Schinderhannes in Mannheim

I ate here for the first time today. I'm thrilled! I really like the atmosphere. When the weather is nice, there are different sides to sit outside, also with a "view of the Rhine" 😉 The food (I had pizza, forgot name sorry, something with V...) was huge and very tasty, pasta was also very good. The staff is super good, super friendly, helpful, ....simply top!!! I'd love to come back. Absolute recommendation 👍

Very romantic and we had a very good tarte flambée, Roma and fine beer

They gave no sauce with grilled meat plate, when I asked for ketchup, one man at the counter tried to give me free ketchup bottle, but another waiter guy came in suddenly and gave 2 small ketchup packets, for which we had to pay 1.60 eur! as he said. Soup is written was with hacfleisch, but we didn't find any in the soup.

It was OK, just a party location if you go there as a group. You are dependent to a certain extent, either your own group is huge and you have a party, or you are a smaller group but then of course dependent on the other people who are there. Food was OK, not bad, but not great either. Service was good. Prices are still OK (when it comes to beer and spritzers). So overall everything is good, but you don't have to have it three times a season.
