Couldn’t even try a Glasnudelnsalat because it took 30 minutes to notice I was there…One of the waitresses was screaming all the time. Such an unpleasant waste of time!

Dudenstraße 72I placed an order through Wolt and, after paying, was contacted by an employee that the food I ordered was out of stock. I then said that I would like to cancel the order. That was 3 days ago. Despite contacting me several times, I haven't gotten my money back! Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Nobody answers the phone either.
