We always enjoy eating here or enjoying the beer garden in the summer. The friendly staff and the cozy atmosphere in the old vaulted rooms are always a treat, and if you're looking for some exercise, there's a small bowling alley.

Always worth a visit. We've been there several times. Either for dinner or a spontaneous drink in the summer. Everything was perfect.

For a guild that is not ready for a full plate of everything, it can be a shock, like for us. Both meals are total overpaid abomination. I had to laugh. I told myself that I wouldn't experiment and go for the schnitzel. I got a cutlet with some kind of hair smeared on it and cheese on it and cubes of meat in it. Plus fried potatoes, full of meat too. And I turned out even better than Lendula, she got more of everything... a cat and a dog wouldn't make a better meal. The atmosphere and service are good, and the beer too. But please, people, be careful what you order!

This restaurant is by far the best in all of Plauen! 😍

Service was good so far. Unfortunately no food. I rarely complain, but the sauerbraten was extremely tough and the sauce wasn't edible. What was good again was that the staff took care of it immediately and provided a new meal (which was packed for home at my request). In addition, a drink was taken off the bill as an apology for the unsuccessful meal.

Restaurant in the vaulted cellar of the old town hall with various rooms. Very rustic atmosphere thanks to the architecture. Staff is very friendly and professional. I can only recommend it.

We first had a lot of fun playing mini bowling and were then treated to a fantastic meal. Good home cooking is really top. Be sure to try potato pancakes or curds for dessert. We'll be back.

We were there for the Christmas party and were thrilled. 2 cute, intimate bowling alleys and very tasty food afterwards. The staff was friendly and on point. Price-performance absolutely within the framework. 👍

Nice restaurant with drawbacks We were here for dinner today as a large group. The location and ambience at Heinrichs is hard to beat in Plauen. But the prices are also accordingly. Since the restaurant was very busy, we had to wait a long time for our food. The service team was very nice and looked after us very courteously. Unfortunately, only limited special requests could be accommodated, which is a bit of a shame given the manageable menu with unusual kitchen creations. To make matters worse, I actually went home hungry (a real shame because I'm really not a glutton). I wish Heinrichs and his team all the best.

We celebrated something there in a small group. We were accommodated in a separate room in this very beautiful vault. We all enjoyed the food very much, with a variety of starters, main courses and desserts. There was nothing to complain about at all. The service was very attentive and always arrived in a timely manner before we were missing anything. The wait for the food was perfectly fine. The price-performance ratio is guaranteed for us in any case. Keep it up. We'd love to come back.

Although I have lived in Plauen my whole life, this was only my first time there. And I regret not having been here more often. The atmosphere is really nice, the employees are all super nice and accommodating. And the food was simply a poem. Good portion, fair price, freshly prepared, taste. Just really cool from start to finish. Huge recommendation for anyone who hasn't been there yet.

We got 2 seats outside today without a reservation. Our choice was roulade and sauerbraten as well as Schmarrn. Tastes great, as the pictures suggest. Clear recommendation, the menu is also very balanced and practically acceptable.

Heinrichs Plauen, where do I start? For me, Plauen has now reached the top of German cuisine. If you like German dishes, I can only recommend visiting Heinrichs! The service is absolutely friendly, accommodating and even if we didn't make a reservation, we found ways to still eat there. The tips are always particularly high there, I think the waiters and employees really make the restaurant! The food tastes great, the portions are huge, the selection is just right and there is something for almost everyone. Maybe add 1-2 vegetarian dishes and there's nothing to complain about (we had a vegetarian with us, it was a little more difficult for him). I think the prices are absolutely justified for the quality you get there, there are no complaints about it, it's brilliant! Stay as you are, you have the status in the city center as the best German restaurant & this achievement is remarkable! With such strong neighbors! I wish the entire team all the best! Stay and cook as you are. Thank you for the great culinary experiences.

After a two-hour odyssey through the Vogtland, looking for a place that could satisfy our desire for a proper, local lunch (at an unusual hour), we landed at "Heinrichs". It should probably be like that. Unfortunately, due to the miserable weather, we couldn't sit on the beautiful terrace, but the interior rooms, with their rustic vaults, are also very cozy. The food was excellent. (We had garlic bread as a snack and roulades with red cabbage and dumplings.) The service is very friendly, attentive and quick. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

It's not just the price-performance ratio that's right here. You can also tell that the staff enjoy their work, which is carried through to the trainees. We felt very comfortable eating in the beer garden.

We only made a short, spontaneous stop at Heinrichs with 8 people. After a great private city tour, we felt like taking a break. The weather was fantastic and so we decided to sit outside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and immediately put together two tables for us without any problems. The waiter was very attentive and friendly and we were able to enjoy cold beer and the soup of the day (asparagus cream) in a relaxed atmosphere. I can't say much about the ambience, as we didn't enter the premises but only stayed on the terrace. It is wonderfully centrally located, we reached Heinrichs within walking distance.

Went to Heinrichs for the first time and were immediately impressed. Get a table on Saturday evening even without a reservation 👍🏼 The service was friendly and quick, the portions were large and hearty and the price-performance ratio was right.

On the way from Dresden to Nuremberg we became hungry and turned off the motorway in Plauen. We only found the restaurant by chance and were absolutely thrilled by the rooms, the service, the menu, the delicious food and, last but not least, the warmth with which we were advised when choosing our dishes. It's a shame we live so far away. Otherwise this restaurant would be our regular restaurant.

I haven't experienced such a euphoric waitress (approx. 45m) who knows her stuff and really enjoys her job in a long time. Simply great! Competent, attentive, funny, calm, additional information from the kitchen, but not pushy. With the card you come up with something to stand out from others. This works great! Prices, well, it's now around €18

The food and the cocktail were great, for not that big of an eater. There are decent portions here, you really get something for your money here.

It's really beautiful at Heinrichs. You get good food from a super nice service team! The vegetarian food selection still has room for improvement. If you don't like mushrooms, things look bad. We would be happy about a little more creativity and then we would be happy to come back.

The restaurant uses attractive spaces in the basement of the town hall. The service is prompt and kind. we had the food on the table very quickly. I would like to recommend the veal liver with potato-parsnip puree, it was really great!

Beautiful restaurant in historic Ratskeller rooms. Pleasant atmosphere. Appropriately dimmed room lighting (possibly a little more light at the tables, as reading the menu can be tiring for some people due to the low brightness😉). A 1/2 degree room temperature would have been more comfortable. Otherwise really pleasant, with a good/wide selection of food and drinks. Prices are absolutely ok considering that the location is located in the middle of the city. A stop is definitely worth it!

The restaurant is one of the best I have visited in a long time. We called spontaneously yesterday and got a table for 12 people without any problems. The atmosphere is really nice. The old vault is really impressive. The employees are really great, totally friendly and attentive. You can tell that they enjoy their job. Keep it up🙂. Then about the food: There is NOTHING negative. The portions are large and super tasty. Price/performance is extremely good.👍🏻 All 12 of us got our food at the same time, which for me makes it a perfect restaurant. We will be back definitely.
