I don't recommend trying it. The place is dirty, the chairs are dirty, and the table is dirty too. The food is not good. The fries are absolutely terrible, and the shawarma is inedible. There's nothing good about this restaurant.

Very poor service. The person barely speaks German and can't take any extra orders! The driver then harasses you if you don't accept the incorrect order. Very pushy! This has happened three times now, same experience...

I used to like the food from there till the skinny turkish guy was so stinky like I wouldn’t pay extra for food… he gave me like he own the restaurant and i was homeless asking for more -look.. :)) but is not just that the portions is not quality over price, every time we was there their faces look like complaining or dont wanna be there… attitude bad for clients and service also bad. Yeah they got some stuff that is ok but it doesnt matter because the personal serve you bad and you lose your appetite. And if is the owner that does that is even bad because thats not how you run a business. Change your attitude and the way you work… i dont even say that is dirty there but please clean up too… take care of your clients because you not the best, but try. Thank you

Absolutely terrible place, food delivery takes 2 hours and arrives cold, simply outrageous!

First, let me mention the positives: I ordered at 1:55 AM, and the place closes at 2:00 AM. I ordered a dürüm and a sucuk pizza, and I think it's great that you can still get your food despite ordering so late; other places don't even take orders that late. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. The dough tasted of nothing and as if the pizza had only been in the oven for 5 minutes, so it wasn't cooked through. The dürüm, the flatbread, was also undercooked. I'm a bit disappointed and won't order from there again. I definitely can't recommend those two dishes, but who knows, maybe the rest of the food at Sultan Grill will be better.

Unfortunately, it's a bit expensive. The fries arrived undercooked and more soggy than fried. If possible, it's best to order from somewhere else. Otherwise, it's edible.

On Friday, August 25, 2023, at 6:46 PM, we placed an order. We had to wait over an hour for the food (much longer than initially stated), the two pizzas were only lukewarm, extra toppings were missing, and worst of all: one pizza was delivered in the "medium" size instead of "large." As you can see in the pictures, the pizzas are the same size. So we thought, what the heck. We'll just give them a quick call; they'll surely find a solution. The person on the phone, who wasn't exactly customer-oriented, didn't care and said they weren't "responsible." So we subsequently sent an email requesting a refund for the overpayment. No response.

Today I ordered six sandwiches: three shawarma and three crispy. I also ordered two crispy sandwiches with extra spicy topping. The chef filled them all with extra spicy topping, but my kids don't eat spicy topping. What should I do?

It tastes delicious, but it takes a long time to prepare.

We were here on Friday for a contest. The food was great. Well-seasoned and nicely presented. It was very, very tasty! The ambiance is just okay. It's not really set up for eating inside in winter. There are only half-tables. It's different outside, but it's too cold for that right now. But the food was excellent. The service was excellent too.

Ordered at 6:34 PM for over €50, now it's 8:35 PM! After several phone calls, I was told (the driver's car broke down and the order had to be re-ordered). No discount or anything else was offered! I've never had any problems with Sultan before, but today was a disaster! I won't be ordering anything from them again!!

Sorry, but not like that. Like the two times I ordered food from there, the dough was raw and spoiled. I took the food back and wanted my money back. He didn't want to give me anything back, instead he said what should I do now, I can't throw it away, then I just thought to myself, eat it myself. My daughter is in the hospital and I didn't want to do that to her. I don't want to throw food away either, but do it properly!!! I will never order anything from there again. You should think about it, because that's how you lose customers.

I got a doner kebab box with fries. The fries were old and refried. The meat was barely cooked. I wouldn't eat here again.

Honestly, the service is zero. It's not in anyone's interest to work for you. We ordered two Singers and a Scallop. Scallop with ketchup?? Singer with spices. Everything is bad, honestly. The service is zero. The fries weren't hot and everything is bad. Honestly, I wish you would hire someone who knows how to specialize in such things. Restaurants and food specialize in this. Their food is good, thought of having a dine in.. but they are not welcoming their costumers properly. The food take 45 mins minimum... If you plan on eating at the restaurant. Also sitting area is not so.. clean.

Wonderful place with fantastic chicken shwarma and Shish Taouk. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

They can't even take orders properly, and then they can't even change them. So I paid money and couldn't eat the food, thank you. I pay money for it, and if I can't eat it because of the ingredients I didn't want, then that should be changed out of customer service alone. I entered everything correctly, even explained everything again in detail in the comments section on Lieferando! A disgrace! My last time, never again. There are better places around! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The food was often good (I've ordered at least a dozen times, and I can only recommend the sandwiches), but lately, their constant lateness has become too annoying, and the last two times the sandwiches were just thrown together. The final straw was finding a hair in the breading of my chicken. What a shame!

I ordered a Nutella pizza through Lieferando – not for the first time. But this time it was a disgrace. From the very first bite, it was clear: the dough tasted stale, almost spoiled. I wanted to ignore it, but then I discovered a hard, foreign piece on the pizza – whether it was plastic or a broken nail, I can't say. I immediately reported the incident to Lieferando customer service. The response: the restaurant owner denies everything. No apology, no remorse, no responsibility. Mistakes can happen – but anyone who works with food should at least have the decency to take responsibility. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable to me. Never again.

Really awesome sandwiches. I highly recommend the Lava Chicken Sandwich if you like spicy chicken. Delivery is always on time, and the food is always good!

I always order the Raumschnitzel with fries and extra cream sauce, and it's always been delicious. I don't think they skimp on anything; the portions are huge. The manager is very nice, and all the staff are very friendly. They prepare the salad according to your wishes. I love going there.

***update*** Has become my go to for chicken tendies. Tried them again and glad I did. The zinger family box is soooo tasty. The chicken fingers are super tasty and crunchy. So much flavor. The fries were warm and pizza was tasty. I liked everything I ordered. I appreciate a more traditional fattoush salad but still had good flavor. Will order again I think this place is probably way better in person as the chicken box is chicken on top of fries and fries need to be hot anywhere to be any good. The Mexican chicken was pretty good and full of flavor though. It was really tasty.

The first thing I was told was that the order would take 40 minutes. I received it 1.5 hours later. Secondly, fries were missing from the Cheeseburger Mega menu. Then the meat wasn't really cooked through and they didn't use tartar sauce. It literally oozed out. I was horrified at what was delivered to me. Doner box cold as well as the rest of the order. Something like this shouldn't happen. I'm very disappointed.

I have never eaten such a bad Fahita sandwich in my life. There was 1 small piece of meat in it and the vegetables were still almost raw. And for that I waited 10 minutes and paid €8….ridiculous!

I have often ordered from here via the Lieferando app. Döner/Teller dishes are good but pizza was not good.

It took more than an hour for the two kebabs to be delivered. The kebab was full of vegetables, had little meat and was also very salty.

The food is delicious and friendly staff. The size of the restaurant is quite small and highly recommended for takeaway and delivery. One can dine in with friends.

Yesterday I called there and they said you have to order five hours in advance, so I called today and placed my order after five hours, when I asked about my order they just said we didn't prepare today. I have visited the place with my wife and the rude lady said his worker to tell us to sit in an outside area because she seems like chilling with her friends and family . outside area seems like is meant to be for just boys and was really uncomfortable. highly not recommended. just to let you know we entered at 9:27 and left the place after eating the food at 10:00. Moreover we are not young kids who make noise there.
