Nice, cozy and clean restaurant, delicious food, very friendly service

I'm going to dance at Strobels. Unfortunately, the music falls short of the demand.

We reserved online and unfortunately there was no indication that you could only sit outside 😔 We each got a blanket, so it worked, but it was just cold. On this day there was no table service, only order placement and self-collection. The food was delicious and we were on the go anyway 😅, so it wasn't bad. A tip would still have been great, we would have enjoyed the warmth and service.

Been there several times (since it opened) and have now been disappointed. Unfortunately, visiting fans were not welcomed by the bar staff and security, even though everything was okay and should be normal in a football bar. (No provocation, just celebrating the victory). It's a shame that you can no longer show your emotions in a bar next to the stadium.

I was there after the game vs Frankurt: All I gotta say is the people in front of the club were so trash. Please reemploy those people. They were doing everyone dirty.

Unjustified ban on entry and aggressive behavior in Strobels I recently went to Strobels, right next to Signal Iduna Park, with a friend and had a very unpleasant experience. My friend sat on a raised bed, which displeased the shop owner/manager and immediately got him banned. Even though I had nothing to do with the situation and behaved correctly the entire time, I was suddenly attacked by the bouncer. The bouncer pushed me out of the restaurant without warning. Despite my calm demeanor, I was then given a completely unfounded ban from the house. After this shocking experience, I cannot recommend Strobels at all. I hope that such attacks will not occur again in the future. Best regards

Good ambience, nice people, but terrible music

Anyone who loves BVB will love Strobels. But also like that and for everyone else who wants to have a good atmosphere and likes to party, they are here among like-minded people. Beer and food top

The service at the outside bar could have been a little friendlier. She gave the impression that she didn't feel like it or was very annoyed. But cool atmosphere and so close to the stadium. A Bayern fan says it's a must for a BVB fan.

Here you can get the best fries/currywurst in the pot and all the BVB games.

Many thanks to the team for a great evening. Even though it was full, we got a reserved table and were told we had 1 1/2 hours until the guests arrived. Drinks came immediately, food shortly after. Everything was very tasty and extremely friendly staff. A great evening for us at Strobels. Thank you 😍

The fan party after the game between Portugal and Turkey at the 2024 European Championship was legendary.

Very nice beer garden, spacious and the staff is O.K. The grill table looked very good (we observed other guests there). The food was TOP. The interior rooms also looked very attractive.

We were in a group of 8 people. We enjoyed the evening and were well served by the service staff. I ate a Jägerschnitzel which was very tasty. We'd love to come back.

Very cozy beer garden in the shadow of the Westfalenstadion. That's why it's something special. Staff friendly, open-minded and always keep an eye on the visitor. So you are well looked after all around. The food was good too. There is nothing to complain about.

My wife's grill plate was very good I ordered Jäger Klabsschnitzel for €25, which was a shame, inedible, the cook must have fallen asleep in front of the deep fryer. I informed the waitress early on that they wanted to serve me a coffee as an excuse. What should I do with the coffee? I was hungry 🙈

Grill plate was great, but the veal schnitzel wasn't tasty... because you had to look for the meat and it was in the deep fryer for too long. What a shame🙁 Otherwise everything is okay!

Very nice location for celebrating, eating and drinking (company party) Unfortunately this time we had to go to the bar for drinks, which I found a bit stupid, but otherwise it was a nice evening. Gladly again

Cheater! The staff claimed my card didn't work and forced me to pay twice. After walking away from the checkout, I checked my account and found that the payment had been debited twice! Of course no one refunded me the money.

FYI, if you book a grill table, and some of the guests have to cancel, they will charge the full table anyway because they prepare all the food in advance for some reason. Like no other restaurant ever.

⚠️ Money-grabbing place. Incredibly rude manager. Questionable food safety. We booked a grill table and sadly two of our party had to cancel last minute. We were still charged the price of their places (~40€ each so they added an additional 80€ on our bill). This extra payment was for the “preparation” in advance of our arrival. The preparation appeared to be chopping of meat for us to put on the skewers, but this was just left out, RAW. There was no cooking required in their preparation, as that’s the entire point in the grill table: we cook the food ourselves 🤦🏻‍♀️ We also had vegetarians in our group, which we mentioned to staff upon sitting down. The manager came and told us how unsavoury we were and how we had inconvenienced him by not telling them in advance. Nowhere on their website or booking system does it say we needed to. The serving staff were however highly attentive and friendly, and apologised for the extra charges. Overall, ridiculous system that isn’t made clear to customers. No idea how long raw meat is left on the table before arrival, and downright unprofessional and horrible manager who needs to reconsider how he treats paying customers. Avoid.

We celebrated our company summer party here last Saturday, everything went great. Wonderful weather, good food, top location with great service and the best music. All colleagues celebrated exuberantly and happily; it was a happy atmosphere. I will gladly come again.

Nothing can be said about the food and service. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. I find the stools uncomfortable but that's my opinion. But what doesn't work at all are the women's toilets. In one case the toilet lid was off and was lying by the sink where toilet paper was also flying around. And it smelled very unpleasant and clean is something else.

How can you exclude a wedding couple at such short notice? I will never enter this store again. Pooh!

A friendly wedding couple had their wedding celebration canceled at short notice due to another event. Unbelievable...the couple's entire annual planning was ruined just because of a little more money!!! Can't recommend the location!!! You can't be sure whether your event will be canceled at short notice!

It was my first time here for a Nu party. I was really looking forward to the evening, then things turned out differently. I ordered something to eat. Food is only available at a separate stand. There is a limited selection of food there. I chose the pulled pork bowl. I've never eaten so badly before 🫤 I brought it back and they neither apologized nor offered me anything else as a gesture of goodwill. The good mood was gone. Thank you very much, I won't be back any time soon.

We reserved a table at the beginning of March. After we had a confirmation for an a la carte or grill table, we were already looking forward to good food. Unfortunately, the surprise came right there. There would be no table inside, only outside. Inside would be a closed society. As we sat outside under the patio heater we wanted to order something. "Doesn't exist" "OK then…" “There is nothing a la carte” “Then we’ll eat at the grill table” “No, it’s an away game” "And?" “You can get something at the sausage stand” …

Absolute taste explosion!!! And the service can't be beat. Honest, friendly, helpful and personable. The Buddah bowl with raspberry wasabi dressing amazed me. Definitely worth a stop.

I recently went there every now and then on Wednesday evenings for the over-30s party because I particularly like the open air area and it somehow conveys a holiday flair. The audience there is diverse and, let's say, interesting to watch. Friendly service, fair prices and the location right in the shadow of the most beautiful football stadium in the world round off the visit. Only the music could occasionally be a little more surprising than predictable...

Great little bar next to Dortmund stadium. Staff were lovely and service was quick.

Food was very tasty and we didn't have to wait long for it. The staff and the nice young gentleman who served us were very prompt and always asked if we needed anything else or wanted to drink. We first sat outside in the tent at one of the barbecue tables right next to the ventilation, but that was definitely too warm for us. If we asked, we were able to move to a table inside, which was perfect. The restaurant is right next to the BVB stadium and can be reached in 5 minutes from the trade fair. Until next year. We'd love to come back.

Die Sylvesterparty war gelungen. Schönes Lokal und Ambiente, nettes Personal, sehr guter Service. Das Essensangebot des Buffets war ausreichend, doch leider hat das DJ- Duo mit ihrer Musikauswahl, Kenntnis und mangelnder Flexibilität die Bewertung negativ beeinflusst! Dies galt leider auch für den Abend.

Wir waren jetzt zum vierten Mal - nicht in Folge - anlässlich der Silvesterparty im Strobels und mussten leider feststellen, dass das Flair der vergangenen Jahre wohl vorüber ist. Während die regelmäßig stattfindenden 39 Grad Partys in 2023 echt schöne Events in einer sehr gut besuchten Location darstellten, war die Silvesterparty eher ein Trauerspiel. So leer haben wir das Strobels noch nie erlebt. Das Essen fanden wir dieses Jahr besonders gut und auch die Getränkeauswahl ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Kann man aber auch für 109.-€ pro Person erwarten. Nur leider kam nicht wirklich Stimmung auf. Das werden wahrscheinlich die zwei Dutzend Dauertänzer#innen anderes sehen, aber jeder der schon mal eine 39 Grad Party besucht hat, weiß, dass man keine leeren Tresen vorfindet und für einen Toilettenbesuch grundsätzlich etwas Zeit einplanen muss. Fehlanzeige!!! Nicht, dass ich mich beschweren möchte, dass ich ohne Verzögerung meine Getränke erhalten habe und immer ohne Wartezeiten die Toiletten besuchen konnte - die Beschreibung dient lediglich dazu sich vorzustellen, wie schlecht die Veranstaltung besucht war. Ob es an dem Eintrittspreis oder an der aus unsere Sicht unglücklich gewählten Einlasszeit von 21:00 Uhr lag? Wir haben die Silvesterpartys im Strobels zwar noch nicht gänzlich abgeschrieben, aber dieses Jahr hat die Party unsere Stimmung sehr gedämpft.

Das Essen war wie immer toll. Die Qualität der Cocktails war bestenfalls Mittelmaß. Der Service unterirdisch.

Waren gestern zum 3. mal zur Weihnachtsfeier dort. Essen war wie immer gut, aber der Service und die Getränke waren diesmal echt schlecht. Ob beim Bananen Weizen oder den Mischgetränken, keines schmeckte gleich und meist nicht gut. Echt schade bis jetzt war man gerne dort, aber das hat sich jetzt.

Mein Besuch beschränkt sich auf aktuell die Erfahrungen von 2 betrieblichen Weihnachtsfeiern. Das Essen war bei beiden malen überragend und vielseitig. Das Personal trotz hohem Stresslevel (ca 130 Personen) stets freundlich und mit vollem Herzen dabei. Das Ambiente ist angenehm mit einem Hauch von modernem Rustikal und auf Grund der geschlossenen Gesellschaft mit genug Platz für Tanz und gepflegter Unterhaltung. Zu den Preisen kann ich so nichts sagen, da die Feier jedesmal für alle frei war. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal bei Strobels.

Wurde heute Abend um 50 Euro betrogen. Der Kellner mit Oberlippenbart und Fokohila hat meine 3x 50 Euro die zusammen geklebt sind ausgenutzt. Aber sowas von… hatte eine Rechnung von 67 € habe aber wissentlich zwei 50 € Scheine hergegeben und davon sind zwei zusammengeklebt, also 150 €. Bei der Rekonstruieren im Hotel habe ich mir gedacht warum hat er so schnell die 50 € vom Tisch genommen und das erschließt mir wieder, dass er mich betrogen hat. Essenessen war super. Vorallem der Burger!! aber das. Mit dem Wechsel Geld geht überhaupt nicht. Wenn ich heute Abend noch zurückgekommen wäre, hätte ich ihn zur Rede gestellt….
