Absolutely insane how bad and I mean really uniquely bad the food was. I find it so funny that the whole thing also identifies itself as a restaurant. It's really nothing more than a prison canteen. Best regards

Sadly we had to witness how the owner treated guests in the most horrid, rude manner. It was shocking to witness.

Top located. Drinks ok. Service always depends on which employees are there. Big drawback... there is almost nothing of the food on offer. Tourists stand in front of the board and are happy. Unfortunately that was it. If you're lucky, you'll get fries, currywurst or fish rolls. A pity. Real

Waiting in line for 15 minutes only to be told that there is no food because there are no staff. A note on the large map at the house would have saved you unnecessary queuing.

We were visiting Bad Saarow and wanted to have a drink on the beach, so we went to this beach bar. At a table next to us there was apparently a dispute between some guests and the waiter, who later identified himself as the “owner and operator”. of this location. This person - that's what I want to call him - shouted at these guests in a steadily increasing tone and rhetoric so loudly that it was loud and clear for everyone around them to hear. It later turned out that this “waiter” asked the guests to leave the table immediately for no reason. This table was NOT reserved! But you didn't see that. I then spoke up - because it really bothered me because of the volume and the content - and told him that you weren't allowed to talk to your guests like that. I said something then!!! The “gentleman” immediately turned to me and asked what I wanted. I repeat my statement. He became more and more angry, became louder and abusive! He now introduced himself as the “owner” and referred to us as “his” location!!! So we cleared the table. I have never seen such impudence before. Such an impertinent, highly rude and cheeky person!!! Well, you just go to a place like that twice; the first and last time! Let's see what this impertinent "waiter" will say, the answer - as with the guest described above - will probably not be long in coming... Conclusion: Stay away from this beach bar. Although an attempt was made to create an approachable ambience, the so-called "operator and owner" is an impudence, as incompetent and shameless! It's a shame that you can't give this a star! !!

I recently visited The Beach House in Bad Saarow, a small pub that, despite its charming exterior, left a sour taste in my mouth due to an unfortunate encounter I witnessed with the staff. The atmosphere was cozy, and the selection of drinks was decent, but the experience quickly soured when the waiter, who claimed to be the owner, exhibited extremely rude behaviour towards guests. During my visit, I observed a situation unfold where a group of patrons was confronted for occupying their table for too long. Instead of handling the situation with grace, the so-called owner launched into a tirade, a rage berating the guests in a manner that was both unprofessional and shocking. It was disheartening to see, treating customers with such disdain. As a spectator, I was caught in the crossfire when I was asked to leave simply for sitting at the same table as someone who challenged the waiter's appalling behaviour. This experience not only ruined my evening but also left me questioning the pub's management, customer service philosophy and how they even manage to exist under such bad leadership. In summary, it might have the potential for a pleasant night out, the rude treatment from the staff overshadowed any positive aspects. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more welcoming and respectful pub experience.

Yesterday we were guests at the Beach House from 3 p.m. It was a trip with my mother-in-law and we had a wonderful afternoon. The staff was very friendly, the food came very quickly and was delicious and the prices were ok. Everyone has to survive and cover their bills. Around 6 p.m. a young gentleman came to our table and said we should please change tables because there was a problem with the reservation at the neighboring table and they needed our table. We were supposed to sit at the back, but there was a reason why we deliberately chose the front table for ourselves, my mother-in-law is afraid of space. We said no, there was no sign on our table that said it was reserved at a certain time. It turned out that the young man was the boss and he became louder and less friendly from sentence to sentence. A gentleman from the neighboring table then intervened and expressed his displeasure with the boss's behavior towards his guests. The neighboring table consisted of two couples who had just gotten their drinks. They were cleared by the boss, the money was paid back and they were expelled from the house and banned from entering the house. I was extremely uncomfortable and we also left the location. I've never experienced anything like that and it shouldn't have gotten this far. When we walked past again after 45 minutes, the supposed reservation was gone and there was a couple sitting at our table. Was it worth it? We weren't just sit-down guests who didn't eat anything, we left €120 there in a short time (with self-service) It's a shame that it's come to this.

We've been there for drinks several times since we live locally. Unfortunately, we have noticed several times now that despite the relatively large menu, no dishes are prepared upon request, except for fries or bratwurst, but you also have to wait an outrageously long time. The portion of fries is also very manageable and, at €4, far too expensive. It's a shame, it used to be very nice there.

Eating out with a larger group is not recommended… despite pre-ordering we had to wait a total of 4 hours for the food. In addition, the food was served cold, but the taste was okay. The host was unreasonable and very unfriendly when asked about the long waiting time. If a large group cannot be accommodated due to capacity reasons or a lack of staff, this should also be reported honestly.

Firstly: no cheeky counter-review required because there is no feedback on feedback. Secondly: grateful that we were able to come exclusively with 40 people by booking in advance and despite staff shortages and the weather conditions (rain in July). Third: But waiting two to three hours for food, then sometimes cold food and poor quality products (sand in the lettuce leaf on the burger) is unacceptable. Fourthly: being expelled from the house after addressing the deficiencies and trying to find compromises and understanding is not even worth one star. Complete catastrophe! Clear recommendation: take the nice Italian restaurant around the corner.

Since we wanted a rather quick lunch and the menu here appealed to us, we ordered despite the really steep prices. The tables were far from all occupied, there wasn't much crowd, and we waited for a solid three quarters of an hour :-(. The food wasn't bad, but totally tasteless and a very small portion, especially of the currywurst. Apparently there was only one person for the service at the checkout and the preparation of the food in the kitchen??? Overall not recommended, the only nice thing was the great view of the lake.

..the "service workers" are more busy with friends on the beach than filling glasses for the willing guests.. then it's better to leave it "closed" straight away! ..a year ago we had a wonderful celebration and now??? ..if the "staff" prefers to party with their friends, then they shouldn't work..

We had a stormy day at Scharmützelsee and found the Beach House very inviting. We ordered mojito cocktails, fries and a Mexican wrap. The warp wasn't our cup of tea, there's certainly still potential there. But the cocktails and fries were delicious! The prices for the mojito and fries were reasonable. The service at the counter and in the kitchen were friendly and recommended the place by the water in the deck chairs. Therefore, we had the best view of the lake and were able to end our trip really well. Beautiful location right on the lake, nice atmosphere, something to eat and drink... what more could you want?!

A very cool bar on the water! However, we found the music outside in the seating area to be much too loud. There is a glazed “interior area”. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken. Drinks were ok, we had bottled apple spritzer. Now to the real shame: 1. we waited for the food for almost half an hour, then the fries were cold, not even the screamer. The fish rolls were the worst!!! It's a shame to ask for so much money for it. A slice of industrial salmon (that bright red colored one) lettuce, onions and a little pickle. No remoulade, nothing, on baked rolls. No thanks. I think the concept still needs to be revised a bit.

We were there on Women's Day in wonderful sunshine. A single young girl ran the place more badly than well (what poor organization). We waited in line for over half an hour just to get a wish, and then it took another 10 minutes to eat. We had currywurst with bread three times for 4.50 each. That was a complete disaster - lukewarm, soggy sausage. There wouldn't even be a star for that. However, we have been there many other times and the store was doing much better, hence the 3 stars. The relaxation chairs by the water are of course a blast - full marks.

Vorweg: Wir waren in der Nebensaison bei kälterem Wetter vor Ort. Leider mussten wir über eine Stunde auf unser bestelltes Essen warten. Qualitativ war es in Ordnung. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Preislich ist es relativ teuer. Ich denke aber, dass das Beach House im Sommer ein schöner Platz zum chillen mit Freunden ist.

Sehr schön am See gelegen. Eine Einschränkung! Zu laute Musik im Sitzbereich! Es gibt einen etwas geschützten umglasten Bereich. Das Essen ist sehr gut! Die Verweildauer und damit eventuelle Nachbestellung ist durch die Lautstärke verkürzt. Oder man ist Schwerhörig. Im Sommer hoffentlich leisere Musik.

Bedienung könnte freundlicher sein, aber sie steht wahrscheinlich sehr lange im Verkauf, deshalb großes Verständnis für ihre Arbeit.

Fordert immer den Beleg mit ein. Ich habe nicht daran gedacht und Ich bin mir nun auch nicht sicher ob ich zu viel gezahlt habe. Hatte eine Cola, Chickenburger mit 2 Patties mit Pommes und das ist alles TK. 21,40 hat es gekostet und ist für die Qualität unverschämt teuer gewesen bzw. Keinesfalls gerechtfertigt. Essen war kalt, man musste lange warten und man man nimmt nicht das Essen vom Personal entgegen , obwohl man schon nicht am Platz bedient wird .. Auf dem Tresen lagen 3-4 Portionen und man wusste nicht mit Sicherheit, ob das nun die bestellte Portion ist. Eine sehr sehr kleine Portion Pommes wohl vermutlich die kleinste Portion Pommes , die ich je serviert bekommen habe. Getränke in dem Ambiente sind lecker. Die Bar lohnt sich mehr zur Sommerzeit. Der Service könnte freundlicher sein und sich ggf. abgewöhnen das Essen leblos zu servieren. Ziel sollte sein das Essen warm zu servieren. Ich hoffe die Kritik wird angenommen und es bessert sich.

Spezialität:Fischbrötchen. Die sind liebevoll zubereitet. Liegestühle direkt auf der Wiese an See stehen zur Verfügung. Jetzt im Altweibersommerwetter ein großes Vergnügen dort zu sitzen und einen Aperol Spritz oder andere Sachen zu sich zu nehmen

Hallo und herzlich willkommen auf meinem Tweet. Vorab möchte ich Euch mitteilen, dass ich selber Gastrom bin und es aus gastromischer Sichtweise schreibe. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und wollten was nettes essen gehen. Nun schaut man bei Google und es wurde das Beach House empfohlen. Also .... ab und hin da. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ABER...... zu essen gab es nur noch Currywurst, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Also nur was zu trinken...... Ein Bier und ein Cocktail aus dem Tetra Pack für 11 €???? Das geht ja nun ganz und gar nicht. Das Ambiente und die Lage sprechen für sich, die Getränke....... nun wer Tetra Pack Cocktails für 11 Euro mag, ist hier gold richtig. Schade ...... das Essen kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich mich zwischen dem einen Gericht nicht entschieden konnte.

Tolles Ambiente.. nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zum wiederholten Mal kehren wir hier ein . Heute konnten wir die gewohnten Speisen nicht in vollen Zügen genießen, was uns aber freundlich mitgeteilt wurde beim bestellen der Getränke. Das Benehmen einiger Gäste, welche auch in der Gastronomie arbeiten und kein Verständnis oder Respekt haben sind mit Ihnen Bewertungen fehl am Platz. Wenn Cocktails nicht den Vorstellungen entsprechen, sollten sie nicht in die Blumedeko auf dem Tisch entsorgt werden. Offen und ehrliches Wort unter Kollegen wäre hier angebracht. Ein Getränk am Abend mit Blick auf den See, unbezahlbar😁... Nix gegessen, ein, zwei Glas Wein, kam aus Literflaschen, eher einfacher strukturiert, aber durchaus trinkbar, für mich gute Preis Leistung, siehe oben 😁 Service wortgewandt, freundlich, Publikum Querbeet

Leider musste ich 30 minuten auf ein paar Wraps warten. Auf Nachfrage ob sie mich vergessen hatten kam nur dir frage ,,wollen sie ihr Geld zurück?,, kann passieren, aber sehr schade da sonst eigentlich das Ambiente ok ist.

Nette kleine Beachbar wenn man das so nennen darf , guter Service Unsere Currywurst war leider nur lauwarm , haben aber anstandslos eine Neue heisse bekommen

Sehr leckere Currywurst und die Currysauce mit Paprikastücken ist sehr gut abgeschmeckt und selbstgemacht. Alleine der Aperol und die Aussicht ist im ein Besuch wert.

Wir gehen dort sehr oft hin da es einfach eine unvergleichliche Location direkt am Scharmützelsee ist. Zudem super coole, entspannte Mitarbeiter. Mega gutes Ambiente. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt hier einfach! :) überzeugt euch am besten selbst.

Wenn man Sonntags 15.30 zwei Cappuccino trinken möchte ,und gleich gesagt bekommt wir schließen aber 16 Uhr. Die zwei Cappuccino haben wir noch bekommen, nach der Frage was sie kosten meinte er glaube 10€.Ich denke Service sieht anders aus

Wird immer besser... nettes Ambiente, freundliches und entspanntes Personal, schöner Ausblick auf den See. Was definitiv fehlt ist eine getrennte Herren- und Damentoielette. Wenn mehr los ist, stehen die Gäste in Schlange. Die Preise sind leider bedingt der aktuellen Inflation schon heftig. Doch bleibt so die Chance groß, meisten auch noch spontan ein Plätzchen zu ergattern.

An den Chef, für ein rundum Paket gehört auch das einzige WC bis Ladenschluss dazu. Ist zum Abend unter aller Sau. Und wenn ihr Cocktails anbietet sollten diese auch dem Namen Produkt entsprechen, mein Mai Tai heute war weit entfernt davon, der bestellte Whisky war trüb im Glas, ändert dies , ansonsten habe ich mich sehr wohl bei euch gefühlt, 🙋🏻‍♂️

Fajne miejsce, które otwarte jest także w poniedziałek. Pomocna obsługa. Wątpliwości wzbudza inna cena przy wejściu, inna na kasie.

Sehr schön gelegen und sehr nette Betreiber*innen. Leider lässt das Essensangebot aktuell zu wünschen übrig. Es gab keinerlei Snacks am Abend, an Pfingsten sehr verwunderlich. Ich hoffe sehr für die Betreiber*innen, dass dafür bald Personal da ist.
