We've been to Uluru several times now and were impressed by the ambiance, the friendly service, and, above all, the delicious Australian food. The menu absolutely reflects Australian cuisine, so we decided to try brunch today. We were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. It was more like German home cooking like currywurst, goulash, Bohemian dumplings, spaetzle, sauerkraut, and red cabbage, etc.—absolutely nothing that even remotely resembled the actual menu. It's a shame! We'll be back, but definitely not for brunch.
