The reception was friendly, but that was it. The waitress wasn't so friendly in our opinion. Two people enjoyed the food, but three didn't. The Lyoner pan and sausage salad were dripping with oil, so not everyone's taste. The salt and pepper mill looked very unappealing (they should clean it more often). The outdoor area is nicely designed; you can sit in a beach chair and enjoy your drink.

We went to the brewery at the beginning of May for our son's birthday. We called ahead and asked if it would make sense to make a reservation, which they agreed...so we got a table for three starting at 4 p.m. When we arrived, I was surprised to see that the outside lighting was completely empty, and inside there was only one table with two people. The waitress who showed us to the table immediately took our drink order and brought the menu. In my opinion, the menu was very meager, with very few choices. We then ordered cheese spaetzle, a Lyoner pan, and a Parmigiana schnitzel with fries. After what felt like an eternity of waiting (over 30 minutes in an empty restaurant), the food arrived, which, in my opinion, was not good. My son's cheese spaetzle was dry, my wife's Lyoner pan was partially burnt and overflowing with fried bacon bits. The breading on my schnitzel was soggy, and the cheese on top was baked hard. None of us finished our portions because it simply didn't taste good. So we decided to pay (including three drinks totaling over €50) and leave as quickly as possible. The staff present seemed to have little interest in providing friendly service and seemed annoyed. Conclusion: Never again at Blaupause!

I highly recommend this restaurant! The service is very friendly, and the food is excellent. I tried the Hoorisch (a kind of fried dumpling) and the stuffed dumpling, both of which were delicious. The side salad had a salty sauce, which I found unusual, but it's just a matter of taste... I'd be happy to go back!

The price-performance ratio isn't right at all. Schnitzel with fries (on a fast-food level, and a small portion, no less) costs €19.90. A side salad costs €3.20 (contains various leaf salads with a sauce and some carrot strips – no tomato, onion, cucumber, peppers, corn, or anything else). In short, convenience food from a package that you bake and fry. It was all quick, but I cook that kind of thing at home, and cheaper. When I eat out (and then for that price), I expect something "special," something handmade. But not this.

After shopping in the Saarparkcenter, we found some soothing relaxation in Stumm’s Brauhaus. The 4 girls tour ended with very traditional Saarland food. As a starter we had a classic Alsatian tarte flambée. Main courses all under 20 euros... Promotional beer a direct hit….. a cute, beautifully decorated restaurant…. A super friendly service staff….. great hosts……Highlight was the illuminated Easter tree in front of the brewery…… Keep it up dear people…..we’ll be back soon…..

We have eaten at Stumm's Brauhaus in Neunkirchen several times as part of our cinema partnerships and have never been disappointed! The food is always great, the service is very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is perfect - relaxed, cozy and ideal for stopping off after a good movie or after a shopping trip in the center. Definitely a clear recommendation if you want to eat well and sit together relaxed! We're always happy to come back!

Basically you get what you expect here. Just great beer and hearty food. The taste is A1. The prices are completely reasonable for what you get. Service is very friendly. Always my pleasure.

C'est une belle brasserie. Nous avions 4 plats différents, tous très bons et copieux. Par contre, je trouve le prix des boissons exagéré. Mais j'y retournerai car c'était vraiment très bon.

We were there with several people to eat, the currywurst tasted like it was bad, the steak was a joke for the price and the tarte flambée was an overpriced convenience product. The service was really great, even though we were a large group and he was alone, it was quick and always friendly.

We ate there yesterday with at least 30 people. The currywurst tasted bad. As if she was no longer good. The sauce was too spicy and not a typical curry sauce. It wasn't on the menu. The steak was mini for the price and didn't even come with a salad. The food is clearly too expensive for the quality. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the service was great. The young man was alone, had a lot of work and mastered it all brilliantly. This really needs to be emphasized!

Unfortunately, I've only had bad experiences here so far... We've already had a drink in this atmosphere twice. After the drinks were picked up and brought to us after a while of waiting, the service staff seemed like we had written them off. Ordering another drink after that was impossible. None of the service staff came to the table again afterwards and were not available. When we wanted to pay, it was also a lengthy process to get a service person. Yesterday we wanted to give the restaurant another chance and try the food. We stood at the front door registering for a few minutes. The waitress stood at the front of the counter and made do with her cell phone. After a while she looked over and greeted us very unfriendly. We had free choice of seats. So we looked for a place. Then the waitress came stomping to our table and forcefully threw the cards onto the table without comment. We then decided to leave. I have rarely experienced such catastrophic and unfriendly service!

I was there on January 9, 2025 with some former work colleagues for a pensioners meeting. Everything good, food good, service good, beer good. It is highly recommended. I will go there more often and enjoy the terrace, especially in summer.

The taste of the food and drinks here is good; for a brewery there is nothing to complain about based on the food I ordered. I still have some criticisms: From my point of view, you can expect a main course that will fill you up as an average adult. As a main course I ordered the pretzel dumplings and got 4 small dumplings, with 3-5 small mushrooms cut up and plenty of cream sauce. After the meal, when the waitress asked me how my meal was, I said: “It was delicious, but the portion was far too small.” This was not taken seriously, probably because it was too busy or people wanted to dismiss it quickly. The “Chocolate Dream” dessert was good, but at €10.90 it was easily 40% too expensive compared to others.

Wollten zum Mittagessen kommen. Erst ewig gewartet bis wir bedient wurden. Dann ewig auf Getränke gewartet. Dann kam endlich einer mit der Aussage heute wäre viel los. Okay wor bestellten kindetschnitzel und 2 mal Currywurst. Unser Essen kam irgendwann dann nach einer ewigen Wartezeit unserem Kind kam immer noch nix. Irgendwann waren wir dann fertig und unser Kind hatte immer noch nix zu essen. Dann wurde es uns zu bunt und wir bestellten das schnitzel für unser Kind ab. Aber der Brüller war dann zahlen mussten wir das kinderschnitzel trotzdem . Nie mehr gehn wir dort hin unfassbar und nicht empfehlenswert!

A beautiful restaurant in great surroundings. Ambience very nice. Friendly and attentive staff. Dishes that are tasty and pleasing to the eye. The dog also got water immediately and was allowed into the restaurant without any problems. All in all: 5 stars have to be given here. Final note:Toilets in top condition

The brewery is very nice to sit in and is also well furnished. We were in Saarland again and ate real Saarland specialties in Stumms Brauhaus, 1xStuffed, 1xStracke and 1xLeberknödel. Everything tasted good and the home-made beer was great.

Leider eine noch nie erlebte gastronomische Enttäuschung. Das Essen war grottenschlecht und ich erinnere mich nicht, wann ich jemals so schlecht in einem Restaurant gegessen habe. Das Fleisch meiner Frau ließen wir zurück gehen da es nicht angenehm gerochen hat und einen bitteren Geschmack hatte. Meine Bowl mit Erdnusssoße war geschmacklich ein absoluter Reinfall. Das einzig Positive war die nette Bedienung, die sich meiner Meinung nach für die Leistung des Kochs geschämt hat.

Very nice service! Very clean! In Saarland they say “mainly gudd gess” and you can do that there with delicious home-made beer!

On Friday we were here with 7 people. The food was very tasty and tasted as good as always. The staff, especially the young man, were very nice and accommodating. We sat in the next room and unfortunately it was very... very... cold at the window and there was a strong draft. I let them know, but the staff couldn't do anything about it. It's no fun eating in a winter jacket and it's not very comfortable either. I have to deduct a star because of this, which is actually a shame. I also caught a cold because of the cold in the next room. We will still come back, but we definitely don't want to go into the next room (or the window) anymore.

Great inn with good service. However, it was massively marred by re-ordering a curry sauce at the same price from an incredible €4.10. Currywurst with a children's portion of fries almost €13, Fernet Branca at a sensational price of €4.80 All in all we were 9 people about the pricing more than amazed. Never again brewery.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort essen. Geschmacklich hat es allen Personen geschmeckt, allerdings war kein wirkliches Highlight dabei. Auch ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war, eine Person musste auf ein Essen zehn Minuten länger warten, als alle anderen. Der Service war zu jeder Zeit sehr nett und zuvorkommend, auch als ein Glas umgefallen war. Insgesamt würde ich schon sagen, dass wir wieder dort essen gehen würden.

Wir kommen eigentlich für die gleichen Gerichte hierher und freuen uns jedes Mal darauf. Zur Vorspeise gibt es das echt leckere Treberbrot. Meine Frau bestellt immer den Salat Stumm's und ich das Schnitzel Parmigiana. Übringens ist es das beste Schnitzel Parmigiana, das ich je gegessen habe! Die Portionen sind echt groß und die Preise sind für den Service und das Ambiente echt fair. PS: Auf keinen Fall am Wochenende ohne Reservierung hingehen. Nur in den seltensten Fällen bekommt man hier zum Beispiel Samstag Abend spontan einen Platz. Einfach anrufen und fragen, das erspart viel Frust. 😉

Wann immer wir anrufen und bestellen ist der Kontakt sehr freundlich, kompetent und unkompliziert. Vor Ort funktioniert beim Abholen alles reibungslos. Jeder kümmert sich und ist bemüht einen zufriedenen Gast zu haben.Man hat das Gefühl eines gut funktionierenden Teams, die sich beim Arbeiten auch wohlfühlen. Das Essen ist frisch gekocht, liebevoll angerichtet und schmeckt hervorragend. Für die Lieferung wird es in der Verpackung ansprechend angerichtet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe angemeldet. Saßen im Nebenraum. Und trotzdem, dass mehr Leute kamen, als angemeldet, war die Sitzordnung kein Problem. Der Service half beim Tische dazu stellen, war freundlich und es kam kein Stress auf. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich. Das Essen wurde zusammen serviert und war schmackhaft. Ich sah zufriedene Gesichter und leergeputzte Teller.

Der Service und das Essen stimmte. Das Einzige was mich sehr ärgert ist der Preis für eine große Flasche Sprudel 0,75 L für 7,10 €, was selbst den St. Johanner Markt in Saarbrücken übertrifft. Das entspricht mindestens zwei Kästen Sprudel mit 24 Flaschen (!) á 0,75 L (ohne Pfand). Ansonsten uriges Restaurant mit gutbürgerlichem Essen und netter Bedienung.

Ein angenehmer Abend zu zweit auf der Außenterrasse. Aufmerksame, freundliche Bedienung. Leckeres Essen in ordentlicher Portion. Preis/Leistung war angemessen. Sehr sauberes Lokal mit sauberen Toiletten. Das Brauhaus kann nichts dafür, dass die Idylle ab und zu von debilen PS Krawallos an der nahen Ampel akustisch untermalt wird. Ansonsten wäre der Besuch wohl zu perfekt gewesen.

Zum Geburtstag meines Vaters mit der ganzen Familie, Schwiegerkindern und Enkeln hier im Anschluss an die alte Hütten Areal Führung eingekehrt. Leckere saarländische Gerichte und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch in Ordnung. Ich hatte im Vorfeld schon reservieren können, und mein Bruder hat dann für uns den Tisch am Kessel organisieren können. Hunde sind auch erlaubt, kein Problem.

Saarländische Lyoner Pfanne Samstag halb 6 vor Ostern. Da brauchst Du einen starken Magen, Nicht knusprig dafür wie ein Schwamm mit Fett vollgesaugt. Das Ei dafür kaum gestockt, eher fast flüssig darüber. Würde ich als Speisegaststätte nicht empfehlen. Hatten bessere Erinnerungen vor Jahren. 60 Eur für 3 Personen fast Food ist schon eher Oberste Grenze. Unser Sohn hatte dafür eine Currywurst mit Pommes, wir 2 die Lyoner Pfanne. Bratkartoffeln gehen anders. Der Koch sollte mal googeln wies geht.
