I order from your restaurant very often and pick up my food, and today was the second time I've had problems with the köfte. The meat was completely overcooked and dry, not juicy at all. They forgot the sauce, and it was seasoned like it came straight from the freezer. I called and explained the situation, and a simple "sorry, bro" wasn't enough. I'll never come back because this isn't the first time I've had to throw away food from you that didn't taste good. An apology isn't enough; the restaurant needs to offer some compensation. To begin with, one of the dishes I ordered was completely wrong. I ordered a köfte plate and a falafel dürüm. Then he tried to tell me I'd ordered a shawarma, but I always order one vegetarian and one with meat. Customer satisfaction is clearly being questioned here. I don't know if the person who spoke to me today, November 29th at 3:00 PM, was the owner, but if not, he should really talk to his employees. The first time I threw away the food, for example, the köfte were completely burnt. The chef should take a good look at you the first time and ask himself if he would eat what he's selling. This was the second time I've been disappointed today, and there won't be a third time. On top of that, I then had to wait another 10 minutes to get the second proper meal.

We celebrated our Christmas party with you last week and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was very attentive. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back next year :-)

The meal was served in four courses by very attentive staff. The multimedia show was truly impressive. The food itself was—with a few exceptions—very well prepared and visually appealing. Unfortunately, the 45-minute interval between courses was a bit too long. Furthermore, there was far too much meat in the second course, making it difficult to fully appreciate the sous vide steak. It also lacked the characteristic roasted flavors, and while the side dishes were interesting due to their unusual flavors (spicy wasabi ice cream), they weren't particularly tasty. Despite this, we still enjoyed the meal. It was a shame that the drinks were quite expensive. Otherwise, we'd give it a 4-star recommendation. It would make a nice gift, but the dishes aren't suitable for children.

We were a group of 22 and ordered platters and two vegan burgers. Everything was very good. Friendly service.

The decor is very tasteful, the dishes are creative and delicious, and the staff is extremely attentive. A slightly quieter atmosphere would be nice, as a lot of noise travels upstairs during events on the ground floor.
