Nice place to eat and have a drink, the food was really tasty. Our server Tomas was super unfriendly from the beginning to the end. He didn’t even bring us bread. He was the whole tame over challenged. I reserved a table for to adults and a child we got a small table even though there was so many empty tables. I would come back but maybe have a different sever.

Great, highly recommended. Since it was very crowded today and we were here in a large group, it took a little longer. But the wait was really worth it. Gladly, again at any time.

We (12 people) were at the Sürther Bootshaus Essen on Sunday lunchtime. The ambience is/was fantastically beautiful. I really like not only the location on the Rhine, but also the location itself. The menu is very mixed: everything from currywurst to pork knuckle, seafood to steaks. The selection is very minimalistic only for vegetarians. There will be a deduction in points for this. The food was good, sometimes really good (steak), sometimes “just” good/okay. Some of the plates were covered in salad dressing - but that can happen when things get hectic. Price-performance ratio is okay, rather in the upper range - but that's not surprising given the great location. The highlight (besides the location/view) was the service: "Our" waiter Hannes was super attentive, nice, approachable... I haven't experienced such good service in a long time! Thanks for that. We'll be back👍.

Ambience great, food unfortunately one-sided, hardly any vegetarian options. Definitely suitable for a Kölsch or a coffee.

I'm only rating the service and friendliness here, there was nothing more. It was very full, so we dutifully lined up and then asked in the hustle and bustle for a table for two people, no greeting, an annoyed “Poooh, no, everything is full”. When we asked what was going on with the free tables at the edge with stools, we were told “that means waiting time”. Then they turned their backs on us. Aha, what for… we weren’t told. So you wait here with a drink for a free table where you can then eat? Are you not served at all? You don't feel welcome here as a guest. We won't be coming back.

For many years he was repeatedly “dragged” to the Sürth boathouse by his parents and couldn’t get much out of it other than a great view of the Rhine. The ambience (especially inside) is old-fashioned at best, the food is run of the mill and the service is so-so to unremarkable. ––––––– Time jump 2024: For sentimental reasons for a visit to Cologne, I requested a reservation for 8 people by email 3 days before the planned visit, which was confirmed immediately. And that despite FullHouse (as it turned out later) - not a given these days in the age of no shows. The menu offers something for every taste. Even the vegetarians among us were more than happy. The absolute highlight is (but) the steaks – it should actually be called “Sürther Steakhaus”! The selection of steaks is plentiful, the cooking levels are perfect and the prices – you really have to say that in 2024 – fair. But what was the personal highlight for me: the service! Nowadays there is a lot of complaining about the staff in the catering industry: we have rarely experienced such attentive and refreshingly warm service.

The food was very tasty but the menu is not very original. Here you can find mainly the meat classics. Vegetarians and vegans have little choice here.

Great location, super friendly service, very relaxing stay! We are happy to accept that there will be a bit of a wait at peak times! The mussels are a dream, the Pinot Gris was chilled and the price/performance is absolutely fair! We will be back!

Nice place to eat but we had a nice beer there.

We had to wait 2.5 hours for a capaccio and a Wiener schnitzel!!!! What wasn't possible were disgusting fries soaked in fat. The menu says French fries, but I received Staek fries. The plate was so small that to save space, the schnitzel was placed on top of the fries :-(. Only unskilled chefs probably do that The men's toilets could use some cleaning on the walls and doors. Overall, the quality and cleanliness have seriously deteriorated. We won't be coming back any time soon.

My parents invited their “children” and their partners to the Sürther Bootshaus to celebrate their diamond wedding with us in a very small circle and it was really a lovely evening. You sit comfortably directly above the Rhine, the food is delicious and the service is very attentive. What more do you want?

A very nice restaurant on (in) the Rhine. The repair is excellent. Large floor-to-ceiling windows. A beautiful interior. The highlight is the terrace. Very good home cooking. The price-performance ratio is right.

Steak fiasco - terrible behavior from the boss We were very disappointed with our last visit (June 19, 2024). This is solely due to the performance and behavior of the boss. Without going into too much detail, we waited 1.5 hours for our food. 5 out of 6 dishes either didn't arrive, the wrong ones were delivered, for example the meat was still completely bloody even though medium was ordered and a very long gray-black hair was found in one meal. All circumstances that can be easily corrected - if you can admit your own mistakes. We returned the unsatisfactory dishes and were asked to speak to the boss several times, but this was not complied with. Rather, on the boss's instructions, the returned "significantly improved" dishes were served again. Virtually none of them arrived in a satisfactory condition - as an example, the steak with the hair came back identically and one steak was still bloody. This is an absolute disgrace and shows how valued the guest is here. When we asked that we would like to pay now, the boss finally came to the table. As I said, we wanted to talk to him beforehand to clarify the issue. Despite his very provocative behavior, we explained the situation and insisted on the cancellation of the courts. He had zero insight and gave arguments that made no sense - and falsely blamed his employees. Important: The service did a great job! Finally we agreed on a somewhat fair sum and left the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the waiter was very unfriendly, food was supposedly only served from 5 p.m., and unfortunately the tables were also dirty, which is why we had to ask for a cloth. Maybe. things went badly because The start of the season and everything has to fall into place first. At least there was Kölsch.

We were greeted very friendly upon arrival and shown to the table. A small but fine menu. A great view of the Rhine. Very friendly and courteous service. Special requests were also taken into account. It was the first time there, but it won't be the last time. Little tip: I would reserve a table.

Tippi Toppi!!! The ambience and the incredibly friendly service blew us away :) The waitress was very attentive and we felt right at home. The food was also VERY tasty!!! We'll definitely be back in the near future!

Never ever again! Went to the Sürther boathouse again today after a long time. It started on the phone that they didn't want to make a reservation, we should come by on a 'good luck' basis. When we arrived 15 minutes later they were wondering why we didn't have a reservation...luckily there were some tables available. When we ordered, we (4 people) quickly agreed. We just asked if we could swap boiled potatoes for fried potatoes and steak fries. That wouldn't be a problem, said the friendly waiter...unfortunately he didn't mention that this would involve a side dish change fee of €2.50/change. The food came very quickly. The asparagus was extremely al dente and instead of the hollandaise we all received a chili hollandaise. Mind you, this was without the waiter’s notice. When we asked why we didn't all receive the hollandaise as stated in the menu, the waiter simply said: 'Sorry, the kitchen must have made a mistake'. Since the table next to us had already asked us whether we had also received the chili hollandaise, I asked the waiter whether the 'normal hollandaise' had perhaps run out and we had all now received the chili version. 'That will probably be the case,' he said with a smile. That's all ok, as long as no one has a chili allergy and as long as you don't charge €2.50 for a side dish change and then change a specified side dish yourself without notifying us. Even when I pointed this out to the waiter after receiving the bill (€7.50 side dish change), he just shrugged his shoulders and referred to the usual rules of the Sürther Boothaus. Sorry, if this is how you treat your guests, then today was unfortunately the last time we were in the Sürther Bootshaus.

Stylish boathouse, quietly and greenly located with a wonderful view over the Rhine towards Zündorf. Very attentive and friendly service. When the sun is shining, one of the most beautiful places in Cologne.

Nice service and clean and tidy

The steak here is simply sensational! During my visit there I had the pleasure of trying their Arg. Rump Steak and it was cooked to perfection - juicy, tender and full of flavor. The quality of the meat was outstanding and every piece literally melted in your mouth. It was served with delicious side dishes that completed the taste experience. The service was also first class, the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect steak!"

The food was good and tasty. However, if the waitress doesn't like the amount of the tip, the friendliness will quickly end! Then it's not even enough for a "thank you" or "bye".

Visiting the restaurant felt like a day of vacation. The boathouse on a beautiful section of the Rhine is very picturesque. The food was also excellent. The steak was buttery tender and nice and smoky because it came from the grill. Asparagus and hollandaise sauce were also great. The mussels from the table neighbors looked delicious. The waitress was very nice and enjoys her job. The restaurant has earned an overall rating of 5.0 stars. There are many better rated restaurants but they are nowhere near as good as the boathouse. Personally, I can't understand the worse reviews, because a visit here is definitely worth it.

Went there spontaneously yesterday on the recommendation of a friend from Cologne. At first I thought I was lucky and got a free table because it was a Sunday and there were a lot of reservations. But then the disappointment. I was completely ignored by my female companion. We were friendly and understanding. But drinks only upon request, apparently no one felt responsible for our table. After 20 minutes we finally got 2 Kölsch after begging several times, they were good and tasty. But no one wanted to order food again. Waited another 20 minutes, then asked again...the other colleague was responsible, waited another 20 minutes, then it got too much for me. Paid €4.40 and off through the middle. Never ever. Top Kölsch, service flop.

We've been to the Sürther Bootshaus several times and so far it's always been good, which is why I'm only rating the visit on Easter Sunday. The kitchen and service were totally overwhelmed. Food was forgotten and only delivered when almost everyone was finished. The wrong thing was delivered to the next table. Now about the food. Everyone's starter was great, but the main course was really bad. Steak through, everyone else's fries are completely on top. We were there for 3 hours because everything took so long. Not a good visit.

It is very comfortably furnished. Unfortunately, almost all of the dishes on the daily menu were already gone by 5 p.m. The staff is friendly, but a bit overwhelmed when it's full. So you should bring some time with you. However, in summer you can sweeten this with a wonderful view over the Rhine.

It could be so beautiful...since the renovation, the Sürther boathouse shines in a new light...it looks much bigger and the look is just cool. The food is delicious and varied, and there is something for everyone. Unfortunately, the children's meals are only available for children up to 14, so no exceptions are made... and my personal negative point is clearly the "head waiter", who unfortunately you can't get past (even when making a reservation by telephone)... The manner is simply terribly unfriendly and you get the feeling that someone has chosen the wrong profession and/or just doesn't feel like it... What a shame

Very nice atmosphere in a very romantic location. Kitchen of average quality, but with ambitious price demands. The unpleasant service has to be accepted if you want to enjoy the location.

We sat outside on the Rhine in mid-March in sunny weather. The food was tipi top. Service very nice. We always like to come back

It's a shame how poorly organized this store is. This was our third time experiencing this on a Sunday at 2pm! that “unfortunately almost the whole cake is sold out”. And all this in predictably stable and clear weather. This can no longer be explained by a lack of staff. Added to this is the completely inexperienced young waiter who comes to ask three times about a completely banal order and then forgets half of it. There is a dog bowl (?!) on the table, unbelievable... and at a hefty price.

The Sürther Bootshaus is one of our most popular restaurant addresses! The food there is simply excellent, the service is always quick, reliable and friendly! The veal schnitzel with the corresponding side dishes is our favorite dish, Gisela and Werner from Rheinkilometer 675.1.

30% price increase is unacceptable. We were regular ‘regulars’ here. The steaks in particular were good and fairly priced. A fine steak with salad, fries and a small piece of herb butter cost, for example. €29.90. This price has remained the same since the VAT increase BUT NOW ALL SUPPLIES COST EXTRA. Herb butter, fries and salad together cost more than €10!!! THAT IS A PRICE INCREASE OF OVER 30%. AND IT'S NAUGHTO TOP OF THAT. AS A REGULAR CUSTOMER I FEEL RAPED UP and will no longer eat here regularly. It's actually a shame, because before January 1st, 2024 everything was really right here. Service, quality of food, prices, view, everything was great. If the owner had added the 12% VAT and now charged the steak instead of 29.90 >> 33.50, that would be completely OK. SHAME SHAME SHAME.

We had our Christmas party there. I wasn't thrilled, the food wasn't good and there was hardly anything for vegan people. Just vegetables and pasta without sauce before the meal was okay. I think it's different if you order from the menu. Oh well

Ganz dolles Restaurant auf dem Rhein, das Ambiente ist super, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen (wir hatten Rumpsteak und Thunfisch Steak) meeegggaaa, und die Preise waren angemessen, wir kommen wieder....vielen Dank für den super Abend...

Der Sürther Boothaus sieht sehr gut aus, aber bei unserem Betriebsessen müsste ich leider feststellen, das für Vegetarier, ist das Boothaus nicht vorbereitet. Auf die Karte steht keine einzige vegetarische Gericht drauf. Erst nach Anfrage habe ich Kartoffeln mit Salat bekommen. Zwei, oder Drei Gerichte würden schon reichen. Das ist leider enttäuschend.

Mit Kollegen zum ersten Mal das Restaurant besucht und war sehr zufrieden. Perfekt gebratenes Hüftsteak mit Beilagen und leckerem Salat. Bier lief immer mit freundlichem Service. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren enttäuscht von dem Herrn der uns bedient hat, sehr unfreundlich, so geht man nicht mit Gästen um, und das war nicht das erste mal. Bedient wurden wir dann überhaupt nicht mehr, sind dann gegangen. Vielleicht wäre vom Chef mal ein Gespräch mit dem großen Herrn (Bedienung) nötig.

Sehr nettes, recht edles Bootshaus direkt am Rhein. Perfekt geeignet für einen Zwischenstopp bei einer Radtour oder Wanderung. Service war super, essen auch sehr lecker. Kann ich also nur empfehlen.

Ambiente ist super und das alkoholfreie Weißbier war köstlich!!!! Leider war das Personal echt unfreundlich und genervt. So fühlt man sich einfach nicht willkommen.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Wasser. Das Lokal ist immer sehr voll, Reservierung dringend empfohlen. Das Essen ist gut, hat aber im Vergleich zur Neueröffnung deutlich nachgelassen. Dennoch 3 Sterne für das Essen. Ganz großes Manko ist die kaum vorhandene Gastfreundlichkeit. Besonders die männliche Bedienung ist unterirdisch in puncto Freundlichkeit: Bei unserem letzten Besuch war von pampig bis ignorant alles dabei. Hier wird viel Potential verschenkt. Da das Essen nicht herausragend ist, der Service aber katastrophal, kann man ruhigen Gewissens auch andere Lokale in der Umgebung vorziehen. Es sei denn, man will unbedingt mal direkt am Rhein in einem Lokal sitzen.

Sehr unhöfliche Bedienung, fast keine vegetarischen Gerichte und ungenießbares Salatderessing. Das ist meine erste schlechte Rezension, aber hier möchte ich nie wieder essen!

Wir hatten per E-Mail reserviert, was zwar bestätigt, aber leider nicht vermerkt wurde, glücklicherweise wurde gerade ein Tisch frei. Das Essen war gut, der Service schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Location ist natürlich toll, auf dem Rhein mit Blick auf Zündorf/Langel. Zeitweise war es allerdings sehr laut.

Die Lage ist ganz nett, das Essen ist nicht so besonderes, dafür aber schon relativ teuer. Das Personal geht leider gar nicht. Sehr unorganisiert und unfreundlich. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man hier gar nicht gern gesehen ist. Für Köln ist es sehr enttäuschend. Man macht in dieser coolen Stadt meistens gute Erfahrungen, was Menschen / Personal angeht. Sehr schade! Das Restaurant ist daher nicht empfehlenswert.

Schöne Location, gutes Essen… Die Preise sind angemessen, der Service lässt aber an manchen Stellen zu wünschen übrig. Wo manche Bedingungen wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommen sind, sind andere wieder rum sehr unfreundlich und nicht sehr kinderfreundlich… Bei unserem Besuch haben wir bei der sehr netten Kellnerin bestellt, das Essen wurde dann von einem Herren serviert der von kundenfreundlichkeit noch nie gehört hat, total unverschämtes und hochnäsiges Verhalten. Wir hatten einen Teil des Gerichts abbestellt, was bei Restaurant in der Regel kein Problem ist. Bei uns wurde es trotz unserer Bitte im ganzen serviert und dann bekamen wir zuhören, wir hätten ja nicht bei ihm bestellt und das gehört halt eben so. Dennoch kann ich den Laden weiter empfehlen, das Essen ist trotzdem sehr gut und die Lage des Restaurants ist sehr schön .

Aperol war okay aber sauteuer. 7,90€. Toller Blick über den Rhein. Bedienung total unfreundlich. Das Essen an den Nebentischen wurde schnell, zu schnell serviert. Offensichtlich alles vorbereitet mit Convenience-Müll.

Die Lage ist super und nach der Renovierung ist auch die Inneneinrichtung deutlich schöner als früher. Schnitzel und Currywurst sind gut, allerdings weiß man nie was auf der Speisekarte steht, da diese sich "mehrmals wöchentlich" ändert. Auch Online steht in der Regel dann etwas anderes als vor Ort. Wirklich planen kann man so nicht. Die Preise auf der Website sind dann ebenfalls oft andere als im Restaurant. Vor allem die Getränkepreise wurden scheinbar seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr aktualisiert und diese weichen stark ab. Wie so oft beschrieben, ist aber die Bedienung bzw. die Freundlichkeit an sich das eigentliche Problem. Man fühlt sich irgendwie immer unerwünscht und die Mitarbeiter sind fast alle ständig genervt und herablassend. Ausnahmen gibt es auch, aber in der Regel ist Gastfreundlichkeit hier Fehlanzeige. Das finden wir sehr schade, da hier ein großes Potential verschenkt wird.

Sehr lecker, frisch, schöne Umgebung. Etwas zu snobby. Der Herr, der uns das Essen brachte und die Rechnung war der unfreundlichste und schlechtgelaunste Kellner ever! Sehr bedauerlich, denn bei dem tollen Essen und schöner Umgebung ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit würde sicher nicht schaden. Ach ja: mit der Karte kann man erst ab 20€ zahlen! Das stand nirgendwo und wir wurden erst beim bezahlen schnippisch darauf aufmerksam gemacht.

Das Essen ist ziemlich gut. Das Ambiente möchte Luxus vermitteln jedoch ist die Sauberkeit naja. Der Service nett aber mehr auch nicht. Hier bekommt man nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Alles wirkt jektisch und etwas unorganisiert. Die Speisekarte muss dringend erneuert werden, die wir bekommen haben war einfach nur ekelhaft. Hoffentlich spiegelt diese nicht die Küche wieder. Also nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ambiente für einen Sundowner oder Kölsch

Sürther Bootshaus, ein toller Ort für ein leckeres Essen und ein kühles Bierchen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und du bekommst was für den kleinen Hunger sowie für den anspruchsvollen Gaumen. Service ist schnell und sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Bootshaus am Rhein kann ich nur sehr empfehlen!!!

Klasse Ambiente, lockere Bedienung, prima Essen. "medium rare" wird auch genau so wie bestellt geliefert.. dass man sich bei der manuell geänderten Beilage vertut und das "Standardmenü" serviert, kann passieren, dafür gabs die bestellte Beilage dann kostenlos nachträglich.. Wir haben bestimmt 5 Std. gesessen & gegessen & getrunken... obwohl fast alle Tische reserviert waren und es einem trotzdem nie "überfüllt" vorkam. Hier kommen wir bestimmt und gerne wieder hin !!

Satz mit X, das war wohl nix. Unter der Woche zu zweit ohne Reservierung angekommen - es war gut besucht und recht hektisch. Wir sind angekommen gegen 19:45, am Eingang wird geworben mit Küche bis 21:30 Uhr. Wir haben dennoch einen Platz zugewiesen bekommen, was erstmal positiv war. Es dauerte dann jedoch gute 20-25 min bis wir eine Karte vom Kellner bekamen. Dann dauerte es weitere 15min bis offensichtlich sehr gestresste Kollege nochmal mit den Worten "Wo ist denn jetzt mein Kellnerblock" kam um die Bestellung aufzunehmen. Und dann Überraschung: Nachdem wir dann solange schon gewartet hatten und uns ja ein Tisch zum Essen gegeben wurde - teilte uns der Herr um 20:30 dann mit das er kein Essen aufnehmen dürfe, Anweisung der Küche. Ein Witz - er hat uns 15min vorher noch die Karte gegeben. Wir sind dann noch woanders eingekehrt zum Essen. haben also 45min Wartezeit verschwendet um dann zu erfahren das es nichts mehr zu Essen gibt, trotz anders lautender Info an der Tür und voll besetztem Laden... ein erstes und letztes Mal für uns.

Extrem unfreundliche Begrüßung! Nachdem wir gefragt haben ob ein Tisch frei wäre kam die Antwort "Nö" und wir wurden vom Personal einfach im Eingang "stehen" gelassen ohne uns eine Alternative anzubieten obwohl die Hälfte der Sitzplätze und Tische unbesetzt war. Ein extrem asoziales Verhalten den Gästen gegenüber.

Toller Ort, aber der Service war am Samstagabend unterirdisch. Viel zu wenig Personal, die Hauptspeise kam fast gleichzeitig mit der Vorspeise. Und wurde von einem extrem unfreundlichen Kellner einfach auf den Tisch geknallt. Insgesamt 3 Stunden! wurde nichts abgeräumt. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und gut, aber nicht schön fanden wir, dass es ausser einem Salat und Pfifferlingen nichts Vegetarisches auf der Speisekarte gab. Das ist wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Wir waren gestern Abend mal wieder im Bootshaus. Ein hervorragendes Essen, es gab Edelfische mit Salat sowie ein Kalbskotlett mit Pommes. Service, Essen und Preisleistung waren sehr gut, das Ambiente ist eh mega.

Die Frikadelle war nicht so besonders.

Terrible service! When I eventually ordered a dish and asked how long would take to get my dish they said they had no idea. I insisted and they said, the place is busy so I can't tell. So I cancelled my order and asked to pay for my drink. They left me waiting for over 20min. When the bill came they said it was too little to pay with a card. I said, I have to cash. They were very rude and finally charged double for the drink so it could reach the minimum for the card. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Heute war ich nach längerer Zeit mal wieder da, die Kellnerin erkannte mich vom letzten Mal. Zuerst war nur eine Kellnerin da, obwohl das Bootshaus gut besucht war, sie sehr viel zu tun hatte, war sie freundlich, man wurde schnell bedient, sie hat einen guten Job gemacht 👍

Immer wieder wenn man dort ist, gleicht einen Urlaub das rundum Paket in allen Punkten (*)genial . Ich liebe diese Lokalität.

Meine Frau und ich waren gestern wegen einem Geburtstag zum ersten Mal im Sürther Bootshaus. Und ich muss ehrlich sagen : Schade,dass wir nicht schon vorher mal da waren. Das Ambiente ist einfach toll. Aber auch das Essen und der Service ist nach meiner Meinung 5 Sterne wert!!! Die Bedienungen und auch die Besitzer: freundlich, höflich und immer bemüht. Das Essen war reichlich und sehr, sehr lecker. Um es kurz zu sagen: Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!! 👍👍👍👍

Unser Bruschetta war verbrannt das Brot war schwarz. Nicht zu empfehlen

Schönes Plätzchen am Rhein aber der Service ist ziemlich Unfreundlich

Das Bootshaus ist ein stilvolles Ambiente… mit einer guten Getränke und Speisenkarte.. Leider lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig!! Eine erneute Getränkebestellung war nach einer Dreiviertelstunde immer noch nicht möglich! Die Servicekraft hat leider die Gäste nicht im Blicke, sehr schade!!

Service…..eine einzige Katastrophe, sorry aber wir haben Schichtwechsel! Was ist das denn für eine Aussage, wenn man Ewigkeiten da sitzt, um bedient zu werden! Leider haben wir das alles ganz anders in Erinnerung, da dieses Lokal normalerweise sehr gut ist! Dort Essen zu gehen ohne Vorbestellung, ist leider nicht mehr möglich!

Kein gutes Erlebnis. Seit der ersten Sekunde als der Kellner („Thomas“) uns bediente fühlte man sich nicht willkommen. Mehrere folgende „Gäste“ wurden forsch weggeschickt, obwohl es freie Tische gab. Wenn man für den Abend ausgebucht ist sollte man es vielleicht gleich an Land mit aufs Schild schreiben, anstatt sich zu wundern warum Leute einen Platz suchen. Kaffee und Kuchen waren okay. Milch scheint es nicht zu geben obwohl bestellt. Man wird gekonnt ignoriert. Sind schnell wieder weg. Einziges und letztes Mal

Die Einrichtung des Bootshauses ist stilvoll. Die Kuchenauswahl ist sehr beschränkt, doch der bestellte Kuchen war lecker. Etwas befremdlich war der Auftritt des Personals. Hinter der Theke wurde gegessen, Personal- und Organisationsangelegenheiten sowie zwischenmenschliche Probleme wurden direkt neben den Gästen besprochen und auch die Art und Weise gegenüber den Gästen war zu Beginn etwas unfreundlich.
