and really tasty. Price performance for lunch is very good, you choose a starter and main course. Service could have been better, information that the bean sprouts were not delivered would have been great when ordering and not when the food was brought. The drink prices are outrageously high.

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is very poor.

We spontaneously visited on a Saturday without a reservation and got a nice spot even though the store was busy. Food was quite expensive (25€ and 68€ for the platter for 2) but very tasty. Service super friendly and accommodating.

I can only recommend DUDU 31! Lunch there is simply unbeatable – always fresh, tasty and with a great selection. We went there often and were never disappointed. The atmosphere is super cozy and the staff is friendly. A real highlight for lunch! 🌟

That was definitely the last time today! Food is normal quality like any normal sushi shop. Service is underground. When we wanted to order something else, the waiter rolled his eyes in annoyance. Towards the end, no one came to the table for ages, even though the place wasn't full. Prices completely exorbitant... Not a nice word when paying, it's best to separate our bill ourselves on the iPad. Conclusion: my impression is that the guest is annoying! We won't be coming back!

Unfortunately, totally understaffed. The waiter did his best, but was far from cordial due to stress. Nevertheless, we waited a full 35 minutes for a bottle of water for a whopping €8.80. The drink prices are really outrageous. The food was good, but without any special highlights. Next time in Berlin we will go to Kuchi Kant again. There is something special there and the service is better and warm. Unfortunately there was no hospitality.

Great location, nice service. The quality of the food was great but overall it wasn't a good value for money. I had the dumplings (5 pieces) and Crunchyrolls and was completely full. For 32€ (without drinks) it was delicious, but to get full you need twice as much and for 60-80€ without drinks per person there are other locations where the service and ambience justify these prices better.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city, which I frequent every time I come to Berlin. Last week, I was there for lunch and there was a menu. There were: miso soup, seaweed salad, tuna roll and a second course with salmon, basmati rice, vegetables and green curry sauce. Exquisite! I highly recommend this restaurant

Had dinner as a couple in the evening, service was very friendly, attentive and funny. Service was really great, something special in Berlin these days. The sushi was okay, unfortunately several of the rolls fell apart on the plate, but that shouldn't happen with sushi for €11 per 6 pieces. The fact that there are only two wines available is a bit of a shame given the amount of selection. Otherwise a nice restaurant and a nice evening.

The restaurant is a complete scam for people who believe that expensive means good. The quality of the food is mediocre (even below average) and can be compared to any Vietnamese restaurant with a system cuisine. The service is subpar for the price range. Waited 1.5 hours for the food, the order had to be “shouted” across the table, there was no greeting or farewell. The whole “experience” is topped off by the absurd prices. 17€ for 0.3l freshly squeezed orange juice??? Are you still getting along? This isn't just cheeky. I have never seen anything so ridiculous in any restaurant (even star restaurants) in Germany or Switzerland. Shame on you! Never again!

For the price, the quality of the food is really a joke. Some of my makis fell apart and the salmon in the sushi was more of an Edeka sushi standard. The prices are generally rather random (orange juice for 17 euros?). We also waited 1.5 hours until we got our food. We wouldn't recommend!

Unfortunately, just a simple Asian restaurant with high prices (vegan Curry 23.90€! which doesn’t really taste better than a 9€ curry somewhere else). Other mains cost 27-40€. Definitely don’t recommend going there as the service wasn’t really good either.

The lady's service was very good, Another man who served us wasn't very friendly. The quality of the sushi is really very good, I have to say. Still a bit too expensive for what you get. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio isn't quite right here. If you're willing to pay more money for sushi to get really good quality and an experience, you don't have to come here. All in all it was tasty and solid but too expensive.

Amazing food, with amazing staff and an amazing location. The Dudulicious Salmon is a classic and definitely a must when you eat there. Also great to go with kids as they have a kids menu, which is not a given in Berlin.

During my recent visit to Berlin in August, I had the pleasure of dining at this charming restaurant with a friend. The atmosphere of the place captivated us immediately. Conveniently situated in a side street of Kurfürstendamm, its location is as central as it gets as well as the street is very quiet and has beautiful buildings. Nam, the owner, along with the bartender and waiters, were incredibly welcoming and service minded. They provided a thorough introduction to the menu and offered excellent suggestions tailored to our tastes. Our waiter was exceptionally friendly, creating a wonderful dining experience, with Nam adding to the delightful ambiance. The bartender impressed us with his skill, crafting some truly incredible drinks—a must-try! The food was exquisite. The sushi was top-notch, and the dumplings were among the best I've ever had. The sauce was nothing short of exceptional. Given the quality of our first visit, we felt compelled to return and explore more of the menu. We enjoyed dumplings, sushi, salmon ceviche, grilled salmon, and papaya salad—all beautifully prepared with high-quality ingredients. Despite the restaurant being quite busy on both days we visited, which also included many regulars, the quality and service remained outstanding. This speaks volumes about the establishment. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Berlin, where I will certainly dine here again. A heartfelt thank you for such a wonderful experience! The store is extremely overpriced. The taste is ok (nothing special and not much choice). Price performance is not right at all. Way too overpriced and you can get much better quality for much less money in other places. But the store itself looks nice. But it's not worth going.

The restaurant is well located and has a pleasant courtyard. This makes it possible to eat outside without the extreme street noise. The sushi was good, but very overpriced. I can find the quality served there anywhere else for half the price. Putting a completely covered table lamp on the table is also not possible. I don't want to know what areas look like that are not so visible to the guest. Conclusion: simply too expensive for the quality and the ambience.

Great sushi and Asian cuisine restaurant in the heart of Charlottenburg...highly recommended!

Food: Quality of ingredients not optimal as written on the menu. Unfortunately, the nigiri is very dry and falls apart. Sashimi pieces don't come from the right parts of the fish, a lot of tendons. Service: Long wait for everyone - a waitress plus owner for the evening, and the owner chats with the table next to him the whole time… Ambient: so often super loud noises come from the bar and the kitchen behind us, which is really annoying and sometimes frightening. You can def. find better nearby!

Unfortunately all our table got an intoxication and food poisoning from the shared sushi dishes we had. The restaurant perhaps changed owner or chef? as It used to be a good restaurant in the past but now the quality of the fish was very very poor and unfortunately unhealthy.

The DUDU restaurant in Berlin offers an excellent combination of excellent service and delicious food. The staff is attentive, friendly and ensures a pleasant atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is waiter Mansoor, who makes the visit a special experience with his friendly and courteous manner. The dishes are fresh, creative and perfectly prepared, making every meal a pleasure. A must for everyone who appreciates high-quality gastronomy and first-class service.

One of the best restaurants I found in Berlin, especially for the a romantic dinner. As a sushi favor, I really recommend to try it’s sushi menu. You’ll definitely get surprise! We‘ll explore this restaurant again.

Food is good 4/5. The waiters try to sell more expensive food and cocktails. We ordered a portion for two. The waiter brings an appetizer that we didn't order, in the end he charges €12 for it. Money is not the problem, it's ugly when they want to cheat you in an ugly way.

The three of us had lunch at Dudu 31 this afternoon. The green curry with the grilled salmon fillet and the spicy cream noodles were very tasty. The other colleague of ours had the role of Myson's favorite. A very friendly employee did the service for us. We felt very welcome and will be back very soon. Big praise to the team. My friend and I spent a very nice evening at Dudu31. In addition to the pleasant, courteous, but not too intrusive service, the atmosphere is very nice and the food was extremely tasty: we ordered the summer rolls as a starter and the “Brothers and Sisters” sushi combination as the main course. I can only wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant to everyone! :)

Went spontaneously on Friday February 2nd, 2024 around 7:00 p.m. in the DUDU - a friendly welcome even though it was busy. We just wanted to end the evening nicely and have a drink - we were offered a table but we sat at the counter and were friendly We liked all the extras and the word "uncomplicated" gets its true meaning here. If you want to eat well here, you should reserve a table - it really makes sense here!!!

I miss your restaurant in Mitte but always happy to make the way to west just for Dudu. Literally one of my fav spots in Berlin, the Pho Bo is my winter comfort food. This time I tried few sushi dishes which were delicious. The cocktail menu was quite exciting. Perfect for Jan blues. Thank you.

Had dinner here on a recent trip to berlin after being recommended as one of the better sushi restaurants. Really high quality without being pretentious like other more ‘fine dining’ or concept restaurants. Prices also reflect that: higher end for berlin but for what you get and compared to other cities this is very reasonable. It’s also in one of the more fancy parts of berlin, so it fits well to its surroundings. Our favourites were the salmon ceviche and Sushi Bowl. We sat at the bar with super friendly bar staff… and amazing and quick cocktails! Recommended

Dieses Restaurant verdient ohne Zweifel fünf Sterne und ist für mich einer der kulinarischen Hotspots Berlins. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist einladend und modern, was eine angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Der Service ist von Anfang bis Ende professionell und auch äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Speisekarte ist eine erfrischende Mischung aus traditionellen und innovativen Gerichten und die Qualität der Zutaten ist jedes mal hervorragend. Jeder Bissen ist ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Aber auch die Präsentation der Gerichte spiegelt die Liebe zum Detail wider, die in jedem Aspekt des Restaurants zu finden ist. Ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!

The worst restaurant experience of my life. We went with 7 people and all of us got poisoned. We shared the clique and brothers and sister sushi plates. Incredibly overpriced for getting poisoned. We all got sick, vomited all night with crazy diarrhea. Don't go there.

Absolutely love this restaurant serving authentic fresh Asian food . Run by Vietnamese family owners . Many years ago I visited Vietnam and was really impressed by the beautiful ,fresh food in the best restaurants there Lovely flavours ,not overpowering and stunning presentation We were delightted to find this at Dudu 31 !!!! The family and their staff source and prepare fresh delicious food and it is always a treat to eat here when in Berliin. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and efficient . Its perfect to go for a cosy dinner or a larger group . The selection of food is fantastic and all freshly prepared. Have a lovely hot bowl of Pho, some Sushi, fish in fact all delicious !!! I am gluten intolerant ,husband eats everything so its perfect !
