We spontaneously ended up at Sultan Döner in Nuremberg today and were pleasantly surprised! The vegetarian kebab was really tasty - fresh vegetables, well-seasoned filling and a pleasantly creamy yogurt garlic sauce. The portion was generous and the bread was nice and crispy. If you're looking for a good kebab, you can definitely grab it here without hesitation. Clear recommendation!

Really a very good kebab. Fresh bread with delicious sauces and an overall good portion, really tasty. The shop is also beautifully done and it's worth mentioning that you eat from real plates and don't use this cardboard junk. Can be recommended.

We waited probably 15-20 minutes for a single kebab box and everything was a little uncoordinated... Not exactly cheap in terms of price, but unfortunately not good either... most of the meat was simply burnt

The meat doner kebab was perfect, it tasted like real meat, it was one of the best meats I've eaten in many places. The wrap was long and delicious. The place was nice, design etc. Staff was good questions etc Let's come to the cons -You go down to the dungeons to go to the toilet -the price is a little bit higher for 9.5 wraps -The pita was incredibly bad (God forbid it's a sin) I wouldn't eat it if they gave it for free - What was the price of that baklava? 2 euros per slice? 2 slices are 2 euros in any restaurant. Adjust it. -self service. Pardon? I'm going to give 9.5 for the doner kebab and I'm the one who's going to serve it. If it wasn't for the staff, it would be okay, at Mc Donald's, 5.99 for 2 hamburgers, cola, fries, self service right up to your feet, can I explain? I generally come here for meat wraps (if I get rich)

We went to Nuremberg for a day trip and tried this restaurant as it’s in the city centre. We tried Döner and Lahmachun with Lamm meat. The taste was good, really satisfied. I can recommend this place without any hesitation.

The kebabs here are amazing, the bread is freshly baked in-house and the ingredients are also freshly prepared. Quality vegetables and the kebabs are packed here very evenly. The sauces are delicious as well, the whole meal didn't feel greasy or make me lethargic at all. They did forget one of the kebabs for my group and had to wait slightly longer as they served someone else first, but rectified the situation shortly after.

Unfortunately, vegetarian Dürum was a disaster

Soup was okay, but the bread next to it was probably a few days old. Cold and hard. It's a shame what kind of pide I was served. Served in a soup plate, hard dough and the cheese on top is definitely the cheapest on the market. Only the service was okay, as you could order snack-style straight away at the checkout.

The pide was not fresh but reheated from the display rack. If it had been fresh the price would probably have been right, but it was anything but enjoyable. The cheese wasn't even soft, the pide kept breaking and collapsing while eating. So no recommendation. If it had been fresh and of better quality the price would have been right.

I tried the kebab here for the first time and wow! Delicious veal, fluffy bread, delicious sauces and fresh salad. Gladly again!

I recently had a veal kebab that was very good. I've been to a lot of shops but it was really tasty, even at 10:30 p.m. the bread and salad were great. The employees are all nice and polite. 😘

I always enjoyed going here, but never again. I wait 5 minutes until the skewer is hot, then another customer comes, orders the same thing as me and gets his kebab first. Then wait again for the skewer. The highlight was that you tipped yourself at the end. I can also fool myself. And not for an astronomical €10 for a kebab

The employees are very nice except for the boss. He forced children to give good reviews in front of us.

Don't accept card ?? Told me it was because of poor network signal - absolute rubbish, the signal was fine.

You let people order so that some complete idiots will threaten them with a knife if they don't get there sooner. You should really have more respect for the guests who come here. You always notice that everyone else is being favored and that's a shame.

Absolutely no longer recommended!!! I have been a regular customer there for more than 15 years, longer than people have worked there. The prices because of the location in the city center can be discussed but not when the price increases every six months. After the last increase I was still there but now paying 8 euros for a normal doner turkey that isn't even big is a disgrace. When comparing other kebab shops, I get a big kebab there, also in the city center. In addition, the price of a normal can is 3 euros!!! Is that normal? Shameful. There are new workers there every month who don't understand German and you can use sign language to explain what's on your kebab. When I asked the employee (1.85m approx. Gray hair) whether the price increase was normal every time and pointed out that it was too expensive, the employee said: The price increase is normal, I'm not going to work for you, his choice of words, where is the connection? Then I said, you have lost a regular customer who has been a customer for over 15 years. The meat itself is 50/50 times the meat is through sometimes not. If you want to save money or want a good kebab and want to feel good as a customer, you are definitely 100% wrong here!!! If they were to close, I wouldn't be surprised.

So the price is outrageous! 8.50 for a Dürüm and the topping was very lean!!! Little meat and the chicken isn't cooked properly either, a few shreds of lettuce and 1 slice of tomato, a bit of sauce and if it comes up, 2 slices of onions! Very rude! The ordering process is a bit strange. The preparation took a surprisingly long time. The prices were overpriced for what was on offer. The atmosphere of the store is quite nice. Whether you have to transfer the food from a large bucket in the counter into the GN container or perhaps you should do it in the kitchen, I'll leave it up to you

Been there many times. In my opinion they have one of the best kebabs and dürüms. The price seemed more expensive to me at the beginning, but since prices are rising everywhere, the price itself is actually ok. They have 4 different sauces: yogurt, garlic, herbs and chili. The chilli sauce is closest to the classic cocktail sauce, but is very spicy. If I had one wish, it would be that they would add the classic cocktail sauce. Then the food would be a 10/10. I say 9.5/10 precisely because of the sauce. We mostly eat kebab or dürüm. I also got fries but it's nothing special, you can do it, but it doesn't have to be. Drinks are absolutely too expensive, just like in other restaurants unfortunately :( Otherwise the service is very good, nice and fast. There is usually space to sit inside and outside. There is a toilet downstairs, but it's better to ask before you go. All in all My favorite kebab/dürüm shop so far, I can absolutely recommend it :) Of course the shop is also Halal🤍

Unfortunately it's really just a tourist shop. Charging €8.90 for a Dürüm is really quite a bit! Veal not completely cooked through! And then the Dürüm is only lukewarm, the dough is only half cooked. Then the staff can't or won't understand what you exactly want. You have to repeat yourself 3 times because the person you're talking to doesn't seem to have the best memory. I really enjoyed coming to you. But unfortunately that was the last time!! Really a shame!

Wonderful middle eastern restaurant with chicken and beef shawarma sandwiches and plates at a great location with outside seating. Great prices. Watan was most wonderful attendant and took care of us

The kebab and the quality is good. I had a kebab plate with fries and found it a shame that the salad (apart from the cabbage) wasn't dressed and was therefore "bare". The prices are sporty, but you are on the main market.

There is little to explain here. I, who love kebabs, truly found one of the best kebabs ever. Really very good. I will return without doubts.

So I can only speak from Regensburg's perspective here, because to be honest, our stores aren't that good. The Falafel Dürüm that I shredded was just perfect. The combination of the slightly green sauce and the normal tzatziki sauce was simply perfect. Delicious! Except for the obese bus driver who got into an argument with you, the atmosphere was also very good. But the store can't do anything about that. Ambience very slatted RP. Highly recommended! PS: My companions also found the store very good.

Took a kebab with us at night It was pointed out that the spit doesn't turn or only turns sometimes, but it was ignored... Some of the meat was burnt, some of it was borderline undercooked... Never again

No matter whether box or Dürüm: raw meat, hard fries, small portions, sauce not seasoned and extremely unfriendly employees. If you can't handle stress as an employee, you should choose another job! It was far too hot in the store and there was no deer to order! Forgotten order, 1 hour wait, bottle of sauce and all colleagues had stomach aches all day! I would prefer to give 0 points! Is not recommended! For price - performance very very weak!

I ordered a kebab box for just €7.50 and asked if card payment was possible. This was answered in the affirmative. Then I waited about 40 minutes for my kebab box with a moderate number of visitors. When I saw the box being prepared, I saw that the meat on the skewer (chicken) was completely raw. The employee also dropped a piece of plastic wrap into the rotisserie burner, which burned and gave off an unpleasant smell. I received the (raw) kebab box which was only just over half full for the price and received garlic sauce after I asked for herb sauce. Terrible shop, was the last time I visited. By the way, I couldn't pay with a card all at once...

Vegetable kebab had hardly any vegetables and too much salad. The sauce is also very sweet for my taste. Unfortunately, baklava isn't that great either :/

First you have to wait 45 minutes in the store at 35 degrees, only to hear that the order was forgotten. Then you finally get a kebab where the meat is raw and the wrong sauce was used, but it doesn't matter because almost none was used anyway. The fries are tiny and taste just as bad. And I've never seen dirtier toilets.

I couldn't tolerate the kebab with poultry. I had severe diarrhea at night. This has happened for the second time now.

if you are Syrian, you will receive preferential treatment. If you're not, it's better to avoid the store

I took a döner to home and found a dead fly in it. Also, I saw flies flying around sauces and vegetables. One fly stepped into a white sauce. I thought they will remove the sauce and being fresh. But they just removed a fly from sauce and used that sauce. Terrible. Must be reported to authorities.

Very tasty kebab, top team We were traveling in Nuremberg, when we were hungry we went to the Sultan Imbiss & Döner Nuremberg, located in the middle of the old town. The food, we had very tasty chicken kebab, large portions and great value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and special requests were taken into account when ordering. Therefore a clear recommendation from us!

Don't expect a wrap like a Türkiye wrap, the chicken is different in every way. I don't know what they use, but every chicken doner I eat in Europe is the same, it feels like eating cartilage and skin. However, it is still delicious with sauces. They also make lavash themselves, which is nice too. I paid 10€ for a chicken wrap and a glass of ayran.

We stood in line for half an hour with only 3-4 people in front of us. Nobody seems to really want to work here, everything is TERRIBLY slow.

The staff is now very, very rude and unhelpful, so if you're not a Turk or a foreigner you can wait for 30 minutes or everyone else will be taken ahead of you. For me that's a reason not to go there anymore, you'll just be ignored and then You just check that you've been standing there for 30 minutes and then they come at you stupidly and ask you if you've already ordered (but I had already paid). I just find it disrespectful and rude. I definitely don't recommend it

Sultan Doner Shop in Nuremberg offers some of the finest falafel doner and durum I've ever tasted! Their sauces are incredibly flavorful, adding the perfect touch to each bite. Highly recommended for falafel enthusiasts!

I travel around Germany all the time for my job. I have never tasted such a delicious soup or eaten pita. It is a clean and beautiful establishment, I recommend it to everyone.

It's a good idea to eat your kebab there The meal went very quickly. My kebab was ready within 5 minutes even though there were more people there. I paid 6.50 for a normal vegetarian kebab, which is completely fine for me. I'll come back more often, I really enjoyed it. Best kebab in town! :D
