We ate kebab and were asked which meat...we weren't asked about the sauces. We were served two sauces, one of which was very spicy. Unfortunately, we could hardly eat it because it was much too spicy. We found the meat to be way too tasty. And so we could hardly eat any of it.

A few hours after I ate a kebab, I had stomach intestinal pain and vomiting diarrhea

I was really looking forward to a kebab after work and ordered a doner kebab and an ayran. Everything was great at first: I sat down, ate, and the food was really delicious. But in the middle of the meal, an employee came, opened a small door to the outside and looked out. At first I thought he was waiting for someone. It was December, 12:20 a.m. and it was freezing outside. After about 10 seconds in which no one came, I closed the door again because it was getting really uncomfortably cold. Then someone called from the kitchen and came towards me. He spoke in a loud tone and asked me to sit somewhere else as it was problematic because of the smoke. The situation escalated into a lengthy discussion. In the end he closed the door again, but asked me to open it again after dinner. I think that was an absolute disgrace. The employee could have asked me politely instead of reacting so rudely. This caused me to lose my appetite, even though I was still hungry, and I ended up leaving. The food was good but the service was really disappointing. Unfortunately, the employee's behavior ruined my visit.

Staff is extremely unfriendly. There is a lot of savings on sauce, if you ask politely, if you ask for a little more sauce you will be rudely told “it costs €1 extra”

It wasn't a disaster, but it's far from good either. The cocktail sauce and the garlic sauce are very poor in taste and the staff is not particularly friendly. The bread itself is good but it wasn't baked properly. The ambience is the only thing that is really good.

There was only 5 percent salad on the sandwich and the sweat was dripping all over the food. In the corner of my eye I also saw a lot of beard hair in it and I saw my hands in my pants before, as if that wasn't enough. There's also a gray one running I then gave it to a homeless man who succumbed to stomach pain 30 minutes later

Only good until 10 p.m.! Everything used to be great, but now the two employees are rude (speak badly about the customers because they think you don't understand them) and after 10 p.m. you only get leftovers and smaller portions for the same price! At the station you should be prepared for late hours or close earlier if you can't stand the pressure. I am very disappointed! I will change this review if anything changes.

My husband ordered 2 falafel plates to take away today, they tasted very good, but when he asked if you could add some meat on top, he said no, it costs €15 Briefly thought I had misunderstood something but it was repeated again 15 €! 2 days before he paid €1 for it and said so, the employees asked if my husband had taken a photo of the seller from the last time because it doesn't work that way and the extra meat would cost €15... eat good Service very bad

One evening on the way home with an empty stomach to Sultan's staff absolutely unfriendly, but what was even worse was the food. A kebab box, almost no salad, just meat and far too many fries. The meat couldn't be eaten, only cartilage. After 2.3 bites, this box found its way into the trash can. The worst kebab shop I've ever eaten in. Never again

On the way to visit friends past Barmbek we stop at Sultan's Döner snack bar. We still had a bit of time so we ordered chicken with fries and a falafel sandwich. The chicken was super tasty, juicy with the hot sauce and the fries were also very good. The falafel in sandwich were also good to eat as they were juicy with all the trimmings. Can snack at the S-Bahn station, the ambience is great and the staff is also quite friendly and fast and sexy. The price-performance ratio is great for a snack.

Out of necessity, I ordered a Pomm kebab box to eat in the store in the evening. The cashier explained to the other person in a different language what I had ordered. Nevertheless, I received a different sauce than what I ordered and the meat smelled like fish! I had stomach pains for several days and had to go to the doctor. The quality and quantity has increasingly deteriorated recently. I won't go there again and can't recommend it!

The quality is good, with a kebab with fries the mixture and mixing is moderate. It's cheaper than around the corner, you should look at both.

Ordered something there today out of necessity... Won't be back anytime soon! I can only recommend driving two stops further to Wandsbek Gartenstadt. At least you get real portions for your money there! The PommDöner here was really small and consisted mainly of Pomm and hardly any kebab (and salad)! :-(

Favorite shop on U/S Barmbek. Delicious, fresh and really inexpensive in contrast to the kebab shops at other stations. Up to €2-3 cheaper. Switched from plastic bags to paper a while ago 👍 In winter it's also a good place to warm up if you have to wait for the bus. Staff very friendly.

Can't agree with the bad reviews at all. You can get the best kebab here. The meat is of high quality, you can taste it. Everything is fresh and the guys work hard from morning to night. You can buy so many other things besides kebab. Noodles, börek, half chicken. Simply everything your heart desires. What more do you want? The most important thing is the taste and that's what convinces me again and again.

My mother and I got a kebab here two days ago. We were very surprised at the size. Smaller than expected. My mother wanted a spicy kebab, which didn't taste spicy at all but rather sweet. I also had stomach problems afterwards.

I ordered a jumbo kebab there and received a standard kebab which actually costs less. When I asked whether the flatbread shouldn't be larger for a jumbo kebab, I only received a cheeky answer that it wasn't the size of the kebab bag that mattered, but rather the contents, which were no more, but exactly the same as a standard one -Doner kebab was. I won't buy anything from you anymore and instead go to the kebab shop 20 meters away. There I get what I pay for and am not cheated.

Place is nice and food is good but service is horrible. Cashier doesn’t speak German or English…. How? They got the order wrong, doesn’t know if Apple Pay is accepted or not, then gives attitude, not acceptable at all.

Das Essen ist sehr gut aber der Service ganz schlimm: ich war am telefon während meine mama für mich bestellt hat weil ich zuhause war. Die Mitarbeiter waren ungeduldig und unfreundlich, haben mit meiner mama gesprochen wie sie wollen, wäre ich da gewesen hätte ich denen aufjedenfall meine Meinung gegeigt.. meine Mama wollte den hörer nicht auf laut stellen:( UNVERSCHÄMT!

Was soll man sagen... Ich kenne mindestens 3 andere Dönerladen wo ich für das Geld u besseren Service mehr bekomme. Muss ich nicht nochmal hin. Fleisch war ok. Die Pommes waren wohl über von der letzten Bestellung. Feta hat abgelaufen geschmeckt, sehr sauer. Lasst es Euch schmecken

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Haben meine Bestellung falsch gemacht. Als ich Sie drauf angesprochen habe, wurde es direkt unfreundlich und ich solle mich nicht so anstellen. Desweiteren war das Fleisch noch rot... einmal und nicht wieder. Keine Empfehlung.

Döner Box nur Pommes fast. So wenig Fleisch, schon frech

Ich bin regelmäßig dort essen. Das Essen ist grundsätzlich gut aber der Service war gestern unterirdisch. Ich habe ein Döner Box mit Reis (ich habe Pommes) bestellt. Leider hat der Kassierer das nicht mitbekommen. Ich habe dennoch gesagt, ist ok nehme ich trotzdem. Als es dann um Fleisch ging, versuchte mir der Döner man Hähnchenfleisch dazu zujubeln, weil das Kalbfleisch noch nicht fertig war. Ich bekam das mit und sprach ihn darauf an, das ich kein gemischtes Fleisch bestellt habe. Der Dönermann war einsichtig und sortiere das Hähnchenfleisch wieder aus. Der Kassierer wurde allerdings sehr unhöflich und meinte, dass ich einfach auch mein Geld zurückerhalten könne. Ich war überhaupt nicht auf Krawall, sondern eher darauf aus, dass man auch Fehler machen kann so lange man nicht unhöflich wird. Grundsätzlich bin ich dort immer zufrieden gewesen aber gestern war der Service unterste Schublade. Ich dachte immer, dass der Kunde König ist. Bedauerlicherweise ist das in Tagesgeschäft sehr hektisch deshalb bin ich sehr verständnisvoll aber gestern war ich sehr enttäuscht von Service!

Ich gehe sehr oft dort essen öfters mittags da schmeckt der döner sehr lecker doch schon mehrmals nachts ungefähr vor 1 stunde habe ich mir ein döner gekauft und habe denn zuhause gegessen das fleisch war sehr kalt und hat komisch geschmeckt die soße war viel zu wenig nur oben war was und salat auch das hat gar nicht gut geschmeckt oben war schon soße hnd salat hat aber nicht gut geschmeckt und hnten war nur trockenes fleisch was kalt war und nicht gut schmeckte seit 45 min als ich denn döner fertig hatte habe ich miese bauch schmerzen hnd mein magen knurrt komisch aber sonst eigentlich immer kecker service ist such gut aber manche leute sind dort nicht so nett

Eine Dönerbox in der man 3 Salatblätter, 1 Stück Tomate und etwas Kraut hat, dafür aber 70% Pommes sind einfach nicht für den Preis gerechtfertigt. Preis/Leistung stimmt leider gar nicht

Bin ein Dönerexperte. Meine Bewertung: (Benotung erfolgt in Relation zum Stadtdurchschnitt:) Fleisch: Note 2 Brot: Note 4 , Man hat hier sehr viel gespart. Sauce und Salat: Note 3. Nichts besonderes. Service: Note 2. Man hat mir mein Essen an meinen Platz gebracht. Ambiente: Note 3...vielleicht ein bisschen mehr orientalische Musik laufen lassen. Preisleistungsverhältnis: Note 3. Man bekommt für den Preis genau das, was man erwartet..einen soliden Döner. Nicht mehr..nicht weniger. Gesamtnote : 2- ( Die verschiedenen Anteile werden unterschiedlich gewichtet.) Bitte besseres Brot. Dann kann man auch über die Note 1- /2+ reden.

Die DönerBox bestand meiner Meinung nach aus zu viel Pommes und zu wenig Fleisch. Zutaten waren trotzdem frisch und haben lecker geschmeckt. Das Hähnchen ist immer sehr lecker und der Service ist auch für eine Dönerbude gut.

Obwohl es ständig sehr voll und überfüllt ist, wird man verdammt schnell und sehr freundlich bedient. Das Essen schmeckt unglaublich sehr gut und frisch. Die Bedienung ist super und sehr professionell. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Ich war schon lange nicht mehr so fasziniert von einem Restaurant. Die Location ist super leicht zu erreichen! Direkt an der U-Bahn Barmbek! Die günstige Verkehrsanbindung macht einen Besuch schnell machbar. Direkt an der U-Bahn Barmbek. Die Getränkeauswahl empfanden meine Frau und ich spitze! Nicht nur das nette Personal war bei meinem Besuch der totale Hit, sondern ebenfalls das tolle Ambiente. Bu akşam uğradım et döner sipariş verdim. Tarif ettiğim gibi servis ettiler. Eti boldu. Çalışanlar samimi ve kibar davrandılar. Yemekten sonra çayı ikram ettiler. Gayet güzel👍

Der Laden war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, der Döner hat gut geschmeckt bis auf die scharfe Soße. War mir ein bisschen zu süß. Das einzige was wirklich doof war, war das Preisleistungsverhältnis… come on 5,90€ also 6€ für einen normalen Döner finde ich schon ziemlich teuer. Dafür habe ich einen Stern abgezogen. Die Soße ist Geschmackssache daher ist sie nicht in der Wertung dabei.

Sehr gutes Essen, aber mir fehlt kostenloser Tee. Ich empfehle diesen Ort!

Hat stark nachgelassen, früher machte der Dürum einen noch satt jetzt wird am Fleisch gespart und der dürum ist viel kleiner geworden quasi ein Salatwrap mit Fleischgarnitur. War früher Stammkunde und dachte erst dass ist ein Ausrutscher aber ich habe das jetzt 3 Mal erlebt dass ganz hart mit dem Fleisch gegeizt wurde, trotzdem aber die Dreistigkeit besitzen die Preise zu erhöhen...... Dann gehe ich halt in Zukunft wieder zu Soul Kebap da ist das einzige Manko das die kein Ezme haben, aber dafür sind die Döner nicht nahezu vegetarisch.
