By far the worst meal my family and I have ever had the pleasure of eating. It was my mother's birthday and we as a family of 7 ate at Sultan today and ate for just under €155. The money is not a problem, but rather the food! The meat, be it the chicken or the burger, was not cooked through. In addition, the onions in the salads were completely old and the taste of the salads was therefore a 0. None of us ate the food and we were not even asked whether everything was okay or whether the food was even tasty. The store wasn't overcrowded either, so you could say that no one had time. So we definitely won't eat there again.

The ambience is very nice, the food is wonderful, the best lamb meat I have ever eaten in my life and the mixed salad on the side was delicious, the service and staff are friendly, I will go again, of course.

I recently visited Sultan Restaurant and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. 1. Service: The service was extremely slow and disorganized. The service seemed overwhelmed and not attentive. I had to ask for my order several times and even simple requests were ignored. 2. Food: Unfortunately the food was of poor quality. The dishes were bland, some cold and looked carelessly prepared. I would have expected much more for the prices. 3. Cleanliness: The hygiene also left a lot to be desired. The tables were sticky and the cutlery wasn't cleaned properly. 4. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was very loud and hectic. There was hardly any space and the room seemed uncomfortable.

Rustically furnished large restaurant. You can sit at the same table with the whole family. There are lots of seats. The breakfast is great. Menemen tastes very good here and sucuk comes on a separate plate. Very good. Not everyone likes it. We loved it and would love to come back. P.S. The teapot at the table is a great idea 💡

The restaurant is the best Turkish restaurant in Wiesbaden. I don't understand the negative reviews. The food, the presentation on the plate always looks appetizing. What I think is great is that every table gets freshly baked bread and various dipping sauces, which is not usual. The atmosphere is always new, which is very inviting and surprising. Service is always excellent and courteous. You are warmly greeted as soon as you enter the restaurant and accompanied to your table. You don't have to wait long to order, which I know is different in other restaurants. A small drawback or something that needs to be improved is the language. Highly recommended for people who want to try something new and only want good food in the long term. Prices top for today's economy.

Unfortunately, the meat had a slight unpleasant odor, which made me suspect it was not fresh and likely from old, deep-frozen stock. Breakfast costs €14, but please note that it is only for one person. So you pay €28 for 2 people. This is actually enough for 2 people, but I think it's a small portion of egg and not a lot of sucuk. But it was still very tasty. You also get a large pide and 2 extra pastries. One also has a large pot of cay. I recommend it to everyone, but not an absolute must. But I missed the larger portions of things.

We were here for Turkish breakfast and we were not disappointed! Staff is really friendly, fast and there if you should have questions. The bread (pide) is made freshly in their oven and is delicious. If you want to have a tapas like breakfast you won't be disappointed!

The reception at Sultan Restaurant was quite pleasant, but our experience was marred by some disappointing aspects. Due to high demand during Ramadan, we were asked to sit in the next room, which was understandable in itself, but unfortunately resulted in an unexpected ambience. Even though we placed our order 30 minutes before breaking our fast, the food was not served hot, just lukewarm. This led us to suspect that the dishes may have been reheated rather than freshly prepared. Unfortunately, my lettuce was tasteless and seemed to be a dry foliage without any spices. Additionally, I had ordered extra rice, but it was not delivered and the portion of rice that was on the plate seemed greasy. Also, the meat wasn't completely cooked through. Unfortunately, I suffered from heartburn after eating, which may be due to the quality. In addition, the bill did not match the prices stated on the menu. The lack of proper receipt increased this feeling of dissatisfaction and made me feel unappreciated as a customer. Everything was typed into a calculator. Unfortunately I feel a bit taken aback. Ordered “Kuzu Güvec” lamb with vegetables from the oven. The vegetables were not through the eggplant was still raw. When I complained he left with the plate and within 10 minutes the plate was back in front of me. The eggplants were still raw. Another employee came and said if we left them open longer the vegetables would stick to the pan because there wasn't enough liquid in them. Conclusion: they don't know how to prepare a Kuzu Güvec. Something very strange happened to me today, my husband and I came for breakfast, and at first we asked if this breakfast menu is enough for two people. And they said yes. And since I wasn't very hungry, I insisted on bringing a 14 euro breakfast menu for me and my husband. We didn't even order the juice separately, everything was brought to us exactly as it was described in the menu photo. In the end he charged us 28 euros instead of 14 euros, even though the employee there told the man that we had only ordered a 14 euro menu. That was completely unfair

Wir gehen oft mit der Familie zum Essen hierhin und waren immer mit allem zufrieden. Sowohl das üppige Frühstück als auch die Grillgerichte sind sehr lecker. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das hausgemachte Brot ist 10/10 und Das Frühstück besteht aus vielen leckeren und frisch zubereiteten warmen Gerichten (Würstchen, Menemen Omelette und Rühreier), verschiedene käsesorten mit Gemüse und verschiedene süße Speisen (Honig, Marmelade, Tahin, Nutella). Da ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei!. Dazu noch eine Chai flat. Absolute weiterempfehlung.

Wir haben mit meine Frau am Valentinstag hier Abends gegessen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, gemütlich und eingeräumt. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar mit unterschiedlichen türkischen Spezialitäten für beinahe jeden Geschmack. Was uns besonders gefallen ist, das Lammfleisch der am Holzkohlegrill exakt gegrillt wurde. Leckere Tee und geile Fladenbrot aus Holzkohleofen waren gratis dazu. Alkohholische Getränke bekommt man hier nicht. Für Kinder findet man auch genügend leckere Gerichte. Also rundum absolut empfehlenswert 👍

Das reichhaltige Buffet für nur 17€ überzeugte, und Tee, sowie Pfladenbrot wurden großzügig nachgereicht, ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Die gemütliche und gepflegte Atmosphäre im Restaurant trug zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis bei. Besonders schön war, dem Backen des Pfladenbrots zuzusehen. Absolut empfehlenswert.❤️

So so gut!! Die Linsensuppe ist wirklich gut gemacht und man bekommt sogar ein riesiges Brot mit Dips dazu, und das nur für 6€. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und freundlich, hier ist also nicht nur das Essen und der Preis gut sondern auch der Service. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Friendly, helpful staff and delicious food. There are a lot of good Turkish restaurants in Wiesbaden and most are pretty darn good. Sultan is right up there with the best of them. We had the cigari börek, manti, Iskender kebab, and saç taverna. All were as good as anything in Turkey. Çay came out nice and hot and the kunefe was delicious.

Sehr sympathische Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Essen und gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Ich war schon mehrere Male hier und liebe den Laden. Man bekommt in der Regel immer einen Platz. Als hauseigene Vorspeise gibt es jedes Mal ein großes Stück warmes Brot, was total lecker schmeckt, mit verschiedenen Dips und einen kleinen Beilagensalat pro Person. Als Hauptgericht haben wir einmal Hähnchenspieß und einmal Adana genommen. Beides war richtig lecker. Man bekommt nach dem Essen auch noch einen Türkischen Tee aufs Haus. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente ist schön. Zahlung per Karte ist ebenfalls möglich. Preislich lagen wir bei 20 Euro pro Person.

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden Essen und Service waren und sind Top. Gerne wieder wenn wir in Wiesbaden sind.

Am 5.5.23 haben wir im Voraus reserviert für 30 Personen - Standesamtfeier - mit einer Anzahlung von 60€. Abgemacht war es dass um 18:30 das Essen mittig für alle bereitsteht. Eine Stunde vor Ankunft haben wir zur Erinnerung nochmal angerufen und gesagt dass wir auf dem Weg sind. Als wir ankamen war NICHTS vorbereitet und wir haben zusätzlich 2h gewartet bis das Essen endlich serviert wurde. Das Essen war im VORAUS schon festgelegt und für alle das gleiche! Nie wieder!!!!!! Es war beschämend und peinlich! Das Essen war sogar zu wenig und die haben den vollen Preis verlangt - so dreist kann man sein - wir haben trotzdem 50€ abgezogen was sogar zu wenig war.

Lustlos und grimmiger Service-Mitarbeiter. Hatten u.a. eine Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen bestellt (€ 12,95). Diese bestand aus 5 faden Quarkdips und 1 Tomaten-Paprika-Dip. Quark-Dips teilweise nur eingefärbt. Geschmacklich aber kein Unterschied, alle schmeckten nur nach leicht angemachtem Quark, sonst nichts; dazu 1 Fladenbrot am Stück. Der Salat zu den Hauptgerichten weder mariniert noch appetitlich. Portionen spärlich und lieblos. Das war unser erster und letzter Besuch dort.

Wir hatte eine gemischte Grillplatte. Das Fleisch war sehr lecker und ganz zart, wirklich zu empfehlen!

Das Essen ist total Lecker!!! Der Service ist auch sehr nett. Man kann draußen oder aber auch drinnen sitzen. Zu jeder Speise bekommt man ein Fladenbrot mit Soßen dazu und einen Salat. Sehr Empfehlenswert! :) Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es leider nur sehr wenig vegetarische Rezepte zur Auswahl gibt.
