Nice atmosphere, the service is friendly but not professional. Unfortunately the food was cold and the steaks were too well done.

Portions are much too large, so the quality suffers. Food didn't convince me. But the service and prices are really difficult.

Very friendly and delicious food

Two portions of Wiener Schnitzel were ordered, the meat was raw and spoiled, we told the waitress to take it back, a message came from the kitchen that we were the only ones who were not satisfied with the meat. They brought the bill later! Big disappointment, the chef is not a professional! 40 euros for nothing. Let's hope we don't go to the hospital! We will never go there again!

It's been a few days since we were there, just in transit. Food great, service quick and friendly. In response to the previous email request as to whether dogs were allowed, we even called at short notice and wanted a warm welcome for the four-legged friends. Gladly again when we are in the area.

Cool atmosphere, the best food in the area so far and great service, they can also speak English.

I haven't eaten so badly in a long time. Lumberjack steak with fried potatoes and salad for €20.90!!! The two steaks on the plate were as flat as two minute steaks, the onions were black and the fried potatoes with bacon were soaked in fat. Sorry. But you don't give something like that out. Especially not at such a price.

A great day that led to a nice, cozy end with Freddy and Ante. Here you are a guest and are served as such by the service staff. Very good menu, excellent wine selection, sparkling clean toilets and a very good price-performance ratio make the cabbage wrap a good place to go when you're hungry or thirsty. We'll visit you again.

Food great, service is great There is just one very crucial disadvantage, you never know, it's open or not. On the Internet it says open and you go there and find yourself in front of a locked door with a notice saying "closed today" We won't go there anymore, closing the door three times is enough!

Great restaurant with freshly prepared food. Schnitzel baked in clarified butter, homemade chewapis, just great.

We were there for the first time on July 2nd, but I can say: not the last time 🥂 it was a really great evening. The service was very, very friendly 👍 the food was super tasty 👍 the portions, what can I say…. We didn't make it (and can eat well). Everything is just right here. Price / performance / quality 👍 as I said: we'll be back (despite the almost 40 minute drive). All I can say is: THANK YOU and KEEP UP 👏

Paying the bill at the counter is annoying and can take a long time if several guests leave at the same time. The food, the furnishings of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff are great.

A large, clear menu with a nice selection of dishes. Service friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately the food was inedible...there were three of us with different dishes...all of the same opinion...there needs to be a different cook!

A restaurant that still has to decide what it wants to offer. Greek, Italian or German cuisine. The food is mediocre but the terrace is very nice and the service was very nice. It's not worth a second visit just because of the food.

Unfortunately the food didn't inspire us. Meat and fries too dry and not very seasoned. Maybe the kitchen was a bit overwhelmed due to the event... maybe we'll try again. But the service was super friendly.

I had reserved for 14 people. We got a side room for our company. The service was friendly and attentive. The food came largely at the same time for everyone. Everyone enjoyed it. The friendly wine prices are worth highlighting. At the end, the waitress pointed out: If I had stated when making the reservation that we were celebrating my birthday, the tables would have been decorated even more beautifully. All in all a nice evening. I can recommend the restaurant!

Had dinner there with the family last night. Portions were far too large, some of the meat was not cooked properly. I ate spaghetti cabonara and was in the emergency room at night with food poisoning. Service was very friendly but we were overwhelmed due to a major event in the next room. I won't set foot in the store again.

Went here for a special occasion, as a guest. The whole restraunt had been booked for the night. Nearly 150 guests.. but the staff coped very well, taking drink orders and quickly bringing drinks to the tables. The food was from the restraunt menu, and portions were large. I had a jager schnitzel that I thoroughly enjoyed. I will go back there again just to try the restraunt atmosphere as opposed to the busy private function atmosphere... but all in all yes, recommended.

Were invited for a birthday today. We arrived at around 6 p.m. and were finally able to order food around 6:30 p.m. There was no pizza on the menu today. It then took another 90 minutes until my omelette with eggshells was on the table. Now it's 8:20 p.m. and not everyone has had their food yet. If a party of only 30 people is registered, the kitchen is obviously completely overwhelmed, which was not the case the last time we visited a few years ago. This evening is a disappointment, which is particularly unpleasant for the person who wanted to celebrate their birthday. The cream schnitzel has now taken 2 hours and some have already left without eating anything.

Schönes Speiselokal bis 22:00 Uhr gibt es warme Speisen. Die Preise sind moderat. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Waren heute das 2 x dort , das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Im Moment auch ganz toll Weihnachtlich dekoriert. Das Essen hat uns wieder allen gut geschmeckt und die nächste Reservierung ist schon gebucht . Danke

Lecker Essen, gute Auswahl, sehr gutes Personal, schönes Ambiente. Parkplätze mehr als genug. Hier kann man echt an nichts rumnörgeln. Ah doch, es hat geregnet als wir gingen. Aber sonst, alles top.

Wir sind sehr begeistert gewesen, denn das Team und der Chef sind echt sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Ohne diese Unterstützung wäre unser Tag nicht so gut verlaufen. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und kommen wieder.

Der Service ist nett und kommunikativ. Das kann dazu führen, dass andere Gäste mal etwas länger warten müssen. Ambiente ist Geschmackssache, Krautwickel ist eben eine Vereinsgaststätte. Die Speisen, naja. Ja, große Portionen, was aber nichts über die Qualität aussagt. Das Steak war, wie in anderen Kritiken geschrieben, in der Mitte blutig obwohl Medium bestellt war. Die Hackröllchen waren ziemlich trocken, die Salatsauce aus der Flasche. Ich würde nicht noch mal explizit dort zum Essen gehen.

Sehr nette Angestellte. Gut ist, hier arbeiten Sie mit 2 Karten. Eine für Mittagstisch und eine normale. Preise sind fair und das Essen gut.

Das Essen war lecker und die Portionen groß. Die Bedienung war flott unterwegs. Es steht eine große überdachte Terrasse zur Verfügung. Für Gesellschaften sind Nebenräume vorhanden. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir waren auf einer Veranstaltung im Krautwickel. Eine kleine reduzierte Speisekarte auf der jeder etwas finden könnte. Die Speisen sind gut und nicht überteuert und mehr als ausreichend. Hier wird man von der Hauptspeise satt. Personal ist freundlich und fleißig.

Kann mich nicht beklagen, Essen war super, Bedienung freundlich, Preise vollkommen ok. Kommen gerne wieder.

In das Restaurant Krautwickel komme ich regelmäßig zum Mittagstisch. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind günstig. Das Ambiente ist, sagen wir mal "individuell", aber das stört mich nicht - wichtig ist mir nur, dass hier alles sauber ist. Vor dem Lokal sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Was dich am meisten interessieren wird, sind die Speisen und Getränke. Das Essen ist gut zubereitet. Die Mittagskarte ist abwechslungsreich - es gibt jeden Tag drei Gerichte zur Auswahl. Hier wurde ich nur selten enttäuscht, aber wir alle haben mal einen schlechten Tag ;-)

SchniPoSa 8,50 Euro! Im Mai. In 2023 👏. Portionen ausreichend. Geschmack ok. Das Ambiente entspricht der Herkunft der Besitzer. Ich finde es süß 🍭☺. Der Biergarten ist überdacht und begrünt.kann man schön sitzen. Innendrin sogar etwas Glitzer. Kinder können draußen rum springen. Perfekt. Kann man auch gut mit größeren Gesellschaften reservieren.

War ok. Ambiente mit dem grell grünen Licht an der Bar ist eher Geschmacksache. Essen ok. Preise ok. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Die Pizza hätte heißer sein können Salat etwas zu sauer, aber ansonste sehr gut. Service zuvorkommend, Ambiente gut.
