Sehr leckeres Hüftsteak, tolle Pfeffersauce, vorher eine tolle Knoblauchsuppe. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Auch das Hüftsteak war super und Knoblauchsuppe war wieder super.

Mitte Juni, dienstags 18:00 Uhr, zwei Paare. SechsTische im Außenbereich besetzt ebensoviel frei. Wir wurdenfreundlich begrüßt, kurz danach kamen die Karten u d wiederum die Aufnahme der Getränkewünsche. Alles ruhig unaufdringlich. Getränke wie gewünscht und gut, Bestellung der Speisen unkompliziert. Dauer völlig OK und vor allem die Steaks incl. der Beilagen waren super. Entrecote, Hüftsteak und Mixgrill alles 1A. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Nur die Tomatensuppe kam nicht so gut aber das ist Geschmackssache. Die Bedienung war keineswegs unfreundlich, es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt und auch beim Bezahlen per Karte wurden die beiden 5 Euroscheine Trinkgeld dankend angenommen. Wir kommen bestimmt beim nächsten Bootstörn wieder hier her - DANKE

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Steak und Lammfilet waren gut gebraten und gewürzt. Bei der Anrichteweise ist noch Luft nach oben. Der Preis war angemessen.

Das Essen ist ganz okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Für den Preis ist es eine akzeptable Qualität, allerdings gibt es ein paar deutliche Kritikpunkte. Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich,es fehlt ein wenig an Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Zudem war die gebackene Kartoffel leider viel zu hart und praktisch ungenießbar.

Das Essen war ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Allerdings auch nicht zu teuer. Der Service war leider schlecht. Die Untersetzer auf dem Tisch waren klebrig und usselig. Könnte man auch einfach weglassen. Außerdem hat die Speisekarte auch geklebt und tote Fliegen waren inklusive. Der Baileys auf Eis wurde in Sektgläsern mit Lippenstiftabdrücken serviert… Über das Trinkgeld wurde sich nicht gefreut, es macht eher den Anschein, als sei man sauer darüber, dass es zu wenig gewesen ist. (Unserer Meinung nach der Leistung entsprechend). Wir werden dort so schnell nicht wieder einkehren.

Der Burger hatte eine Alkohol Fahne vom allerfeinsten, die Nudeln waren nicht durch, das Fleisch war zäh wie Leder etc. etc. Der Koch sollte definitiv über einen jobwechsel nachdenken, genauso wie der Kellner der abkassiert

So schlecht habe ich lange nicht mehr gegessen

Wir sind in Bad Saarow im Kurzurlaub und muss sagen, einfach top. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (5 und 13 Jahre). Wir mussten nicht reservieren. Die Karte hat für alle was und das Essen kam wirklich zügig. Meine Frau hatte Speareribs, der Große einen Burger, unsere Kleine Chicken Nuggets und ich ein Filetsteak. Und es war alles super lecker und frisch zubereitet. Lange nicht mehr so lecker und gut gegessen. Der Service war freundlich, auch zu den Kids, die am Ende noch eine kleine Süßigkeit bekommen haben. In anderen Rezensionen, in dem der Service als "naja" bezeichnet wurde, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Sind wir wieder in der Gegend, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder

Sehr ruhig, gutes Ambiente. Man wird schnell und gut bedient, Esse sehr lecker.

Das Essen war in Ordnung – weder besonders gut noch wirklich schlecht, eher durchschnittlich. Leider hat beim Steak der gewünschte Gargrad nicht gestimmt, was etwas enttäuschend war. Der Service hat den Gesamteindruck zusätzlich getrübt. Karten und Essen wurden lieblos auf den Tisch "geklatscht". Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass sich nicht einmal für das Trinkgeld bedankt wurde und auch kein „schönen Abend“ zum Abschied kam. Insgesamt also ein durchwachsenes Erlebnis – mit etwas mehr Freundlichkeit im Service und besserer Zubereitung wäre definitiv mehr drin gewesen.

Ich habe nie schlechter gegessen! Wir hatten Essen für drei Personen telefonisch zum Abholen bestellt, was schon eine Herausforderung war, da meine Freundin nicht verstanden wurde, obwohl sie der deutschen Sprache einwandfrei mächtig ist. Die Überraschung kam in der Urlaubsunterkunft. Ich selber hatte den Burger bestellt und die Enttäuschung hätte nicht größer sein können. Das Patty zäh wie Schuhsohle, ein Blatt Salat, wobei die welke Seite unter dieser Paste versteckt war, welche Sauce sein sollte. Das Burger Brötchen fehlte komplett. Der ganze Spaß kostet 10,50 € !!!! Ehrlich gesagt, war mir das Essen gehörig vergangen. Allerdings war mir der Weg und des Sprit Geld zu schade, um noch mal hinzufahren und irgendwelche leidigen Diskussionen zu führen und mir Ausreden anzuhören. Definitiv setze ich keinen Fuß mehr in den Laden und werde dort auch nicht mehr bestellen. Das kann man einfach nicht bringen. Sehr sehr schade. Wir hatten uns sehr auf das Essen gefreut, aber es war einfach nur eine Enttäuschung. Wahrscheinlich will man mit telefonischen Bestellungen nur schnelles Geld machen. Qualität ist egal-die Leute merken es ja erst, wenn sie zu Hause sind. Ob das Essen im Restaurant anders und besser ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, das hatten wir nach dieser Enttäuschung nicht mehr ausprobiert. Leider musste ich einen Stern geben, der es aber einfach nicht wert ist.

Super nettes Personal noch besseres Essen und ein frisch gekauftes Köstritzer. Was will Mann mehr. Tolle Karte. Die Steaks auf den Punkt gegart. Also wir kommen wieder. Aber dann mit Reservierung;-)

Der Service war leider sehr langsam und unaufmerksam. Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter nicht besonders freundlich oder einladend. Unsere Bestellung wurde falsch gebracht und die Qualität des Essens war enttäuschend. Besonders unverständlich war, dass die Cola in einer Kaffeetasse serviert wurde. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung – ich werde dieses Restaurant definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen.

Vorab gesagt, ich hätte gern 4-5 Sterne vergeben, da mein Steak wirklich lecker war! Jedoch war ich vom Service sehr enttäuscht! Insbesondere, dass sich nicht einmal für Trinkgeld bedankt wurde, fand ich sehr schade! Mir fehlte auch die Professionalität, die ein Kellner mit sich bringt, damit man sich willkommen fühlt. Beispielsweise Freundlichkeit, Nachfragen während des Essens bzgl. Wünsche, sowie nicht nur alles "hinklatschen" (wie die Speisekarte). Das hat den Urlaubsabend etwas getrübt. Wir waren früher dort öfters zum Essen jetzt mehrfach haben wir mehr als eine Stunde auf Getränke gewartet.Die Kellner sind planlos überfordert. Mein Steak war nicht gut! Den Kellner darauf angesprochen wurde ich noch beleidigt. Nie wieder Saarow, lieber Storkow.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit frisch zubereiten Gerichten. Wir waren zu fünft am Abend eingekehrt, hatten vorbestellt und waren alle mit dem Essen und den Getränken zufrieden. Auch der Service war gut. Das Fleisch war sehr gut gegrillt! Einzig die Mayonnaise war mir zu fettig! Wir kommen gern wieder! ☺️

We got two seats even without a reservation, and the service was friendly and competent. We were very impressed with the food; the beef fillet and the baked potato were cooked to perfection. I'd say it's an upscale fast-food steakhouse. The service was very minimalist and aloof. The food came very quickly and was presented and prepared just as it should. I wouldn't recommend it if you value the surroundings.

The service and food were quite good. Overall, however, only one star because the waiter was simply ungrateful. Everyone should tip what they can and feel is necessary. However, the waiter felt it was too little and rudely indicated that it should be at least 10%. So, €20.

My friend and I stopped here after pur visit to the Therme. We had a few Beer and 2 Hennessy. The Hefeweizen was on Tap. It's a great Beer. Thanks for letting us enjoy our Beer. Next time we are going to eat here. The Menu looks great and the prices seem resonable.

We arrived relatively late on our vacation. We had a superb meal, and the swimming pool was also fantastic. Anyone staying here should definitely eat at the steakhouse.

We ate at the Maatouk steakhouse today, and it was a complete disaster. Our lamb fillet was completely dry, and instead of a medium-rare fillet, I was given a shoe-sole entrecote. Drinks weren't even asked for when they were empty, even though the waiter walked past several times. This was honestly the worst restaurant I've been to in years.

Unfortunately disappointed – service has deteriorated significantly We've always been very satisfied with the steakhouse in Bad Saarow in the past – good food, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. However, on our last two visits, we unfortunately noticed that the service, in particular, has deteriorated significantly. The second-to-last time, the waiter's behavior when paying was very strange – unfriendly, dismissive, almost annoyed. We assumed he was just having a bad day. Yesterday, however, the exact same thing happened again: When we said we wanted to pay by card, the waiter turned around without a word and disappeared – his expression spoke volumes and made it clear that he wasn't happy about it. Without a word, he returned with the card reader and held it out to us without comment. After payment, he also left – without a "thank you," without eye contact, and without any farewell. This is simply rude and inappropriate for a restaurant in this price range. It's a shame that this behavior is apparently not an isolated incident. We will think carefully about whether we come back again.

A spacious restaurant with plenty of seating, yet cozy. The round tables with the red leather sofas, in particular, have a rustic charm. The staff are quick, friendly, and attentive. You're in a good mood right from the start. The food is excellent, with a wide selection—but the rump steak is simply divine. A classic Argentinian steakhouse where you shouldn't expect too much, but the food is good for the price. We had beef fillet and entrecote. The fillet was much better prepared. The side salad with mayonnaise... well, if you like that. The potato wedges were good. Service and ambiance are mediocre at best, but the staff are friendly. You sit outside, right on the main street, but the traffic is moderate. The wine selection is poor; at best, if you buy a whole bottle, you'll get a decent wine. The restrooms aren't that great. So, if you know what you're letting yourself in for, you'll get what you pay for. You shouldn't expect more than that.

Today I stayed in Bad Saarow and ofcourse someone needs to eat. I walked around the hotel and near the trainstation I saw a lot of locals eat here. If locals eat it, it must be good and it was. A lot of choices but I took a tomattosoup and Fajita chicken. I can’t remember I ever had a better Fajita. It was just perfect. The 4 stars is really underrated. I have high standards and I think it is really word 5 stars!!!

Very unfriendly staff. I ordered a steak that was supposed to weigh 400 grams but was no more than 300 grams. And then we left an 11.60 euro tip, and they didn't even say thank you. My conclusion: I definitely can't recommend this place.

The chicken fillet with grilled potato chips we ordered had an unusual texture; although it was supposedly baked, it had a gelatinous interior, suggesting it had been stored for a long time. At a price of over €16, higher quality is to be expected.

We stopped in here spontaneously on Ascension Day because the terrace looked so inviting. Meat dishes like mini steaks, chicken steaks, and minced steak were delicious. The side dishes of fries, baked potatoes, potato wedges, and salad were also very tasty. The homemade lemonades were refreshing. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and the servers are prompt and friendly. We ate here again two days later.

The first time I felt uncomfortable on the trip, the Lebanese Mezler came to the table and asked where we were from. We answered from Israel, and then he claimed that there was no such country, only Palestine. The entire meal he looked at us and talked on the phone. The food was reasonable. I ordered a steak, but it was overcooked, bordering on burnt.

The steaks including steakhouse fries were top. Drink selection completely ok. I'm actually used to having the first sip poured by the service staff when I order a "wine jug". Otherwise everything was as expected.

Although the prices for the food are reasonable, the quality unfortunately does not come close to our expectations. With my starter “Shrimps with Scampis” the scampis were raw and the side bread was dry and musty. My main course, spare ribs, was very carelessly prepared and dry, the fries were soggy. Relaxation in the Bad Saarow thermal baths and then to the Maatouk steakhouse right next to the Bad Saarow train station, with very good steakhouse cuisine👍🏽. I had spaghetti special with beef fillet tips and mushrooms for just €11.00, super tasty and a great price. Add an alcohol-free mosquito and everything is perfect.😎☀️

We were there on vacation and found the food so delicious and varied that we ate there on two evenings. Very friendly staff and an appealing ambience round off the whole thing. Gladly again.

Monday evening, made a quick reservation by phone and even though we were about 15 minutes ahead of time, we got a seat. The cards were handed out immediately. The food is delivered in sufficient portions and promptly. The prices are pleasant and the steak is on point. All in all, solid food!
