Immer wenn ich in der Stadt bin, komme ich hier her. Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr nette Bedienung tolle Lokation.

Essen war sehr lecker. Die Servicekraft sehr freundlich und hat auch gut beraten. Komme gerne wieder.

Tolles Restaurant, mitten in der Altstadt mit schöner Aussenterasse

Das Essen hat allen gut geschmeckt und unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Was aber unakzeptabel und absolut kundenunfreundlich ist, ist der Fakt, dass wir als Gruppe an einem Freitagabend ab 21 Uhr förmlich hinausgekehrt wurden (geöffnet bis 22 Uhr), obwohl immer wieder Getränke geordert wurden. Da fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen. Wir kommen so schnell nicht wieder.

Heute im Heinrichs. Wir waren schon ewig nicht mehr da. Das Lokal gefüllt, Tisch war reserviert. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, leckeres Essen und Trinken. Es war alles perfekt. Dankeschön für den schönen Abend.

Das Bild ist leider eine andere Gaststätte in Plauen!!

Zu einem Feiertag dort gewesen, Spargel war bei allen am Tisch viel zu hart, bei Beschwerde hieß es, er wird „bissfest“ gekocht. Kein Einwenden seitens der Gaststätte, ich habe das Gefühl gehabt, ich esse rohe Zwiebel. So soll es ja sicher nicht sein.. Für den Preis passen die Qualität und der schroffe Service definitiv NICHT.

Sehr schönes Lokal. Angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr freundliche und kinderliebe Kellner. Die Küche ist hervorragend, ebenso wie das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Sehr zu empfehlen!

An Feiertagen kein Beilagentausch möglich und keine Getränkekarte… an normalen Tagen ist es besser!

Wir hatten Ostersamstag zum Mittagessen für 32 Personen und einen Hund reserviert. Alle haben Platz gefunden, das Essen war prima, es kam auch für alle zeitnah nach der Bestellung. Das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Bezahlvorgang ging auch für alle zügig voran. Was will man mehr! Gerne wieder 👍 A

Sehr gemütlicher und einladender Gewölbekeller im alten Rathaus in Plauen auf dem Altmarkt. Ambiente überragend schön, schön angeordnete Sitzmöglichkeiten und sehr sauberere sanitären Anlagen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen. Angeboten wird eine reichhaltige Karte mit verschiedenen Gerichten aus der sächsischen Region. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht alle Wünsche des Gastes zu erfüllen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall dieses Lokal wieder mal besuchen.

Mein Mann und ich waren jetzt das zweite Mal zum Mittagessen im Heinrich's und waren wieder total begeistert gewesen. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Bedingungen sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente mit den Lichtern ist superschön gemütlich für ein Kellergewölbe, wobei man sich wohl fühlt. Wir kommen definitiv bei euch wieder zum Essen vorbei, wenn wir mal wieder in Plauen sind!

Schöne Atmosphäre, freundliche Bedienung, kurze Wartezeit, leckeres Essen, angemessene Preise.

Waren heute mit einer größeren Gruppe ( 10 Personen) zum Abendessen. Der Service sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen sehr schmackhaft. Ich persönlich hatte die Ochsenbäckchen, geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider steht die Portionsgröße in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Wenn ich Essen gehe, möchte ich wenigstens ansatzweise ein Sättigungsgefühl verspüren. Das war leider nicht ansatzweise gegeben. Vllt sollte man darüber noch einmal nachdenken.

Wir waren zum Geburtstag von meiner Schwiegermutti,der Service war auf Draht haben sofort gesehen wenn ein Glas leer war,sofort war es wieder voll.das Team hat sofort unsere Wünsche erfüllt, das Essen war überragend. Euch kann man nur weiterempfehlen

Wir wurden sehr gut bedient und haben sehr lecker gegessen im sehr schönen Ambiente. Das Knobi-Brot ist der Oberhammer, richtig knusprig und warm, saulecker. Ochsenbäckchen, butterzart mit Süßkartoffelpüree, sehr sehr lecker und dazu Rosenkohl. Lachsbowl sowie die Hähnchenleber waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Preis-Leistung passt absolut! Vielen Dank, wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Waren auf dem Geburtstag meiner Mutter eingeladen. Was uns von eurem Team geboten wurde, war sensationell. Euer Lokal ist bestens weiter zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes Restaurant in einem Gewölbekeller. Saubere Gaststätte, gutes Essen mit ausreichenden Portionen und schneller und toller Service. Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Yesterday, December 27th, 2025, we went out for dinner to celebrate my mother's 68th birthday. The ambiance is really lovely, and the food was delicious. 👍 However, the service towards the end was not at all commendable. My mother ordered a non-alcoholic wheat beer (Cola Weizen), but since it wasn't on the menu, we were charged €7.80 for a 0.5-liter non-alcoholic wheat beer. The explanation given was that it wasn't on the menu. Firstly, they could have communicated this beforehand, and secondly, they could have done so in a more polite manner. My brother had the receipt snatched out of his hand, and then we stormed off, clearly annoyed. We were quite shocked by this behavior and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this restaurant due to the service. It's a shame because the food is truly delicious. We also spent €150 at the restaurant, including tips. I would also like to add that after a brief discussion, the money was refunded to us, i.e., the difference.

We used to love eating at this restaurant – mainly because of the incredibly kind, tattooed waiter who truly brought the place to life. His open, warm personality, his humor, and his attentiveness made every visit special. We felt welcome, seen, and simply at ease. Since he left, we honestly haven't been eating there anymore. Not because the food was bad – but because we missed that special person who transformed a restaurant visit into a truly memorable experience. Service can make all the difference – and he was that difference. It's a shame they didn't keep him.

We were there today for the Christmas party. The vaulted room is very beautiful, and the young trainee was fantastic. However, the oxtail portion was far too small. I often cook this dish myself, and it was at most a quarter of an oxtail with Brussels sprouts that were almost oversalted. The mashed potatoes and gravy would have been okay... But then to charge €26.90 for the whole thing... Completely outrageous. I wasn't the only one. My colleagues ordered an appetizer after their main course. Regards

The two of us ate there on Sunday around 4 pm. The place was initially empty, but then it filled up nicely. We received a friendly welcome. We ordered two drinks, a soup, an appetizer, and two main courses: duck liver (I don't usually eat it, but it looked very appealing and was presented beautifully, and I heard it was delicious), and Vogtland-style sauerbraten (marinated pot roast) – I thought it was extremely good, and a generous portion. For dessert, we had warm apple strudel with ice cream. All in all, it cost just under €70. It's definitely worth a visit. Beautiful old walls, but there's no wheelchair access.

Fancy a relaxing game of bowling before dinner? Then head to Heinrichs. We had a lovely evening. It seemed like all the tables were booked. That speaks for itself.

Guys, you have to go there! Absolutely delicious, top-notch service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Highly recommended!! A very nice, cozy restaurant. We received incredibly friendly service and the food was amazing. I've rarely had such a good steak. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

To celebrate our special day, we even received matching table decorations, which means the staff are not only particularly friendly but also have a sense of humor. The food is delicious, and the wait time is reasonable. Reserving a table is recommended, but with two people, you can also ask the staff at the drop of a hat. Two bowling lanes are also available for use upon reservation. Everything is very clean, but not wheelchair accessible, as you have to climb stairs (please inquire if there is an alternative entrance).

Highly recommended! The zander fillet and treble with herb cream sauce were absolutely delicious, plentiful, and visually appealing! The prices are also very fair. A culinary gem, rarely found these days!

Very nice place, but unfortunately the prices are a bit high, as is the case everywhere these days. There's an extra charge for substituting the side dish, which is a shame.

The waitress was very nice. We chatted a bit after dinner. And the food is fantastic. We weren't particularly hungry and ordered a small bite. But we got so much more! Visually, tastefully, portion size – all 5 stars. And everything's homemade, too. At a more than fair price. Many restaurants in the north should take a look at how they do it. Simply fantastic!

I wanted to reserve a table for 6 people by phone at 7 p.m. on a Sunday. The "friendly" female voice immediately resolutely replied, "7 p.m. is too late, 6 p.m. at the latest, otherwise we won't be able to do business!" The astonished customer, not the king here but rather the supplicant, is left speechless. In addition, on my last visit, I was surprised by the relatively early kitchen closing time. A colleague who arrived almost at the kitchen's closing time (train delay) was informed, albeit relatively politely, of this (kitchen closing time) when he tried to order. In my opinion, with a little goodwill, something smaller could certainly have been served here. Due to the above-mentioned, in my opinion already outrageous, announcement on the phone, I only give the service -1- star. I enjoyed the food on my other visits, and the ambience in the cellar vault is also appealing. Therefore, I give this one -4- stars. Overall, I'm still giving it a -3 star rating, even though the tone of the conversation still sits heavily with me.

Honest, very good cuisine, friendly staff – nothing fancy, top-notch food! Value for money, absolutely perfect. We are completely satisfied. A must-visit! Five stars are definitely not enough, so, 👍👍👍👍👍

We came here spontaneously and immediately felt at home: very friendly and attentive staff, a special atmosphere, and very good food for the price. We highly recommend the spiced meat, Grandma's cucumber salad, the schnitzel, and the triplets with herb sour cream. A successful evening, we can definitely recommend it!

Here you'll find typical, regional, and delicious dishes at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't wheelchair accessible, but in summer, you can also enjoy outdoor seating. Reserving a table is recommended. We'll definitely be back.

No vegetarian dish on the menu. If you ask, you're immediately told that at least you're not vegan, because those are the worst. The vegetable stir-fry they made for me was great (just write it on the menu, it shouldn't be a hassle, right?) *Note: Oh, such a nice response to my review. Very timely. I was here in January. Perhaps—one can hope and wish—there's a vegetarian dish on the menu by now. :)

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The menu is varied without seeming overly elaborate. We were there on a Saturday evening, and it was very busy, including larger groups. However, the wait times were perfectly acceptable. All the service staff were very friendly and responded immediately to any requests. I had to add more seasoning to my dishes, but everything was already on the table. I'd especially like to highlight the ambiance! It's beautifully decorated, and everything matches the vaulted ceiling, especially the lighting, so we felt truly at home. Perhaps good to know these days: There's absolutely no reception in the dining room. Which is really nice to be able to fully concentrate on the people you're there with. For me, as a young mother who left her baby with her grandparents for the first time, it was only a minor stress factor ^^

The food is delicious! I'm deducting points for the overpowering perfume the waiter wore (he was still nice, but please, one or two sprays less). And what also struck me negatively is that the owners love to give orders and lectures. I wouldn't want to read that on the front page of the menu. (I'd rather read something about the restaurant and its history.) We'd still come back for the food. Regards

From the first bite to the last, everything was perfect: fresh, lovingly prepared, and of the highest quality. The menu is varied, with regional touches and creative ideas. Particularly noteworthy: the incredibly tender meat and the homemade side dishes – simply a dream! The best part was the VIP room 😉, which we were able to spontaneously book for 7 people on a Monday. The ambiance is also cozy and authentic, with great attention to detail. The service was attentive, friendly, and warm – you feel completely at home. A true gem in Plauen! We'll definitely be back – and bring friends!

For a guild that is not ready for a full plate of everything, it can be a shock, like for us. Both meals are total overpaid abomination. I had to laugh. I told myself that I wouldn't experiment and go for the schnitzel. I got a cutlet with some kind of hair smeared on it and cheese on it and cubes of meat in it. Plus fried potatoes, full of meat too. And I turned out even better than Lendula, she got more of everything... a cat and a dog wouldn't make a better meal. The atmosphere and service are good, and the beer too. But please, people, be careful what you order!

Service was good so far. Unfortunately no food. I rarely complain, but the sauerbraten was extremely tough and the sauce wasn't edible. What was good again was that the staff took care of it immediately and provided a new meal (which was packed for home at my request). In addition, a drink was taken off the bill as an apology for the unsuccessful meal.

Restaurant in the vaulted cellar of the old town hall with various rooms. Very rustic atmosphere thanks to the architecture. Staff is very friendly and professional. I can only recommend it.

We first had a lot of fun playing mini bowling and were then treated to a fantastic meal. Good home cooking is really top. Be sure to try potato pancakes or curds for dessert. We'll be back.

Nice restaurant with drawbacks We were here for dinner today as a large group. The location and ambience at Heinrichs is hard to beat in Plauen. But the prices are also accordingly. Since the restaurant was very busy, we had to wait a long time for our food. The service team was very nice and looked after us very courteously. Unfortunately, only limited special requests could be accommodated, which is a bit of a shame given the manageable menu with unusual kitchen creations. To make matters worse, I actually went home hungry (a real shame because I'm really not a glutton). I wish Heinrichs and his team all the best.

We celebrated something there in a small group. We were accommodated in a separate room in this very beautiful vault. We all enjoyed the food very much, with a variety of starters, main courses and desserts. There was nothing to complain about at all. The service was very attentive and always arrived in a timely manner before we were missing anything. The wait for the food was perfectly fine. The price-performance ratio is guaranteed for us in any case. Keep it up. We'd love to come back.

Although I have lived in Plauen my whole life, this was only my first time there. And I regret not having been here more often. The atmosphere is really nice, the employees are all super nice and accommodating. And the food was simply a poem. Good portion, fair price, freshly prepared, taste. Just really cool from start to finish. Huge recommendation for anyone who hasn't been there yet.
