Great Steakhouse ordered some Burgers for a really fair Price! Thanks for having me :-)

This is the best place we have eaten at in Europe. The server had great English. My husband who is a cattle rancher said this was one of the top 5 best steaks he has ever had in his life, he ordered the 200g beef fillet. The cocktails are great, the view is great, overall it was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Sensational!!! We are thrilled every time. From pike perch to onion roast roast to cheese spaetzle, everything is simply great!

I went after 1 PM on a Saturday and found a parking spot close to the building. It may be up on a hill but you have to walk around to the side opposite the deck (you'll see it as you approach from the parking lot). You'll go upstairs once inside and find the entrance there. I was dining alone and was the only one eating inside the restaurant, all other patrons were on the deck. My server understood English and was very polite. I had a Caesar salad as an appetizer and a T-bone steak with steak fries for my entree. It was cooked medium well and came with garlic butter and au jus. I thoroughly enjoyed it. When I finished my server asked me if I wanted anything else (coffee, or dessert). I didn't but she brought me a piece of cake. I did pay for it and a bottle of water I asked for to go with the cake. Overall expect a European experience (as far as after eating your meal) even if you're dining alone.

We were swimming at the Eibsee and by chance we came across the Woods Steakhouse. What can I say? Extremely friendly staff, great ambience and views of the golf course and the mountains. I have to say the food was excellent. Super tasty beef fillet, served with well-seasoned fried potatoes and a spicy pepper sauce. I also had a Caesar salad as a side dish. All in all a successful evening. The icing on the cake was the nice conversation with the chef. He then invited us for a schnapps and had a nice chat with us. The Woods in Garmisch is definitely worth a visit and we will be back, despite the 200km journey. LG

Upon arrival it turned out that it was a private evening. Very unfortunate and annoying, but I understand it because there is of course more to be earned from it. It is beautifully situated on a golf course.

Unfortunately, the chili burger we ordered wasn't good at all. There were only a few traces of chili, but there was plenty of gorgonzola, which covered up the taste of the meat and made the entire burger soggy. We ordered the meat medium rare. The delivery was medium medium at best and the texture of the meat was reminiscent of rubber. The meat didn't give at all when pressed, there was no trace of blood and the patty had a pretty random taste. Full marks, however, for the service, who really made an effort, and also for the fact that in the end we didn't have to pay for the burgers, just our starter, which was somewhat okay.

Unfortunately the burger wasn't really good. Service was very nice! Unfortunately, smoke from outside drifted into the restaurant.

Nice restaurant in a wonderful location on the golf course. Very friendly and fast service and excellent cuisine with a great selection. Keep it up👍

Excellent steaks and local food

We were here for the first time and absolutely loved it! Would give even more stars if we could. Everything was perfect there too! Never had such a good onion roast before and all the other dishes we all ate (there were ten of us) were great! In addition, very friendly and courteous staff! No wish is left unfulfilled... Great ambience and the restaurant is very, very nice, very well maintained and tidy... good price-performance ratio... can only be recommended...

Very tasty food and nice location. The whole staff and especially the two owners Helena and Vladimir are always super friendly, you feel very comfortable here.

Friendly staff, T-bone steak and beef fillet were prepared exactly as requested, great meat, delicious and generous side dishes. We will come back and recommend this restaurant

Very nice location on the golf course. We were warmly welcomed. The service was quick and very nice. We ordered spare ribs (unfortunately no photo) with fries and cole slaw. Very tender, everything freshly prepared and very good. Priced at the current level, but one of the cheaper dishes at Woods. There are sufficient parking spaces available. We recommend.

The Steakhouse Woods not only offers a great view of the golf course and the Alps, but also excellent food. The onion roast was excellently prepared. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Highly Recommended!

The food here is highly recommended, I often eat here with my wife and we are always very satisfied. The service is good. The ambience is right next to the golf club, which makes it very classy.

Almost 5 stars sounds too good to be true. It is. Unfortunately, the steak wasn't at all convincing, the herb butter wasn't right and the side dish was overcooked. A pity.

Finally a good restaurant to go to, with lots of space between tables, nice ambience and just good ingredients, the best in the area so far!

Die Lage ist super und die Einrichtung ansprechend. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Portionen gross. Leider war es schwierig die Bedienung an unser Tisch zu bekommen.

Spacious, well-maintained parking lot. The restaurant is modernly furnished and feels cozy thanks to the light wood. The food was great and so was the service. We ate the beef fillet with fried potatoes & a Wood's Burger and were very satisfied. You can taste the quality of the meat here. 👍🏼 Special requests are also taken into account here, which unfortunately is not a given in every location. If you like eating steak, this is the place for you.

Was worth it! The steak was buttery tender and the sauces were also super tasty. The waiting time was unfortunately a little longer due to the number of guests and the small number of staff, but definitely worth the wait.

Wir waren zu einer Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen. und wunderten uns zunächst, warum in einem Golfplatz-Restaurant so viele junge Leute Abendessen. Spätestens als wir unsere Bestellung bekamen kam die Erleuchtung: großartiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei hervorragendem Essen - große Portionen (wir hatten angemachtes Tartar und Wiener Schnitzel), gute Produktqualität, freundlicher Service. Wir werden sicher häufiger kommen, zumal uns aufgrund der umfangreichen Karte die Wahl schwer fiel. Unsere Freunde hatten verschiedene Mega Burger - lecker hausgemacht.

Best steak house in the region Oberbayern. Meat quality, cooking, sider wine all perfect. Price/quality is 1A. Went there a second time, ordered the same (surf and turf) and got the same great quality. Compared to other steak houses in Germany 10/10 points, compared to steak houses in the US 8/10 points Hope to see you soon.

top Essen lecker und grosse Portionen

Nettes Ambiente und sehr aufmerksamer Service. Alle Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft zubereitet, der Koch weiss was er tut. Mit das Beste in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Der Empfang und Service war sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und dabei nie aufdringlich. Die Getränke kamen zeitnah an den Tisch. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war angemessen. Wir waren 6 Personen, alle mit unterschiedlichen Gerichten und noch Sonderwünschen. Das Anrichten und der Geschmack der Speisen haben uns voll überzeugt. Auch der Garpunkt der Steaks war wie gewünscht. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir waren zu viert dort, um mittags zu Essen. Alle waren rund herum zufrieden, auch der Service war einwandfrei! Schönes Ambiente, allerdings kann ich es mir im Sommer, bzw. wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzen kann, noch viel, viel schöner! Herrlich gelegenes Lokal, inmitten des Golfplatzes, mit wunderbarer Kulisse, vom Wendelsteingebirge...

Das neue Lieblingsrestaurant meiner Frau und mir in Garmisch! Der Zwiebelrostbraten mit Beilagen schmeckt göttlich. Freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch in diesem tollen Ambiente mit rundum guten Service und Gastfreundlichkeit.

Einfach nur Top! Super Service, leckeres Essen zu einem Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Wem 37€ für ein Surf Turf zu teuer ist soll sicher selber im Laden 200g Rinderfilet und Garnelen mit Schale kaufen, wird nicht viel billiger!

Top address for all people loving Steak. Also recommended the turkey steak, salads, and further side dishes. Plates are nicely decorated and the quality of food is convincing. Service staff always friendly and customer focussed. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks to the WOODs Team!

Ein tolles Steakhaus! Qualität, Service, Preis; hier stimmt alles. Eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen, wenn man Glück hat, kriegt man aber auch ohne noch einen Tisch.

Schöne Location direkt am Golfplatz, sehr gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung. Empfehlenswert ist auch das gute Weinangebot.

Außer sehr teuer nichts besonders. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist nicht im geringsten angemessen. Das Fleisch, egal Pute, Schwein oder Rind von mäßiger Qualität, vor allen Dingen alles TK! Der Garpunkt der Beilagen ( Rosmarinkartoffen roh) schlecht! Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Nach der schrecklichen Erfahrung gestern im Golfclub Gut Rieden waren wir heute hier essen. Super freundlicher Service, gutes Essen, sehr schöne Location. Etwas längere Wartezeit auf das Essen ist der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten : probieren Sie es aus! Die Steaks sind Klasse, die Pommes Frites haben wir selten so knusprig bekommen, der Salat frisch und gutes Dressing.

The short ribs were delicious! Great service, great atmosphere, and the golf course that it sits on looked amazing. Beautiful views of the mountains and a lot of beer and wine to choose from. Steaks looked delicious and tasted great from what my friends told me as I very much enjoyed the ribs. Extremely delicious!

Waren heute zum ersten und sicher nicht zum letzten mal hier. Spareribs, Filetsteak, Ofenkartoffel , Pommes frites .....alles hervorragend. Preise sind gehoben, aber für so gute Fleischqualität ist das absolut okay. Essen dauerte zwar ein bisschen, aber wir waren auch zur "Stoßzeit" da und alle waren sehr bemüht. Ein junges und sehr freundliches Team und vor allem "unser Ober" war sehr, sehr freundlich und seine erfrischende Art tat gut. Wir können das Steakhouse nur wirklich empfehlen und danken für die angenehme Bewirtung.

Könnte ich mehr Sterne vergeben, das Steakhaus WOODS hätte sie verdient. Direkt auf dem Golfplatzgelände liegt das Restaurant. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl direkt neben dem Restaurant vorhanden q. Das Restaurant befindet sich im 1. Stock des Gebäudes und verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Es ist somit auch für Menschen mit Einschränkungen gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten vorab reserviert, was an einem Sonntag Abend auch wärmstens zu empfehlen ist. Jeder Tisch war belegt. Der Empfang und Service war sehr zuvorkommend und dabei nie aufdringlich. Die Getränke wurden sehr zeitnah an den Tisch gebracht. Auf das Essen hatten wir auch eine angemessene Wartezeit. Das Anrichten und der Geschmack der Speisen haben und voll überzeugt. Auch das Ambiente und die Hintergrundmusik haben zu einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre beigetragen. Daumen hoch und ganz großes Lob an das ganze Team - macht weiter so. Wenn man sich in der Region aufhält, sollte man den Steakhaus WOODS einen Besuch abstatten, es lohnt sich.

Kann dieses Lokal wirklich nur lobend erwähnen. Von der Bestellung bis zur Zahlung alles vom Besten. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder.
