Great and tasy food, sizes are okay- sandwich was perfect. The shrimps were a small portion. Service alright but u sit there for the view definitely!

Great location inside and out. Friendly service, but the food unfortunately fell a bit short of my expectations. Both the fries and the pulled beef fries were a bit bland.

If you get a seat outside, you have this wonderful view of the Don, Rhine and Deutzer Bridge. The pulled beef burger is very tasty and not so oversized that it gives you a stomach ache 😋 You can order half a liter of wheat with it with a clear conscience. The store is self-service, but the staff is always friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our visit to Sticky Fingers, we were only in Cologne for 2 days and decided upon this restaurant because it catered to my whole family. We tried the Sticky Fingers burger, kids burger and the Currywurst, all were so yummy! It was a little pricey but seemed to match up to other places around this area. The restaurant is self-service which I think works well for them, it creates a chill atmosphere and the view there is gorgeous, you can see the cathedral, lock bridge and river!

I went on a weekday. There wasn’t a suitable place to sit outside because it was very cold. Inside, it was very calm and warm. It has a beautiful interior design and a great view. The food was very delicious, and the portions of fries were generous. The prices were reasonable for such an establishment.

Unfortunately not recommended. Burger is 0815, long waiting time (40+ min) and with every additional drink you have to queue again to order something. The view of the cathedral is nice.

The food is very delicious and the portions are generous, it is not expensive at all and they have a very varied menu. The Christmas atmosphere is great and being on the edge of the river, the view is unbeatable. On the other hand, it is basically self-service so a lot is on your own.

We went with my friend who lives in Germany and ordered hot chocolate. However, it was not thick in consistency. The taste is acceptable. You can communicate with the employees in simple English. We went in October when it was quiet, but it can get crowded in the spring. The view is beautiful.

Location ist good, just beside the river. If it is summer, the view of the sunset from this resto ist also amazing. Ambiance is good with beautiful designs and deco. We tried their Pho, the broth was good. Their shrimps was fresh, but on my personal taste, Idont like how it was overly marinated in herbs. Price is ok.

The shop looks very nice, great location with a view of Cologne Cathedral, nice staff behind the counter. But with self-service and relatively hefty prices, the food should still be good. The burger wasn't tasty and the fries were unfortunately very salty, a shame because the consistency and basic taste would have been good. Please urgently improve burger meat!

Very nice place to have a drink by the water. We didn't eat anything. The ambience inside and outside is very nice. Here you serve yourself and then take a seat. Works perfectly without long waiting times. Prices are slightly higher but still okay. We were there on Saturday evening and had enough space.

The ambience is very nice, but unfortunately the food is mediocre at best. The fries were totally over-seasoned, and you would expect the burger quality to be better for the price. Of course you're sitting right on the Rhine and of course you're paying for it, but it shouldn't be an obstacle to delicious food. You would probably be happier if you just had a drink. Unfortunately, since you order your food at the counter and then pick it up yourself, there is no service.

The atmosphere overlooking the bridge, Dom, old town, and parts of the river is pleasant. The coffee is subpar. The carrot cake is very good. One major downside to the atmosphere is the self service. Having to order the food at the counter is not bad. Having to pickup the order is also not that bad. The terrible part are these very loudly beeping devices they give to food customers. They are very annoying and distracting, making the atmosphere unpleasant. They should consider making them vibrate and lowering the sound.

At least what I ordered was absolutely unacceptable. I've never eaten something so bad in my life.

Tasty food - it was prepared quickly, so all we had to do was pick it up from the window. The view of the river and cathedral was stunning and made our meal so memorable.

It's actually a step below self-service because you have to wait in line for each order, it took me 15 minutes, you then have to pick up the food again, and of course you have to wait in line again for each additional order, which makes the whole thing too much Prices, not recommended.

Massive rip off. Didn’t have what my daughter wanted on menu, couldn’t make an alternative. Couldn’t add cheese to kids burger. Charged 2 euros for some ketchup. Though the missing walnuts from my salad were not reimbursed financially. Over priced and mediocre food. Put chicken on my vegetarian haloumi salad.

Probably the worst burger I had in Cologne. The brioche bread was over toasted and dry, the meat on the burger was dry without the possibility to choose the cooking point, the cheese didn't melt and is this cheap cheddar orange slice, the avocado on the veggie burger was also store bought and folded like a tissue due to the gelatin and the Aperol spritz tasted watery. The fries were good but with the burger costing €15 instead of €7, I won't be coming again. There are better burger places in Cologne.

Absolutely friendly service. The burgers taste great and the salads are fresh. You can sit inside and outside. Outside you have an unbeatable view of the Rhine. I don't really like the concept of the restaurant, it's something like a hut in the Palatinate Forest, so it's self-service. But if you know that and don't mind it, I can recommend the restaurant.

Very well organised. Pay at the counter and return the empties to the counter when you are finished. Only flaw: it's large for only having one toilet. You will find a queue. Anyway, it's 50 cents if you only need that :)

This was our first time here and at first we were a bit shocked by the prices (chilli cheese fries for €11). But when I saw the portions, it was clear to me why it costs so much. The two of us couldn't manage the portions. Each of us also had a Philly cheese steak sandwich, which was also really great. The view of the cathedral rounded it all off. We think the value for money here is absolutely right and we would be happy to come back!

As for the service, it was terrible, since there is none, you are the one who must order and pick up what you order. As for the food, we ordered the chicken and pesto burger, and the only flavor you could taste was pesto, so it was worthless. We also tried the pilles pork and it was worthless because the only thing you could taste was the barbecue. For that garbage hamburger we paid €29!!!!!!!! Also, none of them come with potatoes, you have to order them separately. The potatoes cost €6 and if you want sauce one euro more. A THEFT!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. It's only worth it for the good views.

I liked it...with the table facing the river...at sunset...I couldn't wish for more...the salad was good with fresh ingredients...I found the fish and chips very good...the frying wasn't heavy...quick in preparing the food my lunch... clean restaurant... I took advantage of the bathroom which even towards the end of the day was still fragrant. I definitely recommend it because there is nothing better for waiting for the sunset with a view of the bridge and the cathedral..

The dishes are of normal portion size and taste okay. Side dishes are skimpy. For example, a burger doesn't come with a side dish. It is also self-service, so there is no service. But the view makes up for a lot.

Fantastic view on the River and the cathedral. The rest - give it a miss. The staff was annoyed, with chef loudly expressing his dissatisfaction at having been asked how long the meal would take. Being located next to train station / hotel seems like a reasonable question. The meal itself had a strong, unpleasant taste of too much balsamic. The quinoa was frozen cold having come straight from the fridge. The meal I came for wasn’t on the menu so don’t trust the online version. I’m disappointed.

Eines Hyatt unangemessen in Preis und Leistung. Wartezeit in einem Selbstbedienungs-Restaurant auf Fish n' Ships waren 50 (!) Minuten, nach 20 Minuten das erste mal nachgefragt: "...wieso, sie haben doch gerade erst bestellt! - es dauert noch 5 Minuten!", nach weiteren 20 Minuten nochmals nachgefragt, nachdem min. 6 Leute, die nach uns bestellt haben das Essen bereits aufgegessen haben: " Ja, ja, sie sind als nächstes dran..:". So haben wir dann 1,15Minuten für einen Fish n'Ships Snack dort verbracht. Ich empfehle dem Hyatt dringend, nicht auch noch für diese Kadetten Werbung zu machen. Das Essen war von der Qualität her genießbar, mehr aber auch nicht, insbesondere nicht für den Preis und bei Self-Service. Hier bezahlt man definitv die Lage, nicht die Qualität

Great location right on the Rhine. You have to get your own food and drinks. This means having to wait when the room is full. In my opinion too expensive. Just burgers without side dishes €15 a bit steep. Drinks as well.

Self serviced, street food burgers and fries plus drinks and deserts — relaxing vibes overlooking the Rhine river — seating can be both inside with AC or outside. Place is clean, not super crowded and organised. Would differently come again !

Read the reviews when looking for places to eat whilst staying over night in Colongne so was shocked at our personal experience. We know it was self serving and order at the counter then collect when ready not an issue. Little confused as to why the card machine was asking if we wanted to tip when you seat your self, order at the till and collect yourself and put your tray and dirty plates at designated clearing station, plus you haven't even tried your food? Personally for us it's a no massively over priced for what was received. Only order 2 fries a burger and 2 drinks 54 euros. Ordered truffle parmesan fries 15 euros alone only they were fries with a sprinkle of parmesan and truffle mayonnaise not the same thing. Would not have order if it had been advertised as this. My husbands burger was cheap quality meat that tasted almost artificial and was dripping in fat/grease that had soaked the bun. Charges for condiments too 🙄. The only good thing I can say was the fries alone were good and food was hot. I did try one of the berry cocktail drinks and that was nice and refreshing. Over all probably wouldn't go back. Belive it's owed by the hotel behind it. Location is nice though and bet it's packed in the summer as nice view of the cathedral from over the bridge. Stop for a drink but that would be it for me.
