The staff is completely incompetent and in need of a makeover. They take half an hour for two subs and charge €15/€16 instead of the usual €11.79. Incidentally, the Subway app still says €11.79. On top of that, their unfriendly accent is completely incomprehensible. And their motivation at work is always lacking. That was the last time I picked up anything from there...

Probably the slowest Subway around 😅 so the staff isn't stressing. It took 20 minutes from ordering to checkout. If the staff communicated better and the workflows were better coordinated, a lot could be improved. The food itself is of the usual Subway quality. I'd be happy to come back when I have enough time 👌🏻

I was just there and had to order even though it was only one! I had to wait almost 10 minutes before it was my turn because the service was slower than I've ever experienced... She barely understood German, and I had to repeat everything to her two or three times! It was a complete disaster, and I won't be coming here again for a while... It's a shame, because the food was good.

1 star – Never again! I went to Subway in Hechingen today for the first (and certainly last) time – and honestly, I've never experienced such unfriendly and disrespectful customer service. There was only ONE customer in front of me, but I still had to wait 15-20 minutes, even though there were two employees behind the counter. Because I saw this and was running out of time, I politely asked if it could be a bit quicker, as I had to go to work. One of them (according to the sign, supposedly the manager) immediately rudely and annoyedly told me not to argue, just to say what I ordered. When I placed my order, he put corn in it, even though I didn't say so. When I confronted him about it, he gave me a strange look and claimed I had said so. Even a nice customer behind me intervened and clearly stated, "He definitely said no corn." Nevertheless, the employee insisted. At that point, I'd had enough – I said I didn't want my order anymore and left. I didn't even eat anything. I've been to many Subway branches, but I've never experienced anything like this. This was my first visit to Hechingen – and definitely my last. No friendliness, no customer service, no professionalism. I then went straight to the Subway in Balingen (about 8 km away) – and as always: friendly, fast, everything went smoothly. My sub was ready in less than 2 minutes. Conclusion: If you want to ruin your day, feel free to go to Hechingen. I recommend everyone take the short trip to Balingen instead. I really can't recommend this Subway to anyone.

On April 21, 2025, I ordered three subs via the Subway app for 8:10 PM and paid directly via Apple Pay. When we arrived at Subway, the two employees gestured to us that it was closed. When they opened the door for us, they told us at 8 PM that it was closed and that no orders had been received. We insisted that the employees call the manager to clarify the matter, but they replied, "No, we don't want to be yelled at and put down again!!". They then called the manager, but since then, there has been no response from Subway!! The employees even told us to get something tasty from Burger King next door. Yeah, we didn't get anything to eat, and we paid for it. This definitely needs to be clarified!!! Update 07/01/2025: Subway briefly inquired, but nothing has happened since then!!!

My greeting was ignored, first by the first employee, then by the second. Instead, they discussed how late they could schedule a delivery to the neighboring town despite the empty store. They agreed on an hour and a half for sandwich deliveries. Afterward, one of them rightfully remarked that the area behind the counter "looks like...", with ingredients lying around everywhere, and cross-contamination should be checked again. Up to that point, I hadn't even been given a second glance, but I was no longer hungry.

I usually like ordering from this store, but this time it was truly disastrous. Two sandwiches, one of which was supposed to be cheese oregano, one of which was whole wheat and one of which was Italian, were missing about 90% of the salad I ordered, but instead had tomatoes on them, which I didn't want. Furthermore, the Italian looked like it had been deliberately mashed. They forgot the chocolate sauce on the churro, and the dipping sauce on the dipper. When we arrived at the store, there were no cookies left, and we were only told to get any chips we wanted. This was almost two hours before closing time. To top it all off, the sandwiches weren't even cut. The order was placed on June 29, 2025, and pickup was at 9 p.m. That was also the last order for the time being.

We've always been happy to come: for some time now, however, the staff has been constantly changing, which means that it takes forever, the sub is of course cold and poorly topped, and ingredients are mixed up or sometimes forgotten. Not so funny with jalapeños… Sometimes the subs weren’t even toasted! No question, everyone starts from scratch, but letting beginners operate it alone is simply not possible! Out of 10 visits, at most, everything will work out twice! A few employees have it in them, if they aren't there we will turn around and go somewhere else in the future!!!

Honestly? I wonder how this store can still be open. Worst subway in the area. Either the store manager doesn't have the store under control or the employees are poorly trained. Every time you go to the store you find something missing. If I want a sub, I would like to have all the ingredients or at least be told beforehand that unfortunately we don't have this or that today. And the excuse that there are delivery problems can't be true somehow. If you take a subway further to Balingen, it has everything!!! You look forward to your sub and then you only get half the ingredients!!! From now on only go to the other branch!!!

We actually like going to Subway in Hechingen. So far everything was ok. Today, however, well. Wanted to try the new melt. The lady starts and suddenly she remembers that the new ones don't exist. She stammers this because she probably doesn't speak German very well. We wanted to try/buy 3 varieties out of the 4. She then took apart what she had started and threw what had already been laid out into the existing compartments with fresh things 😳 So then just the usual thing. Furthermore, we are used to being asked which cheese we would like. She just slammed any one on it and that was it. We said nothing about it and then nothing more.

My multiple visits to the Subway in Hechingen have resulted in mixed reviews. The food itself is okay, but doesn't necessarily meet high culinary expectations. The staff seems strange in a way that's hard to define. On the one hand, they sometimes look at customers strangely, which can make them uncomfortable. All in all, I give the subway in Hechingen 3/5 stars. The okay quality of the food and the benevolent view of the circumstances speak for this rating. Also grundsätzlich gut , und die Mitarbeiter auch freundlich, aber maßlos überfordert, vorallem wenn dann noch viele Bestellungen reinkommen, sind zwei Mitarbeiter einfach zu wenig. Der Grund für den einen Stern sind aber die fragwürdigen Hygiene Bedingungen. Dass die Lieferanten ohne sich die Hände zu desinfizieren In die Küche gehen finde ich schon fragwürdig, aber gut , ich sehe ja nicht was die da drin machen, also kann ich dazu ja nichts sagen . Aber heute war dann echt Panne, der liefer Mitarbeiter kommt rein , die Bestellung ist nicht fertig und möchte behilflich sein, patscht erstmal mit seinen (undesinfizierten und nicht gewaschenen ) Händen die Papierstücke zu Recht, in die die Sandwiches eingerollt werden , also berührt von mehreren die Innenseite um sie richtig zu positionieren. Darauf hin stellt er sich zur Kollegin, denkt zum Glück noch daran Handschuhe anzuziehen und beginnt die subs einzupacken. Dabei stellt sich mir die Frage, ob dieser Mitarbeiter rein für die Lieferung angestellt wurde , und dementsprechend keine Hygiene-Schulung hat/braucht.

Super Essen und Bedienung! Immer sauber und ordentlich. Komm ich rein, begrüßen mich die Mitarbeiter mit einem Hallo und einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Das einzige was mich stört sind die Preise (ist halt Subway) und das 6. Sofa von links. Das hat ein Loch und wurde nur mit billigem Panzertape geflickt, was beim Anblick das visuelle Aroma zerstört. Aber neben dem BurgerKing nebenan immer noch mein Lieblingsrestaurant.

Essen ist Gut nur die Mitarbeiter machen ausnahmen für das vermeindliche Familien Menü das es nicht mehr gibt mir wird der volle preis für 30€ berechnet und dem Kunden nach mir wird eine Ausnahme gemacht. Wenn ich mich für Fastfood entscheide, dann lande ich eigentlich immer wieder beim Subway. Und dieses Subway-Geschäft ist mein Favorit. Viele Parkmöglichkeiten, perfekte Lage (mein Fitnesstudio ist da eh um die Ecke) und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett. Kann ich empfehlen!

Hallo, ich war schon paar mal dort aber heute habe ich mich besonders gut behandelt gefühlt, die Bedienung war so mega freundlich und hat mir in Windeseile und guter Laune ein super, leckeres SUB zubereitet. Entweder es ist jetzt Einbildung oder es war in der Tat das beste SUB was ich je gegessen habe. Vielen Dank geht an Amanda. So komme ich gerne öfters vorbei ;) PS ich bin nicht so der Rezessionen-Schreiber aber das wollte ich dann doch mal erwähnt haben.

Christian I felt very comfortable at the Hotel Bären. The staff and breakfast were first-class. I highly recommend this accommodation.
