Best Subway. Been there for the second time in the evening and it was great again. Above average good sub. Stands out clearly from other Subway locations. Just the right portions and super nice service

So the food was okay, but the employee didn't seem very competent, had no motivation and, above all, he didn't seem well trained. I ordered a Classic Sandwich and had to put it together myself, which I didn't want to do, normally you should know what you're doing. You can read a lot about how something should be prepared, how you should behave, etc. in Subway's guidelines

I've generally always had good experiences at Subway, but I had no idea what was going on today. There were three employees on site but it felt like only one of them was working. The other thing that really irritated me and made me lose my appetite a little is that my cookies completely melted together and you couldn't take them apart. Very unfortunate

Coming from Australia where Subway is very popular. This Subway in Vechta is one of the best I’ve been too. The food is fantastic and fresh and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended also incredibly clean also the toilet is like a 5star hotel. Great range of drinks too. The best takeaway or dine in around.

I always like the food there. It's just a shame that the vegan cookies are always sold out. When it comes to service, you can be lucky. I've experienced everything there. From super nice and competent to completely crazy and on the verge of microsleep. The ambience is just ok. I go there for the food and ignore everything else. Then it works. 😊

Terrible Totally unfriendly employee, rude and annoyed. Rushed even though there was absolutely nothing going on in the store. Then completely wrong/incorrectly prepared.

Delicious food and since the Volksbank campaign you can also save a lot if you have a gold card

Disrespectful employees, you get picked on because the employee didn't listen and puts fake cheese on it and the blonde guy with curls just acts cheeky, but laughs at you if you say something wrong when ordering and doesn't even take his job seriously, so honestly disgusting. 🤢

Always very good food and service. I'm a regular customer and can't complain, the food is always very tasty and prepared quickly, even if the shop is a little fuller. Staff is always polite and helpful with questions about the app. I'd love to come back again and again :)

I can't say anything bad about all my visits. The cleanliness of the tables leaves a lot to be desired.

The service and food today were unsatisfactory and terribly poor compared to previous visits. It started with the order taking a long time because the employees didn't have any coordination about the tasks. The subs were also topped with significantly smaller amounts of ingredients than usual. I would have understood this under the current circumstances, but what really shocked me were the cashier's statements after paying. I had ordered a menu for one of the two subs, whereupon the employee asked me whether I wanted it with cookies or chips. After I paid and asked if I could just have the drink, I was told that I hadn't ordered a menu. Even after the employee explained that when the employee asked for cookies or chips, only one menu was possible, she did not see her mistake. I was quite willing to pay the rest of the price for a meal. However, when I was asked to pay the full price of a drink, I refused because I didn't see how I could pay more because of a mistake on the part of the employee. If this is your strategy to win money, I will no longer support your chain!

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting the staff tonight. Doesn't even begin to pay attention to her hair, pulls her hair through the food a few times and expects people to buy it. And possible and then everything is wrong everywhere. Subway should think about whether you want them. Or whether hygiene is being taken into account.

Friendly staff, clean shop and deliciously prepared sandwiches. 😋 Exuberant atmosphere, you don't feel rushed if you decide to eat in the shop. Overall, really great :)

The quality of the store has deteriorated significantly. It feels like a children's village - the sandwiches are cut so clumsily that they fall apart. And if you ask about the usual Subway quality, you will be treated unkindly. A serious problem that needs to be addressed urgently. However, it seems that Mr. Krill, who clearly doesn't care about any of this, will prefer to deliver the newspaper next month because working with customer communications is obviously too demanding for him.

Listed on Subway as a restaurant that accepts coupons. There is a statement on site that the coupons will not be accepted. This is misleading advertising. Food is good, but customer friendliness could be better.

The staff didn't feel like it today. There was something lying around everywhere and the floor and tables were totally dirty.

Toller Ort, um sich mit Freunden zu treffen. Alles war sehr lecker und frisch. Freundliches Personal, gemütlicher Ort und sauber.

Es werden bei jeder Online Bestellung ständig mehrere Sachen vergessen. Es nervt!

Der Subway in Vechta ist der Beste in dem ich je gegessen habe! Alles sehr schön und immer sauber, selbst wenn total viel los ist! Die Mitarbeiter sind immer nett und erleichtern einen das Bestellen. Das Essen ist immer super lecker! Ich könnte jeden Tag dort essen!

Ich geh nicht oft zu Subway, aber in diesen Laden würde ich öfter gehen. Es ist sehr sauber, die Auswahl der Beläge sind frisch & besonders muss ich mich bei Mina bedanken bei ihrer super lieben Bedienung & Geduld mit mir, da ich einfach nicht wusste was ich bestellen sollte & wie was schmeckt. Also nochmal wirklich großes Lob an sie!

Subway wie überall, schmeckt ja immer gleich.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal überhaupt in einem Subway und muss sagen das ich positiv überrascht war. Super lecker und eine tolle Auswahl. Der Laden ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das kontaktlose bestellen und bezahlen gefällt mir. Hier würde ich auf jeden Fall nochmal essen.

Eben ein subway wie man es kennt. Mitarbeiter immer freundlich, dass essen stimmt und die Wartezeit ist nicht wirklich lang.

Eine sehr ordentliche und aufgeräumte Filiale mit freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Ansonsten halt ein Subway.

Cooler Subway mitten in der City. Immer ordentlich und genug Auswahl da. Sitzplätze genug vorhanden in verschiedenen Variationen.

Der gut aussehende junge Mann mit den Locken ist ein Top Mitarbeiter. Immer sehr freundlich und motiviert zum Arbeiten. Man wird jedesmal freundlich begrüßt :)

Naja. „Mina“ Wir kamen rein haben das Personal freundlich gegrüßt und wir wurden nicht mal angeguckt. Direkt ein Was darfs sein? und alles ganz hastig mit einem genervten Blick. Überhaupt nicht Kontaktfreudig und Kundenfreundlich.. Auch total genervte Haltung. Man fühlt sich unwohl und man hat das gefühl als wenn man Nervt und schnell raus soll… Essen war trotzdem Ok.

Lesen kann das Personal nicht wirklich. Vorbestellt: Falsches Brot genommen, und der extra Käse, den man auch extra bezahlt, hat gefehlt.

Mega team!!! Ich war grade da, es war sehr voll und die lieben Mädels hatten alles unter Kontrolle und waren sehr freundlich bin sehr zufrieden😊 Kann euch nur weiter empfehlen

Der junge Mann hinter dem Tresen war freundlich, aber schwer zu verstehen, was durch das Tragen einer FFP2-Maske geschuldet sein dürfte.

Ich bin grade hier im Subway und war sehr überrascht! Man hatte Geduld mit mir und meiner unentschlossen Begleitung. War sehr nett und weil es draußen regnete hat der nette Herr hinter der Theke mir auch eine Serviette gegeben damit ich meine Brille von den Wassertropfen befreien konnte.
